    Game almost feels insulting, like it's designed to waste your time and take any fun you could possible have out of it. I realize that Blizzard is a sad shell of it's glory days, but this feels like the art team did it's best and they brought in a class of middle school kids to finish it. So many bugs, constantly, there's a chance it'll lock your PC up when you close it, constant lag andGame almost feels insulting, like it's designed to waste your time and take any fun you could possible have out of it. I realize that Blizzard is a sad shell of it's glory days, but this feels like the art team did it's best and they brought in a class of middle school kids to finish it. So many bugs, constantly, there's a chance it'll lock your PC up when you close it, constant lag and frame rate dropping, not to mention the balancing feels like none of them have ever actually played a game before. If you enjoyed it, or subjectively like it, that's fine, but I think objectively this is an unfinished mess that won't be worth even looking at for the next 9-12 months.… Expand

Yeah, the graphics may look all flashy and sht, but the class balance is a total trainwreck, endgame content is a snooze-fest, and they keep nerfing and fiddling with everything like it's their favorite pastime. Neither does the end game activities. Which are non-existent. Don't waste your time or money in this junk. Seasonal servers are a waste of time. They should just make the servers like WoW and ESO.     The first playthrough seems magical, the combat feels great, having a universal dodge is amazing. Getting your first legendary feels rewarding... . But after completing the game you start to see the cracks in the foundation.. You are thrown legendary drops left and right, they do not feel rewarding, 90% of rare drops are trash.     This is a completely empty soulless husk of a game and I would refund if I could.

    I played without doing any research, and actually enjoyed the game until level 70. Until the cardboard walls fell down and I realized that there was no possibility of an end game.     The game is so badly broken on a fundamental and foundational level, that the systems would need to be scrapped and redone entirely from the ground up for it to have any chance. No amount of patches or additional content will matter. Pile on the extra dev hires, it will only make things worse.

    First off, the level scaling is the biggest problem. I'll explain why these devs are so incompetent and clueless to what they have actually done. (we learned this mistake 11 years ago in Oblivion, right?)

    In Diablo 2, when you got a good rare or unique item, it would give you a rush of excitement. But it's not just because the item gave you a spike in power. It's because you were actually able to DO something with that power. You could take on greater challenges (higher level monsters) and be rewarded for that risk (with more exp, and higher level items and drops). What items could drop were actually tied to the MONSTER LEVEL, not the PLAYER LEVEL. Want a chance at a high level unique drop? Better be able to take on the challenge. This is completely stripped away in Diablo 4 and ruins the experience in every way.

    It just can't possibly feel immersive or rewarding when everything changes around you. No longer are you exploring a finite and carefully crafted fantasy world, separate from your character. Instead we get this kind of amorphous experience. Like a fever dream where everything changes around your character.

    The moment I saw a succubus at level 1. I knew there was something very, very wrong.
    Monsters are supposed to not only increase in level and stats, but also in increasingly complex and challenging mechanics. There is a reason why zombies are traditionally a low level monster. They are slow and stupid. There are no memorable zones or enemies in the game, it all just bleeds together into one big pile of disappointment. There is no replayability.

    There are certain systems that were carefully crafted by masters, and the devs really thought that they should innovate where it was already perfect. Foolish to say the least.

    The story is great from the trailers, but painfully cringe and lackluster in delivery. Where is the real struggle? Where is the emotion? It just feels emtpy. I was on Lillith's side the entire time and then forced to kill her. No epic cutscenes of her fighting Tyrael. Just garbage. The voice acting was well above average, but there were clear miscommunications between the script writers and VA's (line's being delivered in ways that don't match the writing). This is basic stuff, Blizzard.

    The graphics and combat are actually pretty good, that's why I give it a 2.

    I could go on and on forever, but many others have said these things so I'll end it here.

    The current devs should be ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED of themselves, and honestly just resign to save any self respect that they can cling onto. You are not game devs.

    I will never be giving Blizzard another cent of my money.

