The game graphically is ugly, by insisting on using an aged engine. Gameplay weak, Enemies give spawn behind you. Honestly it looks much more like a DLC than a new game. And the price is absurd for what delivers.

    RIP Fallout 1997-2018

    - Not enough settings: FOV, V-Sync
    - Fake PvP, it's really just PvE
    - 10050000 bugs

    Skip this one. Trust me.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. - thousand years old game engine with awful graphic;
    - can't even finish a freakin' mission without getting disconnected from the "server";
    - you can travel only by sneaking and walking like an idiot 'cuz since the camp stash only capable to hold 600 units at max, you carry around 600-800 extra weight with yourself;
    - when a three times as much higher lvl player than you just kills you for fun and to steal all your junks, you literally can't do a sh**t against it;
    - people trying to do quests around but when a much higher lvl player gets close enough then you're f***ked up 'cuz whatever you do you can't kill the newly spawned higher lvl enemies;
    - you walk around the world and see a locked locker or something... you thing there could be some useful junk in there but when you lockpick it there's nothing you get but wanted level which equals of someone will rob you;
    - to help someone in need? pff hell no! thanks assh****s!;
    - someone wants some pvp fun ... okay ... the first time you die, you won't find them again 'cuz they're already offline! bulls***t!;
    - you're in a cave for like an hour already and just getting to the rare elit at the end, then BOOm disconnected from the server... after you came back you see that everything respawned and you're at the entrance to the cave!

Posting them with pictures etc. had several patches now and those bugs are still there and bothering me to death. I just loged in and again someone has build his base at the same spot like I do. The games logic is that the other person who logs in after the 1st one, has to rebuild his camp somewhere else ( WORST idea of all time ) you can't even choose a server you want to join. It could warn you before loging to this server that there is someone who has claimed your camp spot so you won't have to rebuild and look for a new spot. The funny part is that the game does not allow you to place your old camp as a blueprint. No matter how often I've reported this bug, it is still there. So I had to recycle my camp blueprint and start all over. Then the Building Budged went full BEFORE I even could finish my recized camp which is like 30% smaller and the Building Budged is already full. I lost my Turret but the Budged for this turred is still active. My character keeps forgetting blueprints which I've spend thousands of caps for. That annoying scorched beast which keeps speed hacking attacking you and following you like nothing else. This thing is EVERYwhere. Just attacked my base whith his 10 attacks per sond. Srly Bethesda this game makes allot of fun but it is also the most buggy game you ever made. Atleast Bug fixing would help with such heavy game breaking bugs but there are just alittle fixes or even worse like game crashing which was not an issue before a performance patch. Dropping items the bag disappears rlly often. Well atleast for me. The worst and totally redicolous thing is that your stash can handle 400 KG of scrap only. This is the worst problem about this game. I just lost 200 KG just because there is NO way to stash them. Now my base is damaged, my power armore etc. and I do not have enough scrap to repair it because of bugs which made me lose all my scrap I had with me. This game makes allot of fun but those bugs are killing all my fun and even will to contenue playing this game. I just hope I could refund this game by now.

Been playing this game since the BETA and I am just sick of those bugs which keeps destroying my fun in this game. There is even no REPAIR button for your camp. No you have to destroy the parts which god hit by something to completely rebuild it which also costs scrap.

But the music of the game ( not the radio ) is totally nice to hear while exploring the empty world.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME, IT'S NOT WORTH $20 LET ALONE $60. If you love the Fallout series, avoid this game. This is Fallout 4 with its heart ripped out. No NPC's means no story. Ignore what the sheep try to tell you, a bunch of terminals and holotapes does not a story make. Collecting useless crap while you fight the same boring enemies who respawn ad nauseam does not a Fallout make. Avoid this abomination like the plague.

Honest Review? Here you are. My experience and the like.

i am about a full day in playing this game. 22h on record now. i played by myself for 8 hours. then actually went out to look for a gang to team up with. no one would join me. it seams very very hard out of the maybe 30 people i have run across, that would like to be friends.

My first 8 hours of playing this game... it was dead it seamed. it was as if i was playing Fallout 4 after the main mission. I was able to get a power armor frame. and a massive plethora of pipe pistols. that i can only seam to sell for 1-2 bottle caps or deconstruct into one or 2 screws. depending on item condition. and after about 8 of those hours, compiling materials and a few quests. i still couldnt build a full on house (4 walls and a roof). So after i gave up on the building aspect of the game. i then got board of doing the same kind of quests over and over again. ether fetch, baby sit, kill something, or read an entire essay worth of hidden quest paths. I have been around the block a few times with these holotape and such story systems. Fallout 1 and especially Fallout 2 had them already. It wasnt new.

My next few hours. from hour 8 to about 12 i found one of my friends in game. And we didnt go on some massive adventure our the like. i was helping him get his quests done and the like he was helping with some of mine. We still couldnt really build much. And he got tired of just doing the same kind of quests as well.
From about hour 12 to 13 we just talked and tried to figure out the leveling system, some crafting, and where to go and do next. so from hour 13 to about 16 we went to the edge of the maps. We tried to find the largest landmarks. and we ended up getting frustrated as we kept running out of ammo, and getting chased down by a gang of 4 other players wanting to PvP.
My friend left on hour 16 and i went back to where i like to set up my shop. trying to work with the crafting system in some way. seeing what i could or couldnt do.
Then followed by me Alt-Tabing out of the game to see how to start looking for nuclear launch codes... to no real prevail.

My Review of this game is a 2/10. its boring. its empty. theres nothing at those cool looking locations. the story didnt hook me or my friend. the quests are generic MMO quests. its still buggy. and as i have seen from previous BGS games, they will remain buggy to the end of their life.
The Engine is too old for this stuff they expect it to do.
The players ruined my experience. but it was alright when i was playing with just my friend. the no push-to-talk system is cancerous.
There is no amusement to about 80% of these locations.
There is no random special encounters with lets say as happens in Fallout 3 or new vegas.
Its arsenal is lack luster. it will be an E.A. like system where i have to play some 100+h before i get to end game equipment. that i might not even have the level to use. I already got power armor frame and a minigun though. Ammo is harder to come across.
The survival aspect of this game is a joke. you dont get hungry or thirst too often at all. Softcore survival just means that you are to not have too harsh of a penalty on death... not have it become a massive chore when you actually need to drink or eat.
The game is alright for exploring and some time with friends. But thats all that is hear. wide as an Ocean, deep as a puddle. ill give it points for the looks and the environment. but everything else? No.

