    Think I’ve been very lucky with my installation as it worked absolutely fine for me. Playing on a mix of medium, high, and ultra settings on an RTX 2080 and it looks fantastic.

    I played this on a PS4 and really struggled with a controller during gunfights and hunting, so much so I really didn’t enjoy the game (and ended up selling it before I finished). What a transformation on the PC! Shooting is far more enjoyable now and has transformed the whole experience for me. Some things are still unnecessarily a little clunky, eg opening drawers in a table, but overall I’m totally hooked.    … Expand

Есть некоторые моменты, такие как: прохождение сквозь снег Артура в одной из кат сцен первой главы; баг в меню, связанный с прокруткой списка настроек графики. Также бывали небольшие проседания фпс после релиза, вылеты рдр2 и ошибки от лаунчера... Но, благодаря последним обновлениям и новым драйверам, все стало намногоВеликолепная игра. В ней прекрасно все: сюжет, графика, атмосфера.     Amazing game, great story, great everything but terrible PC launch, i pre-ordered i was so hyped and for the first two hours i was trying to fix a freezing issue i have a GTX 1060 6GB and i get 78FPS on high graphics and the game still freezes every 15 minutes or so for around 7 seconds.     Runs really well on my computer, over 60fps on high-ultra settings at 1440p with gtx2070 and i7-6700k. Game is beautiful, new way that stranger interactions happen feel more authentic than red dead redemption 1. Controls for pc feel a little clunky with regards to the inventory and inventory management.

    Te cobran carisimo por un juego que está extremadamente mal optimizado y ensima se dan el lujo de entre comillas "apurarte" para reservalo así obtienes beneficios, pero los únicos que se beneficiaron sacando un Port asqueroso para pc fueron los de rockstar, muy decepcionado de este título y siento que fue una estafa.

    Horrible poorly optimized RTX 2070 Suffers to run 1440p with low settings so complicated and rockstar being only send automatic replies a company that has not a minimum of respect for customers was the same thing that happened to me on gta 5 online that lost mode online with automatic ban system even sending evidence lost mode online

    Stay away from this game. It is not playable. I paid a full price and it crashes randomly pretty often like it's a badly cracked one. I have to start the missions all over again hoping there will be no other crash, but often there is. Totally ruined my impression. Very bad QA.

    Here many complain that the game does not work well or does not work for 60$. But my case is even cooler.
    Rockstar took my money and .... canceled the order. Those. they took the money and gave me no game whatsoever. They just STOLE my money.
    Money does not return. The support service has been silent for three days.

    Terrible support for the game, technical support is almost not responsible, it is impossible to play Online, every 5 minutes throws in the menu with a communication error, how can such a raw, unfinished produce for a full price tag.

    Самый худший релиз который я видел, и проблема вовсе не в людях которые тестили рдр2 на пс, а в рокстар. Я бы подождал ещё год чтобы играть в оптимизированную игру без лагов и вылетов.     4 дня с момента релиза не запускалась, r5 3600 + gtx 1050 ti oc, 30 fps на средней графике, вылетов нет, но производительность страдает. Игра просто офигенна, сюжет, графика, звуки, ааааааа.

    This is just a masterpiece. One of the most beautiful game of all time. I think everybody should play it because it is very unique. Obviusly, pc port may have some problems but i played it and i enjoyed every minute of this game. The main point of whole game is STORY, which is amazing and breathtaking. Then Graphincs are very very nice with alot of details which are very impressive. I wantThis is just a masterpiece. One of the most beautiful game of all time.     Начнем с оптимизации.У меня 2070 видеокарта и i76700. При этом система очень сильно грелась, такого даже не было в релизном киберпранке 2077. Сюжет в игре очень быстро надоедает. Вступление калл . Сайд квесты тоже подкачали. 4 балла только за крайне щепетильную детализацию.Начнем с оптимизации.У меня 2070 видеокарта и i76700.     Очень часто бывает скучно в игре. Заходить в неё не хочется. И ресурсы компьютера жрет как не в себя. На этом минусы закончились. Плюсы: самая красивая игра на данный момент, можно даже частично простить минус про ресурсы. Да и вообще очень хорошая игра, но вот не тянет в не играть...Очень часто бывает скучно в игре.     Mind numbing dullness. Nothing but riding along slowly for hours listening to hellishly dull dialgue. Very little action, and if you fail you have to go riding listening to the same often unskippable tedious dialogue for another 20 mins there and 20 mins back. Savegame system is a disaster and rare checkpoints add to the utter tedium of this overhyped garbage. Complete waste of money.