    2.承1所說的原則，最明顯的設計就是跟風開放世界，根本不適合Diablo。沒有記憶點的超大地圖，裡面塞了很多無意義的跳躍、攀爬點，一堆重複性超高又無聊的地下城、莉莉絲祭壇等等的地圖任務，這些並沒有有增加玩家對這個地區的記憶點，反而只是浪費了大量玩家的時間。
    3.遊戲的可玩性，大概10%的機制構築，90%的數值堆疊，從1等到100等，中間集體產生顯著質變的時機不會超過3次，這讓整個遊戲100等玩起來跟50等的時候並沒有差多少，而且再次的，為了延長遊戲的時間，弄了個自以為聰明的強度機制，讓機體質變的感覺更少。
    3.砍職業、砍傳奇、砍獨特、砍精英怪經驗、砍玩家單刷重置副本，基本上可以讓玩家爽、更快建構機體的方式，幾乎沒躲過暴雪的最高指導原則，直到第一賽季被玩家噴爛，才趕快弄個一如以往暴雪被炎上時會弄的營火晚會，安撫一下會改。

    其他還有太多太多沒提到的噁心內容，什麼遊戲會載入你遇到的所有玩家的倉庫內的物品，所以沒辦法讓玩家擁有太多頁的倉庫。這聽起來就是愚人節笑話的東西，但在D4就是真實的存在。
    如果你是曾經的暗黑粉絲，我希望各位能趕快抵制這遊戲，不要再讓暴雪賣情懷賣一個暗黑皮的垃圾遊戲；如果你沒接觸過暗黑系列作品，想從D4開始嘗試，相信我這會是最愚蠢的決定。    … Expand

    真的是玩到一半會覺得：「我到底玩了什麼東西？」的遊戲，內容非常的少、東西千篇一律，花式平衡，定價這麼高的遊戲，還賣一堆造型，連坐騎的操縱性都沒做好，完全不需要設計師道理有沒有玩遊戲，那是肯定沒有，奉勸還沒買的人，千萬別買。

Exploits that break the game further and further every passing week. Season 1 was the weakest, lamest attraction I've ever seen. Blizzard allowed 142 exploiters to keep exploited Uber Legendary/Unique Shakos. So they've already proven they don't follow their own ToS, which is "Cheating: Create, use, offer, promote, advertise, make available and/or distribute the following or assist therein:
    cheats; i.e. methods not expressly authorized by Blizzard (whether accomplished using hardware, software, a combination thereof, or otherwise), influencing and/or facilitating gameplay, including exploits of any in-game bugs, and thereby granting you and/or any other user an advantage over other players not using such method."    … Expand

    So what's the problem? I think it's the fact that blizzard has no development talent left. They allowed the game to launch with what were obviously placeholder values on skill damage, aspects, and etc... resulting in abysmal balance across the game. One class has uniques and aspects that all provide a benefit at the cost of some sort of damage nerf or downside (Sorcerer). Yet.. all other classes get the beneft, + another benefit or even more damage! Why? No reason, you simply choose that class and have a worse experience than everyone else. There's no excitement getting loot like unqieus when you know that they will simply make your character less fun or worse.

    They launched with exactly 1 pinnacle boss, enemies that can one shot you with no tells from offscreen, a defensive layer required by casters that simply does not work (with a promise to maybe fix it before season 2 possibly?), next to no variety for events and nearly no rewards for running them. In other words.. it's broken, unfinished, and there's no plans to address this in the short term.

    You know what does work though? The battle pass, the cash shop, all functioning ways to pay blizzard more money for giving you the video game equivalent of unbaked sourdough sprinkled with ground up crickets with the assurance that around February 2024 they might consider baking it for you.

    This isn't even getting into the comedy routines they call patches, where they give underperforming classes huge nerfs, globally nerf one of two working defense layers, make all the enemies harder, and then globally nerf more damage. Then they make new patches where they nerf the content to so that people can maybe start having fun playing the game again? What was the point of all that.