Out of this entire experience, i came out feeling ripped off. I payed $65 pre-order... i get home to open my PHYSICAL CD case. to find that where the CD is, its a cardboard disk... THERE IS NO PHYSICAL COPY OF FALLOUT 76. and it was STILL a FULL PRICED game. Not only that but the pre-order from Gamesstop; Their special pre-order item? was a Fallout Sticker to put in your car window.

I have no idea what Bethesda is doing. idk if this is Todd's idea. but if this is a joke. it went right over all of our heads.

As of today. I know this wasnt your first Online game, Bethesda. i am no longer a Bethesda fan. Goodbye Bethesda.

Everyone which played Fallout 1-2 or even New Vegas know that I mean. This Fallout is even worse, they chose the online path, a mistake already done with TES online and this is the result. The game lacks story and immersion in what is the world game, they changed the original concept of the post-apocalictic enviroment in benefit of countless hours where the only thing you do is kill and loot. This game is not disappointing because I was prepared for this since the moment they declared that was online. They destroyed my favorite series for money and to follow the tendency of the moment. Fallout 3 was just ok I guess but I am certain of the fact that the only thing that Bethesda did great for the Fallout brand is to leave the development of Fallout New Vegas to Obsidian which did a very good job in my oipinion. In the end, Fallout should be a RPG with great story, great setting and great characters, not just a money spilling MMORPG(kinda) which tons of hours of the same **** and absolute garbage base building. It is simply not needed: it is not what a Fallout fan is looking for in this brand. The sooner they realise it, the better. The only thing I suggest Bethesda to do is to go and try the original 2 games and NV. Expand

I guess the company can really make an amazing Title when they were Financially facing ruin. now, not so much. Its clear from the start that this was a huge team effort, as its obvious that there was little communication between development teams.

I can talk about graphics, performance, but i think few minutes video would show you what to expect on youtube. I spent 30 hours in the game looking for something worth the price tag, and i just couldn't find it. I think most people just wanted to play Fallout co-op with their friends. no body asked for this, no body wanted it. and they sure as hell should have added a Hardcore mod. because right now PVP is laughable. And nuke codes are all over the place. not that it matter. you will be able to rebuild any lost base without any extra cost..
    this is a survival nightmare.

There are also social and network issues, which im going to give the benefit of the doubt. but they shouldn't have released. simple as that. this game needs at least 1 more year of development minimum... I don't even care about lack of NPCs, it just need a tonnes of polish, tonnes.

    New leadership at Bethesda please.

This is PvE Rust with a Fallout Skin. Rushed, Unoptimized, but it does look great graphically.

PvP is "Enabled" but you are only punished for it. 'Pacifists' Take 2% of the damage you deal, and every hit generates wanted. Once you have wanted, they deal full damage to you while remaining invulnerable.

I've yet to see anyone but my group of friends in non-pacifist mode. Once you have wanted generated the pacifists can murder you from pacifist mode, dealing full damage to you with actually no risk to themselves.

My party ganked a group of two (The group we ganked was level 10, we three were all level 8), and it actually devolved down to us standing in a triangle around one of them (theres 3 of us) and hitting them with melee weapons for 2 minutes until they finished complaining about how pvp is going to ruin this game, then logged out.

Not including the time we spent ganking them before we realized we actually do no damage, 2 minutes of constant melee damage, from 3 players, and they still just logged out to avoid the pvp (they weren't even in danger of dying). About 10 minutes later we had someone else roll up to assist us with an event, he one tapped one of our players, then returned to the event while me and our other friend who were still wanted attacked him.

He said he was taking very little damage, but neither me nor my other wanted friend even saw his health bar as we attacked him. This too, devolved to us hitting him with melee weapons to conserve ammo as he went about finishing the event. (It was a hold out event where we had to defend against waves of scorched, he took more damage from the scorched than us, but we wouldn't have known that had he not been saying it over voice, we couldn't see his hp bar as we attacked.)

After he finished soloing the event while we hit him, he turned and killed my other friend. And I just walked back to my camp that wasn't very far and logged out. This was a terrible experience, not in the slightest bit enjoyable.
I don't understand why even 'allow' pvp if you're not going to allow pvp. If they wanted this to be a PvE game, why even allow someone to disable pacifist mode?

Considering Bethesda is a billion dollar company, I really expect more out of their "triple A" game titles. I find it a bit amazing that I had my expectations set so incredibly low, and yet Bethesda still managed to disappoint me with the PC version of FO76.

To be quite honest, there IS a lot of potential to FO76. Despite the crap performance, the bugs, and the soul sucking UI which makes you question your life choices after a couple hours, I'm still finding enjoyment playing with friends. That being said, this game deserves an awful review currently due to the state they released it in.

    - There is no real 3rd person view. You will not get a better view of what is around you so, it's first person or... don't play, I guess. Disappointing.
    - Starving to death while you're afk or doing things with perks is kind of garbage.
    - The perk system itself is clunky and underwhelming.
    - My game crashed 3 times in less than 3 hours, and no, my computer is not the problem for that.
    - I had an issue with the game code and the customer service I received was terrible. A copy/paste of something from the help section that i'd already read and didn't help me. Still waiting on their next response. I don't expect to get one.
    - Lack of anything at all for new players who have not played a Fallout game before. I have over 700hrs into FO4 and I was even confused by some things.
    - Menus can be difficult to find.

This game needs another year in development.
I would also suggest different servers for different types of play.
-Casual servers with no starving to death issues.
-Moderate servers for what the game has now
-Hard servers for those people who enjoy a difficult game.
I don't think this would be difficult to do since its already 24 people per server.

On the positive side, I like the crafting system and the idea of public events.

Playing solo is honestly depressing because it is literally like playing a mmorpg alone with no life in the world. "Human interaction" is nuance is fun in the first 30 minutes and then completely ruin the immersion because you fast realize there is no purpose in the game whatsoever and will find many many players just laughing or screaming, making noise in voice chat (no push to talk). No pvp because the only thing you can do is shoot to an enemy, dealing 1% of dmg and by doing this you send a duel invitation. PvP is literally just duels. There isn't the sense of survivng or constant threat that ANY other survival online can give you, because you cannot be killed by anyone iif you don't want to and viceversa. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP.

