    The world in Hogwarts Legacy is so fun to explore. The casle specifically is really special to explore. There is so much eye for detail. There are many puzzles and hidden things to find. This game is the best exploration game I have played. The story is excithing it gives you a true Harry Potter vibe. The music is so good.     The Wizarding World game everyone dreamed of is here. I’m about 20 hours in and I am completely enamored with the characters and story. The gameplay is smooth, the world is beautiful and the combat is flawless. I love coming to battle armed with any combination of 16 spells and a wheel of potions and vicious plants to use. The combinations are endless to keep the combat fresh.

    I really love the puzzling aspect which is par for the WW universe and keeps the wonder alive. For those who want to negative review bomb this and say how it spreads hate, please see the Three Broomsticks, which is run by a Trans Bartender. JK Rowling has no involvement in the game but the staff and devs that created this masterclass in open world rpg storytelling did a fantastic job. The game has a lot of depth, heartwarming moments, a lot of spiders and all the magic the WW universe fans deserved.    … Expand

    In the lines of Kotor or The Witcher 3, we have an immersive RPG experience in the form of Hogwarts Legacy. You create your own original character and join a house of your choosing. Very fun experience for both Harry Potter fans or those new to the Wizarding World

    I'm surprised to say this was everything I wanted and more. I was tempering my expectations but from the moment I saw the first cut scene I was hooked. This is the Harry Potter experience I've always wanted.

    Play the game with graphics at Fidelity with Raytracing, that’s my advice. Because there are so many unique locations that just look amazing with Raytracing on.

    Can’t put it down, you can tell the game was made with so much passion and love. Genuinely really fun to play! So much to unlock, find and explore and the combat is surprisingly really fun too!

    (Apparently there are people saying they have had performance/FPS issues?)

    I have had no issue(s) in that capacity game play wise or other etc, it has been a smooth and fun ride.

    The Game itself truly truly felt like coming home.

    Awesome graphics, story draws you in from the first five minutes. Felt like Harry Potter met Indiana Jones and then drops you right into the heart of the game, Hogwarts itself. Still only scratching the surface, but I'm enjoying the adventure.

    Bawię się naprawdę dobrze. Historia ciekawi, wciąga. Chce się zostać jeszcze chwilę żeby dowiedzieć się co się wydarzy dalej. I tu pojawia się inny problem: mnogość możliwości eksploracji świata. Tu widzisz jakiś tajemniczy znacznik na mapie, zaraz widzisz następny i zanim się obejrzysz jesteś 3x dalej od celu misji

    I am not a fan of HP, I have never read the books only watched the films. This game is excellent. From the backgrounds, to motion capture, and voice acting. It's just like playing the movies. The game is truly superb, I will be playing this for many years to come. If only to see different houses and if they affect play.     An excellent game, compelling characters & fun story. Coming in fairly new to the potter world, it captures/portrays a fantastic fantasy world to get lost within. Really do recommend if you enjoy fantasy open world games.

    Well, I'd say like 9.5/10. The main goal of the game was to create an atmosphere of magical world - and it did it brilliantly!! You can spend hours just exploring the Hogwarts itself. Combat is also good, quests are interesting. The weak points are facial animations and some technical issues, but the game is still great!

    Just amazing, I have been a fan of Harry Potter and the Wizarding World since I was 5 years old, 25 years later and this is exactly the game we have always wanted. It feels very familiar but with a completely new storyline. There are Easter eggs everywhere which are always a joy to find. Thank you Avalanche for the love you put into this beautiful game

The story is just ok, and i’d give it between a 6 and a 7, but the rest definitely makes up for it. Incredible work by the devs and artists. There is the elephant in the room.     Absolutely loving this game; it's pure escapism, full of exploration and wonder. There are so many side quests to enjoy. Graphically, I'm playing through on Fidelity with Raytracing, and I often find myself just staring, in awe, at the hallways, as the light bounces from the stained-glass windows onto the marble floors. Terrific!

    If Avalanche Softwares gave me the power to make a dream Harry Potter game as a kid, I couldn't do better. Marvelous. Sublime. Addicting. I can't do anything but play Hogwarts Legacy.

    It is a finished product. I have roughly 40 hours into the game and have been doing every side quest and extra content to make sure I don’t leave any stone unturned. It is a master piece. I have friends who are no longer gamers, coming back and waking up early to play the game as if they were back in middle or high school. I have yet to crash or see any bugs. In a world of Triple A gamesIt is a finished product. I have roughly 40 hours into the game and have been doing every side quest and extra content to make sure I don’t leave any stone unturned. It is a master piece. I have friends who are no longer gamers, coming back and waking up early to play the game as if they were back in middle or high school. I have yet to crash or see any bugs. In a world of Triple A games pushing out unfinished games at full premium, this is a breadth of fresh air.… Expand

    This game is the perfect Harry Potter Experience. There are a lot of things to do, to explore, to discover. The facial animation is kinda meh but it's ok, I love the gameplay and expecially the Combat system at higher difficulties. And the inclusion of the Unforgivable Curses is just amazing. The best part is that the LGBT community is enraged by it, that's why I bought the Deluxe edition

    Outstanding game so far, I am not a huge Harry Potter fan but have certainly seen the movies and this RPG definitely makes you feel like you are playing in the world represented there. Combat is fun, voice acting is good, experiences seem varied, and graphics are good. The overall package is excellent.

