Los coches no sufren impactos, escenarios mal recreados, el sonido es basura, la sensación de velocidad es pésima, adquirir el coche de tus sueños es mas complicado que en la vida real. Un juego que debería ser F2P pero que por cualquier motivo se les ha ocurrido que a parte de pagar 80e en su lanzamiento incluya MACROpagos. Para ganar carreras necesitas buenos coches y para tener buenos coches necesitas pagar o jugar 500 horas, un Pay To Win de manual.     I don't normally post reviews here unless the game is uniquely good or bad, and this is the rare occasion that it is neither. The reason I put a goose egg as the score is due to Sony's greed. Make no mistake: If this doesn't get fixed soon, this is standard all PS games will go by.

    This game has always online DRM, which renders it unplayable during server maintenance. The game has been down for over 30 hours and single player content is largely inaccessible. Not to mention the fact that the latest update is set to reduce credit payouts to miniscule levels on all races in order to push micro transactions.     First of all a cash grab and the cars might look awesome but you can 't charge that amount of credits or money for something which doesn't sound like the real thing. Like the Ford GT from 2005 sounds like a Honda V-Tec engine. Nothing against a Honda VTEC but a Ford GT with a 5.4l supercharged V8 should not sound like a high pitched 4 inline. A a car enthusiast that is not acceptable!

    An incredible game that has been utterly wrecked by the online-only requirement and reward reductions that were implemented after reviewers gave out their scores. The game has now been unplayable for two days straight as a result. A new low for Polyphony and Sony. :(

    impossible to unlock a good car, you have to paid for it. played 15 hours but it was only with low price cars. And you cant win race without upgrade, need to spend credit for upgrade. I cant collect enough credit.

    I had a lot of fun with GT7, the graphics are amazing, the game is very smooth and the backstory is just awesome.
    But that, is HAD. They updated the game and broke it, servers offline, not playable. No biggie, i thought, i only play singleplayer.... Oh boy was i wrong, because THEIR game servers were offline i could _not_ play the single player mode(!).
    Then, to add onto the misery,    I had a lot of fun with GT7, the graphics are amazing, the game is very smooth and the backstory is just awesome.

    Then, to add onto the misery, with ridiculous timing, they also _halved_ all of the ingame currency earned, which means you now need to grind for about 20 hours (!) to get one of the most expensive cars, and there's quite a bunch of them at that price... And why? To push their **** microtransactions, in a game i paid full price for....

    You've done it Polyphony, you've really done it. You were one of my most beloved game developers in the industry, and with one single swoop you've landed on my trashlist, and it will take a LOT of convincing for me to ever buy one of your games again.    … Expand

    Games that are online in single player on ps4 and ps5 for what? There's no piracy. Take the game offline if not the day the server stops working no one else plays. Remember Gran Turismo 5 multiplayer? No longer supported.

    Beautiful game, ruined by microtransations. My fault for pre-ordering the game. Was not expected this from a PS5 exclusive, especialy one with so much tradition like Gran Turismo. You would not see this on any Forza game.

And even if you are willing to spend real money on your full prize game the prizes for that are ridiculous. 20 € for 2 Mio Credits and some of the most expensive cars are about 10 mio credits…. And unfortunately, instead of fixing some of the issues everyoneCould have been so good but the game is pretty much useless without internet connection and the prize money system is totally broken. And even if you are willing to spend real money on your full prize game the prizes for that are ridiculous. 20 € for 2 Mio Credits and some of the most expensive cars are about 10 mio credits…. And unfortunately, instead of fixing some of the issues everyone is complaining about they chose to lower the earrings on most of the races even more.     I started playing the Gran Turismo series as a child and it was a good series. But now it's a huge disappointment. 1 Permanent online, why in solo or career mode? 2 game makes you donate, shame. 3 Lowered the money mechanic after two weeks of release. 4 game makes you feel like you have to work in it, not enjoy the race. 5 soundtrack is very controversial.