The only thing that can possibly redeem it is dicking around with friends, but it doesn't compensate for how simply unpleasant the game is, atmospherically and interactively. It just doesn't work. I had a very hard time trying to immerse myself in a game world which is populated by other players bunnyhopping around like a child on a sugar induced high and building stupid gravity defying bases. But even if you are lucky enough not to encounter other players ruining your roleplaying attempt, it doesn't really get all that much better. The world of Fallout 76 is simply empty. Empty of NPCs you could talk to, empty of interesting quests and empty of pretty much everything that usually makes RPGs enjoyable. Now let's talk about the online aspect of Fallout 76: In short it feels like baby's first survival game. The PVP system in which you can only kill other players if they attack you back makes the whole deal dreadfully dull for people who want to engage in it since you can't really kill those who don't want to be killed and an annoying nuisance for those who don't want to engage in it. In addition to that there is also no griefing or any other interaction with other players that usually makes games like Rust or DayZ a joy to play. This is what i was talking about in the beginning when i said that the game is fun for neither of the targeted audiences. If Bethesda would have went with an option to play offline and made the online part like most other survival games this would have not been an issue, but sadly Fallout 76 simply makes itself unappealing in both aspects by trying to force those two kind of experiences into one environment. What truly grinds my gears though is the technical side of this game and i'm not even talking about the countless bugs and glitches like enemies instantly respawning after you killed them or broken animations. No, i'm talking about the very basics of what a game should have: Field of view slider? Not in the game. Widescreen support for those who like to play in 21:9? Not in the game. The simplest things that even one man indie productions manage to include in their options menu are missing in Fallout 76. Don't even get me started on the performance issues, FPS drops are frequent and seemingly random since no amount of tweaking in the settings was able to give me a stable frame rate. All of this by the way in a game that is visually unimpressive. Fallout 76 looks almost completely identical to Fallout 4, which already looked pretty dated when it came out back in 2015. Oh, and the game also has the audacity to feature a microtransaction store despite being a full price release. Honestly i almost feel like i'm being generous when i give this game a 2/10, but it is at least somewhat playable and technically has content if you feel like counting kill x number of x enemies in x location without any meaningful context, as content. Fallout 76 is the single worst gaming experience i had in 2018. Don't buy it, not even at a discount. Expand

The Fallout series has, for the most part, been a single player game with a wasteland full of NPC characters to interact with to breathe life into the wasteland. There was plenty to do, plenty of NPCs to interact with, and quests kept you engaged. Now comes Fallout 76, add vivid colors, online multiplayer, but dropping almost all NPCs which has literally sucked the life out of the wasteland. Really, only 24 real-life players to group up with in an attempt to bring the "world" alive? In the first couple of hours of play, I only came across 3 other people. One was so bored that he just went around shooting everyone. I started to become bored.

Bethesda should have taken Fallout through some "baby-steps" to get it to a full-fledged online multiplayer game. Fallout 76 could have been a pretty good online game, even with just 24 online players, IF they would have kept the vibrant world of NPCs around to keep the world "alive". They should have eased the Fallout community from the usual single-player game into a small interaction of online multiplayer gaming. Work out all the mechanics, fine-tune the multiplayer interaction, etc. They could have gotten away with just 24 players per server if there was enough other NPC/quests to keep you engaged. Once they work out all the issue and streamline the multiplayer experience, and only after this baby-step into the multi-player world, should they have attempted an online version of Fallout devoid of NPCs. And hopefully, servers with about 4-5 times the number of actual online-players to help compensate a Fallout world that would be devoid of NPCs.

Bethesda has taken a great single-player game and tried to do a full-on sprint into the online world and has fallen flat on their face with it. Which is strangle as Elder Scrolls Online seems like a decent game and they should have partnered with the developer for ESO to get it right.

It's just not keeping my interest and the pop-up "side" quests don't do a thing for me either. The world is literally dead and devoid of humans (NPCs) and with only 24 other players on the server, the server feels dead. The game feels like it's already dead... The great Vault-Tec online experiment with Vault 76 seems to be a complete failure. Hopefully, the next vault will have better success than 76 did.

I do love the Fallout series, and I will play some more of Fallout 76. But I don't see me putting in the days-on-end into 76 as I did with previous Fallout versions.

In my experience it was alright and it was ok just to roam about looting and shooting some monsters/zombies. You will likely see cheaters as there is no prevention for this and you need a pretty beefy computer as this game is poorly optimized. I had a Intel i7 quadro 3100m, which is never had any trouble with any modern game titles except this game. I had 8 - 12 fps and my mouse kept jumping all over the screen. It was unplayable. Luckily I was at work and we have some powerful Titan powered PC's, but even with all that raw power it slowed down during massive fight scenes.
The story has been taken out and you no longer make game-changing decisions like in previous Fallouts, and it feels like a MMO without the engaging quests. You are often told to go somewhere then return with no real story, but i digress it is a nice world if your computer can run it.
I would not reccomend this game even though I really want to, I love fallout but this is a huge step back. I admire Bethesda for trying something like this but you forgot what made your francise so popular to begin with, go and speak with someone from CD projekt red. I am not sure you can come back from this insult to your fans.

The underlying mechanics of this game are almost identical to Fallout 4 which is both good and bad. I really enjoyed Fallout 4 and don't mind too much if Bethesda reuses that model for a new game. However, it is exactly the same as Fallout 4 and, after playing games like Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Red Dead Redemption 2, this feels very antiquated. That said, there are a few things that made this game unplayable for me.

The survival aspect is a complete nuisance. I felt like my game experience was constantly interrupted by starvation and dehydration. Frustrated, I took it upon myself to gather a ton of food and water so I could "survive" while exploring. Unfortunately, this filled up my inventory weight limit and I was unable to do any looting without becoming over encumbered. I'm sure there are strategies to balance looting with eating and drinking but I do not play Fallout games to learn how to juggle.

The stash weight limit combined with a fee for fast travel caused inventory management to consume a large percentage of my play time. I like to loot everything until my inventory is full so I have plenty of crafting materials. Of course, my inventory filled up very quickly since I also grabbed all the food and water I could find. I needed to make several trips back to my C.A.M.P. to unload my junk. However, with the fee for fast travel, I often found my self running all the way back to where I was exploring. I reached my stash limit after only exploring a couple areas. Trying to make this work, I learned that junk needs to be scrapped before adding to the stash. This requires a crafting station which are few and far between if you don't have plans to craft one at your C.A.M.P. I eventually built crafting stations when I moved my C.A.M.P. to a new location which caused a whole new set of problems.

