    Well I am a fan of both the Battlefield series and the CoD franchise, but I have to admit that this was a sad money grab on the part of Activision. I prefer both series in their Second World War settings, but I understand how the modern world lends to unpredictable story outcomes. This was insulting though. Black Ops repackaged and dressed up with the MW2 stories. Both MW3 and BF3 have their own faults and strengths, both had horribly cliche ridden single-player that could have been left out for the sake of polished multi-player. Sales for both games assure us a bright future of recycled, unimaginative, laugh-at-the-consumer titles. Those of you who keep buying these half-assed products will only make it worse.     The game was significantly and amazingly the same as the last with several tweaks and changes. The campaign was mediocre at most; a huge problem for such a high end company. The only reaming quality of the game was its co-operative mode; spec ops, but that was a downgrade from the franchises most popular portion; Nazi zombies, which even though wasn't made by infinity ward, could have and should have been put into the game. Overall I wouldn't suggest getting it at all, you could play MW 2 multiplayer, black ops Nazi zombies, and look up the story on you tube and have a better experience without having to buy a new game.… Expand

Pathetic, clumsy, small maps full of wall hacks...ability to play this game with any sort of strategy has been reduced to running in organised running around in giant circles. Perks and customizations have been reduced to forced choices instead of full customization. The spawning is by far the worst I have seen yet...you can't ever clear an area because the gamealmost no new innovation. Rockets you have shot before you die still seem to vanish in mid air. You still get killed ten feet after making it around the corner when running from bullets...Server Snyching still is atroucious...Kill cams almost never resemble what you saw on your screen when you were killed...Shotguns still do ridiculous amounts of damage from 30 feet away, but assault rifles often can't take down a target with out using the full clip. Quick scoping the stupidest thing ever allowed to exist. Airsupport that you can't take down even when you are equipped to do so. Hit detection is weak at best. Being able to charge through bullets to knife or shoot....just an all around disappontment. More of the same. Most of my friends have already gone back to playing MW2, COD4, an even BF2. I have always held Infinity Ward in a much hirer regard than Trearch...and after Black Ops I said never again will I buy a trearch release...but I have to tell you, MW3 is about as bad as Black Ops...maybe you guys should do your homework better next time and actually go out and ask people what it is they really want and what they really don't want, because this pile of dung is a fail.… Expand

    For me the campaign isn't the worst it is just not long enough and for some reason they have made it so the soldiers with you don't shoot the enemy 99% of the time. If anyone has noticed like. The worst part for me is the online MP the maps are the worst ever in COD built totally for campers! They are so poorly designed its like there has been no effort made!     Why change the established perk system to something so poor?
    Why destroy sniping as a valid play style?
    Why are the maps painfully small?

    You can tell the 3rd rate sledgehammer guys had a part to play in developing this game.

    I used to love COD but this game is the absolute worst. Its practically the same game as MW and MW2 but with more added BS. The campaign is the same monotonous shooter and is boring to say the least. The multiplayer has been completely destroyed thanks to the additions that give weak players an advantage.     I apologize to all the fanboys but MW3 really did not meet expectations. I was actually excited for some features of MW3 even though I do not like the CoD series since 4 but MW3 made me excited for the game. I was disappointed, the multiplayer is literally identical to MW2 with different guns. Yeah some features are nice, like the weapon levels and stuff but is it necessary? No, II apologize to all the fanboys but MW3 really did not meet expectations. No, I actually preferred the challenges more. The single player is barely the only redeeming quality. It was good, but not as epic as I was hoping. Oh well. Infinity Ward is the epitome of "if it isn't broke don't mess with it" yet MW2 was very broken.

This is just blended **** of the same thing. Sound quality is still poor and the guns sound like stuff out of Star Trek. There were no memorable moments in the campaign. The multiplayer is boring since I already played MW2. The best thing they could think of was "Kill Confirmed" which isn't even Team Deathmatch with a twist (as they advertise) it's just team deathmatch. It's the same guns, the same campers. The only thing they've added is just more ways to get killed and more reasons to get frustrated with the game just as they did with MW2. And I can't get over the fact that the graphics and visuals are all the same! Explosions look and sound the same, guns look and sound the same, basically every animation that they have is just a copy MW2. The storyline in campaign is just a bunch of random events tied together with sketchy transitions. It's impossible to get attached to characters even though we've had them for three full games so any death in the characters is no where near as emotional as they expect it to be. If you want to get MW3, just keep playing MW2 because it really is just the same goddamn thing. I would think that because BF3 had just come out, that Infinity Ward would be doing their best to innovate and update rather than repackaging the same stuff. It's kind of like the iPhone 4s, change a bit here and there, slap an new title on it and call it the best thing on the market. Hopefully I can sell my copy to Infinity Ward's next victim on EBay.     This game takes a big step back. big big step back. Black ops was the best its gonna get for the franchise. Leveling up is terrible. all playing styles make this game great, I have won tourneys in black ops, don't see that happening.