    This game thinks of itself as a simulation and therefore forgets to be a game.

    It's boring, it's one of the most boring game ever. Even a walking simulator is less boring than this game.

    And it's so much scripted, it's insane. The first bounty hunting mission, you need to find a fake doctor.

    You find him near a river on a cliff. You arrest him, he falls in the river. You go on your horse to save him.

    You can see the guy moving in the river, suddenly you see a junction where you think you can catch the guy . You wait...You wait, he does not appear and you fail the mission, but why ? I was sure I saw the guy, he's suppose to come here.

    Well well, on second attempt you can clearly see the guy passing behing a huge rock BUT if you are at a right angle, you can see he's being "teleported", his position changes instantly, why ? Because Rockstar does not want you to use the junction to stop him, they want you to follow their gentle script and get the guy where they want you to get him.

    I can't stand that anymore, I want freedom in a video game, I want to be put infront of a problem and find a way to solve it by myself, the junction should have worked in my example and they destroyed that option on purpose.

    This game is just so bad.

    800M USD of budget for something than even a game made by students can beat easily in terms of gameplay .

No, the game randomly takes you in some place and u need to run to the last failed place. Open world? Not for quests. Game will kill u, if u get out from quest area. Convenient inventory menu? The remaining 20% allow you even light fighting (In action-adventure game, lol). Story mode is garbage, this game doesn't even come close to the Witcher 3. Very disappointed.
    P.S. Special "thanks" for RS* testers. I could not manage to get the game working on 5700XT and Win7. With Win 10 game starts normally but sometimes crushes. If the game crashes at the middle of quest (before autosave trigger) u will need to rerun quest from the beginning.
    P.s.s. 3 buttons for a simple drawer looting (open, loot, close) do not add atmosphere, but only make you nervous    … Expand

    The game works great. I only played for 10 minutes, unfortunately the charms of adulthood do not allow me to play today, but from Friday I start the marathon with RDR2.
    I will update the review after some time but for the moment RDR2 on the PC looks fabulous and I can't wait for the weekend to sink in this amazing world. Thanks R*

    Seems like everyone is hopping on the hate bandwagon on this one.
    Tons of people with 1050ti's expecting to have 60fps @4k in this game rating it 0/10.
    My GTX 1070 handles it pretty good @ a mix of high/medium settings at 1440p.
    Occasional lag spikes.

    Other than that it's great. Online works well, story is good, etc.

    This game is great so far. I have no issues with i7 4790k, GTX 1080 and 24GB ram. I thought first that the game not working on ultra is a very big deal for me, but after spending some time tweaking my settings I saw that I can have great graphics with great performance, too. This game is just demanding, this is not about optimization, it has a lot of demanding things like volumetricThis game is great so far. I have no issues with i7 4790k, GTX 1080 and 24GB ram. I thought first that the game not working on ultra is a very big deal for me, but after spending some time tweaking my settings I saw that I can have great graphics with great performance, too. This game is just demanding, this is not about optimization, it has a lot of demanding things like volumetric lightning, fog, clouds, smoke, things that can be seen even at lowest settings (for those who are wondering why is still demanding at low), even more by being a huge open-world with lots of high-res foliage, mountains, water, etc.

    The only difference from the photos is that I went with Vulkan, because I saw that I get a 2-6 FPS increase. Now, with Vulkan and those settings, my game goes minimum at 60 FPS, mostly over, it stays in the range of 60-85 FPS. You should benchmark both APIs and see with each one you get a better performance.