I spent a couple hours building a C.A.M.P. in a new location. This revealed several problems. The terrain quickly became the most formidable adversary in the game. I was building on a hill near rocks and trees. I had to tear down and rebuild at least 20 times because pieces could not be placed near certain terrain. I finally just had to accept an incomplete building with missing walls or floors. After all this work the server kicked me out. After continuing the game in a new instance, my C.A.M.P. was gone and the entire structure was "stored". My C.A.M.P. location was no longer available, I had to pay to set up a new C.A.M.P., and I wasn't allowed to "place" my previous structure anywhere in my new location. I spent another couple hours building a new C.A.M.P. only to have that one gone the next time I played. This was enough for me to quit playing and ask for refund.

Multiplayer did more harm than good. I was hoping for some sort of hybrid between Fallout 4 and Elder Scrolls Online. Unfortunately, multiplayer felt underdeveloped and very limited. I think Bethesda made the mistake of trying to slap a multiplayer mod into Fallout 4 rather than developing something new that combined the best of both worlds.

I have seen counters against negative reviews using the shallow argument that criticism is just from "haters" afraid of change. I'm sure Bethesda is mature enough to recognize the irony in that line of thinking. I'm sure they will acknowledge the disappointment underlying the negative reviews and produce a much better product in the future.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Fallout 76 fails on three fronts. First and foremost, as a game, it's bland and uninteresting. The gameplay loop isn't interesting, the gunplay is boring to brain dead, and the while the world is relatively good looking, it is not interesting, The game is a mechanical mess, with little to no work put into balancing (enemies 25 levels above you are rarely a challenge due to failing ai, and general quality of life work is poor to nonexistent (quests such as collect ten empty beer bottles and a limit stash which inhibits the only core feedback loop). Finally the game doesn't add anything to the fallout series, it isn't fun, it doesn't make sense lore wise, the co-op is not fun or enjoyable, and overall it just makes me worry about the future of the fallout series. Every part of every quest is preset, with you having absolutely no say in anything that happens around you. I didn't even mention the disgusting performance, the gutting of all the character systems, or even touch the online element, but I don't think I need to, 5000 characters can't describe how disappointed I am with BGS's further raping of one of my favorite franchises. This game is a slap in the face for most Fallout fans and it really shows on the review scores and the majority of YouTube videos. When they first announced this game I was really hoping for a Dying Light clone. A full Single Player experience with the ability to play Co-op with others if you wanted. But now we are left with this Pre-Acress mess of a game.

    + Ion Zur's ambient music.
+ It is a big world with lots of things to discover (Too bad its dead)
+ Might be fun for a while if you have good friends to play co-op with.

    - Microtransactions (The only thing that is working in the game, HAH!!!)
    - Very buggy
    - Bad performance
    - While the graphics are ok at times it is still an old engine that is far behind other games.
    - Removing the Npc: s was a bad idea. Even if you occasionally meet other players the world still feels very empty.
    - Bad A. I and enemy respawn rate is way too fast.
    - PVP is badly done and optimized.
    - Quests mostly consist of audiotapes.
    - Abandon STEAM complaining Valve taking too much money. Bethesda is launching there own game service and still taking full price anyway, YAY

Everyone I've met has wanted to either trade, team up or pvp, I really thought the pvp would be a joke because of the nearly 0 damage thing but people seem to engage often with me. It has the best map I've seen from bethesda and the environmental storytelling stuff is great solo (not great in a team where you don't have as much time to just listen to tapes or sift through terminals).

I love the survival mechanic and weight limit, I really enjoyed it when they added it to fallout 4 and I understand why people would be frustrated with it. The housing stuff is pretty cool too, I found a lead deposit in the ground near a raider train station up on a mountain top so I set up a bullet factory and have been making a killing selling bullets to new players.

Now the game IS a buggy mess, most stuff is visual glitches which don't bother me too much, the real and biggest issue (I'm playing on ps4) automatic weapons cause stutter about 25% of the time? It seems to be the farther from the vault you are the worse it gets and this is honestly unacceptable. A few quests are bugged, I've crashed once in 30 hours, the game occasionally hitches when it loads a new area, sometimes grenades just fall through the floor if you aim straight down, and certain enemies like the grafton monster will just stop moving for some reason.

The hate bandwagon is totally overblown, the game is decent, would be great if not buggy.

I expected to have a WoW experience with other players running around constantly and having to wait my turn to do quests, griefing etc. What I received was the opposite. This game is overwhelmingly lonely, repetitive and does nothing to entice me to continue playing. There's just no immersion at all. No one to talk to, no real goal in mind. You can walk and walk and walk and see absolutely nothing but ghouls, scorched and Chinese robots. I think Bethesda made a fatal error by removing the NPC factor. NPC factions, quest lines and companions were some of the funnest and immersive qualities of Fallout. It kept you hanging in and wanting to know what happened next, and gave you something to work toward. And now, there's just literally nothing. This honestly seems like a half-assed attempt. It feels more Fallout knock-off than true Fallout. It's just not what I expect from Bethesda. I almost think they decided to throw out this release and fix it along the way instead of having a ready to play game. This game feels like swimming underwater, at night, with no oxygen tank or a flashlight in the middle of the ocean. And when you try to go to the surface to breath, you cannot. The ocean drags you back and slowly drains your life while you struggle to survive. You will not survive, it is the worst game I have ever played. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this.

The wonderful mechanics from Fallout 4 are gone and replaced with a glitchy copy-cat; there's nothing like Scorchbeasts following you indefinitely even though you're using stealthboys and sneaking. That's right, even if you're hidden, the BEAST will still follow you and won't stop until you either kill it of get horribly mangled by the extremely OP bastardization. Why is there even a dragon in Fallout?!!!!? WRONG TITLE BETHESDA!!!

The crafting menus are horrible and the mechanics of building your own base are equally as bad. Extremely limited crafting options, clunky inaccurate maps, boring lifeless quests, difficult to navigate terrain and to top it all off, a storage cap! So at some point you have to start trashing your beloved loot and even crafting supplies just to be able to WALK because you're only allowed 400lbs of "My Stash" storage.

I'm so angry i'm going to go burn a copy of the game files to CD so I can put them in the microwave and watch them burn. Bethesda, you f^&*ed up this time.

