    A lovingly crafted blast from the past. Its familiarity can be a double edged sword but there is something to be said for classic game design. Gorgeous visuals, solid performance, tight and polished gameplay, Insomniac's trademark creative weapons, and humor in spades. It does feel a bit disjointed, though, with both story and gameplay segments lacking the smooth transitions and flow ofA lovingly crafted blast from the past. Its familiarity can be a double edged sword but there is something to be said for classic game design. Gorgeous visuals, solid performance, tight and polished gameplay, Insomniac's trademark creative weapons, and humor in spades. It does feel a bit disjointed, though, with both story and gameplay segments lacking the smooth transitions and flow of something like a Naughty Dog game. A combo of the movie tie in and what could be a small budget may have contributed to this (offset by its cheaper price tag). Altogether a great launch point for series newcomers or a nostalgic remix for old fans and a beautiful game regardless.… Expand

    A great reboot-remake of the original PS2 game with brand new graphics and story.

    The game maintains the original essence of the original.

    The bad point is that can be quite short if goes only trough the main story, but for it´s price is totally worth.

    This is the first complete game that I enjoyed on my PS4.

    And I have to say that it will be very difficult to get over this game.

    This game reached my standards on how a Plataformer/action game should be. Only other game gave me this lots of fun, and of course that game was Sunset Overdrive.

    Insomniac did this, they have my sac of money

    Ratchet & Clank for the PS4 is in my opinion a must have for any PS4 owner that likes platforming and shooting games. This is actually my first R&C game and...oh boy did i missed out on something.

    STORY: You are this Lombax (a cat-fox-dog like creature) called Ratchet, who wants o be a Guardian of the Galaxy, but he because the leader is a **** so he doesn't let him. Meanwhile a    Ratchet & Clank for the PS4 is in my opinion a must have for any PS4 owner that likes platforming and shooting games. This is actually my first R&C game and...oh boy did i missed out on something.

    STORY: You are this Lombax (a cat-fox-dog like creature) called Ratchet, who wants o be a Guardian of the Galaxy, but he because the leader is a **** so he doesn't let him. Meanwhile a defective robot warrior called (insert extremely long and confusing robot name here), scapes from a planet because he's...well...defective and by the power of convenience both Ratchet and the robot (which Ratchet names Clank out of nowhere) meet and without any questioning the 2 of them become buddies and from there on out they have some great adventures!. In a platforming game the story is the last thing i care about so i'm not gonna bash the game for it, however i will say my main complain and that is that Ratchet and Clank become buddies way to quickly and they never have any character development.

    PRESENTATION: This game looks like a freaking pixar movie, specially in the very well done cinematics, that from what i can tell, are straight out of the movie. The game runs at 1080p 30fps and it make the character models, the animations and the gorgeous environments pop-up even more!, however in a game so fast paced like this i kinda feel like 60fps is needed and even tho the graphics are pretty sweet, i'm sure that the PS4 can run this type of graphics with 60fps, i mean, the Wii U already does it with Super Mario 3D World so...what's the deal?.The soundtrack is very forgettable in my opinion, but it does help to create the mood for the environments and i like that techno-space theme that it has.

    GAMEPLAY: The controls of the game are great, they are smooth and the platforming feels great and you have the different moves like the double jump, wall jump and grappling hook to thank for that.

    You have a variety of crazy weapons at your disposal. You have your default weapon which is your wrench and you can spam it to do a basic combo attack and in case it misses, you just keep swinging, this very helpful with little enemies. But then we get to the other weapons. Some of them are the usual stuff like a grenade, laser gun, flame thrower, etc, but we also get one that can make enemies (and bosses) dance, one that turns enemies into sheep, one that literally transform enemies into pixels and much more!. This weapons are super fun to use and you can also level them up by simply using them. And you can buy more with bolts that are literally EVERYWHERE!. And you upgrade them with some crystals that you find in missions. However you can only do that by finding a special box, which forces you to find one when you want to buy or upgrade something. Personally i feel like them should've go with the Batman Arkham system, where you can upgrade whenever you want.

