Oct 17, 2015Tnx for Payday 2 CS GO edition
More skins
More balance
More bugs
More dlc
More pay2win content pls
Thank you for the unique incomparable example of the annihilation of the game that everyone loved so much , I suspect that the next step will be paid UNIQUE glow in the dark mask which will need to make a unique achievement in the unique maps of DLS using weapons of DLS .Oh wait , it already is -
Oct 17, 2015Payday2 used to be a good game. Then I got screwed over many times by the developers. This time it was the last time. Adding microtransaction in a game allready full with dlc? overpriced p2win skins? Lying? hell no not going to play this game anymore untill overkill is going to revert their microtransactions
-

-
Oct 18, 2015I really liked this game. I've played since day one but celebrating the four year birthday of payday with micro-transactions, best idea ever overkill.
-
Oct 18, 2015Micro transactions kill the game.
It is like a middle finger in the face when you pre-ordered the game and supported it from day one to this day.
Greed kills Overkill. -
Oct 18, 2015Greedy, lying devs, bug-ridden with massive de-syncs, unbalanced weapons, loads of dlcs, micro-transactions, no dedicated servers, cheaters. This game is just a cash grab made by the EA-like Overkill. Stay away!
ruined what was the best game on steam! -
Oct 18, 2015Don't give support to Overkill, they only want your money, and will make you pay for everything, despite they say they wont !
They broke the game at Crimefest 2015. Liars, you'll pay us. -

-
Oct 18, 2015Developers has made blatant lies in a blatantly manner. Fans continued to get ignored with canned response on day 4.
Microtransactions is what ruin the game, you can see how people are very angry. -
Oct 18, 2015$20 to purchase, over $100 in DLC and now cosmetic skins that also increase your stats? And the skins are randomized so you can unlock a skin for a gun you don't have because you didn't buy the DLC? Are you kidding me?
-
Oct 19, 2015Bought the game, all the DLC's that came out month after month knowing that It's fair and now MICROTRANSACTIONS. Play, play, play and get a "reward" that you have to buy keys for half the price of a DLC to unlock a RANDOM skin that gives you some extra stats. And on top of that if the weapon is a DLC one, you have to buy that DLC to use it. Worse company than Ubi and EA combined.
-
Oct 26, 2015Don't buy this game, Overkill is submerged in greed and they don't care about their community, microtransactions and a bucket load of dlc. Pay to win in a pve game, spend your money on something else instead.
-

-
Oct 26, 2015"We've made it clear that Payday 2 will have no microtransactions whatsoever (shame on you if you thought otherwise!)" -Payday producer Almir Listo. This game now has microtransactions. I hope this was worth it to them.
-
Oct 26, 2015
-
Oct 26, 2015Devs promised no microtransactions when game was about to launch, now there are microtransactions for skins that provide stat boosts. Pay2Win garbage
-
Oct 16, 2015They said they were going to rebalance weapons and make improvements to the game....They decided the best way to do this was to add micro transactions!!!
-
Oct 18, 2015Fight cops with your credit card! Full priced game with micro-transactions AND DLC that costs more than the main game! All-new dynamic Unboxing mechanics never seen before! The first heist game that steals from you!