A terrible multiplayer in modern standards that by it self would be worth the score of 3/10 when being generous, but considering that the game was released by such huge studio with 60$ price tag is ridiculous. Turn back and go play Rust instead. You won't miss anything and save your money.

Now imagine Fallout 4, after all the patches and the community fixes. It was very playable and enjoyable in the end.

Fallout 76 has none of that.

Fallout 76 is Fallout 4 with a poorly designed online mod. Lots of new content, sure, but nothing - and I do mean nothing in way of all the new required game mechanics for an online world actually works as intended.

Been playing it with my wife since launch. I currently have time to sit down and write this review, because yesterday I found myself wanting to log in, but all my characters were gone and Bethesda "support" - after having gone through scripted AI bot responses - have so far taken over 24 hours to produce any kind of real response to my ticket. Anyway, here's just some of the bugs we've observed.

    - Teaming up before joining a server is broken. You enter the same server, sure, but end up unteamed. Only the system still believes you're in a team somewhat, since you cannot reinvite. You can only Kick team members. But your team doesn't show up on your map, you can damage eachother (bounty and all). So basically you have to both log in (to different servers) - "Join" the other player, "Invite to team" once joined. And NOW you're good to go.

    - Voice chat is "Always on". No PTT option. All you can do is disable chat entirely (there is no text chat). I don't even know where to begin with this one.

    - The CAMP (base building) system - worked so well for Fallout 4. It's the same system - but no one seemed to give much thought as to, how that would work in an online world of limited space. It doesn't.

    - They've artificially tried to make the game more of a "survival experience". So no vendors to speak of, and the few that are there will for instance NOT accept trade in the most commonly required resource by anyone in the game: ammunition. No, no, sell me your mentats, your dirty magazines, that burnt fedora you just found. Actual valuable scrap, ammunition, building plans... "Nah. Not having it".

    - Half the time, people on your team will appear running around in nothing but their undies.

    - 3 main quest lines have show stopping bugs in them. For example, one requires you to kill a certain character. And someone always does. But guess what; it's an online game. And once the character is dead, he stays dead for the duration of the server.

    - Many perk cards (the new perk system) don't do what they say. And can I just add; the UI for levelling up SPECIAL and Perks is beyond redemption. It simply needs to change - ENTIRELY.

    - The microtransaction store. I don't mind that it's there (at least there are no loot boxes), but there's nothing there anyone would want. And what IS there, is grossly overpriced. $15 for a costume? Seriously? Take a lesson from ESO, and put some stuff in there that people would actually want to pay for.

    - PVP - what little I've seen of it - is completely broken. As expected. You can turn on "pacifist" which - get this - now blocks you from damaging another player entirely, no matter the circumstances. Make that gank a little easier. On PVP; there aren't many problems currently with griefing. Everyone is busy levelling, getting set up, etc. But just you wait.

    - And then the system issues. You'll find hundreds if not thousands of reports of servers crashing (which makes you drop your collected junk materials on the ground - on the server that just crashed), people getting random disconnects (often, same result) and so on.

Save yourself the grief. Stay away.

I'll get back to kindling my support ticket now. They time out you know, if there is no activity in a certain timeframe. And Bethesda support... well it takes a while. A long while.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Long time fallout fan, drawn in with three so some might call me a newcomer but id say having experienced every iteration of fallout to have taken place in this engine allows me to confidently say this is the least stable.

i have roughly 20 hours logged and i have to say that every quest feels like an uninspired slog from point a to point b and back for a little more ammo and some xp. weapon mods give you a reason to keep looting but you reach a point where you no longer have anywhere to store loot, even after trying to sell off some stuff.

The camp system is a relatively decent port of the settlements from fallout 4 but you're prevented from doing anything really interesting or fun with it by build size limits and the inability to build near existing locations.

Player interaction is a joke, trade is nonexistent with other players and next to pointless with robots as most items are worth literally nothing, PVP should have been left out as the way it's implemented means if you don't want to interact with PVP you don't have to and can just leave the server or move on without taking any meaningful damage.

Level locking weapons seems like an unnecessary way to keep powerful weapons out of the hands of low level players and personally resulted in my inability to use the first gun i came across.

Notable glitches that happened in the hour preceding this review alone, crashes, server disconnects, a glitch in a quest where you drop quest items from your inventory and the game decided to register all of my .308 ammo as a quest item before causing it to disappear into the void never to return, a supply drop was spawned inside of a boarded up building, enemies both t posing and having severed appendages reattached with long strands of flesh.

Enemies are probably the worst part of this game because with no interesting NPCs to occupy your time one would expect enemies to pick up the slack, i have never felt threatened by an enemy in this game, my first death (and second) were the result of trying to participate in an event that i was unknowingly about 30 levels under leveled for, literally every other enemy i have encountered has been laughably easy to dispatch and frequently when fighting a band of enemies of mixed level the highest level enemy seems to somehow be the easiest to kill, also the vast majority of the time scorched and ghouls are the only enemies you seem to encounter while wandering, and while scorched seem to be the replacement for raiders it seems game breaking to find spawned in and lootable raider corpses out in the world.

If the narrative that the vault residents are the first to set foot in Appalachia since the nukes fell, then how did raiders get here. I'll not even mention the fact that logistically there is no way the brotherhood of steel should exist in this game because delving down that road may result in an aneurysm.

All in all i got about what i expected from this game the only reason i didn't give it a 0 is that some people put together this world, and it does look good, granted it also looks like it was made six years ago because Bethesda refuses to acknowledge that time passes, which might be why the state of buildings in this game is roughly the same as the buildings in fallout 4, or maybe that's because Bethesda just wanted to recycle as much as they could from fallout four to minimize the effort they would have to expend on this game.

This is probably ten times longer than the average review of this game but i felt providing context for the hate this game is receiving was important, because people aren't just hating on this game because of the bandwagon effect, there are reasons to genuinely despise what Bethesda has done to our beloved franchise in this installment, and while some people might enjoy this regardless of what it is those voices cannot be given the same credence, someone who gives this game a 10 is just trying to offset the vast majority giving it a 0, now whether it deserves a 0 is up for debate but inflating your score to offset the average is just slimy, to anyone still reading this novel, know that this game is not bad because it exists, its bad because it wasn't given the effort it needed to live up to its potential.

