As they demonstrated with Dead Space, Visceral Games is capable of more than what they have done with this game.- ActionTrip

Broken Age sadly suffers from a case of too much. The watercolor art style, humorous dialogue, and clever writing are unfortunately buried under too much backtracking, too much obscurity, and therefore, too much frustration.- ActionTrip

Yes, so this is an obvious money grab. But at times, you just can’t help it. Humming all-too-familiar John Williams’ themes and flying an X-Wing and blasting TIE Fighters out of the sky is as fun as ever.- ActionTrip

The fighting engine is unconventional, but the difficulty is better balanced this time, and eases you in slower.- ActionTrip

The game doesn't innovate the genre in any way, but it does provide long hours of fun gameplay for those of us who are fans of action-adventure games.- ActionTrip

The somewhat high learning curve and other minor issues shouldn't be a reason to miss out on it. The game's appropriate pacing and good AI should be more than enough to provide you with challenging and addictive gameplay.- ActionTrip

For some reason though, it doesn't quite push the envelope in terms of gameplay and it does feel slightly less entertaining than, say, Ace Combat 6. It does, however, stand as one of the best-looking aerial combat games on the market and we do recommend you give it a whirl.- ActionTrip

It presents players with a unique twist to the sub-genre as well as a highly imaginative and beautifully designed game world that will let you lose yourself in all the unique characters and environments as well as the often humorous dialogue.- ActionTrip

This sequel doesn't bring anything revolutionary, but it certainly leaves an impression of a completed project. I believe that the authors meant to make the first part look like this.- ActionTrip

As for myself I was never that hooked on games a la Settlers, but this was kinda fun to play. Regardless of what I think, the indisputable fact remains - the game needs more visual improvements.- ActionTrip

Need I remind you that Silent Hill 2 failed to deliver a truly lasting horror experience on the PC. To our disappointment Silent Hill 3 doesn't expand on that aspect any further.- ActionTrip

The replay value of this game is very good, as I've found out that MP matches can be quite intense, and after all, this is where the truly creative players should sparkle.- ActionTrip

Not as good as the original game, and coupled with AI issues it turned out to be a substandard action game. Plus, the challenges and missions are recurrent and nothing more than fleeting moments of fun.- ActionTrip

Despite the abundance of clichés, you can see that a lot of effort went into setting the right tone and atmosphere. There are some downright mind-blowing scenes and unique uses of audio and color.- ActionTrip

I enjoyed my time with Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, but this is most certainly not a FF game suitable for newcomers to the Final Fantasy universe. Seasoned FF veterans will enjoy the game far more due to its heightened difficulty compared to most Final Fantasy games as well as all of the references to past FF games.- ActionTrip

Although Stubbs the Zombie stands as a pleasing deviation from today's genre standards, it still doesn't have enough to engulf players in the long run.- ActionTrip

Doesn't justify the relatively hefty price tag. Owners of the original game who are not fanatical about "Raven Shield" are better off downloading the patches and sticking to the original multiplayer.- ActionTrip

Visually, the Commandos universe seems more atmospheric and immersive than ever before, and the addition of multiplayer increases the game's replay value.- ActionTrip

I got hooked on the neat puzzle-solving, just as if I was playing one of my favorite classic adventures, and that alone can be a rewarding enough gaming experience.- ActionTrip

Lara Croft and The Temple of Osiris has a lot of great ideas running behind it, but the execution fell a little short.- ActionTrip

The whole game feels like an insipid GTA clone that overemphasizes mindless destruction. For some games, this is enough, if it's done with style. In Mercs 2, it just feels pointless and without soul.- ActionTrip

Though the game is fine as a mediocre playable experience, many of the things that made the original so special have been neutered beyond repair.- ActionTrip

Looking at the big picture, however, the story and the atmosphere in CoJ will be good enough to keep you going, so I wouldn't go as far as to say that the Billy missions ruined it for me. There were some that I found exciting.- ActionTrip

The gameplay is well-executed, albeit it gets increasingly repetitive as you move on with the story (which, as we’ve already said, leaves a lot to be desired).- ActionTrip

The noticeably well-conceived single-player, intense boss fights and a solid multiplayer keep this one in tact. Otherwise it's the usual action you can get from most FPS titles.- ActionTrip

Overall Champions Online truly is the next generation hero MMOG. Cyrptic studios took everything they learned from City of Heroes and their obvious love of comic books and superheroes and have delivered a game that allows players to realize their own unique superhero dream.- ActionTrip

A Machine for Pigs takes Amnesia's formula and shows us how to screw it up. The idea had huge potential, but it's squandered on what frankly is a cheap and uninvolving game. This was an extremely disappointing experience.- ActionTrip

It's painfully obvious that the Half-Life 2 engine caused many problems, which weren't ironed out in time by the programming team. Consequently, players with modest rigs won't be able to experience the game in its true visual potential.- ActionTrip