    There's different ways to switch from weapon to weapon, but the best one is to hold the triangle button, which pauses the game, and then selecting the weapon. Tho i feel like it's very imprecise, since there were a number of occasions where i picked the wrong weapon by accident because of the menu.

    Aside from the main weapons we also get a few gadgets that can help Ratchet in his adventure, but i felt like they were not used to the maximum potential, since the puzzles and things that they do seem...unimportant. Except for the oxygen mask, breathing underwater is great.

    Clank also gets a few upgrades, but they are pretty much the same with one being a helicopter and another being a jetpack. Both of these are very useful for platforming around and using the jetpack to fly feels great. Nevertheless i did feel like Clank could've been used a bit more in this category.

    To trow variety to the mix we also have puzzle sections with Clank, a tedious and pace breaking hacking minigame that can go **** itself, incredibly fun racing competitions and flying sections that are basically a clone of Star Fox complete with BARREL ROLLS! and everything.

    Instead of worlds divided by levels, we have massive hub worlds with main and secondary missions and it depends on you which one you want to do. And scattered around all of these worlds are some cards that i don't really know what they are used for and a GIANT-GOLDEN-BOLT that...i also don't know for what is used for.

    We also have some fairly challenging and fun boss battles, however i feel like they were all just the same. The formula is that you are placed in a platform, shoot the boss until he dies, that's it. Don't get me wrong, he bosses are fun, but i feel like they lack variety.

    Overall Ratchet & Clank is a very fun game, it has a decent story, graphics ripped out of a pixar movie, music that fit the environments, amazing weapons, fun bosses and an addictive component that makes the whole adventure very replayable. Even tho it has little flaws, i still recommend it a lot.

    Just an incredible platforming game. A little on the easy side but its everything you could ask for. Solid story, amazing graphics, great feel and mechanics.

    I sold my Xbox One for a PlayStation 4 just for this game. It did not disappoint . This is a great action platforming game even if it's based on a mediocre movie.

    A refreshing return to older type adventure games to break the oversaturation of thrid person and first person action shooter.
    The game looks and plays fantastic and is suitable and fun for old and young alike. The game took me around 12h-13h to complete (I explore thoroughly and got all the gold bolts).
    R&C offers diverse locations and alot of fun weapons to use on your adventure aswell    A refreshing return to older type adventure games to break the oversaturation of thrid person and first person action shooter.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I love the Ratchet & Clank series. I love this game.

    Spoilers Start here skip ahead to avoid them.

    This game is marketed as a remake of the original and while that is true, it is more a reboot of the original mixed slightly with Up Your Arsenal. The main villain is still Drek, but this time Dr Nefarious is thrown into this game, his original appearance is in Up Your Arsenal. There were also some slight changes to how they handled the characters and their relationships. Making them a bit more kid friendly and almost certainly did so because they want the movie to appeal to kids heavily, but it works. Captain Qwark is no longer the villian he initially was in the original and is instead a good person in this one who suffers from a bit of jealousy that is directed at Ratchet, and even after his betrayal in this game he still remains good hearted and in the end redeems himself. Making his character very likeable unlike in the original series where he didn't have his turn to good until later in the series where he became a much more prominent character. This is good for the character as Qwark, at least to me, is a better character and much more enjoyable once he reaches this point in the original series and it's good to see it happen in what will hopefully be the first in a new series. The one drawback from a story standpoint in this game is there is no tension or conflict between Ratchet or Clank, and are instead buddy-buddy from the get go and never look back. I felt the conflict that these two had in the original lead to some great character growth for Ratchet and we don't get this here.

    The best part about this game though is the gameplay. They have fined tuned the R&C series over the years and it shows. Aiming is the smoothest it has been, same goes for movement. The collection of weapons, while certainly not the most diverse it has ever been is very solid and has a lot of great choices to choose from for destroying your foes in front of you. Every weapon serves its purpose and can support many different play styles. Of course some series favorites return in the Groovinator, Bomb Glove, and above all else the R.Y.N.O.. Along with some new weapons like the Predator Launcher. Upgrading weapons is a bit more time consuming in this game than the original but there are far more upgrades for each gun.