How can a company release a product like this and expect to be called a leader of the gaming community and the industry as a whole. Despite being a first attempt at trying something new, this game truly doesn't feel like Fallout in my opinion. Yes, it's a new step, but not worth leaving a Vault for. From a poor storyline, to left over bugs and glitches, and some unnecessary changes to established lore, Fallout 76 is not a game for die-hard Fallout fans. (again, this is just in my opinion.)

As other reviewers have said, Fallout 76 is a lonely, buggy, repetitious, mess that leaves you longing for a better experience. The constant hunt for stuff to fix, build, repair, or just live made it the game not fun to play for my family even on multi player. I had so looked forward to this game for the opportunity to play with my boys, but the lack of any NPC's other than badly programmed bots, AI's, and creatures left game play less than pleasant. In one fight with my son against a much higher level monster, four of my guns broke during the fight when they were fully repaired at the beginning of the battle. I had to pick up one of the dropped guns to continue dealing damage as I couldn't go toe to toe with the monster as it was 3 times my level. It was actually kind of funny how the terrain kept this monster from being able to reach us and squash us and we used the tent as a barrier! Don't get me started on the PVP ridiculousness. We had another player follow us around constantly shooting us even though we had no desire to engage. He eventually succeeded in killing me(even with the ludicrous reductions to damage) and dropped my son's health by 3/4 before he logged. There are so many bugs that many times one of us couldn't see the enemies that eventually killed us or sometimes each other. I took damage many times, but couldn't see who was killing me. Overall, the look and feel of the game is reminiscent of Fallout 4, but lacks the heart and engaged storyline of the factions. A most serious disappointment following what I felt was the best of the franchise in Fallout 4. Expand

So many things in the game just don't work right -- from performance issues and server disconnections to disappearing items and broken bases. There are so many problems within the game that you cannot go a single session -- for ten or fifteen minutes -- without encountering something unfinished, glitched-out, missing, stuck, or whatever. Robots completely disappear in front of you.

Items vanish from your inventory. Bases disappear, can be rebuilt, but are missing key components. Framerates drop inexplicably or hitch at random. Water goes invisible. Objects get stuck in mid-air. Players spawn inside the foundations of buildings or fall through the ground. Exploits for infinite grenades and XP are plentiful. Animations don't sync up with objects. People get deformed by their power armor. Enemies carry weapons upside down and/or pointing to the sky. Shotgun part layers extend outside their frames. Corpses continue to move after death. And more!

The game is so bad that Bethesda should be ashamed of themselves.

There is some fun to be had, but the experience is so heavily overshadowed by the glitches and constant issues that it is hard to enjoy the game. On top of it all, Bethesda chooses to wait to release any patches until December when they should release something -- anything -- right now for the sake of public opinion.

Good luck in your experience with it.

The game itself is a buggy mess. Bethesda games are usually this way, but F76 takes it to an unplayable state. My most recent experience involved me having to restart the game because all the walls around me turned bright green. However, when it works, the game can be a lot of fun, despite the lack of NPCs and the flawed CAMP system. Bethesda does claim they are releasing an update to improve it, but the game should never have launched this way. I pre-ordered, meaning I got access to the beta, and the full game feels just as stable as the beta was. This is an early access game and should be priced like one. Save your $60.
On top of all that, Bethesda conveniently doesn't sell this game on Steam, opting to use their own launcher instead. I was fine with this at first, though downloading another launcher on top of Steam, Origin, UPlay, GOG, or whoever makes their own launcher this week, was pretty annoying. However, that also means Bethesda can dodge Steam's liberal refund policy, essentially saying they knew the (rightfully received) backlash would happen. To make matters worse, the collectors edition buyers really got nuked (pun intended). Bethesda charged around 200 USD for the Power Armor edition which came with the game, a map, and a Canvas bag. Although the Canvas bag wasn't actually a canvas bag, it may as well have been a garbage bag. This was straight up false advertising. Bethesda knew, however, and offered buyers five(!!!) USD worth of in game currency.
Save your money, speak with your wallet. Don't support these actions by Bethesda.

But it is overly buggy, rendering is atrocious and the story is from dull to non-existent... The way the game runs is laggy, buggy, rendering is terrible even on a decent speed computer and the fact that the textures and look close up isn't much better than Fallout 4 worries me. Most of the textures and items had been copied over from the Fallout 4.

The story is boring, not engaging and short, the side quests aren't very exciting and make me not care for the characters or lack there of... I think that the game could really benefit from NPCs, maybe add them into a DLC where they come from another vault. The format and the way the game plays seems not player friendly and rushed.
[I do like the new camera system, the idea of the field of view, the attempt at lighting and other experimental features... Also the nuke idea and the new monster are cool]

Overall I can't believe I took the risk and bought this full price, I am in shock and only play now because I feel I have to get my moneys worth.
I would advise against this game till it does a No Man Sky and does a 180 in a year, let us hope for its great future and hopefully Fallout 5

I would like to begin with the positives of the game. Here is a new idea on an old classic. Fallout for many of us has made its way into our living room with hard earned weapons and loot filled with emotions stories and heart warming characters that flesh out the monotony of "grinding". What was a well polished gem of story lines hard decisions and morally heavy choices has now been thrown backwards by flat characters. The idea is a good one where i found myself enjoying time spent with friends feeling tension build as we develop certain skills that come in handy. In a team someone can specialize in lock-picking one with safe cracking and hacking while crafting can be another's contribution. In the early hours that was exactly it. As you progress dedicating yourself to a skill set was no longer necessary the skill based system is in a word "broken" being able to swap skills mid mission make the grind one person worked for a useless task. The reward of grinding was dropped in my opinion with a buggy quest rinse repeat system that only provides compensation to levels and your experience bar. The reasons we enjoyed fallout are all absent in the version. The NPCs are flat and dull as the informational cards you get to read while waiting for take off. The base building is bland and allows for little more than convenient spawn points which in most situations is still a system that means you spend the first 15 minutes of your mission running and making small talk while getting no major tasks done. Quests are a series of "get those and go here"s which in prior installments meant you would find yourself wandering and happening upon four other quests, this take a fallout's usually well thought out quest system was as exciting as a trip to your local market store searching the shelves for a can of water chestnuts only to realize that you hate water chest nuts the entire time. Within my 50 hours and near 46 levels of grinding on new fallout game i have few memorable moments. I would actually find ways to keep myself entertained while doing missions from watching videos to listening to audio books. All in all i think for a 60$ asking price this game at most would be worth five dollars on a mobile platform like on my phone... This is a step backwards on everything that Bethesda promised us with this release and has made more concerned for future games from the once promising studio. Expand

But what is that kind of idea to not implement any NPCs or real quests? Ok, Fallout had never a quest depth like Witcher, but what is that an idea to not integrate NPCs in that nice world? This does not make any sense to me, the world is big, but it's completly empty, you can get quests only via reading terminals or playing tapes and the quests are boring and not worth to do them. You can see so many MMORPGs with NPCs and nice quests, so this point is manageably.