    They make only one bit of content give decent XP and rewards, nerf other content, and then can't fathom why the open world is empty and dead. They have seasons where they want to reset the economy in a game with no economy because you can only trade rares. They release chase items that have such a low drop rate they are effectively not in the game, but then don't allow them to be traded. If they accidently make these items reasonable to obtain, that can be fixed in 1 hour, but again resistances will take two seasons to fix! They made it so the game loads all items in all players stashes that are visible into memory despite no way to access that information and no way to trade for most of what's in there.

    This all points to Blizz being bereft of competent devs, vision, talent, and shows a complete lack of good faith towards releasing a fun and enjoyable game.

    My prediction? They will use the abysmal failure of D4 to state that "their fans simply don't want a mature PC based game" and will move 100% to mobile in the future.    … Expand

    Gear. Uber Uniques? Play the build you want to play? Everything is so linear yet somehow not linear. In Diablo 2 you could play any build you wanted and wear key uniques that were interchangeable based on desired effects. Shako, Vamp gaze, Arreat’s, rare tiara’s all had their place. Instead we get some vanilla stat pool locked gear we add affix’s too based on our build. What is this trash? How boring how unimaginably bland. Don’t forget you can’t trade it once you enchant or make it legendary

    End game. There is non. Primarily because we can’t trade so grinding loot for a marginal upgrade feels helpless. What’s the point. Gear is weak as it is. The paragon board far supersedes any marginal loot upgrades. When we could trade we would farm Pindle, Meph, Trav and etc. for hours because we could create wealth. Here we grind for hours with no chance of a piece of gear we can trade for wealth and spend our gold on ridiculous re-enchantment cost. Which one of you played this and thought it was fun?

    Who thought not letting us re-kill bosses from the story was a good idea?

    Our core abilities do damage but our basic skills are useless. Why should I boringly spam left click to build energy. Fun games have left click as a big single damage and right click for some big aoe. Once again, did the people making this game play games or were they n00bs who casually played and got a job making games instead of being passionate about good game play.

    Mob density. I constantly find my self just not even wanting to engage in combat while running around. A pack of 5 mobs with no elite. Oh boy what a treasure!! The exp for non elites is trash. Why should I kill them. They are blocking my way forward. Maybe if there was 20 I would kill them so I would at least feel good killing them and there was enough there for at least a small chance of an ancestral. Who sat there and made these then tested it and thought ohhh boy it was fun killing those?

    Mounts. Once again who tested that mount and said to themselves mannnn this mount is fluid brah. This feels so good lemme hit my turbo and get stuck on a twig. Whoever designed this should be fired! Oh thanks for adding the special abilities to them that are a steaming pile of lizard skat. Someone actually wasted development time on those?

    Everything I’ve said has been said before. Yet somehow the development staff turns a blind eye to it. Then we have these campfire brain cookouts! All we get is deflection from what looks like a bunch of virtue signaling n00bs talking about 80% of stuff no one cares about. Just looking at your half baked corn nibblers makes me not want to play your game. I feel like the ego’s of these people are what ruined it. They thought they could reinvent the wheel because they’ve told themselves in the mirror every morning they know gaming. No you don’t. Make the game you’re told to made we are the customer. Le système des palier ou plus ont monte moins on a de bon stuff il y a juste la difficulté qui est augmenté mais le système des rewards est complément POURRIE. Jeux très REDONDANT. Nous faisons très vite le tours. A part l'effort de graphisme rien de ouf. Nous pouvons faire des worlds boss, des helltides ou des donjons c'est toujoursCe jeux m'a couté 90€ pour une expérience full beugué. Le système des palier ou plus ont monte moins on a de bon stuff il y a juste la difficulté qui est augmenté mais le système des rewards est complément POURRIE. Jeux très REDONDANT.     Below average game, the first open beta was good, but then it just goes downhill on live. Nothing new or exciting compare to the open beta. All 5 areas are the same, repetitive, boring. The classes & skill sets are good but the visuals are just plain dumb. The mount control is clunky, I hate it. The bosses & the dungeons are just boring.... endgame is virtually non-existence.