    The planets proceed close to what the original game does with some slight changes here and there. Each world though looks gorgeous and there were plenty of times where I just had to stop to look around.

    There are some very R&C esque glitches that can happen, and you would think that with the extra time that was given on this game they would have ironed them out, but no. There can instances of not being able to progress in certain levels because something didn't spawn properly, I fell through the map quite a few times, and during the race mini game there would be times where the boost rings wouldn't spawn. A quick closing of the app fixes these problems but still, they shouldn't be happening.

    Ultimately, this entry in the R&C series is a worthy one and is certain to entertain you for at least a few play throughs even with the bugs that can occur.    … Expand

    Pero tanto el acabado gráfico como los añadidos de la edición junto al competitivo precio hacen del juego una compra obligada de este extraordinario juego para los amantes de los juegos de acción/plataformas o los    Absolutamente magistral, un remake, o reboot depende de a quien se le pregunte, extremadamente fresco. Y eso es muy sorprendente pensando que viene de esta clase de juego.

    Rachet y Clank, Un juego sumamente DIVERTIDO, un poco de todo , aventura, accion, su toque clasico hace que recordemos esos juegos de antes que nos hicieron fanaticos de los videojuegos, espero que sigan haciendo mas juegos asi me gustaria ver muchos mas juegos como estos.
    Si no lo tienes tranquilamente lo puedes comprar no te arrepentiras de haberlo hecho.

    I've loved the Ratchet & Clank games from the very first game on the PS2. I grew up playing platform games, and the decline of the genre has always made me sad. This is a fantastic return to form, sure it's all been seen before, but it's all done with such panache and polish. The fact that it is not a full priced release is just the icing on the cake.     Un gran juego que presenta a ratchet and clanck con un control mas suave, nuevas armas (sobre todo comparando con la version original de Ps2), un complemento dentro de la historia que conecta al juego con la película y lleno de comentarios y frases divertidas, apesar de ser un remake se logra disfrutar mucho

    Un juego diferente y que hacía falta a esta generación de consolas. Divertido, jugabilidad perfecta, bonito y... BARATO. No se le puede pedir mucho más a un plataformas de este estilo. Si le falla algo, es la historia, que es algo sosa y predecible; pero cumple.

    First time playing any Ratchet and Clank game, and this game exceeded my expectations. Extremely fun gameplay with so much variety and comical weapons. An overall great story that any ps4 owner will enjoy for sure. Gameplay 9/10 Story 8/10 Fun 10/10

    Ratchet and clank is and amazing game with amazing graphics! A game for both young and old and i was pleased to find it could be very challenging a times if you turn the difficulty up. The animation is so good its like you are apart of a movie.

My only complaints: There's lots of cinematic at the begining but it would have been better to put some more along the game and in the end; also, it could have been a little bit longer (it took me about 12-13 hours or so).     Having never played a former R&C game, the reviews made me pick this one up. I'm glad I did. I hope they remaster the follow-ups as well. A really great plat-former. The graphics are mind-blowing.

    The dynamic duo is back and better than ever. This game combines everything I loved about the entire franchise and relaunches the franchise as a bigger more iconic brand. It has crazy gadgets and weapons, iconic characters & voice acting, Pixar quality graphics, and addictive gameplay. I want so badly to give this a 10 but I do feel the story could have been fleshed out more and I reallyThe dynamic duo is back and better than ever.     Tengo 30 años, y si, señores, esto es un videojuego con Mayusculas, ya esta bien de tanta pelicula de cine y tanta superproduccion, diversion pura y dura, duracion adecuada y lo mejor de todo rejugable 100% para conseguirlo todo! Me ha encantado y me lo he pasado genial disfrutandolo!

I have played the whole PS2-era trilogy of games in the PS3 HD collection, so I can appreciate this new version's advancements and differences from the source material.