    The game has great graphics. The main gameplay of this game is the multiplayer. At this point in time the online play in broken. LAG compensation killed the game. It punishes people with good connection. Its pretty rediculus how you can put a ton of hit markers on a person and still get killed.     If you were blocked by Activision and don't know why, you are not alone. Many players are complaining of being banned and not knowing why. They have contacted MW3 customer service and are told "we cannot tell the end user why they are banned". Really? I've bought MW1 2 and Black Ops, including all the DLC (Making each game cost 120$). And what have I gotten out of it? What has your industry gotten of it? Now I'm not saying that this is bribery, in and of itsself, but I am quite interested to hear when these advertising contracts were made, what are the terms of them and, indeed, would they have been removed should your game not have been given such an overwhelming positive review? I am quite certain they would have, and that metacritic would no longer have a link to it.     I joined metacritic just to rate this game. What a waste of $60, and I will never get back the hour or so I played it until I realized what crap it was. They might as well have brought back noob-tubing across the map, oh wait that wouldn't work as all the maps are too small. Shotguns still kill you in 1 shot from across the map but it's still difficult to drop a bad guy aiming down the sights of a rifle and emptying a whole clip on him. WOW i could go on and on, it is just so LAME! it is the SAME game! nothing new just new small weak-ass maps. And all the flaws the other games had were not fixed, still present if not worse.
    Glad Battlefield 3 is around to satisfy my 1st person shooter needs. That game is the new major league of 1st person shooters, the COD franchise is is the same league as all the prepubescent little boys playing it, which are all I can tell do play it. All you hear are their squeaky little voices call each other the newest swear they learned in school the whole game.     where's the new? activision again releases next cod to count the many form it, it is the most important thing for them; I won't buy this game cause I prefer cs (multi) and longer campaign time, it's ridiculous you can through it in about 5 hours, screw this ****

    I played also nearly all COD games. There is one thing that gets worse and worse in multiplayer: Lag compensation. Never experienced this in another game:You will get killed for having a better connection because the engine estimates that another player having a worse connection then you has only to hit once and you have to hit 3x to land a kill. No other COD had this big a problem with lag compensation. Good features introduced by Treyarch were simply undone: like flagpoints getting transparent when you aim behind it. Where are the contracts? Bad matchmaking. One who starts at level 1 directly plays against prestige level 4-5. Great fun. Also all explosives were reduced so drastically that grenades become more of joke. It lands directly besides your enemy but doesn't kill him. How realistic is that?

    The map design has already been explained by others. I will simply say that they really doesn't weight up against the Black Ops maps. The other stuff really looks like mw2: No big improvement here. The SP had more wow moments in MW2. Quickly played and quickly finished. No innovation here.    … Expand

    Awful, hardly different to the previous call of duty and the one before that, this is what is wrong with the industry, they just churn out the same rubbish game with very little difference and the public just eat it up and it sells, nobody wants to take risks anymore. It warms my heart to see this game get thrown down in the reviews.

    I picked up MW3 at midnight the day it came out, expecting something new and innovative. I was looking forward to the new Special Ops Survival Mode and a more rehashed multiplayer experience. The month of play that ensued was a colossal letdown.

    First off, the campaign. Despite being an average joe when it comes to beating campaigns, I was able to effortlessly roll through veteran    I picked up MW3 at midnight the day it came out, expecting something new and innovative. I was looking forward to the new Special Ops Survival Mode and a more rehashed multiplayer experience. The month of play that ensued was a colossal letdown.

    First off, the campaign. Despite being an average joe when it comes to beating campaigns, I was able to effortlessly roll through veteran campaign within a matter of hours. Does the challenge even start? Also, the campaign overall just looks like a recycled version of MW2 campaign.

