    Right now I feel cheated, i feel frustrated, even that Warcraft III Reforged is bad game, you ruined old our Warcraft III !!!
    I understand that you had to finish year 2018 on + with money, so on Blizzcon was so many promises, but next year come in, 2019 and? You suddenly cut off are of your promises? Because there is too much effort, too much cost of it? Pre-orders was purchased, we have money, now we can deceive our customers? our fans? Its like spitting on their faces.
    What are you doing Bli$$ard or Acitivision? Really?
    I demand refund, I feel cheated, I hadn't agreed for paying for what i received.

    I'm a big fan of original game and I watch Grubby's stream on a regular basis - Blizzard has gone from being the premier game studio in the west to being worse than Bethesda.
    Their mirror sheen polish has been replaced by terrible project control using 3. party studios.
    I hope everyone get's refunded.

    Gonna try a third time, since I just keep getting errors. Absolutely disappointed with the product Blizzard has delivered this time. I was so hopeful with the trailers and with the shown content at Blizzcon, but alas... Not only did they not deliver what they promised with Reforged, but they also broke Roc and TFT. Great job, ActiBlizz....

    I buyed W3R in pre-sale and get a great hype. New graphics, new quests, new CGs... and... NOTHING of this came. Only a upscale in the game, a menu with crash my Windows and bugs bugs and bugs.

    I got this game to relive my childhood and bring back many amazing, nostalgic, funny, heroic, fun memories. This is one customer that will aggressively pursue a refund, due to the pile of electronic dung that I was tricked into getting. Good riddance blizzard.

    I can't even get the game to start reliably, and when it does, the game is a disappointing buggy mess. It seems as if they released a beta build and not a finished product

    The fact that they stripped out features fromthe older version of the game and forced you to use the new client is infuriating. This new version is worst than the original, there is more to a game than updated graphics. What they did to custom games is shameful.

    Warcraft reforged did not deliver what it promised (and I'm a bit angry about that). Here just a few reasons:
    - No UI Changes (and as a user i still cant change the U)
    - No core changes - Cut-scenes are terrible compared to what was promised (as far back as 2018) - The only work done on this game was character model rework (and not even a good one, considering we are in 2020 right    Warcraft reforged did not deliver what it promised (and I'm a bit angry about that). Here just a few reasons:

    - No core changes
    - Cut-scenes are terrible compared to what was promised (as far back as 2018)
    - The only work done on this game was character model rework (and not even a good one, considering we are in 2020 right now) by a third party company.. not even by Blizzard!
    - This is not reforged... its not even optimized due to the core engine not even supporting directx12...
    - No new cutscenes (just the old ones rescaled)
    - Besides missing promised features, also missing lots of old features missing
    - Old version of the game to integrated with this one, so you cnat play the old version anymore!

    The game also has terrible stability (several crashes) and problems with connecting to hosts.    … Expand

    Близзы, рефорджем, дали мне ощущение, что мне снова 20 лет. И я после работы бегу в вонючий ( от пота, носков, пролитого пива и сижек) клуб, на ночной нон-стоп по варику и кс. Чтобы всю ночь пялится в экран, без наушников, с тихим звуком, но с громкими матами со всех сторон ( каэсники в ушах сидели) от тимммейтов и противников.     Да наебали. Да за деньги. Да нового ничего нет.Но меня не наебали. Я ждал Варкрафт, я получил Варкрафт. Оно играется на 10-ке без вопросов. Онлайн живой.
    Да в старом варике все то же самое. Но мы растем, игры стареют и классику ты уже запускаешь с чувством ностальгии.
    Хуй знает почему так, почему давно не запускал классику. Не знаю.
    Но рефордж более чем зашёл.
    Сказать " Просто ты заплатил и тебе обидно за потраченные деньги"
    Нет. Не обидно. Тем более вернуть можно. Но желания возвращать нет. Вообще.
    Тем более понимаю, что близзы будут добавлять новое. Придавать лоск. Вернут что не донесли на старте. В общем будет поддержка.
    Это как с ремейками фильмов. Много фильмов любимы именно ремейки, а не оригиналы. Хз почему так происходит.
    Пока рефордж не стал лучше оригинала, возможно и не станет. Но за чувство ностальгии, которое он дал, просто спасибо.    … Expand

    I didn't play warcraft as a kid, and then I wasn't so interested in it because of the graphics. But I loved WoW very much and was with him for many years. As a result, I'm learning about Warcraft remaster, looking forward to playing it and learning more about the universe and... disappointment.