I like the crafting and collection mechanism of Fallout 76, but everyone gets pissed off because of this stupid storage mechanism. Why has the main chest a maximum capacity? Why the character has so low capacity? I checked Fallout 4, even with Level 1 you have 230 capacity. Why hair clips and also ammo weight something? You have to through ammo away because you cant put it in the main chest. If you like to sell 1000 steel to free your chest, you can't do it because the traders will give you 0. This game is not finished, that is my intention.

Next point PvP, WHY? I only say WHY? It is the worst implementation of PvP I have ever seen. The point is that no body does PvP currently, because it is senseless. Better implementation would be to give PvE and PvP option before searching a server. On PvE there is no PvP or stay it like it is currently, but for PvP there shall be same level ranged players placed on the server which can't see each other on the map, so you have to listen to guns etc. You shall also get a bonus for killed players.

Even the controlling of factories/plants/trash dumps is a nice idea but the implementation of the feature is bad. You can build defences but If you quit the game everything is lost.

I like the survival idea, but it is easy to satisfy so this feature is also boring.

I suggest to play Fallout 3 or 4 again and have a look later on Fallout 76. Bethasda released an unfinished game with bad ideas, so they have to give a lot lot lot of free content and expansions to make it a valuable game and get the repect of the Fallout community again.

One last statement, the pc port is horrible even more horrible than Fallout 4, stop that, many other games have amazing pc ports.

Any opportunity to be immersed in the game is quickly dissociated with a myriad of glitches or even basic game mechanics being poor. To be specific, every "cool" fight I experienced was ruined by my ability to avoid the boss or whatever monster by getting into a small area they cannot reach or even perceive me which I then proceed to enjoy the least immersive fighting of my gaming life where I shoot a hunting rifle until I'm out of ammo into a monster twice my level's head.

It didn't take me long to give up on this game, I have an insane amount of hours from fallout 3 to 4, especially 4, and what killed this experience for me was some stupid golf course riddled with ghouls which are one of the few mobs that drop no ammo but somehow make you waste an immense amount and so I eventually just couldn't deal with the grind of killing them with absolutely no loot reward while wasting my resources consistently trying to avoid the fight entirely.

I'll be honest I quit on this game early, but holy jesus... the quality is just nonexistent. This is a game for people who want to roam around and enjoy the atmosphere with no care for lack of immersion (to each their own). After fallout 4 and its beautiful community of mods I was spoiled with high expectations but this game didn't even meet the lowest expectations. This is no doubt a flop and my first actual review... ever... I made this account just to stress my disappointment with a franchise I loved. Not to mention the severe inability of bethesda to properly support their community.... seriously, you can't change your username without making a new account.. I even wrote to them and explained why I needed a new account name.. but that was unreasonable apparently.

If you want to enjoy fallout go back to fallout 4 and just mess around with different mods that bethesda doesn't even sufficiently support. It doesn't deserve a 0 because it would likely be an amazing game without the massive amount of glitching... like how am I supposed to enjoy fighting a dude phased through a wall.. or frozen in t-pose and not even shooting? But again, the atmosphere is fairly beautiful and walking through the game is absolutely enjoyable until you are completely disappointed by the garbage fighting that takes place again and again, assuring you that it isn't something you can ignore and push away just because you love the franchise.. at least I couldn't and I almost always side with the franchise giving them the benefit of the doubt... but I just couldn't ignore it for this game.

    Sorry Bethesda,

    You botched this... obviously.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I played Fallout 3, New Vegas and Fallout 4 they all had stories, some had better ones some less good ones. My point is that the "story" in Fallout 76 isn't really existing. I had no desire of following it.
Then there are the many bugs i already had, and that even after the game finished beta which is there to find the bugs and get them out of teh game, but even after the beta ita had more bugs than Skyrim and Fallout 4 together. I liked the online feature which is the only reason I gave it any points at all but after about 20 hours of playtime I got a bug which kicked me out of every friends list and I couldn't even send my friends a friend request to get them back on my list/to get me on their friends list again. At this point I lost all hope in this game and stopped playing it after a last hour of playtime. There was no interesting story to follow without friends and there was no fun with friends.
I think Bethesda can do much better than that, shame on you Bethesda.

This game for me is the definition of bad. I really can't put it any other way, from the gameplay to the world almost everything finds a way to get under the player's skin and infuriate them. Here are some of those things that stuck out and ultimately destroyed my experience:

Deserted wasteland- The world itself is actually pretty good with plenty of unique places to go and explore, but it seems like Bethesda went for quantity over quality. Nearly every location is empty and void to any life. There are holo tapes and notes that go over the location's past, but each location on the map feels identical just with a new coat of paint.

Gameplay- It's the worst. Each gun feels the same with semi-auto being the only real choice because of scarce ammo and the fact they do far more damage. You can only run for 10 seconds before you have to slow down. There are some cool enemies to fight, but you won't be fighting them because the game wants you to fight either the scorch, robots, feral ghouls, or super mutants, all of which are the same. There is honestly no redeeming qualities for the gameplay.

The story and how it's told - The story is really weak. It has something to do with scorch(zombies), but that is all I could make of it. It's told in really boring holo tapes and computer screens and only those.

The inventory - This is going to be hard to explain, but basically, for every hour of play you need to spend 5 minutes looking at a horrible UI trying to optimize your carry capacity. 5 minutes might not sound like a lot, but it slowly becomes harder as the game expects you to carry at least twice what you can normally carry.

Overall: should you buy this game? No, even if you are someone that really enjoys these types of games, do not buy this game right now. There has already been a 20$ price reduction and currently, the game isn't that stable. If the game drops to 20$ and is bug-free, I still wouldn't recommend this game; but at that point, it's up to you. Just keep in mind Bethesda is not allowing for refunds.