Like this time Rogue was patched and was not notified. I'm really disappointed with this Diablo 4, I probably won't play this game again, and I won't recommend my friends to play this game again. In the past, you were very good at makingI love Diablo but apart from Diablo 4, the update direction is completely wrong, these updates don't make the game more fun, it just keeps getting worse. Like this time Rogue was patched and was not notified. I'm really disappointed with this Diablo 4, I probably won't play this game again, and I won't recommend my friends to play this game again.     After leveling each class to 50 and 2 Necromancers to 100 and season to 90. I can say I was used against my will to beta test a clearly unfinished game. 1.1.1 was the last chance they had. Massive game breaking bugs still persist, VRAM issues, wrong tooltips. This is unacceptable. I feel scammed.

    Diablo IV removes the fun from the Diablo series. I started playing Diablo when released in the late 90s and have played every version of the game since. And this one is such a drastic change from the series, not in a good way. First, it feels like an absolute grind fest for everything I do. Anyhow, the game ends up being fun for a short time, like an hour, maybe two, then turns into pure frustration and aggravation quickly when I start getting chain CC'd and killed or 1 shotted by something that was off the screen, and I can't even see. I mean, what masochist came up with this idea?… Expand

    Lacking fun bosses.
    The endgame is almost non-existent unless you very like mindless grinding.
    Not worth the money at the moment.

    P.S. Never thought I'd say this but Diablo Immortal at its current state is more enjoyable than D4.

    The Good: - Its a Diablo III reskin - "same" gameplay with different skills and bonuses. Its fun, I put in over 80 hours, so I paid approximately $1.00/hr for fun. I may return in a couple of seasons, so my value goes up. - I thoroughly enjoyed season one... "The Barber", nuf said. The Bad: - At about    TLDR: Its a Diablo III reskin with scantly more depth. Wait till on sale.

    - Legendaries and Ancestrals need a name change to Powerball and MegaMillions. You have to go through 100's of them to find something to tolerate.
    - There is a LOT of stuff that is unexplained by the game. You must go find Youtubers to teach you otherwise you end up with 20 levels after you unlocked it, you will find things like the 's' button is a key part of a build or that power level, except for 700 and above, means nothing at all or that... list could go on for four or five paragraphs.
    - Only two or three side quests have characters and stories that are worth reading, and while we are at it (finger pointed at the whole industry), I am the most powerful wizard in the world...I defeated what heaven couldn't and your idea of great side quests are make them an errand boy *sigh*. If unlocking paragon points wasn't attached to them, I would never look at them again, as they don't effect jack.
    - Microtransactions, although not nearly as bad as 3 was in the beginning, if you want it, one complete outfit can cost you as much as the game.
    - If you don't pay for the season, your playability will be very limited.

    The Ugly
    - My biggest beef with Diablo IV is that in eleven years of development only this much got done? I expected more than a reskin with new skills which makes Diablo IV an eleven year old "Madden" game. You know the one, where EA updates a roster, adds a couple words and charges $70 every year. It took Blizzard 11 years to do what EA does every year.
    - Multiiplayer is super lacking. No hopping into random "Riifts" or interacting at all, in fact, when you see someone cross your path, you end up going the other way because it hurts you. My question is, what's the point of clans or being online-all-the-time if there is no good way to interact (other than emote "look" five million times). I joined two separate clans and unless you Discord, there is no simple way to hang out and join parties. Again, a D3 reskin.
    -Im old, I have seen and played all four iterations of Diablo on day one. If you look at the base, you will see a trend of most saying D2 was the best iteration, and with that I agree. Why is it we keep getting further from the best iteration rather than build upon that one?     Very big game, but after you level your 1st character at 60 or so, there's not much to do, you just run the same dungeons over and over. In theory there should be multiple builds for each character, but the internal balance is poor.

    Add to that the constant nerfing patches and the annoying server problems and it's a very sub-par experience.

The game will die so quick thanks to this reasons. Its better to focus on how it feels to play RIGHT NOW with QUICK updates and not how it feels to play in 1 year.     The game is very shallow, itemization is garbage, post level 70, you keep playing for hours and hours and you get zero upgrade (there is nothing to upgrade). Need to make the game more deep, add more things that could excite the players.
    Things as simple as "occasionally drop a free reroll from elites of bosses" could help.

