    GTX 970 + i5 6500, игра постоянно зависает на 5-10 секунд, а через пол часа игры клиент крашится с вероятностью 99,9%. Это худшая оптимизация за последние 10 лет игропрома... Рокстары конкретно обделались...

    Рокстар. Компания которая была одной из эталонных. Как. Как можно было вот так провалиться? Согласен, бывает разное. Но. Почему не сделать бетта-тест? Почему такое состояние сразу надо отдавать в праздничной упаковке за 2,5к? Не понимаю.
    Я восхищаюсь этой игрой (на основе того, что видел и читал о ней). Но такое отношение... Грустно. Я поправлю рейтинг на более высокий после того, как они исправят проблемы. Но это будет уже явно не 10.
    Сюрприз был испорчен.

    Сделал сам. Удалил COMODO, отключил RivaTuner.

    I have an REALLY good pc, i run every game on 200+ fps. i was so happy when i bought this game..... BOOM its open fine, but its ass at runnig the game normal, like **** it freezes 24/7. u cant play the game right now.....

    Начало игры погружает нас в атмосферное зимнее место похожее из фильма Квентина Тарантино «Омерзительная Восьмерка». После того, как мы не без проблем и с неким количеством перестрелок миновали зимний участок локации, нам открываются без    К 1899 году эпоха стрелков и бандитов подходила к концу. Америка превращалась в страну законов… Даже Дикий Запад был, по большей части, укрощен.

    Начало игры погружает нас в атмосферное зимнее место похожее из фильма Квентина Тарантино «Омерзительная Восьмерка».

    После того, как мы не без проблем и с неким количеством перестрелок миновали зимний участок локации, нам открываются без крайние зеленые поля схожие из одной истории фильма «Легенда Бастера Скраггса». Это и нравится мне в игре больше всего, что почти в каждом её уголке открытого мира можно найти соответствие из мест фильмов про дикий запад.

    Ощущение от игры такое, будто ты не просто играешь и погружаешься с головой в ту эпоху дикого запада, а читаешь очень качественную книгу, произведение. В общем, сюжет чем то напомнил мне великую игру «Mafia: The City Of Lost Heaven». Не торопливый, но правильно поданный сюжет с постепенно раскрывающимися персонажами. История, рассказывающая о последствиях, от которых уже не убежать.

    То, что спустя время части геймеров игра по какой то мере не зашла или не понравилась. То это абсолютно нормально. Изначально жанр «Вестерн» адаптируется к относительно небольшой аудитории и любят его смотреть не все. Поэтому если вы не любитель фильмов о диком западе и любите скорее динамичные игры, то эта игра, вам, скорее всего не подойдет.

    Если вы раньше не играли в такие игры, то от части советую поиграть вам в игру «GUN» и «Call of Juarez». Эти игры есть на торрентах. Поэтому оголять кошелек чтобы почувствовать дух дикого запада в этот раз не нужно. Если же и они вам не зашли. То могу с уверенностью сказать, что RDR 2 — не для вас.

    Подводя итоги, могу сказать, что у компании «Rockstar Games» получился один из самых взрослых и драматичных созданных ими игр. Технически проработанных и сюжетно правильных как ГТА 4.

    Okay so let me start of by saying that we have 2 game pc's here. one bought this year and one five years old. The game would not even start on the older one. It would just crash on startup no matter what I tried to fix it.
    As I was at the point of refunding it, I tried to install it on the new pc (my gf's pc, yes she has a better rig then me, in my defense I bought it for her with her    Okay so let me start of by saying that we have 2 game pc's here. one bought this year and one five years old.     This is, hands down, the most beautiful, most finished, interactive open world game I've ever played.
    When it works, It's just stunning. The way the world is alive with great characters with depth, the way you naturally bond with your horse... It's just amazing.

    You eat, drink, sleep, get dirty and get to choose how you want to live your cowboy life. Be the good guy, the bad guy, something in the middle. It's up to you and all your actions seem to affect the world and how people interact with you.

    So yeah, I get people 0 bombing this game with reviews for not being able to play it and rockstar is the devil for forcing there own crappy game launcher, but the game itself deserves a straight up 10!    … Expand

    Game launched for me on release. But there are major game breaking main storyline bugs that halt progression on the main storyline.
    Then after 12 hours of progression on side missions while waiting for main story to be fixed, Rockstar updates the game and corrupts my save.
    I can move my save game files and it runs, from square one. Game crashes as soon as save game finishes loading.

    Really poor, the game its exiting unexpectedly during gameplay randomly, when you re going to finish some mission the game crashes, we have to say that this game was REALLY NOT READY TO LAUNCH!

    Which makes this even more shameful, since the Rockstar Launcher, that is completely unecessary, makes launching or playing this game impossible, for the love of God do not spend your money, I havent even been able to get a refund from Rockstar (I did get a refund from Epic Games though).

