Sep 6, 2017Game is a joke way to short DO NOT BUY AT THIS TIME!!!!!!!! It is not even close to what was promised the game would be at launch. Get ready for all the DLC to milk your wallet dry.

Sep 6, 2017This generation of gamers praises mediocrity. Case in point: Destiny 2. This game is filled to the brim...with the same shady **** as the first game. Eververse, recycled assets galore, 30FPS, no dedicated servers, storytelling catered to children to increase the userbase, and repetitive, horde style - bullet-spongey gameplay. Bungie has lost the magic it once had.

Sep 6, 2017From what I've played so far, it's nothing short of amazing. This review could lower the more i play though depending how the rest of the experience goes. But i figured i would pop a 10 on he board right a way to combat all the angry trolls with daddy issues

Sep 6, 2017Improvement on every level. If you were disappointed by D1, but like the core game play mechanics and idea of the game, I'd wager you'll love D2. Much more fleshed out product. Years of fine tuning the product are evident. A must own for any console owner who loves FPS.

Sep 6, 2017The game is at its best when you play with friends. The visuals are to die for and if you are into loot the game has expanded greatly on the loot table. Also, the guns feel more real with better kick back and sound.
-
Sep 6, 2017Awesome game. Be aware of those harsh numbers. People are expecting a complete game right out the box, these are the people who never played destiny. Give it time to develope like the first one did.
-
Sep 6, 2017campaign is only about 8 hours, and the endgame consists of repeating the campaign missions over and over again. No clans or raid at launch. Bosses are all bullet sponges. Feels like vanilla destiny with nicer textures.
-
Sep 6, 2017Awesome game, especially the content. Graphics is amazing! Sound and everything is fine. the music choice is simply fantastic. It's certainly an improvement over the first game.
-
Sep 6, 2017Very familiar gun play, character movements and overall feel, which is nothing worth arguing about in my opinion. If you loved the first game then you'll love Destiny 2.

Sep 6, 2017Awesome game. Every aspect of the game has been improved. The little things that were annoying in D1 has been fixed. Also.. The story is IN the game now. At it is awesome.
-
Sep 6, 2017This game certainly has minor flaws, but the improvement over D1 is instantly noticeable. The story is strong, the scriptwriting is well-written at times. The mechanics are as sound as always and there feels like much more depth this time around. I would recommend to new and old players alike.

Sep 6, 2017The game is probably only worth an 8 and not a 10, but I'm trying to counteract the trolls from /v/ who hate fun.
It's certainly an improvement over the first game. Gameplay is tight as **** but I don't feel the need to grind anywhere near as much as I did in Vanilla D1, which is a good thing. -

Sep 6, 2017Based on the campaign, open world and pvp gameplay alone, this would be a front-runner for GOTY. Incredible graphics, best gun feel on console (Bungie signature), the improvements since the Beta are noticeable. Looking forward to the endgame and upcoming content releases.

Sep 6, 2017One of the best games i have ever played. Was obsessed with the first game and now i am obsessed with the second one. Super impressed well done Bungie.

Sep 6, 2017game is great, of course you have to be a fan to even consider liking destiny and all of the negative reviews are the people who never liked the game to begin with
-
Sep 6, 2017This game was not worth it, an indie game has more content for a fraction of the price this has no dedicated servers and this litterally is an overpriced expansion for destiny 1 WITH ANOTHER expansion for only $30 more BOOOOOO
-
Sep 6, 2017I loved destiny 1 but then the glorious sequel EVERYONE WANTED came out and it's a bag of dooky. They took out soccer so now im supa dupa mad i want soccer i want dedicated servers, bungie has gone downhill
-
Sep 6, 2017I WASTED $60 on an incomplete game for $30 more i get an expansion. Why sell us an incomplete game!? I can buy a better game like evolve and get more content do not buy buyer beware
-
Sep 6, 2017The hype was high for this sequel that was never asked for. Its even more repetitive than the original, very cheesy story. And honestly this was so bad Knack 2 might as well be game of the year every year forever

Jan 23, 2018Even if Bungie backtracks on some of these horrendous missteps, there’s evidence that the dev team is either flailing around without a clear idea of the experience they want to present, or even worse, they’re happy to offer the least amount of mediocre content possible until the player base starts pushing back. When free-to-play titles like Warframe and Let it Die seem monumentally more generous and offer vastly more entertainment value than a triple-A sixty dollar release built with a budget large enough to feed whole continents, it’s clear that something has gone horribly wrong.
-
Dec 11, 2017It’s this sense of streamlined player experience that really defines Destiny 2. Where the first game had you grinding for hours just to experience increasingly diminishing returns, this is a sequel that trims away its processor’s frustrations, firmly putting fun first.

Oct 19, 2017Destiny 2 is tough to compare to other shooters or games, but it is evidently a better title than part 1. The campaign is longer, the progression makes more sense, the structure is more satisfying and the sheen and splendor on the various planets entices even more. Destiny is comparable with its predecessor after the add-on The Taken King, and is therefore a more solid foundation for the coming months of content.
