    this game is really beautiful, it's a breath of fresh air, beautiful art direction and a moving and captivating story, in just 3 hours of play it completely captivated me, it certainly deserves the indie awards, One of the best games I played this year

    a great game and wonderful neon cyberpunk city visuals. IMO many gamers have no real game they fully resonates since FPS games(non BR) a simple complex rudimentary game like this. Not sure if multiplayer would change rating, but playing the campaign was deeply satisfying when games don't really bring a hype and novelty like this game. LOVED IT needed more

    This game is something all gamers have been waiting for, It's beautiful, breathtaking and it has cats. The story will make you tear up with joy and sadness and it will give you some spooky times too. But in the end, when you finish this incredible yet sadly, short game, you will rest for a bit as the credits roll and realize the masterpiece you've just finished.

    Transmite mucho con guiones tan breves.
    La direccion de orquesta y escena es preciosa, cambia la musica en cuanto hay una quest, estas en calma, cuando hay accion, etc.
    Los puzzles no son tan complejo, toma un poco para entenderlo, y mas si en ningun momento te dicen como debes hacerlas.
    Los guiones de todos, o incluso los cambios de enfoque, son una maravilla.

    El juego para ser indie le han metido empeño y creo que estamos en una era que demuestran que los indies pueden dar batalla y este junto a kena tienen mejor calidad que muchos AAA que en los últimos 2 años han sido basura algo que se ha vuelto común en la industria y se siente bien ver un juego bien hecho.

    This game is truly astounding. Yes, you get to play as a super adorable cat, but it's so much more than that. The story, the soundtrack, the visuals; all just absolutely beautiful. It's not often a game can leave me so emotional, but this was definitely one of those titles. It's very linear and a bit short (took me a little over 7 hours) but it's a MUST play for anyone who has a PS5/PS4 orThis game is truly astounding.     el gatojuego es un producto simplemente increible, lo precompre en cuanto salió en steam y cada dia que espere por el valio la pena, la historia me parece un 10/10 con una premisa interesante, los graficos se ven bien y no he tenido problemas de rendimiento pese a tener un pc regular, solo tuve 2 bugs los cuales fueron de sonido y visual respectivamente, el de sonido fue al patear un cuboel gatojuego es un producto simplemente increible, lo precompre en cuanto salió en steam y cada dia que espere por el valio la pena, la historia me parece un 10/10 con una premisa interesante, los graficos se ven bien y no he tenido problemas de rendimiento pese a tener un pc regular, solo tuve 2 bugs los cuales fueron de sonido y visual respectivamente, el de sonido fue al patear un cubo que habia causando que se escuchara infinitamente el ruido de ser pateado cada vez mas fuerte, el visual fue que el gato giró su cuello en un angulo de 360 grados separandolo de su cuerpo, a mi me dieron risa y no afectaron lo mas minimo en mi gameplay ni experiencia, juegazo.… Expand

    I've been hyped for Stray for quite a while, since I love cats. But also figured that the game probably wouldn't live up to my hype. And that, despite my enthousiasm, being able to play a cat is not enough to make a game good. So I am happy to report that this game actually exceeded my expectations.     Stray is nice and chill, but never boring. Jumping is easy and fluid and you don't have to worry about falling down. Soon you will feel like King Kitty, master of rooftops!

    There's actiony bits, but what I loved most were the town hubs where the game feels most like an old-fashioned adventure game. There's so much to do and see. Take your time to look around and be part of the setting. The world is gorgeous and the animations and expressions of the cat are outstanding.
    At around 6 hours, the game doesn't overstay it's welcome. And I appreciated that, because I still have tons of 40+ hour games to finish.

    Wholeheartedly recommended to everyone (who is open to a gaming experience that isn't a multiplayer shooter, and let's be honest, don't we have enough of those already?).    … Expand

    This game does what it intended to do perfectly!

    The simple platforming is intended. Imagine if you can freely jump anywhere. It would lead to many fails and frustration which this game is not going for. It meant for you to chill, and have some awww moments.

    The world is beautiful. The puzzles are fun. The story is fantastic. Highly recommended.

