    Just sad. Warcraft 3 was the reason why I ever got into video games in the first place and it feels like Blizzard doesn't care about anything else than money ever since Activision bought them...

    This game is not what was advertised. It was advertised as overhauling graphics, cinematics, and game play, but it did none of these things. The game was also delayed, but you can't tell why by looking at the finished product. Blizzard required you purchase a BlizzCon 2019 virtual ticket in order to play in the WC3R Beta, even if you already bought the game. A $30-$40 game + an extraThis game is not what was advertised. It was advertised as overhauling graphics, cinematics, and game play, but it did none of these things. The game was also delayed, but you can't tell why by looking at the finished product. Blizzard required you purchase a BlizzCon 2019 virtual ticket in order to play in the WC3R Beta, even if you already bought the game. A $30-$40 game + an extra $50 to play in the Beta. This is by definition, a money grab.

    It cannot be more obvious that the entire company is now gone. It had changed from a group of enthusiastic game creators, into a bunch of money grabbing zombies, determining to suck out the last drop of previously accumulated values out of the dead giant.

    Let's just say that the game is absolute trash now. they ruined the legacy of Warcraft as a whole. broken online features, Broken campaign, most of the custom maps if not all of them are no longer working. and i can't use the normal game anymore. when asking for a refund on blizzard they basically just gave me a ban and yea just don't get the game till it's fixed

    [1] Gather your group of OVER-ACHIEVERS (THESE HIGHER BEING THAT ARE SITTING COMFORTABLY IN THE OFFICE WITH NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE OTHER HALF OF THE INDUSTRY.)

    [2] Call the best pizza place in town and buy everyone pizza. (Cheap alternative, since you have to issue back those refunds and prepare for the lawsuit.)

    [3] Enjoy the pizza with everyone.

    [4] Check in with the customer support team to make sure they are processing all the refunds.

    [5] Call the corporate lawyer and tell him/her not to worry about the lawsuit.

    [6] Take your group of GODLY INTELLIGENT BEINGS and go to the highest floor in your building or any building within the area with more than ten floors.

    [7] Open one of the windows REALLY BIG AND WIDE.

    [8] Form a line at the window.

    [9] Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Let your mind be free of all these troubles.

    [10] Slowly and steadily jump out of the window one by one until you land on your feet. (If you are the team leader, you have to go last to ensure that your group had properly exited the building.)

    -No new ui.
    -The cutscenes were the old ones but rescaled.

    Such a disappointment.

    Why, Senpai? I originally had this game for my PC 1998 when I was but a young lad. Now I can't even go back to compare or enjoy a nostalgia bomb. It's sad when a company as long living as Blizzard becomes the bad guy to its own audience.

    Let me just say that I grew up loving World of Warcraft and Diablo. But honestly, this game remastering is a demastering. It is more than just an IP that didn’t deliver. It was a sham to the good people who still had faith in Blizzard. And in every step of the way they clearly don’t know what they’re doing.

    Not as advertised and ruins a masterpiece. The only reason this exist is to make money.

    They cut most of the things they promised and even took away many features from the original game. This is blatant false advertising and I hope someone starts a class action lawsuit against them because this is criminal.

    When I watched the trailer, I was pleasantly surprised. I had not very high expectations, I only wanted to get what was shown. Oh boy, what has been delivered did not deliver in any way. How do they dare showing such epicness and then not delivering anything as such. A scandal. I hope some customer's organization goes after them.

    I have never done something like this but Blizzard has gone too far. Of all the days they could have released this dumster fire why did it have to be on my birthday. Not only did you market features not present in the full game but you have destroyed what remained of the orginal.     Игра не соответствует демонстративным материалам показанным на Blizzcon! Отвратительная "новая" русская локализация (Особенно Атрес). Почему вы не оставили старую озвучку?     Присутствует: проблемы с клиентом игры, просадки с FPS, нет функции выбора озвучки, плохая анимации портретов, нет обещанных измененных кат.сцен, проблема с текстурами леса, проблема с текстурами теней, нет battnet, в процессе игры возможны вылеты, иногда обьекты нельзя выделить в цель.

    Почему Близзард выпустила такой сырой продукт? На русскоязычном официальном фору игроков игнорируют, нет обратной связи. Если говорить касательно о статье "типо извините" - то там очень четко продуманный текст аля -> Мы не виноваты что вам не понравился наш (СЫРОЙ) продукт. Я хотел бы наедятся, что кампания образумиться но увы теперь эти люди понимаю только слово деньги, больше нет той кампании!    … Expand

    Все обещания Метелицы канули в лету: кат-сцены не перерисованы, компании не расширены, нового контента нет, графика... Знаете, от старой графики у меня не шла кровь из глаз. Новая русская озвучка - шлак.

Do you guys not have QA teams or was this rushed out the door faster than E.T on the Atari 2600? There's more bugs and issues in this game than an actual terrarium.

    Honestly, we should have seen this coming after SC1: Remastered came out. Like SC1:RM, this is yet-another lazy cash grab with minimal effort put in beyond "let's scale up the graphics and maybe redo a few voice clips." No bug fixes were made, no improvements were added (but features WERE REMOVED) and instead more bugs and issues were added. HOW? How do you take a working menu and somehow manage to make the framerate absolute trash? Let's not even begin to get into the newly "improved" we-own-you EULA garbage fire. The forced patch that ruins classic is just extra salt in the wound.

    Verdict:
    Don't buy even if they manage to fix everything and implement the promised cutscenes. Blizzard has been dead for years. It's time to wake up to that fact.    … Expand

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
