    The game is bad i preordered since 2018 and was more than shocked to see that its worse than the 1 ear old original ! HOW CAN YOU MAKE A Remake of a 17 year old game worse ????     Worst support I ever seen is the one from Blizzard. Game full of bugs. A lot of content from the original wc3 was cutted. Miss advertising. Refund not possible.

    This Game completely dissapointed me. Poorly optimized and crashes periodically. I played the original W3 as a kid when it first came out.. and now I can't even go back to that! Blizzard is **** greedy and no longer the Blizzard I once knew. I am done with this company and I urge everyone to do the same. At least I got my refund!     Full of bugs, no real improvement that can be appreciated.

    - No new UI
    - No new cutscenes (just the old ones rescaled)
    - Lots of old features missing

    Theirs a good reason anything in the story of Arthas can be twisted around to reflect to what has become of Blizzard, and I gotta say what a better way to reveal what they became over the years than with a full-circle destruction of the game which put them on the throne and made me the rabid warcraft fan I am for the last 13 years of my life.    … Expand

    this game release cant be seen as a singular mistep by blizzard. after several serious wrong decicions, reforge is just another proof that the company blizzard is completly out of touch with the community.

    this game is just a insult to me, someone that grew up with wc3. next to 0 game improving features, the sound in german is unbearable, multiplayer is feels like a bethesda game. this    this game release cant be seen as a singular mistep by blizzard. after several serious wrong decicions, reforge is just another proof that the company blizzard is completly out of touch with the community.

    Absolute disgrace of a "reforge". The modern graphics somehow look worse than a 18 year old game. Completely lied to by the marketing of this and promised content which is not in the actual game. To top it off, they removed the ability to play your already owned original copy of wc3. What a disgusting company

    Pre-purchase spoils of war edition and get four unique skins for warcraft 3 reforged itself. Benefit comes with spoils of war edition. Pre-ordering will provide cash to the developers so they can improve Wc3 with more richness details. It's interesting to see the people buying it soon.

    The gameplay, the feeling of entering the battle.net menu, the ladder, the leveling system, the clans... it's all gone, replaced with a mobile looking menus for children, without any soul left in them.

    -No new ui.
    -The cutscenes were the old ones but rescaled.

    Such a disappointment.

    When I was a kid, a friend introduced me to the then-just-released World of Warcraft. I fell in love, and immediately started playing. As my love for the game and the series grew, around the time of Burning Crusade, someone told me about the Warcraft games. As someone who loved Age of Empires, I was all-in. At the time I owned the hard copies which I had purchased or been gifted, for Warcraft 3. Unfortunately I lost those as I grew and moved out and then moved again. One day many years later, I saw that I could purchase the game digitally and play it off my Battle Net Launcher. I was thrilled.

    Come the launch of Warcraft 3 Reforged. I hadn't, actually, pre-ordered. That's not what this is about. I was waiting to see just how cool it was as, while I loved Warcraft 3, I had a lot of other games by this point in my life. But this... this was not what I expected.

    Blizzard stole from me. I didn't realize it at first, but then a friend pointed it out to me. 'Hey, my original Warcraft 3 is gone from my launcher'. Sure as heck, it was. Gone and, as of all the research I can find at the time of this review, unable to be re-installed unless you have the hard copy of the disks.

    I don't remember this in your W3 Reforged sales pitch, Blizzard. I don't remember talking about stealing from players and forcing them to re-purchase the new game just to hit a toggle switch to play the old version with your 'classic' graphics or whatever they're called. And you know what, I'll fall on my sword, maybe it Was there in the fine print and I just missed it. But that doesn't make it right.

    The level of disgust I feel towards Blizzard is so high I created an account just for that review. Garbage game by garbage company. They even managed to ruin the original Warcraft 3, which I still played to this day.

    Not only did Blizzard mess up the ''reforged'' game, they also mess up the old one... Who's idea was it to merge the two games? I can not wrap my head around the pile of excrement who made the decision to do such a thing.