    That the game is online only is bad enough. My main gripe is with race payouts. With 400+ cars (and more to come) trying to grind out credits is just too much. I understand that the low payouts are meant to drive players to the cash shop but to go in during the last update to cut many payouts in half is just plain awful.     campaign is really short, not enough money to buy cars, seems that they push micro transactions which is ugly. half of the cars are old cars from gt sport

    I payed 70 dollars for a game i can't play whenever I want just because of requirement of internet connection. So stupid don't buy this game, they want me to pay for cars when it should be free for 70 dollar game.

    It's not a F2P game, Polyphony. You've charged us a bomb for this, and now dare loot us again with egregious MTX after reducing the credits payout. All this BS pulled off, specifically after the review periods got over, shows how predatory and exploitative Sony and the devs are.

    Paid a lot of cash for the Gran Turismo 7, but I can't play it in my spare time, this game will never belong to myself. Where did we ever go wrong, Sony ? Game is also boring and I go back to Gran Turismo 4 and 5 on older consoles to get the best of my experience, still. Hopefully my old wheel lasts.

If they don’t fix the in game currency, demand a refund. This whole currency system to buy credits only rolled out AFTER reviews were in.     Unfortunately I would not recommend a $70,00 game that heavily uses microtransactions. That would cost 5 of the 10 possible points. The other 5 are due to the requirement of internet connection to play the Campaign. Outragerous. It surely has many great points, but they become irrelevant. Avoid for now.

    the best way to completely nuke your player base and good will:

    force the game to always be online to ensure your players have no choice but to download the latest MTX riddled software update and leave it with a kill switch to be permanently deleted when the devs can't be assed keeping the servers up anymore. short term profits over long term gains as always, good job guys

    Gran Turismo is a cool saga in general but from the GT6 until now they stat to loose the feeling, now this game looks like a PS3 game, is expensive in price and becomes in a pay to win, Sony is going to the hole with every new game with bugs, poor quality and cheap results for a high proce, this GT7 is a shae.

    The game is amazing. But you know why I'm giving this a low score. Absolute scummy micro transactions and drm ruined this game. All avoidable issues. Don't think I'll be playing for much longer.

It's unfinished, barely improved on GT Sport and they've just added a patch making race rewards so low that it's impossible to get rare cars without either grinding 12+ hours a day or spending hundreds (and I mean hundreds) of pounds to get the rare cars.     I used to love the series. It did some questionable choices for the sake of money as far back as GT5 (selling single use paints as DLC, for instance), but it was never egregious, certainly nothing like today's games can get. GT7, however, already started out as mean with its rewards (chiefly the roulette spins that just happen to give you the lowest reward 90% of the time), and with the latest patch, they turned the game into a total grindfest that also tries to tug on your FOMO strings (e.g. the system of invitations: brief windows to buy expensive cars you most likely can't afford)... unless you'd like to buy some in-game currency *nudge* *nudge*    … Expand

    Seriously polyphony??first you shutdown driveclub as it was better than GT sport and now that you don't have competition you are looting consumers in the name of a half baked game.

    Why don't you rename yourself microtransaction digital.Grid legends is 200 times better than this and it doesn't have any micro transaction although ea published it.

    Gran Turismo 7 has a lot of good and plenty of great. The use of DualSense and the particularly well-tuned loading is exemplary, and there's a huge amount of work behind the game, with a lot of detail that's almost hard to believe at times. [Issue#318]

    Gran Turismo 7 brings to the tracks every single thing fans always wanted: the GT Mode everyone loves, plenty of customization options, car loads, classic scenarios and one of the best DualSense and 3D Audio experiences the PS5 has to offer. This is the best Gran Turismo experience we have ever seen in a long time.

    Gran Turismo 7 is a love letter to motorsport history and an impeccable technical showcase. The franchise's traditional formula gets good improvements, but it's still extremely true to its roots. One of the best racing series ever shines spectacularly on the PS5.