    I can understand those who have problems (game not working or stuttering) and I hope they fix those issues, but I didn't have none.

    The graphics give this game an extraordinary atmosphere (and all those clouds/fog/smoke/weather effects), the horse mechanics are great, it's interesting that you can fall with him and other things like that. Probably is the best looking PC game at the moment. It's very fun just walking around with your horse. You have multiple customization options for you, your horse, you can buy different horses and other things. I love it!    … Expand

    Awesome game which I enjoy with my GTX 1050Ti and 40 fps (middle graph. settings). I've been playing for 2 days and didn't have any crush. You guys so funny rate zeros to the best game of this decade. I gave this game 9/10 because I have some troble with controlling

Да она даже хуже стала выглндеть, дальность прорисовки замылили! Зато пофиксили мувсет гг, в тесте производительности - Браво! Конченные рокстары, сегодня проходил миссию, и при скачке напряжения, вышел с интернета. Спасибо вам, конченные! теперь надоУже писал обзор этого куска неиграбельного куска порта, но спустя почти месяц с выхода выкачал уже 6 гигов патча, игра так же не стабильна!     GAME CRASHES AS HELL ALL THE TIME (especially in SAINT DENIS at nigt time)! If in the suburbs you can play an hour or two without crashes, but not a fact, then in the city crashes every 2 minutes, it is impossible even to leave the city so that it does not fly out so often. We all always look forward to a game from Rockstar. We have been playing good games for decades. Ready with patience to wait for the port on the PC for a year or two. My config: i9900K, RTX 2080 OC, 16gb, SSD. We pay for the game and get such a disgusting attitude from the support of Rockstar. I work with foreign manufacturers of industrial equipment and for such an attitude they would pay a fine and lose their reputation. Selling a deliberately defective product is a scam. It is clear that everything will be forgotten over time, but the attitude towards your audience will be remembered for a long time.     A great game that looks and feels absolutely amazing on a PC. It really is unfortunate that so many people are having issues, and I really hope this gets fixed ASAP. I would be super annoyed if I couldn't play a game I paid for either! Good luck and good speedy bug fix!

    I've got I-7 8700k, RTX2060, and ssd disk, so i have 60 fps for ultra graphic settings, in full hd. No fps dropping, no freezes, no other b*llsh*t. In my situation, the game is very good, and optimization is fine. I don,t understand people, who hate the game and submit 0/10. Wait for the patches, i think 1 or 2 days, and you can play with me.

    We all know that Rockstar is having a hard launch on PC. But all the people rating this game 1 because of that are all mom's kids, doesn't have a decent PC to run it or are retards. This game is unbelievable. Period. Buy it, they fixed a lot of stuff so far. This is the best PC game ever created along with Witcher 3 and Skyrim. Thank you Rockstar for bringing this masterpiece to PC! A new fan!

    Спасибо Рок-Звездам что дали возможность попробовать эту игру и на ПК. Почти без проблем запустился на моей не очень и новой Машине. Понимаю что Порты с консолей всегда сложнее делать и по этому спокойно подожду все нужные патчи. То что я увидел уже, меня полностью радует. Давно не ударялся так сильно в Сингл-игры.Спасибо Рок-Звездам что дали возможность попробовать эту игру и на ПК. Почти без проблем запустился на моей не очень и новой Машине.     Игра сама по себе хорошая. Хороший пример другим разработчикам игр.

    Но я лучше буду играть на ПК, так как на геймпаде я играю так-же как др*чу левой рукой, то есть откровенно хреново.

    Horrible port, no optimization at all.

    A game that runs on a Playstation 4 cannot struggle to run on a GTX 1080.
    Don't buy this thing no matter what, wait for it to get fixed or don't give them your money.

    So no matter what is said by you or me. You're better off sticking with the console version of the game.