    This remake reimagines the original game's story, where Ratchet and Clank meet by    Ratchet & Clank 2016 is a great remake of the PS2 classic. It's a game based on the movie which in turn was based on the 1st game. I have played the whole PS2-era trilogy of games in the PS3 HD collection, so I can appreciate this new version's advancements and differences from the source material.

    This remake reimagines the original game's story, where Ratchet and Clank meet by coincidence, become friends, and ultimately save the galaxy from evil forces. The original plot has been slightly changed and is a bit wacky, new cut scenes are included from the movie, but the humor is still great. The Ratchet and Clank characters are the same as always, noble and humble heroes looking for an adventure. Captain Qwark is still a pompous and self-interested "hero". The developers altered the jokes for the modern era, with references to social media (which didn't exist back in 2002). And when you see a remade game parodying itself by saying "see you in the next reboot", you know it's funny.

    The Ratchet & Clank games have always been a fun mix of 3D platformer and shooter, and this remake is no exception. Mechanics from later games (such as leveling up weapons with XP) are introduced in this remake, as well as some new features (holocard collecting, weapon customisation). Cool weapons are plentiful, but my personal favorites are the Sheepinator (turns enemies into harmless sheep), the Pixeliser (a shotgun that turns enemies into 8-bit sprites) and the Groovitron (an AoE orb that makes enemies dance around for roughly 10 seconds and be open to attack). Unfortunately there are only 3 boss fights in this game, and none of them is a challenge. There are plenty of collectibles to find, and some side quests are different from the original game. When you are done with the campaign you can begin a Challenge Mode (a New Game Plus mode), by replaying the story with higher level enemies, while your weapons as well as your HP bar can be upgraded even more.

    This remake has some of the best cartoony graphics I have ever seen in a video game. Insomniac Games wanted to recreate a Pixar-esque art style, but it comes at the cost of a lower frame rate. Ratchet & Clank games have always been running at 60 fps, but the developers have abandoned this target in recent years and the remake is running at 30 fps. A game like this with fast action and shooting needs 60 fps. But it's OK once you get used to it. Also if you have a PS4 Pro you can enjoy this game in 4K with HDR, but it's still 30 fps.

    Great production! Ratchet and Clank is one of the best platform game I have ever played! Great dubbing (in polish version), amazing graphics and so many options to play with different weapons. Really good game.

There are also lots of variety in the enemies and level design, as nothing is truly the same.

    There are puzzle sections with Clank that are brief but fun along with some secrets hidden around in the world that are a joy to find. The only bad thing about the gameplay is the hacking mini game, which is really boring but thankfully it isn't often.

    The game is also beautiful looking as well. There isn't much about the game that looks bad, it really is an amazing looking game. 60FPS would have been nice, but I never really noticed it being in 30fps.

    The only real downside is some of the story. It's simple which is fine, and some of the humor and characters work, but when the humor misses the mark it REALLY misses the mark. Some of it is the worst I have heard, partly because of the jokes but also because of the delivery. Despite that, Ratchet, Clank and the Captain are all cool characters that I can't wait to see more of.

    There is also a New Game + mode which allows you to further upgrade your weapons, upgrade Ratchet's health and allows you face some new enemies at a higher challenge.

    This is really a must have for any PS4 owner out there. It is a relatively cheap game and there isn't any DLC or Microtransactions. You would be hard pressed to not at least partially enjoy this game.    … Expand

    Pokitaru was my favorite Planet. Its so colorful and lively, it was just fun to walk and swim around and explore the world. Visually this game was masterpiece and this world was one that made it very enjoyable.

    As almost all the Ratchet and Clank games, it is story-wise and full of little jokes and comical moments. I have found the narrative framework a bit confusing at times, perhaps because it combines elements from the film and from the original game,    This Ratchet and Clank is a reboot in the purest sense of the word, rather than a remastered version. And it is a very good reboot, indeed.

    As almost all the Ratchet and Clank games, it is story-wise and full of little jokes and comical moments. I have found the narrative framework a bit confusing at times, perhaps because it combines elements from the film and from the original game, but this does not diminish the quality of the game at all in any case.