    Secondly, Spec Ops. Survival Mode is fun and challenging at times, but it does get boring after a while and doesn't even come close to the excitement and challenge of Nazi Zombies. Mission Mode is basically MW2 Spec Ops Part II. I do like the ranking system; however, after you hit 50 you become bored with Spec Ops mode extremely quickly, as there basically is nothing left to do.

    Finally, the part we've all been waiting for, multiplayer. Let's just say that multiplayer is a copy-and-paste of MW2 multiplayer, except with next to no new features added and a bunchload more problems. The only real things I like about the prestige shop are the opportunity for double xp whenever you want and the ability to unlock a weapon early. Everything else is garbage. I mean, who wants to work a whole prestige for a token that gets you nothing but a stupid title? And I liked being able to earn custom classes; however, since many people hardly ever use extra custom classes, having to spend a token on them seems like a waste.

    Then we have the gameplay. And boy, does it suck ass. The first and most obvious problem: the lag. I'm usually rocking 4 bars; this does nothing to account for the tremendous difference between what I see in game and what I see on the killcam. Much more often than before, I'm emptying half my clip into enemies that eventually kill me, yet when I look at the killcam, I just stood there without even taking a shot. Next is the spawning. There are many instances where I will spawn near a battle (or even in the line of fire sometimes) and will be dead within 3 seconds of spawning. Also, I have never before been killed so many times by enemies spawning behind me. The hit detection system is also garbage. There have been many times where I've been shot in the chest (killcam for proof) and the game counts it as a headshot on me. Also, knifing the air behind an enemy or sniping/quickscoping the airspace where I was 2 seconds ago shouldn't still be counted as a kill. Finally, the weapons and killstreaks (and also the maps). The weapons are almost exactly the same as they were in MW2, except for the Type 95 and PP90M1. These weapons give me fits, as both of them kill in basically 1 shot, making them an excellent choice for campers/spawn campers/corner campers. Shotguns, especially the Striker, are way overpowered too. Also, if you trigger the IMS but you manage to run 50 feet away or behind a wall, you shouldn't still have to die. The support killstreaks are a joke, now any scrub who plays the game can get an EMP or juggernaut armor in a flash (even while going negative...which reminds me, this game places way too much emphasis on kdr as compared to other cod titles...). The maps and graphics are basically just a copy-paste of MW2 maps, except that there's more corners to camp in and more cheap flanking routes *facepalm*.

    Overall, unless you're a really die hard cod fanboy (and I mean 10th/15th prestige every game die hard), then don't waste your money, especially on Elite. Your hard-earned cash is better spent on more remarkable games such as BF3 and Skyrim.    … Expand

Not long till I noticed the same as most of the players that maps had way too much of those little alleys and enemies usually spawned right next to me. Also the whole game was quite similar compared to mw2 and even they did add this weapon leveling thing it just wasnt enough. Mighth be that when they had that fight with Jason and Vince and they left with many other people they just didnt have the courage or knowhow to make any big improvements. I just am very disappointed with the game and I dont think that I will play it for very long even though its still a bit addictive like all CODs.… Expand

    I have played all the COD games ,every single game had "something" that kept me interested but mw3 its a real joke to the franchise and i think it must be retired of the market , yesterday i was playing mw3 and i got bored so i started to play mw4, and except for the grafics, its the same!!!! this is the probably the worst game ever made by sledgehammer games

From the day the trailer came out i absolutley despised it, but when i got it i had that little hope, like a normal person would, and i wasnt expecting such a sad game not that the game is bad but its soooo not what i want, im liberal, i like change simple as that.     A really bad game. Robert Trolling didnt fix anyhting. Its basically black ops flaws mix with mw2 flaws. They make the game look all cool with the golden guns but in reality its a cluster fu*k. its just people running around everywhere.From overpowered fmg's to quickscoping. its really bad.

