    My score is set to send a message to Blizzard.
    Blizzars was my favorite game developer, but is no longer the case.
    I was having high hopes for War 3 Reforged but they let me down.
    The price is simply too high for just some reskins.

    Bait and switch just to grab your money. and they won't refund either. remember what J.A. Brack said at blizzcon 2019? it was dodgy **** than, and now can be seen by everybody. screw you Blizzard. you can **** off with all your games. glad i stopped playing warcraft classic right after blitzchung fiasco. and haven't buy any blizz game since diablo 3. won't even glance at diablo 4 when it releases.

    How about a remaster where they only change the models? How about a remaster that breaks the original game? How about a remaster that removes features? Blizzard answered YES to all of those. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO, don't buy , if you did refund it.

    I don't get why this is getting so much hate yeah it has its downsides, but we got what was advertised. I get it the cinematics werent what was shown oh well. I like the game it is worth buying. It's really good to look at and it's just a great experience.

Just make the same game with better visuals and maybe a few improvements. Still EVERYTHING feels like a downgrade.… Expand

    The game is the definition of Peter Molyneux. It promised everything and delivered none of it. The game is not worthy of the 0 scores of the current reviewbomb, but it is not worth more then ~$10. It is a complete rip off because the graphics are laughable for a Blizzard game and a downgrade from Diablo III somehow and that was seven years ago.     Not at all what was promised, it's just the old warcraft but with bugs and "updated models" that look like they were made for a mobile game in China, animation is not up to blizzard standards at all, but with this game released, who knows what blizzard standard is any more. Utter dissapointment.

    You may be a skeptical person looking at all these negative reviews thinking "This thing is completely overblown and its people just been entitled" but when you look at the facts you can see this is completely justified.

    - EULA has been changed, everything you create now belongs to Blizzard (meaning don't you dare create another LoL/Dota/HoN/etc, because we missed out last time and want to capitalize that crap!)
    - Classic graphics in Reforged client look worse (shadows are missing, saturation is off, some spells/effects are missing)
    - Overall game stability has gone down

    To add insult to injury owners of the original game are screwed are are forced to update and lose a lot features they had access to for 17 years    … Expand

    Not very good. I was denied a refund for the game after purchasing it to play it and I couldn't even begin the first single player mission. It kept bringing me to a "defeat" screen. I spent roughly an hour restarting the game over and over and I asked a blizzard customer support member for a refund and he said I had spent too much time in the game to be eligible for a refund. DO NOT BUY.

    I like the customs a lot, but changing the rights for them to prevent a second hurtful Dota, is a big no. Also, I liked to play the Frozen Throne RPGs, that are not included yet. What a big shame. At least my computer has enough power not to have that lag issue.

Personally, I thought the reforged was a bad idea as I believe that, if you want to experience RoC and TFT, nothing better then just playing the originals. reforged makes warcraft worst in every way.     Blizzard wants you to buy this so desperately, that they locked a few graphic options if you are playing the original games.
    So those old school graphics that i LOVE and honestly are the charm of the game, (WoW, TBC and Wrath ware all made inspired in those.) now fell off and weird as I cant even turn on the shadows and character models looks to be floating and misplaced.

    Publics vanity, together with the companies greed, created this monstrosity that murdered the game i was playing for more then 15years. And I ask WHY?!?!
    Fan, I Ask you, Did you truly need new graphics? are you that vain?
    Blizzard, I ask you......actually, i wont ask you anything cuz youre are DEAD !!

    13. Нет обещанной на анонсе переделки. роликов(самый сок - обещание до сих пор висит на странице покупки).
    14. Единственная новая цг катсцена, бой иллидана с Артасом, выглядит хуже, чем фанатские работы
    15. Нет обещанной переделки сюжета.
    16. Больше нельзя убивать детей. Даже когда по сюжету устраиваешь бойню нежитью, должен их обходить.
    17. Убрали ламповые 3д задники в меню и заменили на хуевое бездушное 2д(Выяснили, что это полностью web-приложение на Хроме, от того и лагает как гавно, потому что работает на одном ядре и хавает память, поэтому на заднике на ламповое игровое 3Д а какой-то флеш или браузерное видео.)
    18. Уебищный интерфейс на треть экрана
    19. Классический вк3 удален из магазина, его владельцам теперь доступен только рефорж, но без новой графики. При этом, ты все равно должен скачать все 30 гигов.
    20. Заготовка под донатные скины в мультиплеере.
    21. В оригинале, по непонятной причине, удалили некоторые меметичные фразы у персонажей. Например, "Im wasted" у дриады..
    22. Для смены хоткеев надо редактировать текстовый файл в папке игры. Причём тебе об этом сообщают прямо в настройках игры и даже заботливо говорят путь.
    23. Графика переключается только из меню(это не норма для ремастеров).
    24. Освещение, эмбиент оклюжен не завезли.
    25. Сглаживание вообще не завезли. Опцию что включай, что выключай - толку нет    … Expand

    Well, basically they broke the classical mechanics from the old game and then did not replace them with anything. The game is all in all working but it is just another Graphics version with no original dubbing, custom campaigns, map editor, custom maps, clans. There are no new videos that were promised. Huge disappointment for me.

    Игра не оптимизирова,стартовое меню грузит компьютер так же как ведьмак 3 на средних настройках, местами невозможные проседы. Прошу разработчиков поправить игру. В русской версии озвучка Артаса и Джайны ужасна. Невозможно нормально с ней сконцентрироваться, голоса абсолютно не подходящие и это я не играл в старую версию!!! Я еще верю в близард но пока что 0. Больше у меня рука неИгра не оптимизирова,стартовое меню грузит компьютер так же как ведьмак 3 на средних настройках, местами невозможные проседы. Прошу разработчиков поправить игру. В русской версии озвучка Артаса и Джайны ужасна. Невозможно нормально с ней сконцентрироваться, голоса абсолютно не подходящие и это я не играл в старую версию!!! Я еще верю в близард но пока что 0. Больше у меня рука не поднимается поставить потому что могут намного лучше чем сделали. Этот проект просто не достоин этой студии поэтому 0.… Expand

    Terrible barely runs, frequently crashes, filled with bugs that make the game borderline unplayable and to top it all of completely guts many features which made the original game enjoyable

    Game is full of bugs and crashes from time to time. Fps drops, sudden freezes are common. Cinematics are old ones.

    Pure fraud and theft, not only did they do a **** but the false advertise but deleted the originial legendary Warcraft 3, i was only happy to pay for reforged to get my hands on the good old original whilst being excited for the reforged version... THEY CRAMED MICRO TRANSACTIIN into the game, 17 years i"ve played the original, and it is gone.

    A disgrace to one of the best games of all time. Buggy, broken, unfinished and unpolished garbage. So many promises not being made, Blizzard died long ago, it only lives by name. I hope Activision get the biggest slap in the face and that they fall so low that people wouldn't buy their **** anymore.

    Любил первую и вторую часть, третью уже не играл т.к. игры забросил лет на 10 и возвращаться в варкрафт было уже поздно, сейчас появился повод это сделать. Да, это торговля ностальгией, но все равно спасибо близзам.

    They couldn't have done a worse job... Its as if they took everything that was good about the original game, took it out and then expected people to praise them for killing the very things they loved... Blizzard has turned into a joke of a company.

    I played the heck out of Warcraft 3 back in the day and it was alot of fun. Given the amount of time Blizzard had to work on reforged, it is a surprise the game is such a catastrophic failure.

    I can't believe they managed to **** up a remake where all they had to do, literally, was to give it some better textures and give back online features. Then people at least wouldn't hate it.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
