    Bad graphics, empty world and to many bugs. The game is way to repetitive. Didn't like the characters and the story is very bad. You don't even wanna give this game to your worst enemy!

    It was clear to me from the trailer this was going to be bad but despite my misgivings I wanted to give it a go given how much I liked the previous versions. But almost everything about this game spits in the face of previous games.

    Starting from the character creator that where not only is it there very few options to customise how you want to look but apparently there is no easy way to choose if you are male or female because that obviously offend some blue haired wack job that was never going to play the game anyway.

    All the characters in this are annoying prats that I wanted to die. There is nothing of the style, glamor or larger then life appeal that the other games in the series had. The men are either total wimps or fat lumps and none of the women are attractive.

    If you want a fun game stay away from this and go play Saints Row 3.    … Expand

I don't think I've ever played a game with such an empty, lifeless, boring open world. Saints Row makes Ubisoft games from 5 years ago feel like GTA V on a $5,0000 PC with every mod in existence.     Convinced that the positive reviews are from Volition employees. This is yet another unpolished bugfest of a game that needed more time in development. The fact we can’t get 4k60 on ps5 is plain embarassing, and don’t even get me started on the pop in. The story was bare bones, too short and the characters were nothing in comparison to the old games.

    Too much preco was not delivered. Just DeepSilver's charade of making the pc game release exclusive on their platform 4 hours before delivery, to sell Notorious packs at $90 has put me off.
    I was able to test the game for a few hours on Ps and it calmed my hype.
    I put a zero point to DeepSilver and a place in my list of game publisher to boycott. I'm fed up with all their ****

    Game is horrible, plays worse than the first 2 entries and looks like it was an upscaled 360 game, more glitches than Cyberpunk at launch, poor story, not even goof if it were a $20 game, wouldn't play it for free.

I actually don't mind a few bugs, if the game I plays is good and interesting, but this isn't. It is many years since I was so disappointed with a new game. The game franchise is ruined.

    They replaced all the all the fun, boring and cringy characters that make you want to punch them in the face, a gun play worse than some ps1 games, Outdated physics systems and a miriad of bugs.

    Overall: Avoid this at all costs to show them what we really want.

The whole game is over there is no building of the story you literally do 10 or so missions, and then the end credits roll.     What isn't bad about this game? From Writing, graphics, story, characters, optimization...it fails on all accounts. I wouldn't be surprised if this game kills the franchise. This game should be a lesson for game developers on "what not to do". Ignore anyone giving this game high marks. There's a reason why this game did so poorly and caused its studio Volition to shut down...

    The positive reviews for this game (I have nothing agaist people enjoying any game) mostly say don't listen to the hate, it's fun but don't say why it's fun and do not discredit the legit hate.

    Gameplay - inconsistent camera and aiming controls, buggy, poor physics (not even in agood way).
    Story and humor made me sick in my mouth.
    An insult to SR1 and 2.

    I was a saint row fan since SR1 ,but the reboot 2022 is really really disappointed, main story is way too short and boiling. Tons of tons of bugs. What a shame it really is a terrible game. I’ve half finished the game and decided to delete that game and put it on the 2nd hand market tomorrow. I’m a bit upset, I expected this game for a long long time, but it really crap.

Also, if you plan on streaming this and use the "avoid copyrighted music" feature, get ready for a lot of silence. It just turns off all the music stations leaving you with nothing.

The point of why I am arguing is simple if your a feminist or someone who is too sensitive don’t get this game. This game isn’t for people under 18 and it’s certainly not for people who are too sensitive about a video game. There was no reason why my account gotten suspended. The game was meant to play like that. So I am blame deep silver studios bc they should have a filter and say Join NSFW 18 co-op. I also blame the parents who bought this game for their kids and thought it was Minecraft and then they complain on social media saying this game should be banned bc it has nudity and pornography.     The Map is Not Only Diverse it was a living open world . If we Move to The Story Part it is Cherry On The TOP . The Antagonist Had Character Arcs same as The Protagonists . There are 3 Gangs and a Corporation called Ultor . Sons of Samedi is the Creepy Drug Dealing Gang they have a little weak side of story but Missions related to em are so Good , Remember Trevor's Sticky
    Bomb Missions in Gta 5 They Steal it from one of Samedi Missions . and Killing one of The Gang Member will haunt you Rest of the game . coz radio stations are its finest in Saints row 2 ,unluckily that Gang member happens to be the Radio jockey . after his death the radio gets owned by an Artificial intelligence which sounds terrible .
    The Other Yakuza Gang ( Ronin ) Struggles with Father son Relationship and Trust me You will feel bad for Them way before you are burying one of of em alive , their Missions are straight From Japanese action movie katana fights , samurais on bikes , blowing this **** out , collapsing building and skydiving damn.

    next one is brotherhood , this gang is basically you are fighting with another your self . it is so Intense so personal there are so emotions on both side it felt great . and there are 4 different combat style .

    the Ultor is some next level @@@@ im not spoiling here experience it your self .

    a part from missions you can buy properties , Work as a Taxi Driver , Body guard of a celebrity , as a medic . fire fighter and a Cop . it had the perfect blend of realism and over the top fun . all of the time i played as the default boss from the trailers so character creation is not a thing for me .

    back in 2006-2008 volition pulled a Gta Rival with That Budget , just imagine what they can do in future if it had a better funding .

    hey Volition you cant make good games you are proving it for almost a decade , Just Step Down The Business and Make Custom Character Creator Blender / Maya / Unreal Users . ill but even it is Yearly Subscription .

They are unlikeable and honestly more importantly, excruciatingly unfunny. Saints row has had unlikeable characters in the past (Josh Burk) who you never hated as they were at least funny. The main cast isn’t even the greatest concern however, as every character is bland and boring, especially the rival gangs who offer nothing interesting to gangs in the past (you know you’ve messed up when Saints Row 1 had more interesting gangs and 2 of those gangs were almost completely forgettable). Overall do not play this game. Spend your money on anything other than this. Added note: no, even if they fix the bugs my best score would be a 2 out of 10. Fixing the bugs would minimally effect how awful this game is.… Expand

The dialog is some of THE worst written I have ever heard from my 20 years of gaming. The writers certainly have a boner for hating anything capitalism or the idea of making money, and its certainly annoying and unbearable. Which is Ironic, since that's the main point of the game.

    Gameplay: Watered down, shooting bullet sponge enemies is boring and repetitive, useless collecting and a buggy mess of a game that gives cyberpunk a run for its money. Nothing new is added and it feels like they just took saints row 3's engine and clumsily just copied and pasted it in this game while not checking for bugs, glitches, and crashes.
    Open-world gameplay for this game specially shows how aged it is and how boring it has become. There is literally nothing to behold in this game and GTA5 has more stuff to do then this.
    Rag dolling is just out of place and out of control, nothing obeys the rules of the world or reality.

    Sound: Decent, but again, the dialog is just some of the worst i have ever laid my ears upon. Don't have anything to say about this, guns go shoot shoot, explosions go boom.

    Overall: Please, do not buy this game, for any system, I have already refunded mine, and I highly suggest anyone who had to sit through this train-wreck do the same. This game is not saints row, and to the people who made it, quit making games, you clearly have no idea how to make a game, stick to activism where you belong.

    GTA 6 will also meet this fate, don't pin your hopes in that either.    … Expand
