    Seriously Blizzard you ruined my childhood game. I had very high expectations from this game as growing up I always see a Blizzard products as well polished and fully immersive.

    I'm doing the campaign of warcraft 3 reforged and everything is ok me, i didn't wait a warcraft 4 but the same game than 2002 with better graphics.

    I have fun with the campaign, and waiting for the ladder with matchmaking! for more fun !

    The game met my expectations. Although I did not play the original, I like this game. Let there not what we were promised. Thank you for not changing the old story. As a player who did not play the original, it’s interesting to get acquainted with this story.

    I am giving a zero for this game because this is clearly a downgrade from the original Warcraft3. They got my money due to clear false advertising, and now since I played a few hours, I can't get a refund. More than that, I am dissapointed that the game doesn't even run as good as the old one - it has numerous bugs, and its very difficult to differentiate the units and buildings apart. AndI am giving a zero for this game because this is clearly a downgrade from the original Warcraft3. They got my money due to clear false advertising, and now since I played a few hours, I can't get a refund. More than that, I am dissapointed that the game doesn't even run as good as the old one - it has numerous bugs, and its very difficult to differentiate the units and buildings apart. And I can't even play against the AI on prebuilt maps- how can that ever be so in any RTS. I would laugh at all of this game if this wasn't such a tragedy. But perhaps the greatest tragedy is that they somehow even broke the old game and destroyed the custom game features too. Shame on Blizzard for this abysmal failure of a product where they tried to cheat gamers and make them buy a subpar product under the guise of nostalgia using false advertising.     Love StarCraft, StarCraft II, Diablo, Diablo II and used think that Blizzard really stood for quality and not just a cash-grabbing soulless company.
    However since it was procured by Activision this is the result. I am surprised the Goblin Vendor in WC3:RF doesn't offer exp-tomes for real money or    I haven't been on the hype-train nor watched any early gameplay / cinematics before release.

    The game feels dated. Graphics and cutscenes where the cutscenes are the original from WC3 perhaps with some minor modern adjustments. But for all intents and purposes the cutscenes are the original ones.

    Check what Blizzard promised regarding this game in form of cutscenes and graphics and what they delivered...

    Hope none of the original devs that made WC3 delivered this so called product.

    Oh and the EULA which makes your custom maps 100% Blizzards property... Greedy soulless shameless ActiBlizzard. Shame! *rings bell*    … Expand

    Between the "instant losses" that take you back to the menu screen, the lack of high-effort cinematics (which were advertised), and the multitude of other small bugs that deaden the gameplay experience, I can't say that this game was worth the price, headache, or time invested.

    I have been thoroughly enjoying this game. It absolutely does not deserve the ridiculous amounts of backlash that it is getting. Sure, there are bugs, but what game comes out perfect? We live in an age where people feel entitled to EXACTLY what they want, and if they don't get it, it comes at the damnation of someone else. That is not ok and that is not right. Most of the peopleI have been thoroughly enjoying this game. It absolutely does not deserve the ridiculous amounts of backlash that it is getting. Sure, there are bugs, but what game comes out perfect? We live in an age where people feel entitled to EXACTLY what they want, and if they don't get it, it comes at the damnation of someone else. That is not ok and that is not right. Most of the people complaining probably haven't even touched the game in over 10 years, so why complain that its "busted"? You weren't touching it in the first place. I personally think Blizzard did a great job. All I hoped for was my favorite game with a fresh new feel, and there it is! Keep rolling out improvements, but don't consider this as a failure because the CONSUMERS FAIL to realize that there is more to the game than everything they have to cry about.… Expand

Rather than just release a bad remaster and be done, they actually merged the original game with the remaster, making it practically unplayable.     They cam add maps to be compatibile with reforged with classic maps so people hwo only have classic can play reforged maps

    I pre-ordered the game back in November. I waited for it from 2018 and, moreover, the release date was postponed to January. And now they have released a completely different game with bugs, which is fundamentally different from the version on Blizzcon. I'm very upset.

    the only reason i really played warcraft 3 so much was because of the custom maps, their policy on custom maps and the creators of them is disgusting and kills the game for me. That with the fake bull**** preorder now promises that are non existent, bugs and missing features and the destruction of the original warcraft 3 makes this game fully deserve all the 0s.

    Game runs terribly. Tons of promised content cut. Blizzard literally engaging in false advertising and entirely unethical behavior in regards to their refund treatment. All added on top of Blizzard deciding to ruin the classic Warcraft 3 for people who wanted a proper game leads to this just being peak NuBlizz and showing they are no longer the company they once were.

    I have never done something like this but Blizzard has gone too far. Of all the days they could have released this dumster fire why did it have to be on my birthday. Not only did you market features not present in the full game but you have destroyed what remained of the orginal.     Good job Blizzard for deleting the old client, removing features we used to have for 16 years. MP not working correctly and the performance of the client is abysmal...

    Sadly they even can ruin an old released game. Funny enough the CoD Modern Warfare Remastered was pure greed but at least the quality seems to be good.

    Yeah, so full transparency, I didn't buy this game. BUT, the release of this game literally took features out of my EXISTING Warcraft III game. So it gets a 0. I honestly can't believe they've sunk this low.

    I absolutely had to make a metacritic account just to review this game, that's how much I'm pissed at Blizzard.
    Not only the game is not as promised, but it also desecrated the memories of my favorite game from my early teen years.
    I just hope that if the community gets loud enough they'll realize that we won't take crumbles from this once trustworthy company. Deliver us good games and    I absolutely had to make a metacritic account just to review this game, that's how much I'm pissed at Blizzard.

    Well what should i say , first of all it dosent contain a lot of thinks they advertaised also it crashs 1/3 of all games and dosent posses a rejoin function so its hella anoying. I dont write reviews but here i make a exception cause this is not even 10 bucks worth. Singeplayer is fine but Multiplayer is just unplayable.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
