    Are you kidding me? This game is literally unplayable on the PS4, how did they get away with selling this for $60? The game looks horrible, it’s like playing a ps3 game! It’s filled with bugs, some game breaking, and crashes every hour. I’m barely getting 20 frames per second. Ridiculous.

    It feels like they focused 95% on the story and the world, and only 5% on the PS4 Version of the Game.
    The Story is a masterpiece, yet it starts off slowly and is shorter than most of us expected after 8 years of Development. It is short, but it does not mean that the story is bad, its a masterpiece. The Story,The Lore and The Characters    Cyberpunk 2077, on PS4 is simply not acceptable.
    It feels like they focused 95% on the story and the world, and only 5% on the PS4 Version of the Game.
    The Story is a masterpiece, yet it starts off slowly and is shorter than most of us expected after 8 years of Development.
    It is short, but it does not mean that the story is bad, its a masterpiece. The Story,The Lore and The Characters are fantastic! All of them are well-acted, have interesting Backstories and my favorite Character was the breathtaking man himself, Johnny Silverhand.
    The Story is 20-25h, but if you do side quests and explore and even aim to 100% it, your play through will be somewhere near 100 hours.
    The Lifepaths were disappointing, they offer new Dialogue Options, but except that very little change.
    The Music in this Game is absolutely masterful!I was driving around and vibing to the Radio, Cyberpunk 2077 has, hands down, one of the best OST's ever.
    Night City is one of the best cities I have ever seen. In fact, the best, standing shoulder to shoulder with Los Santos.
    The Combat and the Weapons are awesome too, since the Bossfights are top class, the Variety of Weapons is awesome, and the Variety of Enemies is also good. Yet you will encounter the same enemies in the parts of Night City as there are leading gangs in the parts of the City.
    The Driving is alright in first Person, yet awesome in 3rd Person. The Cars look fantastic too.

    And now, the Bugs. The Game is unplayable on every PS4 Version, there are a LOT of Bugs. Some are hilarious, yet most of them are annoying, and game breaking. A quick YouTube search should show you how bad the PS4 versions are. They ruin the otherwise well set mood and break the game. It cant be played and enjoyed on PS4.

    CD Projekt knew everything. They false marketed it, showing PC recorded Gameplay and saying it was PS4. More then 50% of Gamers are still on PS4 and Xbox One, since it is hard to get a Next Gen Console in this Pandemic.
    They lied to us, they were only thinking about Money. I am sure the Game will be fixed asap, yet the reputation of CDPR will suffer from this a good while. The Management is very poor in CDPR,and it showed with Cyberpunk 2077

    If you have the game, you should absolutely get a refund. Since it isn't acceptable on PS4. It is the same with Xbox One.

    Absolute garbage. I kept the game cause it's a fun meme to show my friends but that's about the only enjoyment I've gotten out of this lifeless, bugged out game. This game is a colossal failure on all accounts.

    Это уже традиция. Ведьмак 3 на старте был едва играбелен, а Киберпанк его в этом переплёвывает. Надрывные 30 кадров опускаются до 15 в бою. У меня ни одна игры за 5 лет на PS4 так не глючила. Вылеты с нихера каждые 2 часа если повезёт. В первые часы встречаются баги, способные запороть прохождение.     At times a serviceable game but bugs often get in the way, sometimes even blocking your from completing certain side missions. However I'm giving this game a low rating based off how this game was nothing like how it was advertised.     The game is absolutely uncomfortable to play. I had to restart the missions a couple of times because of the bugs. Before the 1.04 update I was even kicked out from the game. Glitches with shadows, blurs, teleporting of the NPCs - all this stuff destroys the dive into the atmosphere of the game.
    Anyway the score is not the lowest because of exciting story.

    Sin palabras. El juego en 2012 ya estába en desarrollo y estamos a 2020 y nadas más salir 777777 Bugs , mal optimización , errores ,gráficos de putisisma mierda (en ps4 y xbox one) etc.
    Ojala lo pueda reembolsar es la mierda más grande que eh comprado en años.

Also i’ve played AC Valhalla, spider-man miles morales, and last of us part 2 (all high graphic/high frame rate games) and none of them crashed.     This game is a travesty. Horrible, buggy, glitchy game that crashes constantly and is quite honestly unplayable. The fact that Sony allowed this game to ship in its current state is reprehensible and shady business practices. DO NOT BUY. SONY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. Will never buy anything from CD Projekt Red again.

    I am playing on a base console. I would suggest either using a top end pc or not getting the game at all. I reached out to cdpr for a refund request and have yet to hear back. The game is unplayable. Cdpr are liars and theives. Do not waste your money please. I am giving 2 points, 1 for the semi interesting story and 1 for the character panam.