    Then after 2 patches and some rockstar launcher update it finally launches but I get a massive FPS drop and the game crashes after 30-45mins ingame.. GTA5 runs fine right now on the same ssd drive... Gonna have to wait but for now the game is unplayable for me so I will    Spent 60$ on the preorder and the game didnt launch on launch day with the ROCKSTAR LAUNCHER crashing all the time..

    Game itself: runs at 30fps on medium settings on a gtx1060
    (Not to mention the plethora of bugs)
    I feel like even gta 4 was better optimized than this

    Broken and buggy game. Ported extremely bad to PC. I have a bug with the mouse overlapping the game, but not the windows mouse, the game's own default mouse pointer. If you are reading this before buying the game, do not bother. The gameplay consist of troubleshooting, since they didn't bother to do any play tests themselves. Please don't buy this crap.

I myself was one of the ones plagued with the infamous "Rockstar launcher has quit unexpectedly" and I was cursing up a storm as it took me a few hours to troubleshoot and get it working.     Once I got the game going I was able to judge the most important factor (IMO) that differentiates this from the console version which had that GODAWFUL aim/gun play system. It was absolutely terrible. If you tried to play it without auto aim it was so frustrating and auto aim made the gun play so boring. That is now gone with mouse aiming and now first person shootout are SO much fun. Of course everyone knows graphically and storywise the game is wonderful and that carries over here.

    I stop short of giving this game a 10 for two main reasons. 1) the awful launch issues and bugs and the terrible graphical optimization when they said you needed a GTX 1060. HA! What a joke! My 2060 super struggles to get 60 fps at 1440p on high settings. Hopefully, this gets addressed with patches. 2) This has been an issue with Rock* for a while and that is the dated mission design. It lacks variety and its very much on rails design where you have to do the mission EXACTLY like they want you to kinda takes you out of the immersion.

    I feel bad for the people who couldn't get this working. I really do and I hope it works for you but please don't give sh*tty 0 ratings when you haven't even played the game. It's childish and immature. Game is a masterpiece and MUCH better on PC than console.    … Expand

    My PC is a i7 8700K 6 core 3,7 GHZ, 16GB Ram, ASUS 1080 TI 11GB, 500GB SAMSUNG EVO SSD Runs smoothly on highest preset on 2560x1080 resolution (widescreen). Only change i did was to choose DX12 instead of Vulkan 1 point of criticism :    Best game i played in years. Period. No problems installing or playing. No glitches, errors, freezes of any kind after 10 hours of play time.

    Bought the Ultimate Edition on PC after owning the Ultimate Edition on PS4 previously and what a s**tshow we got.
    Updated absolutely everything, opened access through the firewall, done everything I could on my end to make it work and I still can't get the game to boot.
    Screw this, refund me my money and I'll use the money to buy another PS4 and redownload my verison of RDR2 so I can    Bought the Ultimate Edition on PC after owning the Ultimate Edition on PS4 previously and what a s**tshow we got.

The game can't even launch due to a rockstar launcher error telling it "Excited unexpectedly". I'm really disappointed as they made us pay 70€ / 60€ to only test their game and end up finding that it doesn't even work.     Yes, for this I collected a computer and honestly bought the game in the official launcher, so that it does not run. Bravo Rockstar, the worst launcher in history, like the failed launch on PC!

    Think I’ve been very lucky with my installation as it worked absolutely fine for me. Playing on a mix of medium, high, and ultra settings on an RTX 2080 and it looks fantastic.

    I played this on a PS4 and really struggled with a controller during gunfights and hunting, so much so I really didn’t enjoy the game (and ended up selling it before I finished). What a transformation on the PC!    Think I’ve been very lucky with my installation as it worked absolutely fine for me. Playing on a mix of medium, high, and ultra settings on an RTX 2080 and it looks fantastic.

    I played this on a PS4 and really struggled with a controller during gunfights and hunting, so much so I really didn’t enjoy the game (and ended up selling it before I finished). What a transformation on the PC! Shooting is far more enjoyable now and has transformed the whole experience for me. Some things are still unnecessarily a little clunky, eg opening drawers in a table, but overall I’m totally hooked.    … Expand

    Этот перенос на ПК, просто жесть. Имея систему с i7 9700k 2080super 32gb плюсь игра установлена на М2 с овер скоростью. И у меня было 40фпс на ультра, вы серьезно рукстур. Обосрались вы теперь точно конкретно!!!!!!

    This is the worst launch game I've ever seen. Even Fallout 76 was better. We couldn't be able to open the game because of the launcher error that keeps crashing the launcher. Fix your god damn thing!