TL;DR: From the anti-intuitive keybindings, over loss of progress due to bad game design decisions, over menu design from the times of text adventures, to visual effects like shadows and lighting as well as an AI that were better in Half-Life 2 from 15 years ago, it seems Bethesda wanted to re-invent the wheel at every turn. And when they decided to borrow ideas from other actual MMOs (F76TL;DR: From the anti-intuitive keybindings, over loss of progress due to bad game design decisions, over menu design from the times of text adventures, to visual effects like shadows and lighting as well as an AI that were better in Half-Life 2 from 15 years ago, it seems Bethesda wanted to re-invent the wheel at every turn. And when they decided to borrow ideas from other actual MMOs (F76 is not an MMO), they took the worst possible way to solve problems they themselves created.

After the first hour ingame, I already want to punch the persons responsible for these horribe - and as my friend so fittingly put it, anti-intuitive - key bindings. Why does "Tab" sometimes bring up a menu, and close others, and is sometimes used to "accept" or "confirm" things, when at other times I have to "accept" or "use" something by pressing "E", or "Return", or clicking with my mouse, which can also be used to skip videos, but then again, this only works on some videos and others must be cancelled or skipped with "T".

Weapon and armor balance is all over the place. This works in a single player game, but seriously Bethesda, hire someone who can explain to you why your "damage resistance" model does not work when you want to have competitive weapons with different attack speeds.

While perfecting the appearance of a new character, the menus again are horribly designed. The whole instruction panel on the bottom, telling me what keys have what function, would land me 10k+ upvotes on r/CrappyDesign. There is a message ingame, after creating a character, that tells us we can go back to customizing our characters later on, I like that. But why don't you tell us in the very same way that we need to leave the vault to save our character in the first place. No, let's just delete your progress without any confirmation.

The whole combat system is clunky at best. The quests beyond the story consist of barely more than kill and collect. And the actual story is delivered via text terminals; I don't need a 3D video game to play a text adventure.

Lastly, I want to put the designers back to UX lession 1. Never, ever lose user input. And if the program is about to delete user input, ask the user first, or provide some way to undo that action.

I did play the free trial week and tried to find any trace of enjoyment. The two points are not for the game as it is now, but for the idea of what it could be, if Bethesda took it offline, reworked design decisions, licensed an engine that can actually handle what they want to accomplish, and re-released a new version two years later.

    >TL;DR The world would have been a better place if F76 didn't exist.

F76 and F4 were being developed at the same time, F4 was clearly the favored child and it shows. F76 feels as though it was trying to be an answer to bringing Fallout players together, but it was done in a way nobody in the community wanted with a huge amount of assumptions on the dev teams part. The world was empty, and the catalyst that wanted to be the storyline was a lifeless excuse for a dynamic and capturing campaign. The campaign lies solely in reading, not just short entries, but pages and pages and pages worth of text.
A large part of the interaction within the game relies on people encountering each other, but still tries to let you see through the Fallout window. Yet there are no survivors or NPCs, only game modes and events to try and bring people to an area.
The overall graphics were a noticeable set back from F4, which is disappointing considering both were made at the same time. The gameplay mirrors what we know to be Fallout as closely as it can, but overall it felt rushed, short handed, and not very well thought out.

A change a while ago completly ruined the game for me tho. Enemies now scale with your level so there is not really any player progression. A low level will deal as much damage to an enemy as somebody with a higher level since the enemies scale to each player. When you get stronger over time the enemies in the same area get stronger aswell so there is not point for me to upgrade my character. The System before was way better, where enemies would have a certain fixed level in a specific area. I also prefered the perk system in Fallout 4 where you could unlock every single perk. It is a grind to unlock every perk, but this was another reason that kept me playing. Why couldnt they just make a Fallout with coop combatibility instead of an online Fallout. Im just gonna stick to the other Fallout entries for now. Expand

И знаешь, Геральт, порой бывает так, что Очень Большое Зло схватит тебя за горло и скажет: «Выбирай, братец, либо я, либо то, которое чуточку поменьше»

A monstrosity of a game that fails in almost every aspect it aims for. The only thing of any interest is the environment itself, and even in this case it lacks variety and contradicts the established feel of the Fallout universe. All in all it's not a good game as it is, and as a part of Fallout universe it's even worse then Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel. Let. That. Sink. in.

Been playing Fallout since 1997 and loved every title since.. until this one.
F76 is just not a Fallout game. It is a generic multilayer game we already have way too much of.
I still don't know what they where thinking.. why take a timeless and classic franchise as Fallout and ruin it with a cash grab like that... then again, kinda the same thing happened back then with Fallout Tactics.

That aside, just looking at it is for what it is... it is a mediocre multiplayer survival game, full of bugs and glitches. Nothing special!
No npcs, no story, no great characters, no great moments that stick with you for years, like we had in the "real" Fallout games!
Personally biggest disappointment this year.. but hey, I still have fun with the classic and newer Fallout titles.

Huge Fallout fan since Fallout 3. 76 takes all the things that were a bit of a pain but tolerable in the previous versions and made them awful and intolerable. Now, I have the runs from dysentery and I am starving from the parasites living in my GI and therefore spend all my time looking for food and water and crafting and camping and all the while I am not out doing any quests. I am at level 15 and am barely surviving. Wow, now that's realistic. The VATS no longer freezes or slows down time, because it is an online game. 76 has no NPCs, which is very disappointing. The graphics are okay but not as crisp and i would expect and I have a 4K monitor. I feel like i am in a bad movie hoping it will get better at some point only to be disappointed again and again.

Unfortunately there are more bad elements to the game than improvements. What I don't understand is how Bethesda came to the decision to take an amazing single player open world game and turn it into a 'P.O.S.' online game. I know is it just wishful thinking, but I want my money back!!!

Fallout 76 represents a big disappointment and the lowest point of the series so far. Riddled with bugs, repetitive and dull gameplay, nonexistent story and outdated graphics, it fails as a both multiplayer and singleplayer experience for fans and newcomers alike.

Miracles do happen once in a while and No Man’s Sky proved that sometimes it is possible to get back on your feet even after a terrible failure. Right now though Fallout 76 is botched spectacularly on so many levels that even talking about this game is a waste of time. [01/2019, p.46]

An unfinished game with bifurcated identity and in an almost dysfunctional state. It's hard to build on a bad base, that will never change. Like the war. [Issue#292]
