    Blizzard used to be great. Can't believe they released this pile of garbage and forced players using the old client to update to this garbage. It deeply saddens me how far Blizzard has fallen over the past 11 years.

    Blizzard has managed to make a 18 year old game worse and charge 30-40€ for it again. The Blizzard that made one of my favourite games of all time and that followed me for years is gone.
    No heard, no effort. Not just doesn't it deliver what was promised, it stripped features from the old game.
    Those features aren't just missing from the "reforged" version, they actually made the old game    Blizzard has managed to make a 18 year old game worse and charge 30-40€ for it again. The Blizzard that made one of my favourite games of all time and that followed me for years is gone.

    They promised so much yet delivered so little. For a time we didn't heard anything about any progress whatsoever on the game and on the last mile they started to rush it, that's lazy work.

    All you had to do is a paint-job. But not only you released an unfinished game that was finished 17 years ago. But you messed up the old game! I am impressed by this level of incompetence. Not even Noah in his ark could carry these animals out of the whole they dig for themselves.

    Can't play in classic normally because of Reforged, 9 years ago i maked models for custom maps, the Hive Workshop be my second home and now all our content is not viable. I just...it' all looks like a bad joke a very bad joke :(

Apparently I dont own it anymore. This was an absolute disgrace of a release. The fact they pushed it out like this tells a lot about the values of this company nowadays...     A game riddled with bugs. What an awful way to go Blizzard, so sad. The game is a mess and I can't play it properly, even with one of the best rigs out there. Frame rate makes it unplayable. I'll never again buy another Blizzard product, forget about Diablo IV and any other game from them.

    Одни из немногих игр которые купленные мной на пост-советском пространстве это 2 части вар-крафта. Этим обновлением Близзард ушатали замечательные две части игры. Персонажи во время боя "нечитаемые". Тоесть адекватно в бою разглядеть где чей цвет - проблематично, как с таким играть в стратегию реального времени - не понятно. Ну и обсосаный уже всеми кем только можно полный обманОдни из немногих игр которые купленные мной на пост-советском пространстве это 2 части вар-крафта. В итоге без выпавших глаз на юнитов смотреть невозможно. Все лагает и тупит, главное меню вообще написано как плагин к Гугл-хрому. Хуже этой игры, наверное, была только моя курсовая по программированию на паскале на первом курсе, но это не точно.… Expand

    I was really looking forward to this game as a long time Warcraft. I was just about to buy it when i decided to wait a bit for the reviews and oh boy ... Blizz scewed up royally. I give low score not because of the Warcraft 3 Reforge since I havent played the game myself but because they manage to screw the classic ... Now I am forced to upgrade the classic to reforged, download someI was really looking forward to this game as a long time Warcraft. Честно признаться, я не ждал многого от "перекованного" Варкрафта, но то, с какой безответственностью нынешняя Метелица подошла к работе над ним, не может не огорчать. Так испортить свое детище, которое в свое время подарило Blizzard всемирную известность и собрала вокруг себя миллионы фанатов могла только она. Дело даже больше не в игре, а в отношении Blizzard к своему комьюнити. Предложить предзаказ за два года до выпуска, не делиться никакой информацией по разработке игры, а под конец вообще скинуть работу на другую компанию - это верх безответственности. Теперь точно можно открыто заявлять, что компания Blizzard СКАТИЛАСЬ и видят в своих фанатах лишь "мешки с деньгами".… Expand

They advertised great changes and features and not even tried to deliver them. Instead they released a broken beta version of the old game with (mostly nice) new graphics. I payed 30 Euros for a broken version of a game I already own. I still play it from time to time until now but I was totally disappointed on how Blizzard modify its custom game mode. They removed a lot of features like replay archive, player profile and Ladder, Clans and and most custom games are ridden with bugs and graphical issues.     Seriously : a fan-made, free version could have been done using the same models resulting in less bugs and a better online mod.

    Not to mention they wouldn't have screw the original game by removing existing content.     No reworked cutscenes, poor quality visuals, stripped features, killing the mapmaking and mod community. The list goes on and on. Blizzard is too far gone.
    I can only hope they stay away from Diablo II if this is how they treat their old masterpieces.

    The map editor exclusive right, the false advertising, and missing features that were promised must i go on. is a cheap skin pack nothing more i would have gladly spent my $40 on stuff for Star Wars the Old Republic or Elder Scrolls Online over this is a heartbeat had i know this was what i was buying. It is worse then Fallout 76 in my honest opinion!!

    Warcraft 3 was a place of immeasurable creativity and infinite possibilities.
    I still remember as a kid finding new custom maps that were RPGs, MOBAs, Survivals or other genres was the best experience ever.     Ive played Warcraft 3 all my life without problems and this week i got an update that made the game crash my computer. I was not shocked when finding out that reforged was a complete failure but that this has destroyed a game ive enjoyed all my life is very sad and disapointing. Almost deviatating to let go of something ive had all of my life.     Pathetic shame of a product for a company like blizzard. I pre ordered to get access to the beta and I was extremely excited to play this game. I usually never pre ordered games but this burned me too hard. I don't think I can trust a company again to pre order a game.

I am extremely disappointed in the product. I feel that a new programmer in ones basement could have done better.     So dissapointing. My all time favorite game is totally destroyed. I can't even play the classic anymore. Just got my refund today (thanks after all Blizz). I might rebuy the game at a later point if all the bugs and missing (promised features) will be implemented.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