Oct 17, 2015microtansaction/10
liar/lazy/money greedy developer ever
never keep promise, never care about their customer.
The game is fun but it's getting worse every update -
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015The game was very good until the developers completely betrayed the community and lied to our faces. They promised no micro transactions then put them in. They also destroyed balance of the game, refuses to even attempt to fix the issue.
-
Oct 17, 2015Overkill engaño a los usuarios e incumplio promesas para sacar mas pasta. Verguenza con este timo colega.Overkill engaño a los usuarios e incumplio promesas para sacar mas pasta. Verguenza con este timo colega.
-
Oct 17, 2015"NO microtransactions" they said.
And here we are, two years later. A betrayal from OVERKILL, their word is worth nothing now.
From an experienced player who pre-ordered the game and saw all its development, from dawn till dusk. -
Oct 18, 2015This game is **** since they add microtransaction, it's now PAY2WIN. If u buy this game, u need to pay 100$ for DLCs or just do some normal heist with poor weapons then, buy skins to get more statson your weapons.
OVERKILL take you for a pig with money -
Oct 18, 2015OVK lied to us, saying that we won't have microtransactions.
That was an shame! False promises!
I'm done with the game so are many of my friends. Uninstalled. -
Oct 18, 2015Spent hundreds of hours in this game. I enjoyed it so much. Now the devs decided to backstab every single person who bought this game by introducing microtransactions to unlock stuff in-game. Microtransactions in a paid game... I feel betrayed. I feel sick. It's disgusting! This game used to be beautiful. Now it is destroyed.
-
Oct 18, 2015Because PAYDAY 2 totally needed micro-transactions.
OVERKILL and Starbreeze lied to us again by adding weapons skins that is better than base weapons and that you need to pay for 2.50$ per box, or "Safe" as they call it. What's next, PAYDAY 2 goes Free To Play?! It's Greed at it's finest. -
Oct 18, 2015Let's ruin an already paid-for co-op game by rebalancing stats and introducing pay2win crate **** like it's a Chinese mobile game!
--Overkill Studios -
Nov 27, 20163.4 user score is based on a huge **** made by Overkill a bit over a year ago. It was 100% deserved. However, no one really cared enough to retract their ratings (Including me, until now) when this **** was fixed. What I'm saying is, the negative ratings on this site isn't a representation of the community's feelings on the game. It's way, way better than that as of now.
-
Oct 18, 2015**** of DLCs
>microtransactions
>B2P
Maybe I should just give them my credit card? Would be easier :v
Game is nice but it drains way too much money. Of course, you don't have to have everything but this game without DLCs feels blant for me. -
Oct 18, 2015Liefest 2015 - Apparently, never including microtransactions is a promise that doesn't need to be kept. 100 hours completely wasted on this **** fest. Great job.
-
Oct 18, 2015
-
Oct 18, 2015Guys, the thermal drill, go buy it!
RIP in peace Payday 2.
2012-2015
Payday 2 is now the new runescape.
October 15th never forget.
Screw Almir and Overkill And starbreeze. -
Oct 18, 2015REMOVE MICROTRANSACTIONS, I ALREADY PAYED 60+ EURO FOR THE **** DLC, DON'T F**K US OVER, OVERKILL, OR WE'LL F**K YOU UP --------------------------------------------------------------------------
-
Oct 18, 2015Overkill promised us in 2013 that there will be no micro-transactions in the game. Fast forward 2 years Overkill adds them to game along with many other broken promises. DO NOT BUY their game. (I have wasted 825 hours to this game)
-
Oct 18, 2015Almir Listo is an unbearable **** Do not get roped into his unbearable **** Seriously, just go play Left 4 Dead or go for a walk or take your car to the car wash or go get a smoothie or... it doesn't really matter. Just stop giving money to Almir for his ****
-
Oct 18, 2015such an aweful development team, screws over the community for greed left and right. Does nothing but promise and not deliver, releases QOL updates as actual content.
-
Oct 19, 2015I had so much love for this game but the devs took it away since they added micro transactions. Broke a promise by telling us that they would never add micro transactions to the game.
Im sorry overkill, but you guys made a huge mistake. -
Oct 19, 2015Shelled out a fortune to buy all the DLC, so I could support the developers. Then I bought the game and some of the DLCs for my friends too. And what do I get? Microtransactions. That's right.
Looks like they don't care about image, fanbase, people. -
Oct 16, 2015What was supposed to be an alright coop game riddled with DLCs they just decided to add a microtransaction scheme in the game to unlock content that probably shouldn't even exist on the way they released it. I'm not a walking wallet and I'm done spending money on your game.
-
Feb 27, 2015At the time of writing this, there is over $115 in DLC. In addition, the game is $30, as it has been since launch. Keep in mind, I own every single DLC. The fact of the mater is that that is too much. It will give you hundreds of hours of fun, but just be warned.
-
Oct 18, 2015They lied when they said there would be no microtransactions.
This last update **** it up. People pay for the game, then pay for the tons of DLC this game already has, now they want even more money? Would not recommend anyone a Pay2Win -
Oct 17, 2015a bust. im glad i left the game when i did. may the devs responsible for this eat their shirts.a bust. im glad i left the game when i did. may the devs responsible for this eat their shirts.a bust. im glad i left the game when i did. may the devs responsible for this eat their shirts.