    This is disgusting. Lazy no effort. Buchtering custem games I payed for this game for nostalgic reason's only. does not even give me the feeling of the warcraft 3 i loved. the Frame rate feels like a phone game. the mouse lag is horrible the internet connection does not work.     Also there is no warcraft 3 just reforged so if u payed for the old game guess what it don't matter cause blizzard don't give 2 cents.

    I remember the good old day of my youth fondly playing Wc3. .... Pre ordered this game and realised what a mistake I made. It is essentially a DLC graphics/texture pack.
    It is not all about the bucks.

    allow me to start with some quotes from the original blizzard article announcing reforged:
    * 'as always our goal is to honor the high standards you hold us to'
    * 'the goal is not to give warcraft a new coat of paint but to do more with it'

    I was really, really excited for war III, for new players to experience the game and hoped that the RTS genre will go through a revival. I no longer see any of that happening. All we got is war III with slightly nicer graphics (not even up to the current gaming standards) and several downgrades (no auto tournaments, no clans, profiles, ladder etc).. its not an overhaul, its not a reforge from the ground up. Activision took the one route, basically laziest one possible. They put everything on the purists, they used the nostalgic elitists as reasoning since they were the ones that asked for nothing other than visuals to be changed. ( couldn't you 'pro gamers' have just kept playing the old version?...)
    reforged could have been so much more and this is so sad especially because blizzard said that based on the feedback from it they will gauge the interest for war IV. nostalgic elitists / purists gave the clowns at activision the perfect excuse not to reforge this game in any shape or form, and instead, release the same pile of clunky pre 2000’s mechanics/gameplay with JUST SLIGHTLY improved graphics and multiple bugs. Essentially a huge let down, dogs**t from a cashgrab company, and probably the final nail in the RTS genre coffin. All activision/blizzard really did with this reforge is to charge money for models, and that’s it. This is legit all there is. oh and new terms of service such as 'customs games are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of blizzard ' so don't dare dreaming about spawning a new gaming genre much like MOBA through the editor My personal opinion: I feel scammed ( activision / blizzard just jumped into their sleazy salesman galoshes and made a lot of false promises) and as such i am now working on getting a refund.

    The optimization is horrible, with laggy menus (probably because it's a chrome web app, I'm serious....), the new UI is a nightmare, the intro cinematic made me think I was having a stroke it was so choppy, most of the updated visuals look like garbage, including basically no diversity in their ground templates, and spells that look like someone gave up half way though making them (Bladestorm......).

    The soul of blizzard finally died when Mike Morhaime left. And this game is all the proof we need of that.    … Expand

    I loved the original Warcraft 3 game. I do understand why would they want to merge original game and Reforged one.. but if the game you are trying to reforge (and merge) is so well loved by players, WHY make so many terrible changes to it? And on top of that cut the planned changes that would/could make the the game actually better? The person who approved of those cuts needs to be fired :)

    мдааа, близы умерли и остался только активижон. я уже прошел больше половины кампании и посмотрел множество роликов обзоров об этой игре и впринципе согласен со всем этим хейтом. баги, фризы и прочее действительно есть и большую часть всего что говорят люди - правда. больше всего мне обидно за кастомки так как на них держится половина геймплея варкравта (я не любитель стратегий, точней немдааа, близы умерли и остался только активижон. я уже прошел больше половины кампании и посмотрел множество роликов обзоров об этой игре и впринципе согласен со всем этим хейтом. баги, фризы и прочее действительно есть и большую часть всего что говорят люди - правда. больше всего мне обидно за кастомки так как на них держится половина геймплея варкравта (я не любитель стратегий, точней не про и больше люблю играть в кастомки и мини игры) но теперь я понимаю что кастомок будет в разы меньше из за нежелания людям творить так как им просто какаху оставят вместо похвалы за карту классную. в плане графики игра мне нравится, к озвучке привык. самой игре я бы поставил 5-6 из 10 но сами близард заслуживают 0/10… Expand

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