    I've installed it after patch and new nVidia driver release and so far didn't have huge issues with performance or stability. 1 crash after ~6 hours of play with ~10 sessions on two PCs. There were some minor bugs in quests which were resolved by load of check-point save. Pretty cool I'd say, but only 18% of story is yet completed :)

    Day 1: Errors prevented the launcher from even getting the game started.
    Day 2: A new launcher and game update and still the game won't start. Day 3: Again a new launcher and game update, this time the rockstar services are reported as offline. Still can't play.     I'll change my score when I can actually play but right now I'd get more fun watching paint dry and without all of the pain of having to struggle with it to try and get it running.    … Expand

    Ridículo a quantidade de bugs. Meu jogo rodava dando um monte de freezadas mas agora nem abrir quer mais. O launcher da Rockstar é horrível, tive que pedir reembolso....devia ter continuado a jogar no ps4 mesmo, triste isso.

    У меня система на Рязани 2700 и ртх2070 на фулхд и ультрах держит почти 60 кадров. Ниже 50 просадок не было, но гуляет фпс сильно! В принципе небольшая проблема.
    Проблема в вылетах, багах игры, А ГЛАВНОЕ БАГАХ ************ ЛОУНЧЕРА. То игра не запускается или вылетает, то лоунчер. Это провал! 10 из 10 и - 5 за неготовый кусок *********    Если коротко.

    Well, the game is : Not optimised. I can't play with a GeForce GTX 950M and an i5 Core.

    There is crash every time on the online (every 30 seconds) so wi can't play. It's "rockstar server" so, Rockstar, buy your servers !! You are the best but RDR2 Pc is litteraly a **** !

    History is very very very very… cool. But, it's so laggy so it's not immersive.

Сегодня потребовал возврат средств. платить за бета-тест не интересно.     Да, не без косяков, но они несущественны. После консольных 25-30 кадров, играть на пк одно удовольствие. -1 балл зав отсутствие переноса аккаунта.

    Rockstar launcher doesn't work. hot garbage. preordered and downloaded data just to be unable to play 3 days after launch and multiple patches. refund request pending for 2 days unprocessed.

    Bug where cursor is stuck on screen no one knows how to fix.
    Games crashes often.
    Its not very well optimized.
    I thought it would have looked better.
    The environments look well enough but some of the textures and characters aren't all that impressive.

    There was a slight delay with the launcher working but one I restarted it, the game loaded fine. Have had no issues so far, I’m on chapter two currently. Looks beautiful and watching Arthur hogtie people in 60fps is wonderful.

    Мой первый запуск игры на ПК - никаких лагов, висаков и сбоев, ничего нет из того что пишут, всё идет на ура!!!     Не совсем понимаю неадекватов ставящих 0, просто потому что у них не запустилось, игра хуже не становится от того что у вас проблемы с запуском. У меня всё идеально, никаких просадок после первого патча, с запуском проблем не было, FPS 60+ стабильно высокие-ультра настройки на 2070S.     Red Dead Redemption 2 has some of the most impressive graphics I've seen yet, but the game is completely broken on PC. I have to try multiple times reloading the game due to it crashing 99% of the time I load a save. I have tried talking to support and they told me they have no info on what to do.     Was able to play the game despite really bad fps and stutter issues but ever since they started patching, I've been stuck in infinite loading screens followed by error messages.

    $60 for a headache and a slideshow

И надо что-то вам предпринять в плане FPS, чтобы у Максима на 1050ti тоже хоть как-то работало, а то он вашу игру покупать не хочет!!! Прошу предпринять меры для устранения данной проблемы, а то он сказал что вообще ваши игры не будетRockstar, ну вы что расстраиваете дядю Петю!!!     An absorbing tale that will test your machine and tear ducts. A game that did not suffer from being brought to PC. RDR2 is worth overcoming all the shortcomings, since it is one of the best games of the decade. [Issue#300]

    My biggest warning to anyone considering purchasing RDR2 on PC is that you need to have patience when you set it up. Take the time to go through each graphics option, compare your performance on Vulkan vs. DirectX 12, and tailor the game to your specs. Once you have the game tuned, there’s no better way to experience it than on PC.
