    It will be a decent game if we were in 2012...worst money spend this year... Big regret... And for my hype it was a disaster... Never ever I will buy again a game from this clowns... A very bad example in so many levels...was the first time I did a preorder and it will be the last.... I can't belive it happened

    First game i pre-order since many years after i read the freview on pc and because i loved cd projekt red their customer oriented policy ....feel literally scammed like if a i ordered a bad copy of the game on Wish...
    Will never trust a video game studio again will Nevers pre-order a game again.

    First time I ever got a game refunded, the shop didn't even discuss it. Unplayable on PS4, on a 4K TV, the blurriness and low frame rate made nauseous. FPS dips real low in combat or when driving, textures do not load. Other recent video games looked and ran well on base PS4, this is a disgrace.

    на AMD 3200G + RX590. фпс 15-18. в патче 1.05 разработанном вместе с AMD фпс упал до 12-14. становится только хуже. вот решил оставить гневную оценку.

    Gra jest kompletnie niegrywalna. Nie oceniam fabuły i innych rzeczy, ponieważ jest to niemożliwe przez bugi, spadki fps i niską jakość grafiki. Dopóki gra nie zostanie naprawiona moja ocena będzie wynosić 0/10.

    Some door can be opened but locked.. seem meaningless for show the door can be opened but cant.... chosen of character Lifepath at start was lame.... just more dialogue choice only. some part of story seem like deleted ( or rewrite ?)..skip half year with Jackie    The game is broken. Feels bad to be played like this, but for real, feel even worse for the devs that have been played by management for years. So I started my next journey as a corpo. After 3 days of LA Noire-style gameplay, I gave it up. If I wanted to “PRESS X TO DOUBT” for 3 weeks, I would’ve just downloaded LA Noire.     the framerate drops and bugs make this game unplayable. it renders embarrassingly slow which makes you have to wait for textures to load everywhere you go. all in all, the game is still a work in progress - this is only getting a two for my love of keanu and porsches.

    A FRAUD! I remember when Diablo 3 came out, same thing! They promised unreal things, a lot of marketing and lies not to deliver what they promised. It has playability of games that already exist and the worst thing is that it does not work. A shame CDPR.

    A game with a ton of potential but unfortunately hindered by its blaring technical issues. I am not normally a fan of FPS games but the shooting gameplay of Cyberpunk is fantastic, with options for fast paced run-gunning, cover based shooting, or stealth takedowns. The story of the game was compelling enough to keep interest, but not enough to push me to spend a great deal of timeA game with a ton of potential but unfortunately hindered by its blaring technical issues. The story of the game was compelling enough to keep interest, but not enough to push me to spend a great deal of time exploring the world. The main issue with this game is unfortunately the instability. I played this game on the PS5, and still received about 1 or 2 crashes per hour. This was coupled with numerous glitches that left me falling through the floor, stuck in invisible walls, my weapons disappearing, and being unable to progress in the story. At this time I cannot recommend the game, but if future patches come through and fix the technical issues it may be worth the play.… Expand

Many other games do a much better job than this one. Even older games such as Deus Ex are better games overall (balancing graphics, game play, and pure and simple enjoyment) than CP77. So, I don't think this will be a very pleasurable game to play if you are used to high quality games such as Ubisofts AC series. Even WD Legion is more enjoyable overall and has a similar edgy futuristic feel. Perhaps I am being too harsh on CP77. Since I couldn't even play more than 3 hours of the game. But how could I? The missions system and maps are confusing. The lore is confusing, the game feels dated, the aiming and shooting system is awful and clunky. The way enemies and NPCs act is weird and artificial. The game in its current state has many problems that go beyond the mere bugs and graphics issues people are focusing on. (I was able to play for 3 h because I ran the ps4 version on PS5. Even so, the game crashed many times)… Expand

    I play this on PS4, and have enjoyed it so far, the latest patch though has done something with the visuals that makes me sick, echos on the cars when driving, weird effects when turning left/right. I tried turning off motion blur to no effect.

    If this isn’t fixed, I can no longer play the game, the graphical effects are vomit inducing.