    Regarding gameplay, there is not much to say: it is addictive and easy to play, as all the games from the franchise. I played the original games on PS2 more than a decade ago, and I now feel that I used to enjoy them more than I do now. Still, I have enjoyed playing this one too, and I hope Insomniac keeps on developing new adventures for these two characters, probably the two most representative of the company.

    I would give it an 8.6 so I rounded up. This game looks good in HDR and has quite the comic charm. It is not impressive but everything is just very good. Te levels, the humor, the characters, the extremely funny weapons, the graphics, the sound. I can recommend this action platfromer without regret for everyone

    Ratchet & Clank PS4 is certainly not a replacement for Ratchet & Clank PS2, despite a few quality of life updates that do improve it over the original. While this is indeed a great game, as remake/re-telling of Ratchet & Clank PS2 game, it stumbles enough to not reach its full potential.

    This game is what a good game should be, fun as hell. Maybe it's not the best story, but everything is so fun, and the graphics look so great that playing it feel good. I honestly was expecting a little less, this was such a great surprise.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game is a good reboot of the first game. It has lived up to the original with making it's own unique game. It has a story that works but unfortunately it could be more adult like which is what long term fans would really miss. And the twist where Nefarious is the villain could've been built up foreshadowing the events. It has humour within it's levels however with the weapons for example it uses and Quark's narration is amazing. Speaking of the voice cast they all deliver their lines either ranging from good to amazing except for Bella Thorne who will grate on you after a while. And the weapons are not the best we have seen in the franchise but is definitely worthy to be a good standard and the pixeliser is a weapon I hope to stay seeing. The games difficulty is very easy for any fan but it makes sense why since this is very orientated to a kid audience. The soundtrack is good but not as good as the PS2 era. The game I wish could've been longer and maybe instead of merging planets it could've made them separate with their own unique twists. Not only this, although the graphics are drop dead amazing still to this day one of the best looking PS4 games it could've made more of it with huge space fights. Overall this game is a blast from start to finish but could've used a bit more maturity within it, although it isn't good as the PS3 trilogy it is still a fun adventure to play through… Expand

    For any old Ratchet and Clank fans I totally recommend this game, it has a couple of easter eggs here and there reffering to the old games and it's quite cool. I also recommend it for new ones, It's a perfect game and for its price as well! Get out there and buy Ratchet and Clank!

My only issue is there was really no need for a reboot because the series didn’t have a convoluted story or wasn’t getting tiresome like Resident Evil. I see these games sort of like Final Fantasy; except the series is based on two characters. The stories don’t really interject at all they could’ve just done a new adventure.

    ​The story is another origin story. Ratchet wants to be a Galactic Ranger, and Clank is a run-away faulty war bot. These two team up for a reason I’m not a 100% why, but they do and end up joining the Galactic Rangers. They must stop Dr. Nefarious from destroying planets with his planet harvesting weapon. It has no surprise twist this is a very fun light hearted story that just leaves you feeling like a kid afterwards. The story has an interesting twist with the whole thing being narrated by Captain Quark who is in prison for reasons that are obvious, but I’ll refrain from saying. He is such a great character and occasionally if you are dicking around he will mention how Ratchet hated boxes with a fiery passion. If you want to see the movie I’d suggest seeing it before you play the game because this game to my knowledge follows the exact plot of the movie. Just with less talking and more ass kicking.

    The game looks beautiful and the characters all looks as they do except one. Dr. Nefarious isn’t half as cool as he looked in the original games. Instead of being some robot brain alien thing he is just an alien. This is a minor complaint it just didn’t make sense to keep everyone the same except him. Yet I don’t remember what he looked like in the original Ratchet and Clank so this may be spot on.