    Played Druid and the struggle was real but didn't really accept it. Thought it was myself that was not focus on the build.

    The season came and change to Barb and had all the same experience. The struggle for continuing was so lame.
    Changed to Rogue and the fun really began. But at this time, I've had so much struggle of feeling strong and powerful I just lost all the joy in it.

    The itemization is a catastrophe, the farming for upgrading your gear is even worse.

    The gold you loot is so low that the only way to get gold is to sell items but then you lack mats. So you instead salvage the gear but then you lack gold. The hamster wheel of this is so bad. And if you imprint gear it transforms into a legendary, but the gear itself is not, just the color. So if you salvage the imprinted gear, it's just regular yellow. Might be getting legendary mats when salvage but I guess not.

    I bought the game coz the beta was looking atleast promising, sadly the game i still in a alpha state. The game gets 1 point for graphics and the combatsystem which doesnt feel atleast terrible. All the rest is made to keep you slow, no quality of life at all, bugs which are existing since the beta... just no fun at all.

    This game could be good. It could be, if it had competent developers that knew anything about how to make an ARPG, let alone even played one. It would also need a competent management team that were interested in anything but egregious monetization practices and fleecing the customer out of every nickle and dime that they bring home with overpriced cosmetics that cost more than some far superior full feature games. It would also need to be made by a company that was worth a plugged nickle and had some standards of decency and moral fiber.

    The core game loop is there, and it is somewhat fun, if not repetitive. Basic quality of life features that should be present from launch are absent (but hey, the microtransaction store works, and got fixed before anything else did...) the lack of understanding how their own game works, and a seemingly unable to fix something without breaking something else. Not to mention nerfing the living **** out of several classes after people had spent a serious time commitment to get the top first world 100's, then wrecking that commitment. So on and so forth. There is not enough storage, and the morons developing the game can't add more, supposedly because the game loads in all of the stash tabs of all the people around you. I think this is a bald face lie, as why would you make this design decision as a developer? It isn't logical, it severs no purpose, and is just idiotic. I don't know why they won't add more, but it is bad. I don't think they are capable of figuring out their own program, because they are incompetent and have a lackadaisical knowledge of there own game. This is what happens when you hire based off of qualities to fill a certain quota for a certain type of people, and don't hire passions and talent. It shows in this game, it is designed to waste your time, and it shows. Junkyard conflagration bad.

    Why no gem storage separate of your other storage? Why such a low limit on crafting stuff at launch? Why no loot filter? Why do resistances not work? Why are Overpower, Crit and Vulnerability so powerful, and the other stats are just kinda junk? Why is there no basic stats on all gear, like in D3 (like life and Will/Dex/Str? These are basic questions that should have been figured out before launch, not now. Why so many worthless stats? Why so many stats? Over 75% of them could be eliminated and nobody would notices.

    The campaign is OK, story is OK, but man, that little turd Neyrelle kinda ruins the whole thing. End game is bad. Like do the same thing over and over and over and over, and once you get past a certain point, it feels like you don't really get any upgrades, and get random **** that doesn't really do anything but make you say WTF? Killing mobs at your level or higher, only to have them drop a **** legendary that is 20 or 30 levels lower. Getting an outstanding build defining unique or legendary, only to have it be bad, because it is 30 levels lower and has garbage stats. And rerolling? You can afford to do it once.. Don't try and trade it, else you'll get banned, as you have no way of knowing if the dude you are trading with has dirty exploited gold or not

    Long and short of it is Overpriced garbage , Bad game, designed by incompetent dev clowns, Bozo and crew could've done better. Bad company that supports bad practices, and that leads to a **** product that you'd be better off not purchasing, saving your time and money for some else that respects your time and money, and this **** product isn't it.    … Expand

    While the cut scenes are the strongest that Diablo has ever had, with the best or most voice acting, this Diablo has the worst world building there has ever been.