The guns, yes the guns are basically the same, but thats not what I'm complaining about because theyre based off real guns of which there are limited variants. Whats frustrating is the complete lack of balance, actually scratch that, theres balance in the fact that every gun kills in two shots except for a couple which are just useless. Also for some reason they decided to make machine pistols more powerful than most other guns in the game, really? The sniping is awkward to say the least, and I'm a sniper, it was my most used gun in every COD to date, even though you can zoom in faster, the way it does is honestly just odd and unweildy. Not to mention the snipers are just plain ugly. There are no new attachments except for the hybrid scope which doesnt count because its just combining two old attachments, the kill streaks are basically the same except for juggernaut which really is a stupid killstreak. But they decided to make the support strike package, a kill streak which doesnt reset when you die and has most of the best features, great idea sledgehammer... Because advanced UAV is in this package, if you hated ghost in BO youll die in MW3, with a blackbird up about 80-90% of the time and UAV 100%, assassin and blind eye are essential. Oh and finally the gamemodes, they added one new one, kill confirmed, which is my least favorite of them all including CTF... how has Call of Duty thought of 1 new game type in 5 years? I dont understand. The only reason I gave this a 1 is because the campaign is mildly entertaining and does bring everything together and once and for all end the game, however it is extremely cliche, predictable and uneventful, theres no mission that is distinct nor that I would replay several times such as the sniper missions/ ac-130 from COD 4 and multiple stealth/white house/ final mission of MW2. And lastly, it uses the same engine as COD 4, the best selling game in the world, it outsold harry potter... can't make a new engine, wow, just wow. Dont buy and if you already have, dont buy elite its pointless, go buy Skyrim, Batman, Halo CE anniversary, Rage, Gears 3, Battlefield 3, Dead Island, or wait for Mass Effect 3. With this plethora of great games this year why would one even consider MW3?… Expand

On your end of the line your far behind the wall, BUT when you do look at the killcam feature in the game you can clearly see that you where far away frrom that wall that you thought you got behind to take cover.

    Thats just some of the problems, And they do still, after 2 years since mw 2, have problems with Over-powered guns. What I am most disappointed in is the both the developers did promise on E3 June 2011 that they were not going to include shotguns, second chance and other perks that player over the years have learnt to hate.

    Don´t get me wrong on this, the games singleplayer part is fantastic, like a really intense action movie. But that is just 6 hours of gameplay, Is the game really worth 60$ for 6 hours of entertainment?

    Based on my experiense with the game I would not recomment people to get this game, atleast not when its 60$, Its really not worth that much for the 6 hours singelplayer, and its certainly is not worth that kind of money for the multiplayer part.

    And one more thing, who would wanna pay for MW 2,5?    … Expand

The multiplayer is the same as always, and a predictable storyline throughout the campaign really spoils most of the excitement for player. So all you get with MW3 is a stale and half-assed attempt at a game, with one of it's newest feature (Survival Mode) being a stolen and spent game type made famous by Treyarch. Not one thing about this is new or original! Treyarch may catch a lot of flak from fans of the Call of Duty series about their poor graphics and story lines but my god, at least they introduce game features that are original and take time to listen to their gaming community.… Expand

There is no depth to this game. Activision knows that a new CoD game needs to be pumped out every year, because these games simply have no staying power. Games like CS and Quake have staying power, because one could play for years without hitting any kind of ceiling. This is why CS has as many players as MW3 over a decade later. This game is perfect for studying if you're a dev and you're interesting in making an FPS game. If one has intimate knowledge of MW3's mechanics, then he knows exactly what not to include in an FPS. I could easily write an encyclopedia detailing the flaws in this product, but I think I'll end the review here and go play some Counter-Strike instead.… Expand

    I moved onto Special Ops. This part was probably the best part of the game, and if I were to rate it, I would give it a 4. The missions were less-than "Meh" and the survival mode was simply unplayable by yourself. (Unlike the much better Zombie survival on Black Ops). It's kind of hard to live when you have 5 supershielded gunmen with suicide bombers on your back while a chopper is shooting you from the sky.

    Td;dr: Predictable story, Bad multiplayer mechanics, Too little change from MW2, Survival is dumb on your own and the Spec Ops missions are below meh.

Infinity Ward basically took a game that was already bad enough (MW2) and took out some of the bad stuff, but replaced all that bad stuff with new bad ideas. Death streaks and other problems just made the game unbearable for many. This was supposed to be the game that saved the franchise and it ended up making itIt's hard to find the right words to describe how much I dislike this game. Infinity Ward basically took a game that was already bad enough (MW2) and took out some of the bad stuff, but replaced all that bad stuff with new bad ideas. Death streaks and other problems just made the game unbearable for many. This was supposed to be the game that saved the franchise and it ended up making it even worse.     Modern Warfare 3 is a completely ripoff of a game that throws together a dull and plain campaign and a painfully bad multiplayer. It's clear that Infinity Ward haven't put as much effort into this game as they did for COD 4 or Modern warfare 2. I'm only giving 2/10 because of the spec ops and I'm being really generous.

