    1. it's not a new game, it was supposed to be "nextgen Gran Turismo" while it's made on the GT sport engine. At best it looks a little bit refreshed. Like you'd bought a new GPU to your PC and finally can run the game on max.
    2. choppy animation: 30 fps replay doesn't cut it. That would not be a problem, but the game on multiple tracks has stuttered in certain areas.    0 out of 10 because:

    3. Always Online - WHY? for a single-player experience part this should be a game I can run after installing without internet/servers.
    4. Bugs - blocking you from finishing licenses etc.
    5. FINAL Blow: this game is built to force you to put your credit card on the table:
    - RNG reward cards apart from the smallest amount (negligible) of in-game money, give almost nothing else. I've almost finished story mode (40 lvl cafe) and throughout the game, all I got was 2 crap cars, and 1 invitation to buy a 3m car.
    - car dealership invitations that have a time stamp - buy now, or lose it. As the cars are ridiculously expensive, it's for the sole reason to create FOMO - use the credit card m8.
    - after race car card draw - totally gives the weakest/most common one

    They are open about their politics - nerfing the prize money in patch 1.08 was going full retard. Probably people weren't buying enough credits from PS store. Now they'll wait and check what happens. If the cash stream improves, that will stay, if not, they change something.

    Final word: Blunt, cheaply made, an unfinished cash grab.
    This should be released as a paid expansion to GT sport.
    Buy used or wait for an 80% discount.

    PS. Sony, if you think you can get away with this politics, you're wrong. MS will eat you alive if you continue this path.    … Expand

Throughout the stages of the cafe, requirements are getting higher and car upgrades are not cheap. Based on experience, roulette tickets often gives the smallest amount of credits (5k only).     It takes 20 hours of racing to buy the fast car. You have to use real money to progress like mobile free game. Do not buy wait for f2p announcement

    Update 1.07 broke the game completely. All the servers are down for maintenance. Its been over a day now and nobody can play because you guessed it: there is no proper offline mode.

    GT& the game itself is not bad but greedy monetisation have ruined an otherwise beautiful game.

    The BLATANT push to microtransactions is almost criminal. Always online required so that you are always online to purchase credits. It really is bad. Specially with the reduced reward from races now.
    The game itself is fun and enjoyable but thats like packaging a cake in **** You're not going to want it because there will always be a bad smell.

    This is a good simulation racing game brought way way down from it's 7 out of ten by being $70 with always online DRM and pay to win microtransactions. This game proves that we should not be paying $30 for triple A games, let alone $70

    I paid full price for this game but cannot play it. Offline single player mode doesn’t exist and currently online completely collapsed. You cannot easily own all the cars you want unless you pay for it. They somehow managed to mess this game up, it could have been a much better if the developer was not this greedy

    They reduced race payouts by 1/3 in order to force people to buy credits with real money. They did this after launch, this is nothing but a bait and switch and a scam!

    On top of this the game has very bad always online DRM.

    Avoid at all costs.

    GT 7 me ensinou uma coisa: Jamais compre jogos por review, porque neste caso a sony usou uma versão para ser bem avaliado, e depois da empolgação criada deu uma bela de uma rasteira (se a moda pega, é o fim). Isso é péssimo, tô desanimando de video game.

Horrible que para jugar a un jugador necesite conexión online. Por si fuera poco se cae un día entero el juego y le meten un parche para disminuir los puntos que me dan por carrera.. Técnicamente impresionante solo en modo foto. Jugarlo se ve y se sienteNecesito invertir mucho tiempo para conseguir un coche decente, parece que solo puedes avanzar pagando.     C'est une honte cette mise à jour. Je ne comprends pas que payer un jeu au prix fort nous oblige encore à payer plus pour des contenus que l'on devait avoir dès le début. Où sont passés la nostalgie des jeux vidéo ou l'on avait tout dès le début. Le jeu est quand même à 80 € ce n'est pas un free to play

    J'aime les jeux de cours, et la pour moi partir dernier a 1km du 1er est inacceptable. J'ai juste l'impression de dépassé des retardataires !

    The feels so flat idk it’s me or the game doesn't look like next gen at all. Played for a while and immediately went back to Forza Horizon 5. Not an xbox fan put still FH5 is actually fun and better to play..

    Paid $70 for this game and still all the good stuff is locked behind microtransactions. Unless you are a jobless grinder who can play 10hrs daily then just forget about unlocking cars you want. This game is bad and I cannot wait for Forza Motorsport to save the simcade genre on consoles.

    Online obligatoire, jeu inaccessible pendant plus de 24h a cause de ça (et ça va sûrement se répéter ). Baisse des gains de courses. Récompense anecdotique, prix en argent réel délirant, graphisme moins bon qu'un jeu sortie il y a 5 ans , 80€ ... Merci !

    PlayStation use to prioritize their customers but from looking at this game and it’s micro transactions in the game makes me sick. I’m completely disappointed and have been for a while from their current cash grab games.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. When released, Gran Turismo redefined car racing games, it's team were known for their cutting edge programming and graphics. Games like Forza would not be here if not for GT. To me, if feels like recent entries in the series have become lifeless, regurgitating the same features but with a new coat of paint. There is no vision, ambition or innovation any more. Even the once legendary lighting feels lacklustre, instead of it leaving the completion in it's wake. I can think of many features that would really put this game back on track again. Kazanori once said that he does look at his competitors games but he really should. Has Kaz just got bored of making games or has Japan really fallen so far with game development since the golden ear? Add to that the micro transaction where you can buy real cars cheaper than the in game ones and useless offline play leaving players stranded, unable to play for days at a time. I can't even get my money back but I can promise never to buy another game from this studio, despite being there from the very start.. sad… Expand

    Les graphisme n'ont pas évolué depuis gt sport, la difficulté monte de manière exponentielle de manière à te forcer à acheter un volant pour dosé tes freinages et accélération, de plus l'économie du jeu est devenue éclater pour forcer à acheter leurs packs d'argent. Très déçu de ce dernier !

    This game is useless without online connection. With offline racing you always start as last. With the last update 1.07 they reduced all earnings. Its sad to see they really pushing you to pay for Microtransactions. This is an exploitation game. I don't recommend playing this game.

    Do NOT buy this game. Latest update halved the rewards to force MTX. Server has also been down for over 24 hours. Sony will not issue refunds. Game is unplayable and broke. Do not buy.

Sadly they have locked engine swaps and other highly anticipated features behind roulette wheels that are obviously rigged to pay the least desirable prize more often than not. The in game economy is a joke and headed toward what you would expect from a free title with pay to win mtx. This is a AAA full price game ffs!! They the add insult to injury by nerfing theThis game could be great.     Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