Oct 18, 2015The devs scammed the community and claims all the CRIMEFEST community challenge rewards will be free. However not only this was broken the promise was also broken. I highly recommend you to check out the article "Payday 2 won't have microtransactions - GameSpot".
What overkill did is unlawful in some countries. -
Oct 18, 20151.unpatched game bugs 2.incompetent developers 3.micro transactions 4.pay2win 5.too many DLCs 6.lack of free content. i do not recommend this game to my friends sadly because overkill is so bad during these days and does not cares about its own players! please do not same and do not support that type of devs

-
Oct 18, 2015payday 2 broken, devs dont care about community, just money. dont buy unless you want to pay to be beter then evryone. cause with the 30 dlc and new guns that boost stats, its pretty hard to be good with base stuff.
-
Oct 18, 2015
-
Oct 18, 2015First the make a lot of promises. Then most of them didn't get delivered. Soon they make regular paid DLCs with ever increasing price and less contents. And now they want you to pay more to skins that magically make a gun more powerful.
Microtransactions, over a paid game, which is riddled with overpriced DLCs. HA! This is **** is almost criminal. -
Oct 19, 2015I have over 1100 hours in this game, and i love it to death. Unfortunately, they added microtransactions during a free bonus giveway week and screwed us. They promised no microtransactions in writing 2 years ago and now they break it. The game is unbalanced, buggy, and now unplayable essentially. A MINIGUN makes you run faster now.
-
Oct 19, 2015PAYDAY 2 Was a fun time while it lasted. With the latest Crimefest event, they added the same crates and keys you've seen in Team Fortress 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. With this, they broke the trust we as the community have placed in OVERKILL.
-
Oct 19, 2015It's become a pay to pay to play game. Buy the original game, buy all the half-crapped out DLC, and now microtransactions! Fun times all around. Don't support shoddy business practices.
-
Oct 18, 2015Welcome to Payday 2, land of DLC's and microtransactions upon microtransactions. I put in over 1000 hours into this game and believed in OverKill. Now our reward for being loyal customers is the option to pay more money for what was promised as free content. Considering PD2 has more DLC than any other FPS Multiplayer out there today is this really necessary? I think no.
-
Oct 18, 2015Micro-transactions aren't free...
I mean, the addition of them was free. The unbalancing of weapons was free... But, free **** is still **** And getting the actual content behind the microtransactions isn't free. -
Oct 18, 2015The most recent update added Pay2Win mechanics on top of already hilariously expensive DLC. Do NOT buy this game in its current form - it's disgusting and unethical behaviour.
-
Oct 17, 2015This game was great up until they decided to add weapon skins ala CS:GO. That'd be all fine and dandy on its own, if not for the fact that said weapon skins provide stat boosts to your guns, and cost real life moneydollars to get.
-
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015Sadly this used to be a really good game. However with the recent course the developers have chosen this certainly is not a good game anymore. The game has gone from a fun experience with quite a lot of dlc to choose from to a game that has become pure pay2win. The microtransactions debacle has personally made me quit and uninstall this game.

Oct 19, 2015"We've made it clear that PAYDAY 2 will have no micro-transactions whatsoever (shame on you if you thought otherwise!)" - Almir.
You have failed me Overkill. -
Oct 18, 2015"we won't never add microtransactions"
10/15/2015, microtransactions added.overkill, you greedy tards. can see why Simon and Ulf escaped from your stupid company. -
Oct 18, 2015One word. Microtransactions.
Multiple words. Lying devs added microtransactions after they said they would not.
Devs nerfed the guns to the point that using anything other then a pistol is pointless.
0/10 -
Oct 18, 2015Payday was something special, something new,fun to play.
WAS
now it's just p2w with microtransactions and overprized miniature dlcs.
This game will be dead soon. -
Oct 17, 2015This game costs $20 + $150 Worth on DLCs + Now newly introduced MICROTRANSACTIONs same as CS:GO and TF2.
The game itself lacks of content and replay value without the DLCs so they are not avoidable.
DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MONEY-MILKED BY OVERKILL! -
Oct 17, 20150/10 for lying to the community, scamming everyone's money with false promises, and just pulling another EA. This is absolutely intolerable, especially the new update they nerfed the current weapons to promote the DLC weapons. Say no to payday2. We will not tolerate this.
-
Oct 17, 2015Dear Overkill, please remember it's not a good idea to screw with the biggest community on steam. We made you what you are today, and we can undo it. After 20+ paid DLC, microtransatcions are a very bad idea. Start listening to your users or you will lose everything!
-