Now the multiplayer part first its the weapons and a lot of them are over powered and are given random stats no matter the FPS of the weapon or the calibur of the bullet the weapon takes except for AT launchers and Sniper Rifles. Now the ranks, the highest rank or level is 80 or general but you rank up very fast so theres prestige to take care of that but pretty much resets your rank and progression and gives you nothing in return but an icon next to your level. Unlocks, when you level up you unlock stuff but a lot of the stuff you unlock there usually pretty useless epically when you reach level 80 you unlock the worst gun in the game AK-47 and worst AT launcher in the game RPG-7 and the ability to reset your rank and progression which is pretty stupid. Overall Gameplay, the only gametype in the game that is moderately fun is Teamdeathmatch, and the game is in no way intense and loaded with Trolls and little whiny kids that have there kinect on, there's no teamwork or coordination with the players almost all the time so you just run around getting kills or getting killed.

    Very weak game. If this game isn't showing signs that Call of Duty is misses a step then I don't know what is. It adds absolutely nothing new. This is no exaggeration. I would rather play Pong or E.T for Atari than this garbage! Only thing good about it was the survival mode. For that I give it a 1. Not worth $60.00 ever!

    This game was a waste of 60 dollars in my opinion. I did not enjoy my time with this game. They got rid of all that made MW2 good and kept all the crap. It might as well have been called Modern 2.5. Plain ans simple I did not enjoy my time with this game, it just got me frustrated that's it.

    The game engine is out of date in 1999. boring, dull, is base. The sound in the game is terrible, the weakest game in the series. Battlefild 3 compared with that as a gold ingot.

Ok, so to summarize it's MW2 with different perks, kill streaks (packages), etc. There is some good here though--they've balanced out certain things and made the overall experience better. Problem is that this should have been done before MW2 was released--they let a game go two years with the most ridiculous imbalanced **** I have ever seen, and then they charge me $60 for the same game, but with the bull**** removed? This game is what MW2 should have been--plain and simple. The graphics aren't bad or anything, but they do feel dated now, as the engine is now 4 years old without any major improvements. Again, nothing horrible, but for this game I expected much more for my $60 considering the gameplay is a carbon copy of the previous entry in the MW series. Gameplay is again the same as before, however, I'm not sure if it's just me, but the quality of online play has seemed to decrease in every MW entry. Hit detection is at an all time low in terms of quality, and you'll find yourself many of times shooting ghosts that just won't die, but kill you in a single bullet. Then you watch the kill-cam only to find out that you weren't even shooting, or no one was there and the person that killed you with one bullet actually layed a half a clip into you. I'm not saying this hasn't happened in past games, but it just seems to be more frequent in this game--much more frequent.

    The maps are an absolute disaster--this causes other issues as well (I'll get to that in a bit). The maps feel like a giant circle filled with objects--after the initial spawn, there is no sense of helping my team push forward, there are just people everywhere and massive amounts of spawn killing. This is partly due to the map design having no sides--it's constant shooting in the back and side. Not that this shouldn't happen from flanking, but the spawning coupled with map design causes it to happen far too frequently. The maps overall feel like a cluster **** There are a couple of gems in there like Bakaara, but a large percentage of maps are garbage.

    ELITE was a great idea, but most of those statistics were available in Black Ops, so pitching it with the DLC as a pay service is a little offensive--it doesn't help that for the first couple of weeks that the service wasn't available. You didn't know how many people were going to log in? Really? Because you seem to make announcements about breaking pre-order records and such, so it's pretty obvious you have some idea of the number of players you'll have.

    Matchmaking hasn't been a problem for me, so no real complaints there, but I do have a small beef with them including the modes Gun Game and One in the Chamber, but only making them available for a private match--I mean, what the **** good is that? Yeah, I have 8 friends available all of the time to play COD, so I can enjoy these two incredibly good game modes....nope I don't, and what a shame that I can't enjoy these modes online with other player not on my friends list.