    Конечно, PC-игры не сильная сторона Rockstar, но всё таки у меня не возникло никаких проблем с игрой. Только антивирус пришлось отключить MSI GTX 1060 6Gb, Ryzen 1500x, 16 Gb оперативки. Средне-высокие настройки. 60-85 fps. Кто бы что ни говорил, а игра работает. Говорю за себя. Только приходится антивирус отключать перед запуском. Игру должны поправить патчами. И да, графика выросла поКонечно, PC-игры не сильная сторона Rockstar, но всё таки у меня не возникло никаких проблем с игрой.     Ради этой игры я купил поддержанную PS4, потратил весь отпуск играя в неё. И я могу от себя сказать, что это одна из лучших игр в которую я когда-либо играл. Она стоит своих денег и времени. Такие проекты выходят крайне редко.    … Expand

    Having 2080ti + i9900k, Windows 10 latest version.
    Everything works awesome from day one.
    I had only one issue with Dualshock 4, it does not recognized by the game.
    Everything else is pretty much great, only optimization could be little better (in 4K ultra settings only 30-40 FPS).

    Game doesn't work properly on PC, it has awful optimization and lots of technical problems. I just cannot believe that porting RDR2 on PC took almost a year with such result. I don't recommend buying it until they fix all the problems (this will take more than a couple of weeks I think).

    Pre-ordered the game on PC from Rockstar to try and support them, and here I am 3 days after launch, still unable to play. My refund request hasn't been answered either (obviously Rockstar). Well done! The requested refunds should be released as the product isn't as advertised, simple as that.

    Железо не греется, на высоких настройках - стабильные 50-60 фпс (на ноутбуке). Фризов нет, потерь фпс тоже. Перепрохожу после PS4 с удовольствием.

    There was a slight delay with the launcher working but one I restarted it, the game loaded fine. Have had no issues so far, I’m on chapter two currently. Looks beautiful and watching Arthur hogtie people in 60fps is wonderful.

    We all know that Rockstar is having a hard launch on PC. But all the people rating this game 1 because of that are all mom's kids, doesn't have a decent PC to run it or are retards. This game is unbelievable. Period. Buy it, they fixed a lot of stuff so far. This is the best PC game ever created along with Witcher 3 and Skyrim. Thank you Rockstar for bringing this masterpiece to PC! A new fan!

    Beautiful game. Had no problems with launching even on my quite old pc (fx 8350, gtx 1060 6gb, 16 gb ddr3). Have about 40 fps with default combo of medium/high/ultra settings (vulkan). Hope Rockstar will fix all problems so anyone pc user will be able to join playing this masterpiece.

    OK rockstar ,bad start doesnt mean that game is bad. With no doubt its one of the best game ever made. PLease rockstar check before releising games. And i ll never buy anything without steam. Hope Cyberpunk will start better. Anyway thank you for great game and incredible world.

    I want to love this game. But after spending over 30 hours on it with at least 7 spent on useless animations I must admit defeat. It feels like Rockstar have sacrificed a lot of things for the sake of realism.

    On my wishlist for a patch is;- An option in the settings for shorter animations - The ability to cook all meat of the same kind at once - More responsive and faster aiming -    I want to love this game. But after spending over 30 hours on it with at least 7 spent on useless animations I must admit defeat. It feels like Rockstar have sacrificed a lot of things for the sake of realism.

    On my wishlist for a patch is;-
    An option in the settings for shorter animations
    - The ability to cook all meat of the same kind at once
    - More responsive and faster aiming
    - Skip the animal rating, a pelt gets ruined if you use the wrong weapon or shoot it multiple times it's ruined if you do it right the pelt/carcass is perfect
    - Horses that doesn't fall because you rode too fast over a rock so small you didn't even notice it

    My wishlist for a future game is;
    - All of the above
    - Please, please, please let us as players be creative in how we choose to tackle issues in story missions

    Everything about this game is a fraud. Though I can run it normally on my 2070, it looks simple, just like game from 2010s, it's boring and it' s overhyped. We have to do something to stop game industry cheating us like that. At least please do not buy this game.

    I've got I-7 8700k, RTX2060, and ssd disk, so i have 60 fps for ultra graphic settings, in full hd. No fps dropping, no freezes, no other b*llsh*t. In my situation, the game is very good, and optimization is fine. I don,t understand people, who hate the game and submit 0/10. Wait for the patches, i think 1 or 2 days, and you can play with me.

    I have not had one problem with the game fps is running amazing I do have a 2080ti and did all updates on everything from bios to gpu to windows update before I started the game it’s looking amazing with a 8700k 32gb 4000hz ram and 2080ti in 4k I’m getting 60fps with ultra settings

    So, the RDR 2. Basicly the Rockstar Dead Realese 2 is a worst console port that ive ever seen, and Rockstar Game Launcher is more than ordinary launcher, it's like a huge almanac of software bugs and the most disgusting mechanics. I know how beautiful this game is,but this attitude towards PC users deserves the lowest rating of this version of the game.

    My biggest warning to anyone considering purchasing RDR2 on PC is that you need to have patience when you set it up. Take the time to go through each graphics option, compare your performance on Vulkan vs. DirectX 12, and tailor the game to your specs. Once you have the game tuned, there’s no better way to experience it than on PC.