    No he jugado la versión de PS5 sino la de PC, es uno de los mejores juegos que he jugado en la vida. Su banda sonora es encantadora, los personajes son originales y les tomas mucho cariño, visualmente es increíble, la jugabilidad es tremenda y única... Por último quiero añadir que es el primer juego que me ha hecho llorar, y por si no fuera poco en dos ocasiones. La única desventaja que leNo he jugado la versión de PS5 sino la de PC, es uno de los mejores juegos que he jugado en la vida. Su banda sonora es encantadora, los personajes son originales y les tomas mucho cariño, visualmente es increíble, la jugabilidad es tremenda y única... Por último quiero añadir que es el primer juego que me ha hecho llorar, y por si no fuera poco en dos ocasiones.     El juego es una carta de amor a los gatos y también a los humanos. La ciudad y sus habitantes robots poseen tanto carisma que nos dejan atónitos en toda la aventura. La música acompaña perfectamente los momentos de investigación, los momentos tristes, los momentos felices, los momentos de persecuciones... Es un punto muy fuerte. La dirección de arte es sublime: el diseño de niveles, elEl juego es una carta de amor a los gatos y también a los humanos. La ciudad y sus habitantes robots poseen tanto carisma que nos dejan atónitos en toda la aventura.     Couldn't put it down from start to finish. So much more than just 'that cat game', although it is that too. Compelling story, beautiful levels, and excellent pacing with small bursts of action to break up an otherwise relaxing experience. Loved it.

    What I wasn't prepared for was how clever the level design was, and how heartfelt its simple story is. The game is not long, my playthrough lasted seven hours and I did almost everything, but it packs a punch for such a short and simple game.

    The game includes no real combat, and the kind of semi-combat there is in the game, shooting the zurks with the lights from your drone, is kind of simple and repetitive, but the game nails both the cat experience, and the fun of exploring and solving puzzles so well that its flaws seem very minor. Of course, not all games are for everyone, and if you are the kind of person that thinks a 5-8 hour game is too short, or needs there to be combat in a game, then you should probably skip this one, but if you are drawn into the game by just the idea of being able to play as a cat, you'll be surprised with how much more this game has to offer.    … Expand

    Absolutely stunning! I haven't felt this warm and fuzzy about a game since Journey. The only negative I can say about Stray is that it ends, I want to keep exploring forever. Thank you to everyone who thought it would be cool to make a cat sim, cause you were right!

    Gente o que falar desse game, incrivél e cativante me prendeu do ínico até seu final surpreendente, a trilha sonora dá aquele up top durante a gameplay o protagonista e muito fofo, e a história nos ensina muita coisa como por exemplo o significado da verdadeira amizade e aborda um tema muito importante em relação ao cuido com o meio ambiente.

    Very good game about the adventures of a stray cat. Simple and uncomplicated plot, nice picture and surroundings. soulful characters. 10/10!

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game is a piece of art. It is beautiful and the soundtrack is perfectly complimentary to the aesthetic and themes of the story. Simple puzzles and story make this game accessible to anyone that wants to enjoy it, and that's the best part. It took 7.5 hours to complete my first playthrough, and I acquired half of the achievements. I spent a lot of time collecting extras and checking in with NPCs multiple times because their dialogue progresses throughout the game. What surprised me the most is that the novelty never wore off, I never stopped enjoying or giggling at getting my head stuck in a paper bag or batting objects off of ledges. I love this game and have really enjoyed watching others play it as well.… Expand

    Stray was a highly anticipated game for me and it did not disappoint. Even after playing through the story, there wasn’t a time where I felt annoyed while going back to get all the trophies. Wonderful story and environments.

    Absolutely loved this game from start to finish. Was excited for Stray ever since the reveal and it exceeded my expectations by a lot. It's 4 hours long but the story is incredible. The ending made me cry. When I was playing felt like fighting to meet my family back. And the audio is good as well. Our lovely cat sounds, Robots sounds, and others. Animation is delightful.     If you are allergic to cats, hate mystery, exploration and a good atmosphere in video games, don’t play Stray. Otherwise, you’ve probably already beaten it. It’s a rare occasion to get a title such as this. And if it looks like something you might enjoy, that’s likely because you most surely would.

    Stray makes the most of its choice of protagonist early on, really allowing you to do all the things a typical cat would do, though it eventually loses sight of that in favour of spotlighting the short story. That’s no cause for hissing, though it does leave the overall experience feeling somewhat like two kittens from different litters forced together. The combination works better than it should, but we’re ultimately left wondering what could’ve resulted if either half of the game had been given enough space to stand alone. [Issue#18, p.70]

    It sounds ridiculous. And maybe it is. But the first ten minutes of Stray broke our heart. We’re a soft-boiled egg when it comes to animals, even when they're completely fictional. A cat who loses his friends and then gets hurt? Enough for an intense feeling of sadness and pity. It is not the challenge, but the experience that is key in this game. You really play Stray for the atmosphere. And that's exactly right.