    This is for all Devs… as a gamer I can understand delays, even multiple delays. What I cannot understand is when you launch a game that is not ready or is only half (if that) of what you promised.
    Here is an idea… how about never setting a date until you are in Beta or the polish stage of development. Up until that point you can just say “Coming Soon!”

    Stop listening to Investors that their only game experience is having played Galaga or Pac-man because it was in their college dorm rec room. (BTW I love Galaga and Pac-man).

For those who say Cyberpunk 2077 is a great game, I genuinely can not grasp why you believe that. At first I thought maybe my standards for a quality $60 product was too high, but looking back at it I realize that I’m right in this scenario. The day I buy a game for $60 and it is borderline unplayable on the platform it was advertised for and I say well that was a good experience is the day that I no longer have any self respect. Cyberpunk 2077 is a game full of hopes and dreams, but at the same time lies and failed promises. As of December 10th 2020, the term, “Coming when it is ready”, will mean nothing if we as consumers continue to buy and support games that have clearly taken more from us than just $60.… Expand

    This game is an abomination. I don't even know if I should even call it a game. The story isn't bad and neither are the characters, they're actually great. But this is the buggiest game I've ever played. DO NOT BUY THIS ON PS4. I would give it a higher score of CDPR weren't this scummy.

    Nothing could go wrong really. They pumped the hype to eleven with a gigantic marketing campaign, they had **** Jonny Deep as a character (come on dude! You can’t get any cooler than that) and eight years to smoothly develop the game. So what went wrong? CD PR absurd megalomania that was.

    They promised everything to please everyone! Even with the development time they had it was impossible to deliver, so a lot of things were cut from the game: reputation system, the subway lines are in the game but can’t be used, Pacifica area was mostly cut and a f*ck ton of other things. This desire to hold everything led to Cyberpunk mismanagement in an area that couldn’t be f*cked up: its awful graphical performance.

    Game couldn’t reach 30 fps, graphics looking like something out of PS3 at best, glitches running amok, characters falling through the world... Things that can’t be unseen and can’t be masked. You can mislead your audience with a more subjective aspect like an awful gameplay if you rely on the story/characters/graphics gimmicky (hello Witcher 3). But something as flagrant as a graphical subpar performance can be perceived by the most stupid gamer on Earth. And that was their main flaw: they failed on something that couldn’t be masked; not even the totally honest and not biased critics could help CD PR on this one.

    With players frowning upon first impressions of the game, the light was shed upon the problems that were present since Witcher 3. Oh so the combat sucks? What a surprise right, I could never see this coming! I dare to say if wasn’t for the graphical performance and bugs, people would be praising Cyberpunk as much as they did with Witcher 3.

    Cyberpunk 2077 disaster is the perfect case of everything that is wrong in Triple A gaming industry. I always perceived the project as an overhyped GTA but they delivered something much worse and ruined the entire company’s reputation. Remember their bullsh*t moral grandstanding speech about microtransactions? “We leave greed to others” yeah right.

    Also I would love to salute the special dudes who pre-ordered the game despite a lot of red flags; really my boys, congratulations! The mediocrity in which the industry is depends heavily on stupid people like you to give them money. And you better hurry! The pre-orders for the new FIFA and Call of Duty already started    … Expand

This game was announced 7 years ago and still somehow didn't meet the minimal requirements for it to be called "playable". Even if all the bugs were fixed, it's still a terrible game. I'm beyond disappointed and don't intend to ever buy another game from this company. ReallyBroken game, disgusting ps2 graphics, boring and simple combat, terrible controls, romantic options are lackluster. This game was announced 7 years ago and still somehow didn't meet the minimal requirements for it to be called "playable". Even if all the bugs were fixed, it's still a terrible game.     A real shame. I've been following this game since the first day they announced it back in 2013. Bought it day one. It was an unplayable buggy mess, but I didn't judge, because CDPR claimed they would fix virtually all bugs over time. As of April, they have ceased all bug fixes over DLC, despite the game still being a complete disaster chalk full of bugs. Sad. Sad. Sad.

I was lucky enough to get a ps5, and even playing on a next gen console didn’t provide a crash/bug free experience. Story can be compelling at moments, but those moments are almost always ruined by some king of bug. TheHad the highest hopes for this game, but man was I ever let down. I really did like Keanu as Silverhand, but other than that it was pretty much pure disappointment. I was lucky enough to get a ps5, and even playing on a next gen console didn’t provide a crash/bug free experience. Story can be compelling at moments, but those moments are almost always ruined by some king of bug. The dialogue doesn’t always flow together very well, especially if you choose to listen to the optional dialogue. The graphics are worse than FO76 was at release. NPCs are bland as hell. Not even close to GTA V or RDR2 in open world “liveliness”. Gun pay is generic at best. All I can say is I’m glad they’re offering refunds.… Expand

    A great game underneath it all, however a constant low 20's frame rate, with at worst a low 10's frame rate running at sub 720p is unacceptable. The game in unplayable on PS4 (base console) and CD project red should be ashamed for putting out such a poor product on the PS4.