    Finally, I'll close out with the biggest issue with COD--not just MW3, but with the series in general: the community. The COD community are vile, ignorant, hateful excuses for human beings. There, of course, are normal players out there, but I've never seen such attention starved losers in my entire life. My favorites are the people who just make random annoying noises in the mic for the entire game. I truly hate interacting with most of these people--U MAD BRO?? lowlslzzz Seriously, the lack of sportsmanship is disgraceful--I remember playing MW1 and people saying "good game" to the other team. Nothing like that here--a bunch of raging, cheating, losers that enjoy attempting to make other people miserable, it really is pathetic.

    In closing, if you have been a Modern Warfare fan from the start, at least pick it up for the campaign. For new players, tred lightly as the series is at an all time low, in my opinion.

    If this game wasn't the sequel to the sequel of one of my favorite games of all time, I would give it a 5-6, but since it is I give it a 0 to display my disatification with the way Activision has handled this once glorious IP.    … Expand

The story should have ended in mw2 instead of side tracking just to say Hey there is going to be modern warfare 3 in two years. After the fall and decline of Cod3, Cod4 Mw came out and perfected the series and gave it a new life. Now after 4 or 5 years they are still trying to ride that train. Since mw2,call of duty has become the madden and dynasty warriors of games. One of the biggest issues was discovering the youtube video that shows buildings from previous Cod games placed into mw3. Now I find out that Modern Warfare 3 Developer Begs for Good Reviews. Are you serious? If you wanted good user reviews you shouldn't have made the same game over and over. If assassin's creed can come out every year with a compelling story added content and new things than why can't Call of Duty. It seems we are back into the Cod 3 phase where people were done and bored with it. I hope 2012 brings a new engine and a new game that does something different instead of the copy paste its been known for. Even the box art looks similar to mw2. You changed the color and turned his head. I really wanted to enjoy mw3 but I couldn't. There was nothing i haven't seen or done before. The first mission is suppose to be what sets you up for the entire game but it was boring and dull. Campaign is fun but forgettable. spec ops is fun but cheap. the Multiplayer is FAIL. **** maps. **** gameplay. gfx fail. sound design fail. just its a solid piece of **** well back to BF3 even though that game had a flakey campaign atleast the multiplayer of that one rocks.

As they have proven time after time since the merger, Activision is really only concerned with the bottom line. It's much easier to release the same game with an "upgraded" engine year after year than it is to actually create anything even close to resembling an innovative product.

    The only way a game can get a 0 and make sense is for it not to exist. Every game deserves at least a 1. Im not a fan of Call Of Duty, I haven't even played this new one. But I can tell you right now that it does not deserve any less than a 5. Becuase no matter what way you look at it, it is a well produced game, copy or not. The controls have always handled well.     MW3 takes the winning cod4 formula and dumbs it down further even than MW2, which is actually impressive given that MW2 was designed for people with the attention span of an amoeba. The developers consistently pander to the lowest common denominator of shooter fan, no skill required, no learning curve just mindless run 'n' gun action. Probably a lot of fun, if you've had a partial lobotomy or you just seem like you have, otherwise this probably isn't the game for you.… Expand

    Modern warfare 3 is absolutely horrible, it managed to push the limits of my imagination BACKWARDS. The elite system is a horrible idea, max level'd players are capable of ruining games for players just starting.. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME, save it for something worth your time like skyrim

    The only good thing about this game so far is that because I got it at Wal-mart, I was allowed to return it. Played this game before so many times. It only has a couple of changes, but they suck. Can't even pick my own killstreaks, and they did away with the money system in Blackops. If you like to pay for things twice, this game is for you.

    This game has really disapointing me. I know that "old formulas" that work can be repeated...but we are talking about inovation and i like a lot COD but this is only an act of mediocrity. I regret I bought this game :(

    Ultimately, Modern Warfare 3 feels similar to it's brethren, but that doesn't mean it isn't a great game. The single player element is still exciting, and multiplayer has more options than ever – if you're a fan of Call of Duty, Modern Warfare 3 is a no brainer.

    I never expected Modern Warfare 3 to go toe-to-toe with EA's juggernaut this year, but it came out of the gates with a tour de force campaign and co-op mode. It loses points with a perhaps too-familiar multiplayer that caters to the juvenile on Xbox Live; though don't be mistaken, Modern Warfare 3 is one hell of a shooter and a highlight for a series that just won't die – no matter how much we wish it bloody would, at times.