    The gameplay is something I missed and never thought I missed. 3D platformers are such a thing of the past and that is a damn shame. This game brought back the nostalgia of Ratchet and Clank while keeping it updated for this generation. What I mean is in the original you had to have so many bolts to continue. This means you have to go back to each map and be the bolt master. (Poor Pokémon joke) In this version you don’t need to do that at all and the maps are so linear you can easily 100% the game. The game is way easier than the original as well. The enemies are easier, and you can take more hits if you die. They introduce different mechanics as well. We get a stealth mission, some poor squirrelly flying sections and new funny deadly weapons. The weapons are amazing mixing old fan favorites with new bizarre ones. My fan favorite was Mr. Zurkon who is helpful against small enemies and talks **** the whole time. A new awesome one is this big ball that has an area attack that if leveled up is **** powerful. The gameplay has a very light RPG element and not violent at all so it is great for kids. The game is only 7-8 hours long with one mechanic I never understood with that being the trading cards they’ve added. They are supposed to give you a boost, but I never noticed nor did I care if I collected a whole set.

    Overall the game is fun to play with a funny light hearted story. With this coming out at the same time as Dark Souls 3 it is nice to have a relaxing game to just wipe away all frustrations. If you have kids I say buy this game for them and watch them melt away hours. If you are a fan of the series this game holds up super well and will give you nostalgia kick like no other so buy. Last if you never played a Ratchet and Clank game I recommend that you rent this. If you end up liking it this is a short enough game to blow through a weekend and have a wonderful weekend doing it. I give this game a 4.5 out of 5. I take off of the flying, dumb ass card collecting and the fact they changed one character into a less cool version of the original.    … Expand

    A classic game from the Playstation 2 era, Ratchet and Clank clashes into our PS4 hard drive in a moment of need. To be fair, not many games had caught my interest on PS4 until this game released. After a few amazing days hours, I found myself preferring this title to the PS2 counterparts. It's not a easy feat, but Insomniac Games pulled it off.

    I've had this game for so long and I never played it. Eventually played the game during lockdown and I had a blast. Fun gameplay, challenging enough and very lighthearted story. A surprised hit for me.

    Over all an amazing game really takes me back to parts of my childhood when the ps1 and ps2 were out. I enjoyed it over all, great game, easy to play and beat and great for casual gamers like myself. I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 because some parts of the game felt a little dragged out but over all amazing.

The story is pretty simple and really predictable, but that’s also how the originals were, so there’s no surprise there. I appreciated the funny bits, and there were lots of interesting personalities that I enjoyed, like Mr.Visually, the game looks like you’re playing a Pixar movie—fantastic. The music is good superhero stuff, it doesn’t get in the way, and that’s all it needs to do. The story is pretty simple and really predictable, but that’s also how the originals were, so there’s no surprise there. I appreciated the funny bits, and there were lots of interesting personalities that I enjoyed, like Mr. Zurkon popping up and declaring ‘Death is too stupid for Mr. Zurkon.’ Wellll........if you say so, then I suppose you’re right, sir. Since you’re on my team, you get a pass.

    Where the game really shines is the guns. The guns are really, really fun to use, and they upgrade quickly, without any tedious level grinding. It’s a great, cartoon-ish third-person action game where you can make entire screens of enemies explode all at the same time, and it just feels wonderful.

    But I did deduct a point because the story was a little too predictable. If it had kept the funny writing and had something that was more surprising or interesting in the plot, it would have been a 10, but once I reached the end of the game and found that Challenge Mode was basically just a New Game + with the same story, I decided to move on.

    A great remake for one of the best games for PlayStation, the game and the mechanics are still there, the graphics are amazing, so crisp and bright. The story is a little bit short and it feels like some parts should have been more detailed.
    All in all a great game, but the original version of the first Ratchet & Clank series is far more enjoyable.

    Always love a good Ratchet and Clank game! One thing I always hated about these games though is when you play as Clank. His sections of the game (exxceot for a Crack in Time) always bore me. But still a great game and a great reboot!

    Graficamente muy lindo, divertido con historia llevadera, personajes carismaticos
    el juego es muy rejugable (me lo jugue facilmente como 8 veces o mas...)
    Al mes que lo compre lo dieron en play at home... Y NO PASA NADA, LO VALE Y LO PAGARIA OTRA VEZ XD

    I didnt like the game at first but then I put it aside and thought it wasnt for me but then when I went back to it I loved it. Cant wait for rift apart on Ps5

    I think it’s very good. I love it. It’s nice. Graphics good. Not bad at all. Epic. Lots of fun. Like an Xbox game. I love furry. I love hentiai. Very good. Not bad at all!