    Lo había comprado con toda la ilusión del mundo, tenía muchísimas ganas de jugarlo pero no he podido aguantar más de 30 minutos jugando, va a una tasa de fps y una resolución tan mala que se me hace injugable, me mareo muchísimo.
    Me da mucha pena poner esto, pero menuda decepción.

    The police spawn out of nowhere.
    The ai is dumb as a rock.
    There is no ai for cars, they just follow a pre programmed path.
    The bugs, the crashes, would give it a negative if I could.

BUT THATS IT. And all that is NOT even playable on the PS4. Frame Rates are dropping under 20 and the graphics look like they were made for the ps3 at some points. Getting video called by two characters at the same time. Characters are rendered trough eachother. Stepping in a area for a story mission, characters are loaded in front of you and then trough each other. This is happening ALL the time. It’s very bad. And this is on patch 1.04.

    Also some weird effects going on of which you can’t determine if it’s supposed to look like this or if you’re expensive oled tv just stopped working. It’s really really bad.

    Waited along time for this game, was on the hype train... and sadly this is not the last great swan song for the ps4. It’s a ~£*{$#$~ trainwreck!!!

AI for driving is nonexistent they just follow paths on rails and will not move at all if they incounter any problems at all, police are laughable at best, they can and will teleport out of thin air. Lots of people are making excuses, defending CDPR because of how amazing The Witcher 3 was. It truly was a great game, one of my all time favorites actually. But I will not sit and act like “Oh it’s okay, lemme rub your tummy, you did nothing wrong” just because of the hype and fandom CDPR has surrounding them. We were extremely hyped for this game for several years, it got delayed three times, we were told how well it runs and this is what we got. Make any excuse you want, this game is downright unplayable and broken on console. I truly do look forward to Cyberpunk 2077 being fixed down the line, but like it or not, the damage is done and this is unacceptable. You’d bash Ubisoft, EA or even a game like Days Gone. So don’t switch up now and stop being biased fools. Report any bugs you can and we can hopefully get a better experience. Sure it doesn't look like a next gen game on current gen consoles, but it's a great game that looks good enough for the hardware it's on.

    Greatest disappointment of the year especially because the game was advertised as a next gen open world were you can be who you are and have endless possibilities. I dont even understand the metacritic for the PC version... OK the graphics are better and the performance too but CDPR didnt delivered the immersive experience everyone was hyped uped about until the end of 2020.

    PS: CDPR's managers done a great job in scamming the whole console community and using our hopes and enthusiasm for their own interest of money. Epologies wont be excepted they knew what they were doing... 2020 worst year in my live UNTIL NOW    … Expand

The joke's on me. I can get over the bad graphics but would like something in return. I get tons of bugs, non-loading textures, cars and pedestrians appearing out of nowhere, a world that is supposed to be open, but still everything is closed in it. Receiving calls, changing the camera mode in the vehicle, works randomly. And AI? Mother of God. The police chases are a joke (I don't know if anyone ever chased me). Car drivers? Stand a few centimeters on their track, they will stop and die of old age in their cars sooner than they will go around you. Behavior of NPCs? Tragic, hit one, all the rest within a dozen or so meters will crouch as one. Since everything is so poor, the world is so empty, what then makes the game perform so bad? This game broke me. I used to shut up all haters when they complained about the game before the premiere, but then I got my copy and I'm just sad. I kept hearing about immersion. How am I supposed to delve into this world when I am constantly torn from it with technical problems? The moment that was supposed to get me dragged into the plot was interrupted for me by a lot of loading screens, longer than individual sequences of a game, as a result I remember browsing the news on my smartphone, not the game. After many attempts, I put the game back on the shelf, I will not return it because I went through hell to get the game from Polish distribution in the country where I currently live on the day of its premiere and the fun of sending it back to Poland is not worth it. I just feel cheated and wish I hadn't spent my hard earned money on a product that is not finished, and even after fixes it probably won't be what it was meant to be. I could forgive that the game is not a breakthrough, that the mechanics are poorer than in much older games, if only the game worked as it was supposed to, today, on the wave of irritation, more and more disappointments are found. I don't get any explanations that the game works better on stronger platforms, I bought the game on one of the platforms offered by the developer and paid for it with real money, no excuses.… Expand

    Do not buy this game is horrible. The story is dragged out a bit, and side quests are pretty good. However, this game crashed 46 times in my playthrough! There are so many technical issues. I also played on PC which is not much better. If you have the option to play on PC, play on PC, however, this game is mediocre even without the game-breaking bugs.

    Game is broken i cant even see what is happening because my field of view is stuck inside my characters head. Npcs float around random. Quest markers get locked behind npcs or untraversable obstacles. Utterly dissapointed.

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