As of 1/24/2022, over a year after launch, playing on a ps5, I've sunk almost 200 hours and 2 character playthroughs and have been met with at least 20 straight up crashes, just poof, exits game no warning, bugged missions that cant be finished, vehicles disappear before you can acquire (see nomad car). Weapons that bug out as permanent questI made this account just to rate this game. As of 1/24/2022, over a year after launch, playing on a ps5, I've sunk almost 200 hours and 2 character playthroughs and have been met with at least 20 straight up crashes, just poof, exits game no warning, bugged missions that cant be finished, vehicles disappear before you can acquire (see nomad car).     Не играл почти на PS4 Pro, ждал патчей, на PS5 по ощущениям как была ерунда, так и осталась. Рефаунд не запрашивал желая поддержать разработчика, о чем в первый раз пожалел. Мусор короче.

    I felt cheated, if you go to Playstation Store and play the video of the game, what we see is so FAR from what we currently get in the real world, that I feel myself as an idiot.

    The game is completely blurry full of glitches and bugs.

    This game is an insult for whom waited so long for it. Keep distance.

    I've played for 13 h and I just couldn't take it anymore after again and again, I couldn't finish a mission cuz of the glitches... Thank god I was able to re-sell the    So disappointed in this game!!

    I played it on my ps5 expecting all the issues to be just last gen. I was wrong. The graphics are so bad man. I didn't need to be blown away, just something good but it couldn't even accomplish that. Character models are awful, long distance textures don't load making scaling immersion breaking. I can forgive glitches and what not this early but... these graphics are bad. REALLY bad. TheI played it on my ps5 expecting all the issues to be just last gen. I was wrong. The graphics are so bad man. I didn't need to be blown away, just something good but it couldn't even accomplish that. Character models are awful, long distance textures don't load making scaling immersion breaking. I can forgive glitches and what not this early but... these graphics are bad. REALLY bad. The city feels lifeless and empty. I felt skeptical in the club to start thinking I let would get better in the city. Didn't expect it to get worse. The vibe is cool and the idea that they made a world is cool but I'll wait for the next gen game update it's unplayably ugly right now.     Absolutely appalling that this trash was released in this state. CDPR hiding and taking down all footage was cynical in the extreme and we all know why they were doing it now.

    It looks worse than a PS3 game, crashes constantly and runs like 15fps if you're lucky. DO NOT BUY THIS JANK!!!

    Forget about the bugs, they can be fixed. But it's a disgrace to call this ugly GTA 3 rip-off an RPG. You can't even bring down the people if they are somehow important. You shoot them and they simply don't die. You can't even shoot a fixer. You can't play the bad guy.

    The only thing you can do is to do what your fixer says as a soulless soldier.

    7 months after the release the game still crashes every day. But even without crashes, there are many problems. The streets seem to be patched empty for better performance. The city looks lifeless. When there are other cars on the road, they tend to pop up right in front of you. Surprise! NPCs have trouble with the laws of physics all the time. The list goes on. All these bugs and7 months after the release the game still crashes every day. But even without crashes, there are many problems. The streets seem to be patched empty for better performance. The city looks lifeless. When there are other cars on the road, they tend to pop up right in front of you. Surprise! NPCs have trouble with the laws of physics all the time. The list goes on. All these bugs and performance issues kill any immersion. I'm playing the PS4 version on PS5 because it runs better than on the PS4, but even on the latest hardware it's less then ideal.     I tried my best to like this game, it's just so buggy, the selection curser would move around randomly with touching the controller, the button actions are not responsive, trying to pick up things is tedious having to hit the square button 5 times just to pick up one item, the amount of dialogue is just to much I'm sorry but this game is horrble.

    CDPR really did the impossible! They lowered the bar so low that they even surpassed fallout 76. This is the worst thing that came out on the ps 4 of all time. It really hurts me to realize that the creators of the legendary "the Witcher 3" could release the game in this form (this is essentially the level of the pre-alfa version). Graphics when it comes to the main story models (Eveline, Judy etc.) and the city itself can look incredible at times and on a high end PC, things can look better than ever. BUT as soon as you are not running from one map marker to another doing the story with tunnel vision, everything falls apart.

    There are no police that can drive cars and that means there are no car chases, apart from what has been very strictly scripted to happen during the storyline. There are no NPC's that can ride motorbikes. The NPC's in their cars can't drive around obstacles.

    The NPC's that spawn outside of vehicles have 1 role and they will do that role ad infinitum. You have your "wall leaners", your "standing at a stall" models, your walkers.. etc. They do one thing and one thing only. There is no variety or dynamic aspect to their behavior apart from one or two randomized audio lines that come out of their mouths when you "interact" with them. If you follow a walking npc, they will turn 180 at the end of the block and walk right back. If you fire your weapon, they will all duck and cower and if you look away from them and back again, they have diseappeared.