    They did more job on user agreement policy then on actual game. Really smart long term thinking by activision... Hope they will redeem themselves with Diablo 4, although it's unlikely.

    game has stability issues, such as fps freezes whenever an match starts, they also dragged the original into this while giving it its own bugs, and lied to us all, they even gave us an beyond autistic response to the controversy they themselves created

    Don't have problems with the game so far. A bit sad of missing the mmr and old profile menus but those will be patched in later on. Rather happy they didn't touch the original story or voice acting since it's still better than the storytelling they do in wow for example. Glad they kept old cinematics and upped the quality. Overall I'm happy with the product

    Absolute garbage of a remake. Age of Empires 2 HD is a great example of a facelift. This game however is an insult to all WC3 players. You can’t even launch the classic launcher without workarounds. You literally lose features on the old game even if you don’t own reforge. Blizzard didn’t make this game, Activision did.

    where to even start. i grew up with warcraft 3, along with command and conquer and starcraft. i loved warcraft 3. this is like watching someone take my child and stomp on it. my biggest issues.

    1. the absolutely disgusting policy that is just one big punch in the face to fans and the creative community. 2. erasing the classic version. 3. falsely advertising very not subtly. other.    where to even start. i grew up with warcraft 3, along with command and conquer and starcraft. i loved warcraft 3. this is like watching someone take my child and stomp on it. my biggest issues.

    And to top it the "response" reeked of excuses and blaming the fans instead of taking responsibility. blizzard messed up no buts. i don't understand how you remaster a game and somehow make it 10x times worse. warcraft 3 was a masterpiece this is just proof blizzard is dead and couldn't give a ****

    I felt cheated, they had talked about improving custom maps, but they eliminated all this for the players / creators. and by the way they take away all the credit, does our time and work have no importance for you blizzard?

    Blizzard promised a lot of things that hyped us for more than one year and then they proceeded to fail to deliver a full polished product, or even a good one. The result is mediocre at best, plus the changes to the map editor license... that was a greedy shot that hit really bad on the content creators

    How can Blizzard release this with so many minor bugs. Ruined the entire story. Game is not remotely ready to be launched. Dialogues playing over each other, npc moving while stranding stil. Blinking burning structures and so much more. Did they even play the game prior to launch ?

    I wish I could give it a negative score. They killed wc3 classic on top of releasing this piece of trash, i'd be willing to pay for wc3 refunded never to be released.. It literally has negative value. Blizzard is left with only its name, replaced by greedy, evil corporations.

    Normally a game should not have a zero score, but Warcraft Reforged is one of the few cases where the game is a total garbage, so bad and disastrous that it can not even reach the minimum note, a game that if Blizzard had enough decency , you should withdraw from the sale and make the game again and in conditions.

    How the actual hell do you manage to make a 17 year old product, that already exists, WORSE by remastering it? How is that actually possible? That'd be like me recreating the Mona Lisa on my own peice of canvas, and somehow destroying the original copy in the process.

    I thought that blizz will make a new cut-scenes. Will change the campaign so it will fit the WOW canon. But they didn't. The game itself is okey.

    The game literally doesn't work. The INSTANT failure of missions, I can't even comment on the rest of the game. You can't put garbage out like this and call it a AAA game.

I’ve seen so many mods over the years improve old games like this one out of pure love and dedication, I fail to understand how a company like Blizzard can’t even make a proper remaster for a 20 year old game while having plenty of resources to do so.     Esperé largo tiempo para poder disfrutar un juego de antaño, sin embargo lo que me encontré tras un par de días de juego fue una aberración. Modelos demasiado plásticos, ninguna mejora en cuanto a momentos históricos y diversos errores que hacen sentir que el juego fue hecho ''a la rápida'' y no con dedicación como solía hacerlo Blizzard. Una gran decepción.

    This is just sad at this point. I loved WOW, they fked it up, Loved Diablo 2 they fked up Diablo 3 (not that much) but this just hurts. WC3 TFT was my favorite game growing up, I was so hyped for this, I though it will be the best thing ever since sliced bread, but yeah what a letdown, I even prefer the WC movie, that presented the story in a really weird and incohesive way. RIP Blizzard

    I have issues with my wifi so I can't play the game I used to play since Yesterday. I can't even test my own map I'm currently working on cause I'm offline. Also mi original Copy (wich I didn't log in internet) was automaticaly attached to the new game crippling entirly the old version. This Is at least a decent very early alpha, not a finished game

    Very disappointed, loved the old title.
    Blizzard has dropped the quality of their work very much in the recent years.
    The score is in comparison to the original and the promises made and not fulfilled.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
