With excellent gameplay and atmospheric effects, tied together in a bundle of deeply intricate lore, fans of the series should not be disappointed.

If you have run out of things to do in the Commonwealth, or simply want to experience something with more variety and choice for the player, then Far Harbor will surely satisfy.

Far Harbor delivers, and if Bethesda continues to make DLC for Fallout 4 this is exactly what we want to see from them. A game with choices and emotion, built in a world that's chock-full of atmosphere and challenges, while still spinning a web of dark humor and happiness and telling a story of people struggling to survive in a world where survival is at best optional and at worst impossible.

Far Harbor offers an abundant amount of content and a fascinating and expansive new area to explore. This is the largest and best expansion for Fallout 4 this far.

Looking for that perfect escape from the daily grind of supermutants, synths, railroad activists, raiders, rust devils, and Brotherhood of Steel do-gooder types who parade around the post-apocalyptic Boston wasteland like they frigging own the place? Then welcome to Far Harbor, a lovely, picturesque, stupendously highly radioactive island off the coast of Maine.

Far Harbor is the best DLC ever released for Fallout 4. With its blend of traditional sci-fi and horror, this expansion rewrites the world of Fallout, with more than 12 hours of new content, a living and captivating new area to explore, and some intriguing characters to interact with.

For its new locations and weapons, the turbulent waters of Maine are a satisfying compliment to Fallout 4. But where Far Harbor succeeds in delivering more of the same great gameplay and oddball characters that made the main campaign such a joy, it can't muster an interesting story.

Favorite Thing: There's a lot to enjoy here. I most liked the story of the island's inhabitants.
Least Favorite Thing: Would have liked it to be a lot more difficult. It was a build of a cake-walk due to having already finished the game.

The reference material is strong in this one, past players will notice the similarities between DiMA and The Master and "will you join us or will you die" is even said. Worst part: **** the memory banks puzzle minigame. It's not challenging, it's just not fun. At all. It's buggy too, many player reports on the crappy AI on the little bug things you have to guide. Otherwise, great game. Expand

ItI remember the days of ‘Operation Anchorage’, ‘Mothership Zeta’, ‘Dead Money’, and ‘Old World Blues’. WTF happened? I loved this content. It allowed me to make choices, to immerse myself in the world of Fallout.

Dear Bethesda, stop hiring accountants and Wall-Street hacks to design your games. RUN THEM OFF! GET THE MONEY WH@RES OUT OF YOUR OFFICE! Games are made by artists, writers, people with talent. When you start listening to finance hacks, ‘Wall Street’ con-artists, you end up designing garbage that no one wants to buy. YOU MAKE LESS MONEY!

I’m all about capitalism, sorry socialists. The number one killer of innovation, and riches? The money guys who proclaim: We need recurring revenue! We want monthly payments from gamers! Charge as much as we can, spend as little as possible! Companies get rich by developing quality, they don’t chase trends, they listen to the artists, designers, smart writers, and the people with talent.

RIP Bethesda, you were great, but whor@d yourself out. I’m no longer a customer.