    This is the worst NPC system we have seen in well over a decade, when talking about AAA-games. It was also advertised with a sentence "We've greatly enhanced our crowd and community systems to create the most believable city in any open-world game to date".

    The AI is terrible in all gameplay, even storyline, which hampers the game at every step of the way and especially if you try to play as some sort of a netrunner like I did, putting your skillpoints to intelligence and tech, your gameplay will be limited to opening doors either via your tech skills by hand or point and clicking to "hack it". You can also quickhack anyone you see in such an exiting fashion that you point at them and select something from a boring menu. That's it. Such hacking!
    A text and UI based only game called "Hacknet" on steam does a better job at making you feel like you're actually doing something hacking related. We were shown in the 48min gameplay that we could plug our cable into stunned enemies and hack their network that way and enable quickhacking, but this was scrapped too. This could've improved things so much by making it so you can even get viruses (debuffs) if plugging in unprepared. You could maybe upload viruses to their network, would expose yourself to enemy netrunners in the network (as opposed to any netrunner managing to overheat you from a different room whenever like now) and with a few minigames accompanied with augments that give you an edge in said minigame (ala mini Gwent) you could actually feel like you're infiltrating a system and hacking your way around things and battling netrunners etc.

    But no, it's laughably half-assed in every way. Crafting or upgrading barely serves a purpose as you can just keep on looting, as loot is everywhere, you can't talk to anyone except questline npc's, there's NOTHING TO DO in the city if not starting something from a map marker. Can't interact with BD's, no stripclubs, no clubs with interactivity, no playing minigames - it's just empty.
    Then there's also the fact how they advertised it as a visceral mature experience and are now backpedaling by adding boxers/underwear on the main character when showering and in photomode, even after someone selects to add genitals and turns nudity off. Adults still can't decide themselves. Two prostitutes, 1 male and 1 female - yet said themes advertised at every corner of the world. Can you experience this future city of sin? No, you can not, not even out of curiosity or immersion.
    Not only did they backpedal in features and promises, but in vision and integrity, censoring their own product. This was still a developer I expected to not compromise, not half-ass and NOT LIE. I was wrong on all parts.

    ...and that's all without even adressing the bugs. The bugs will be fixed.. but the rest; I wouldn't hold my breath. The contrast between the story and unfinished aspects just makes everything feel even more sour. Many crashes have ended up in a long sigh and not wanting to boot the game again.

    A more linear/structured experience that wasn't trying to be everything at once could've worked better. It could've also benefitted from not being announced 8 years before release. But hey, 8 mill sales on day one must've been worth it.

    Let's remember this the next time they release something. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

The fully customizable character creator is really limited by not having sliders. I was actually shocked to day, I dare say shocked, when I found out white or gray hair wasnt an option. The way people in the game talk and act are so "edgelord" that I get taken out of it and just think why am I doing something so stupid with my time. Finally, after a week of playing...I got to the opening title card. Maybe if I played the first 3 hours solid it would have held my interest enough to see it on day one. I actually find myself getting quite annoyed playing the game. The cars handle terriblly. They cant make right turns, even with the brake and e brake applied. Anyway, for me the straw that broke the camels back and the reson i decided to write this is I was playing the game and I just finished the opening sequence with Johnny silverarms and I went to do the next mission and in game it wanted me to pay 500 dollars of in game currency. Obviously this si to get me to do side missions and whatnot but since I wasn't really liking the game anyway I felt really annoyed at being stopped right in the middle of my play over this. If it was smart game design I would have already had the 500 as a reward for the multitude other quests I've done and I wouldn't have been forced to stop and do something I honestly have no interest in doing. Unlike other people, I play on PC and it runs fine. My biggest issue is that its completely irritating to play.… Expand

    Had to change my review, as the game progresses the glitches get insanely high; I am restarting the game every 10 mins now. Gun dont fire, enemies become immortal, car stops driving, weapon gets stuck on firing and cant reload just makes shooting sound, missions dont progress.