    今年stay to play免费送的游戏，之前一直觉得比较低龄没有玩，玩了之后还是真香的，虽然剧情是比较低龄，像迪士尼那种。
    最喜欢的是各种武器的设定，十几个小时的游戏，居然武器都有十几把，而且没有重复，每一把都值得好好把玩，这也是我开二周目的原因。武器打击感很强，而且升级不只是靠水晶，还需要经验值，也就是用得越多升级越快。

    实在要挑毛病就是对白基本上都是在移动或者战斗过程中发生，这对英语没有那么好的玩家不太友好，不过还好剧情不是这个游戏的核心。    … Expand

    This game pretty fun, detailed level designs with various weapons and upgrades with good cartoony animations. The problems I encountered with the game is the mission design and a poor story with no memorable characters, but still this game is so fun and definitely a must buy

    Recientemente tuve la increíble oportunidad de disfrutar y probar esta entrega gratuitamente de forma ilimitada gracias a las ofertas eventuales de la tienda online de Playstation. Lo cierto es que tras haber concluido el juego puedo decir que es un juego por el que pagaría encantado. Es un videojuego mas enfocado a un público joven que uno adulto, con unos gráficos divertidos, coloridos yRecientemente tuve la increíble oportunidad de disfrutar y probar esta entrega gratuitamente de forma ilimitada gracias a las ofertas eventuales de la tienda online de Playstation. Lo cierto es que tras haber concluido el juego puedo decir que es un juego por el que pagaría encantado. Es un videojuego mas enfocado a un público joven que uno adulto, con unos gráficos divertidos, coloridos y originales, sumergiéndonos en una videojuego-película de animación muy elaborada. Tanto los personajes principales como secundarios están bien construidos, muy personales y distintivos y por supuesto únicos. Ratchet y Clank son los protagonistas, un animalillo inteligente y de apariencia divertida y un robot defectuoso y multifunciones respectivamente. La tarea de estos es acabar con una amenaza de destrucción masiva por parte del Dr. Nefarious, un científico loco que encarnará el papel de supervillano de película típico. Sin duda destaca en el apartado técnico ya que contamos con una gran variedad de armas que usaremos para acabar con hordas de alienígenas y enemigos de lo mas variopintos. Además, contamos con libertad absoluta de movimiento por todos los planetas que iremos visitando en el transcurso de una trama sencilla pero eficaz, enfocada a un publico joven que sin duda disfrutará como yo lo he disfrutado o más. Good introduction if you're trying to get your child into gaming while also providing plenty of challenge for seasoned vets on the higher difficulty settings.     Absolutely great! This game is better than the original, except for the relationship between ratchet and clank, the encounters between Ratchet and NPCs, and the overall story. But this is still an absolutely epic game

    Ratchet and Clank is one of the best PS4 games in my opinion. It’s a great return to the franchise, and this is because the game has fun combat, every planet is interesting and fun to explore, the bosses are creative, and it has great graphics. My only gripe with this game is that some parts of the story tie in with the Ratchet and Clank movie, and that movie is awful. However, despiteRatchet and Clank is one of the best PS4 games in my opinion. It’s a great return to the franchise, and this is because the game has fun combat, every planet is interesting and fun to explore, the bosses are creative, and it has great graphics.     Ratchet & Clank looks and plays as well as it ever has. Fans will enjoy the nostalgic journey through familiar planets, while newcomers will appreciate the chaotic and creative weaponry. But for the ninth game in a franchise that built its name on unique weapons, it’s a shame that the arsenal just coasts on fan-favorites. Insomniac played it safe.

    Insomniac Games did not just remake this classic platformer. They boldly bombarded it with ideas and then rebuilt it pixel by pixel using methods unknown 13 years ago. The result is magnificent. [06/2016, p.50]
