The gameplay mechanics alone were refreshing, but I honestly can’t recommend the game if you’re looking for something substantial. Calendula feels like a game that on the outside is full of ideas, but the story lacks the detail to be impactful.- Brash Games

After 8 hours, over 650 deaths and having to physically leave my computer, I finally finished. With it’s linear story, that only included a total of 2 puzzles, there isn’t any replay ability. Although there are a few albeit weak points that could redeem itself, I wouldn’t recommend this game.- Brash Games

Ultimately, Solbrain Knight of Darkness is not a game that is so bad it’s good. Instead it’s just categorically, unconditionally bad, and there is no fun to be eked from this mess of a game. This assault on the senses is a disgrace to the PSN and I’m absolutely bamboozled as to why Sony greenlit this tripe. Even those with a morbid curiosity should avoid this game and not waste their time and money. Simply put, this is a depressing catastrophe of a game.- Brash Games

Overall, there may be a surprising amount of content to unlock, but the gameplay just isn’t diverse enough to really hold a player’s attention for long. It’s a game that would perhaps be enjoyed more thoroughly by younger players, but for the rest of the gaming community, Catlateral Damage is one that’s probably better off played in short bursts.- Brash Games

Graphically, the game looks extremely bland, and whilst the animations look fairly good, the character models look awful with almost no texture to them or any facial details at all. The biggest mystery raised for me was how Steam allowed this to be included on their platform at all – this more than anything demonstrates the need to improve their quality control. More surprising is that this excuse for a game is priced at almost £5 when I’d usually expect something so primitive to be under £1, although if I’m being honest I couldn’t recommend it even if it was free.- Brash Games

Arcade Archives: Kid’s Horehore Daisakusen is not a bad game but it’s also not really a memorable one. It’s a game that I think only the most dedicated of collectors need to own. It’s not very long and while challenging, the gameplay has very little variety in all reality. It’s a well-made piece of software, but for $8 you can get something much better even within the same collection of games. I say pass unless it’s on sale for considerably less money.- Brash Games

R.B.I. Baseball 16 seems like a game specifically designed for fans of the sport and nobody else, but due to some questionable gameplay mechanics and a total lack of respect for the person wielding the controller, it turns out to be a game that only gluttons for punishment will find appealing. To sum it up, Mr. Spook has all the fun in this game. It is so unbalanced, playing as Charla is a chore. Playing as Mr. Spook is great, but it is not scary. Playing as Charla is scary, but not great. There is not much replay value in the game, once you have played it about five times, it is enough. If they made a Sanatory Hallway 2, and tweaked these controls, making them game more fun for Charla, this game could be something great. But until then, do not bother.- Brash Games