    One of the worst triple AAA titles I've ever played on any platform. The story and characters are ok or good or whatever, game play is interesting, system well implemented... But it's just unplayable most of the time, let's hope big patches solve most of the problems since it could be a pretty good game as in PC

    Don't get me wrong I loved 2 out of the 4 endings ( wasn't able to do the other 2) but The Delamain missions are Insanely buggy that I completely had to them last compared to the others ( I haven't completed all of them due to the bugs being in the way) Now for the final mission ( I chose the Johnny and Rogue on my first play threw) Destroying the bots/ drones you can't pick up components due to a glitch which sucks cause those come useful when upgrading snipers and pistols. CDProjekt Red knew fine this game was in an unacceptable state (recently admitted) and undeniably tried to cover it by misleading and manipulative business tactics. The game needs at least another year or more of development time. This is like 99% preparation for a large immersive game, and 1% of actually trying to get it to run. The open world is laborious and unplayable. Graphics and gameplay is below 720p and sometimes will never manage to load in textures and framerate persistently reaches as low as 15fps and can or will stay like that. The amount of bugs and glitches is completely messed up and it is without question the most horrendously bugged, glitched and poorly performing game ever released. General combat gameplay is a similar calibre to Outer Worlds, but sometimes feels like an old Halo game from 2000s. Shooting often bullet sponging enemies with tactically OP firearms and melee with underwhelming feedback and collision. QA testers around November time pointed to a still-unfinished game across all facets of it's content. I'm shocked at how much that isn't just tolerable things. But this 'crunch' that everyone knew about was more serious than what was ever told - they had to scrap the game as an RPG game and instead title it an Action-Adventure due to the vast number of things removed which no longer qualified it as an RPG. Non-extensively or to name a few, they removed large mechanics such as:

    All normal spider bot gameplay Removed skill trees (Techie etc) Whole wall running mechanic scrapped The subway system as fast travel system scrapped - replaced with a loading screen. Vehicle and home customisation scrapped Character customisation such as haircuts and augments cut
    Other storage options removed such as wardrobe, all done in inventory now

    The bugs etc are pervasive enough to ruin the experience and spoil it. The crashing is regular enough to frustrate players into switching off, then your character falling through the scenery nearly as frequently as the crashes which can happen several times in an hour of gameplay. Missions get stuck permanently (currently have two side missions and my main story permanently non-progressing), dialogue sticks and have to reset. NPCs and AI is diabolical and there is actually 'no AI' for several concepts in the game such as driving. One blatant example being the whole wanted level system where cops come for you. They don't actually come arriving to you — they just spawn right beside you in plain sight and start shooting. Then they simply vanish into thin air when you leave the scene. Textures and rendering never loading causing reset.. The game has so many severe problems that you'd never be done, but I'm legit horrified with how something like this can be hyped up and sold. Totally unacceptable for a game of 8 years in development. The memes are bull going on about people complaining about it's delays when it was in a state like this for at 8 years. Cyberpunk is easily one of the most horrendous releases gaming history. The gaming community must learn about pre-ordering games and the expectations and hype they have for them prior to actually seeing a complete product. Consumers need to change and learn a serious lesson from this.    … Expand

    Well, the game is filled with buggs and the graphics are horrible. I would love to say something about the story, but in the current state I stopped playing the game and wont touch it again.

    Better dont buy the game, just save your money!

    The main part of gameplay is just listening/reading the dialog, so the playing of this game is basically just like listening a long, uninteresting podcast. Between all the blahblah you move the character around in a pitch black environment with an awful framerate just to get into next location where you, once again, get to listen some more babbling.

Its littered with bugs and not really any cutscenes which make it feel worse The game need to take the controller out of the player and just put in a cutscene so u dont end with looking around or running in circles cause it quickly makes u bored by just standing there and talking

    And the fact u cant go anywhere because the lockdown removes the entire reason to have it open world in the first place and not just do like The Witcher 3 did and separate the world into chunks that way they could have minimal loading and a bigger chance of it running successfully on older consoles

    I launched Cyberpunk 2077 on my PS4 Slim several weeks after the release and most of the bugs were fixed, so I was able to play the game from start to finish. However, the quality of textures was painfully low, I usually had only 20-22 frames per second while driving around the city (with dips below 20), and some objects tended to disappear. The technical state and graphics of the PS4 version are awful, which is a shame, because the game itself has one of the best stories I have ever encountered, its gunplay is really good, and Night City is very impressive.     Cyberpunk 2077 is a game brimming with potential, and it damn near reaches it on so many occasions, but the pitfalls of its development ultimately drag it down. There's still a lot to like here for RPG fans and lovers of the genre, but it's far from the generation-defining masterwork that the world was waiting for.
