    So many important features have been gutted including LAN support. How many hours I've spent at LAN parties playing Warcraft III Frozen Throne with friends and this new and "improved" version has completely removed this critical feature. Unfortunately this is just the tip of the iceberg. This game release is the perfect example of how to completely fail at remastering an old game.

    It took Blizzard over 17 years to remake a game and make it worse....Ceo and whoever is in charge over at actiblizzard should step down without a golden parachute you guys deserve nothing. This is why the gaming industry is trash, focus on making good games with good gameplay and graphics and stop trying to make quick easy money off of us regular people.

    This game, unfortunately, has been released too early, just because of braindead Activision Blizzard managers, who were responsible for this project and who just wanted to get money from W3 fans asap.
    Because they don't care, but the time can tell.
    Also, f*ck neutral critics reviews. Should have destroyed this game with a solid 0-30 points

    Can't believe how much they ruined this game, nothing is as promised except the models, the cut-scenes which I bought the game for aren't what they showed us at all, how the hell did this get out of testing stage is beyond me.

    It's just a reskin with performance issues, looks extremely cheap. Once again blizzard has proven they are at the bottom when it comes to standards and respecting their customer, 30 euro, for what ? Reforged skin isn't playable, it keeps freezing randomly for sec or two, models look flat. It is a scam, and a theft.

    1. Most of the promised features are missing. (new cutscenes, new voice overs, re-imagined stories, etc.)
    2. Very poorly optimized.
    3. Content creators lose their rights to their map creations.
    4. Lot of missing features that the original game had.
    5. They merged the original game into the reforged, so people are not able to play the original game anymore.

    Blizzard, you **** it up !

    Wanted to test it with my bro via LAN party (we both bought the game then while it downloads, went to grocery store to buy munchies. Both were so excited to play like in old times) but there was no LAN option lol. Also I heard that Blizzard will pre-own of all custom maps. Don't get me wrong but aside the glorious    I couldn't really make into game because it crashed almost every try.

    Literally gutted my childhood and the old infrastructure. You cant even go back to the original. They added new skins and cut half the functionality. They released a half finished game. Blizzard is dead. D4 will be trash. The whole studio is a disappointment.

    I LOVE WC3. One of my favorite games. This game missed the mark so hard. No cinematic rework, superbuggy. No ladder or profile viewing. No /stats. nothing. I dont get it. The game was already amazing, all they had to do was polish. I like the new graphics on low but they are so close at the point that what was it worth all the effort for? UI is still huge and overbearing and thats whatI LOVE WC3. One of my favorite games. This game missed the mark so hard. No cinematic rework, superbuggy. No ladder or profile viewing.     Can't believe that they downgraded, Hope they do fix this. To me blizzard started to go downhill when Jay wilson showed off Diablo 3 the barbarian gameplay in the dungeon and when it game out it looked like a totally different game from what they showed off from blizzcon. Like when they are doing with warcraft 3 reforged with the cut scenes etc.

So much is missing, removed or just flat out broken with WC3: Reforged. Save your money. If you want a good remaster, go try the remastered Age of Empires instead.

    Ремейк легендарной игры , эта та игра которую я играл всю свою сознательную жизнь , незнаю почему , но мне она всегда нравилась.
    Reforged- это не ремейк и не ремастер , это что-то среднее и не надо его воспринимать как ремейк.В нём много проблем ,но все оценки необъективны.
    Мне игра нравиться может в ней есть проблемы , но они незначительны.    Ремейк легендарной игры , эта та игра которую я играл всю свою сознательную жизнь , незнаю почему , но мне она всегда нравилась.
    Reforged- это не ремейк и не ремастер , это что-то среднее и не надо его воспринимать как ремейк.В нём много проблем ,но все оценки необъективны.

    This is a tragedy and I fear it is the death knell for Warcraft. The graphics feel half-complete - higher resolution, sure, but the older style was stylised well so didn't feel outdated. The cutscenes are just the ones you had in the original Warcraft 3. This just isn't finished, Blizzard don't appear to be prepared to refund either so I'd recommend staying away - long term they willThis is a tragedy and I fear it is the death knell for Warcraft.     I installed WC3 using my original discs just to see how badly they butchered the original game for those who did not buy reforged. It's bad. Trying to get onto Bnet required a 30 gb patch, which was just a sham way to get you to use blizzard launcher and onto the Reforged platform with basic graphics. Tons of classic WC3 features are removed. Clans, Ladder, Custom Games are all broken. TheI installed WC3 using my original discs just to see how badly they butchered the original game for those who did not buy reforged. It's bad. Trying to get onto Bnet required a 30 gb patch, which was just a sham way to get you to use blizzard launcher and onto the Reforged platform with basic graphics. Tons of classic WC3 features are removed. Clans, Ladder, Custom Games are all broken. The iconic background with Icecrown is gone, there's no way to pick and choose campaigns now, you have to do them one by one. There's massive stability issues and glitches everywhere. Blizzard ruining the game for original WC3 players is why they deserve the lowest score possible. A solid 0, not because Wc3 isn't a good game, but because their "Reforged" broke and worsened what was once a great game by making it mostly unplayable (especially true for custom game modes).… Expand

    I was super excited about this. I loved WC, WCII, WCIII when I played them originally. I preordered this the minute it was enabled. I am extremely disappointed in the game to this point. Day 1, I was not able to even play the prologue or campaign, as they would automatically end as a defeat before starting.     WC3 was a big part of my childhood and got me into gaming. Sadly, all the dev's that poured their passion into that game are gone, and this release really put the nail in the coffin for me. The blizzard I used to know and love is gone. I won't be purchasing any new blizzard titles from now on. The laziness and non existent care put into this release is mind blowing. Sadly, all the dev's that poured their passion into that game are gone, and this release really put the nail in the coffin for me. The blizzard I used to know and love is gone. I won't be purchasing any new blizzard titles from now on. The laziness and non existent care put into this release is mind blowing. The textures arent even good. There are no changed cutscene. The characters are lifeless and their mouths hardly move. The terrain is ugly and there are errors left and right. I was hyped for this since it was first announced, I knew I was kidding myself. The blizzard of the past wouldve rather gone bankrupt than release a title such as this in this state. Now it's just a chinese money grabbing joke.     They even went back and broke the old, real WC3 game- so if you hate Reforged and want to go back to old WC3 which was better in every way? Well too bad- Blizzard screwed that too.

    Proper Ultra-wide monitor support, 120 fps, hd models and the great game is back again! While the launch was not 100% smooth, the remaster delivered on everything I hopped for - the game feels like it did playing it back 18 years ago.

    Blizzard has addressed some of the complaints and criticism hurled its way, and has promised to work on many of these issues. Naturally, one must ask why the game was released in such a state, especially considering the negative attention the company has garnered over the past year with the reveal of Diablo Immortal and the Blizzard/China controversy.

    In the end it’s worth noting that when viewing a remake or remaster what needs to be taken into consideration is the source material, how it looks, feels, and plays. That is, in addition to the work carried out to recreate moments, update visuals, and change any of the presentation. To do otherwise would be silly, a terrible game with a wonderful remaster doesn’t warrant a high score. In the case of Warcraft III, the inverse to that is also true. So, what we end up with is something in-between. A classic reborn, in a package that doesn’t warrant all that much in the way of celebration.

    If you set your expectations a little lower, then Warcraft 3: Reforged is a game worth of your time and money. Sadly, for many of us out there, we were expecting a little more.
