With fair potential, all TimeShift has become is another generic FPS, with a mediocre setting, underwhelming gameplay and absolutely no story, let alone any character depth. Its features are barely enough to keep you occupied for a few hours until something better shows up.- ActionTrip

Sometimes even the brainless chopping, and gallons of spraying blood that are KISS: Psycho Circus can be fun, and enjoyable. Overall, it left a bitter taste in my mouth.- ActionTrip

The frustration and boredom grow critical as you realize that some of the assignments are repetitive and may require mad piloting and luck, rather than a well thought out strategy for achieving them.- ActionTrip

The puzzles are your standard - "push-lever-break-thing-press-button" type of brain crackers, which will be about as challenging to a HL veteran as… well okay, some of them are somewhat inventive, but on aggregate they'd only be interesting to the DC crowd I guess.- ActionTrip

All it does is create a temporarily engaging experience thanks to the adrenaline-pumping hand-to-hand combat. Be that as it may, Bourne Conspiracy is a game you'll probably keep playing until you become fed up with the shooting segments (and let's not forget that lousy car chase).- ActionTrip

Most of the praise should be given to the music and sound effects; basically, a blast festival of famous Star Wars weapons accompanied by the magnificent music score of John Williams.- ActionTrip

The unexpected twists and findings will help you really get into this title and see it as a worthy challenge, ideal for long winter nights... Beautifully conceived and just as well executed.- ActionTrip

Those of you who are military shooter buffs should certainly want to play it, but don't expect the type of nail-biting action that we've witnessed in "Call of Duty" or "MoH: AA."- ActionTrip

With so many massive role-playing games or padded action games, it’s refreshing to play an old-school point-and-click adventure without the old-school frustration and without the padded content for length. It’s short, sweet, to the point, and it helps that it’s as fun as it is funny. I’m more than happy to take a break from the AAA scene with a game like this at any time.- ActionTrip

Sure Hellgate: London has many features that are found in the Diablo series but they have not made a Diablo clone. The games could be called kissing cousins but for all its downsides, HG:L can be an addicting experience.- ActionTrip

We regret the developers didn't devote more attention to this game. The gameplay is flawed, though it does have some potential and relatively entertaining combat.- ActionTrip

It isn't that Red Faction Armageddon isn't a fun game; it's just not a very deep or involved one.- ActionTrip

The game packs an engaging multiplayer mode, but seeing as you won't spend more than a couple of hours with the clearly meager single-player campaigns, it really doesn't deserve your attention; nor does it justify the slightly steep price tag ($30).- ActionTrip

While far from a dumpster fire, Deadlight: Director’s Cut is a mechanically sound platformer that is ultimately rather forgettable.- ActionTrip

Customization and realistic damage represent modest signs of progress and they make the gameplay interesting for a while. These additions, as I'm sure most of you will agree, fail to compensate for all those things that made ProStreet's predecessors shine - free-roam driving, outracing the cops, story-driven gameplay and so on.- ActionTrip

Yes, it's weird. It also may seem like a ridiculous waste time, but given the chance, it can also be ridiculously fun.- ActionTrip

The control mechanism and its efficient usage present the thin line between victory and failure. In this respect, Z: Steel Soldiers is both very well conceived, and extremely demanding in hardware.- ActionTrip

The gameplay has vastly improved for this new genre, the game mechanics and puzzle solving are unique and fun, the voice acting was incredible, and it is visually stunning. It’s very unfortunate that the story has continuity difficulties, unnecessary padding, too many boring stretches, and repeated plot devices, as the story is what’s supposed to keep you going in an interactive drama.- ActionTrip

It looks as though the programmers just rushed to wrap the game up, eliminating any possibility to get a good background story, and incorporating only the basic Multiplayer options (LAN or Internet, but you'll have to set the IP addresses manually).- ActionTrip

Fortunately, all of the visual problems I personally experienced, which included severe texture popping and drops in frame rate, disappeared after Ubisoft’s large patch. It’s upsetting that the game was released in such an incomplete and unpolished state, but at the very least, it is fixed at this point.- ActionTrip