The developers of the game tried to convey the whole atmosphere from books and films, the graphics are at an excellent level (PS5) and I enjoy exploring the world, flying without a broom and using spells against goblins and other enemies. I don't regret buying this game. I want to point out that there hasn't been anything so delightful in the Harry Potter universe for a long time. All these newfangled political views and the flow of feces due to other people's views can only harm the development of the world. Do not touch the beautiful Universe of magic and this game, leave it outside of your "new" and "correct" outlook on life..    … Expand

    This game is amazing!!!! A few bugs that will most likely be ironed out soon. Truly the game of my dreams. I can't believe how beautiful the castle is. I have played a fair few open world games and this is the first time I have seen art direction at this level.

    The game is fun, something rare in this medium where everything is full of political propaganda and progressive agendas, while the story progresses you are immersed more in that world and without a doubt I would dare to say that it is one of the best open world games

    A fun, just enough challenging, game that has not forgotten its young adult mystery roots. It got my son into this universe that grew up with me. Just a great game. Only weakness is that it would be better as a AAA game with way more interactivity

    After playing this game on both consoles the PS5 version is superior with the extra stuff and the performance , amazing game and well worth it at full price. Anyone that loves open world games should pick this up you won't regret it so much to explore and discover and the combat is great.

    Wow.. the story was amazing. The combat felt awesome. Flying on the broomstick was fantastic. The way you learn spells. Hogwarts itself was made absolutely perfectly. Hogsmead and the Forbidden Forest. To the outside areas away from Hogwarts. Fantastically made game.

    Amazing game! Been waiting so long, already many hours on it and will be more. Good in all aspect, gameplay, story, content so on! Glad bought the game. And activist/boycotters please go live your life and stop harrasing streamers/players/friends. Just let ppl play what they want!

    Basically, it's the game of my life. They have managed to recreate Hogwarts perfectly.

    No one should stop playing this game for any reason.

    Amazing Game. Open World feels alive and you can spend hours on exploring or side quests without processing the main story.

    An amazing and immersive game. A valid contender for the Game of the year. Main strengths: gameplay and combat system, story line and characters. Considering that is an open-world game I didn't come across many bugs or glitches. It is a wonderful foundation for future DLC and updates.

    Hogwarts legacy is an incredibly fun and immersive game that transports you to the magical world of Hogwarts! Can only recommend trying it out for sure!

    Remeber when "those people" used to just want to be "left alone" and "treated equal", but now they try to dictate everything we do and say and now what we play? Best game ever! 10/10. If you really want to be "left alone" then lock your door, close the blinds and let me play my game. The whole world isn't gonna walk on eggshells for you few hyper sensitive individuals. Get over it.

    A wonderful game, engrossing and engaging in every way. If you aren’t a fan of the setting, it may not do much for you — but obviously, you probably wouldn’t choose this anyway. But if you are at all interested in the world, this is a slam dunk. The quest and character systems are deep, the world is massive, and most of all, the combat is really well done, and that was a nice surprise. AA wonderful game, engrossing and engaging in every way. If you aren’t a fan of the setting, it may not do much for you — but obviously, you probably wouldn’t choose this anyway. But if you are at all interested in the world, this is a slam dunk.     JK Rowling has truly created an exceptionally magical immersive world, and the makers of this game have fully realised it. i have found myself checking out every inch of hogwarts and hogsmeade, there is so much attention to detail in this game, you will not want to turn it off. really hope there will be an expansion...hopefully quidditch! and a sequel. my only gripe is the camera angle,JK Rowling has truly created an exceptionally magical immersive world, and the makers of this game have fully realised it. i have found myself checking out every inch of hogwarts and hogsmeade, there is so much attention to detail in this game, you will not want to turn it off. really hope there will be an expansion...hopefully quidditch! and a sequel. my only gripe is the camera angle, not really liking the offset to the left of the character wish you could make it central and be able to zoom the camera out just a bit. and as i have been playing and i can't help but notice how much more diverse things were over 100 years ago....its er....really immersive… Expand

    Das beste Spiel seid gefühlter Ewigkeit. Spannend, abwechslungsreich, gute Story und hoher Suchtfaktor. Andere Entwickler sollten sich da mal ein oder mehrere Schreiben abschneiden.

    I wasn't thinking of buying this game. But, because of the woke people trying to cancel the game, I bought it and now I am thankful. The game is awesome. I know it's to soon, but I think it will be the best game of 2023, or at least will be in the Top 3.

    Hogwarts Legacy has a great character design and could have had a great story too but the story is not so strong. the gameplay feels great and exploration is so entertaining. visually its great and Hogwarts castle is so detailed.

    Hogwarts Legacy is definitely a beautiful-looking game that doesn't have a groundbreaking story, but does have a beautiful world, a fun combat system, broomstick flying, and of course an incredible amount of side quests and missions. [Issue#325]

    It's been a decade since we've had a full Potterverse game, but the wait has been well worth it. Hogwarts Legacy gets just about everything right, with its involving storyline and myriad of main and side quests. Perhaps its finest feature though is Hogwarts itself, providing as much joy in just exploring the halls as performing set tasks. We doubt a single Harry Potter fan will be disappointed. We certainly weren't.