-
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015It used to be a great game, then it went from Payday 2 to Pay2Win. Sadness. Microtransactions just show the greediness of the devs, over 20 DLc weren't enough for them. GG Overkill, you destroyed your imagine in less than a day.
-
Oct 17, 2015Extremely disappointed with the new update!
I spent around 80$ on the DLCs, but now they add trading. That is too much!
Very disappointed! Do not buy this game! -
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015this is the bad update 太糟了 so bad very many skins have +稳定 is very bad no good so no buy overkill games my friend tell me so can you no buy overkill games of payday 2 thank you
-
Oct 17, 2015Unoriginal, unoptimized, half the game is hidden behind over 150$+ worth of DLC, and now Micro transactions. Company refuses to communicate and are waiting for everyone to quit contesting quality and truth as to make more money.
-
Oct 17, 2015Blatant lies, combination of DLCs costing an leg and an arm. However overkill thought of an new idea:Extent this madness by introducing MICROTRANSACTIONS!
-
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015Been gaming since the 1970s, never seen something as atrocious as what Overkill pulled. CRIMEFEST are series of community challenges allowing players to get content for free. However what overkill did this time is the opposite. It wasn't free and created an micro economy full of traders.
My son does indeed hate this update. -
Oct 17, 2015I didn´t like all those not really cheap DLC´s, but I have always supported Overkill. This microtransactions move was a huge misstep which I am not going to tolerate. They lied to all of us.
-
Oct 17, 2015The "rebalance" is **** and the microtransactions are terrible. I was such a fan of this game before the crimefest update.
Devs get your act together, I've never seen such a great game die this fast. -
Oct 17, 2015so they lied to us and gave us weapon skins and removed the ability to mod because we are able to get skins using that way, im writing this review today hope you will get it
-
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015Bought the game, bought a lot of DLC to support the developers (don't really care for DLC). Then they betrayed us and added microtransactions... Just NO
-
Oct 17, 2015The greed of this company has ruined the game from what it once was. As of recent, not only have they made a terrible weapon rebalancing, but they've also added micro transactions into their game as a part of a "free update" REWARD.
-
Oct 17, 2015A fantastic game, but the developers now ignore and lie to the community, and released micro-transactions as a cash grab. A real shame that they ruined it in just one day.
-
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015Blatant lies!!! They said no micro-transactions Overkill lied to the players! Lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed with overkill! giving you a 0 score now.
-
Oct 17, 2015This game used to be good. However, developers seems not to core about community at all nowadays. Do you like microtransactions in pay to play games? If not, you'd better not play this game.
-
Oct 17, 2015The developers have once more made it cear that they don't care about their player base. They promised there would never be microtransactions, and now they suddenly introduced them as a "free reward" for a community event. As if the monthly overpriced DLC weren't enough, this game is now Pay2Win.
-
Oct 17, 2015It was once the best game, but they lied to us about microtransactions. I can not let them win. IF enough people make this a bad review on this game they WILL have to notice and undo the damage that they have done! HELP the cause and JOIN us!!
-
Oct 17, 2015Developers are untrustworthy and the entire game is just a big money jump. The game is super expensive to play since all of the good heists are DLC and all the good weapons/mods are in the DLC as well.
Would never recommend/10. -
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015
-
Oct 17, 2015Mediocre game. Probably rated a 6 before becoming p2w. -10 for deceptive developers. -10 for Steam not honoring refund requests when the game is no longer what was promised.
-
Oct 18, 2015**** microtransactions! **** microtransactions! **** microtransactions! **** microtransactions! **** microtransactions! **** microtransactions! **** microtransactions!

Oct 9, 2013PayDay 2 is one of the nicest surprises of the year. Overkill Software understands the atmosphere of gangster movies and wisely improves these pieces of gameplay, that might have been disappointing in the first game. The sequel is better in almost every way - you can play a thief and enjoy good character development and shooting systems. I really hope, that PayDay 3 will be even better.