    There are very few types of enemies, and half of them are just recolorations/reskins of another type of enemy. At various points, without any explanation, in a new area, you're fighting enemies without any knowledge of whom they are. They lightest touch as to any explanation as to whom they might be often comes from some side quest that might come way later, or hard to find.

    Even more obnoxiously, when you are attempting to do dungeons extraneous to the primary storyline, which is considered the "end game content", which is what Blizzard is all about... Blizzard tools all their games purely for end game content, not for much else. The enemies that were actually described, The Cathedral, and the Mother's Cult are mortal enemies and frequently fight you alongside each other.

    While you are in the storyline fighting for the Cathedral you just randomly start killing Cathedral long before you get anywhere near any explanation for why the 2 color skins of their armies would be against you, saints and penitents.

    Basically, everything to do with environmental immersion is non-existent in a way I've never seen so broken in a loot box type game.

    Destiny, every prior Diablo, every mobile phone game with 0 thought put into them except casino addition exploitation and microtransactions that now Blizzard is desperately trying to participate in, every Borderlands has far better immersion and explanation of enemies, your place in the world.

    So the gameplay feels nonsensical. You're just hammering pixels for no apparent reason other than to pinata things. At least every other comparable title (which is 20 dollars cheaper and looks better and does not rubberband constantly) gives you a solid reason why for each enemy, rather than just slamming out there just to slam out there. It's like Blizzard just got exceptionally lazy and assumed no one cared about their world building, they would be satisfied with the story and everything else in the world didn't actually matter to be cohesive in any function.

    Then there is the microtransactions. The battlepasses. The microtransactions are the most expensive I've seen before, and there is absolutely no way to gain anything through effort in the shops unlike in... every other game out there. If you want things for free, get into WoW and farm 100 hours of your life for 15 to 30 bucks if people are still buying and selling WoW currency. Not worth the time or effort. And Blizzard is NOT worth your money. Especially with how they are trashing Larian Studios for delivering such an exceptional game with total exquisite immersion.

    A Battlepass, Blizzard has the worst battlepass I have ever seen. They only give 666 currency accessible only through purchasing premium for 1,000 which their battlepasses cost 1000 or 2800. You can not get the currency, you only get an awful looking basic xmog and some urn ashes to marginally increase resource drops from trash farming. It's terrible. Everything in the shop is worth absurd amounts and is barely visible except mounts.

    A ridiculous amount of people have huge grievances with the above. I give the game 2 stars because the main story is well done, the cinematics are well done, but the entirety of the world and the immersion of the game breaks halfway through. And the end game, post story is... unrewarding, extremely easy, and just undlessly grinding and repetitive.

    To be in torment, hitting the same content, doing 20 nightmare dungeons, and maybe, just maybe, get 1 item to consider to switch out because nothing ever drops over 800. They changed how loot drops in relation to the cache apparently, which made it even harder to get good unique items, lowered power levels drops, and just basically I've been using the same items from level 60 to 91. Probably some 60 to 100 hours of play with averaging 1 decent drop every 5 hours that still trashes out. Just very unrewarding.    … Expand

The balance team doesnt know wtf they're doing, with wide sweeping nerfs and justification that makes absolutely zero sense.
    Diablo 3 is better and I didnt think that was possible.

    - NM dungeons. Okay Blizzard, we get it that you want us to farm those. But the thing is, they kinda suck and are not fun. Resource Burn? Seriously? Stormbanes Wrath? Lightning Dome? In what world did you think this was fun? They aren't fun. They're the opposite of fun. In fact, despite that I've done hundreds of NM dungeons, honestly they are just not as good as Greater Rifts. D3 was better in this way.

    - What's with the pointless puzzles? I don't need the menial task of clicking 2 levers next to spikes that do 0 damage, over and over and over again. Just why?

    - Every dungeon feels flat. No depth, no stairs, no secret cow level or pony level awaiting us. Same stupid fight, every time only they have some obnoxious modifier that just isn't fun at all.

    - Everything about how the horse moves pisses me off. Gets stuck on everything, can't sprint in towns.

    - Inventory management is pure garbage and needs an entire rework. I'm not even going to harp on this because there are others here that have posted amazing suggestions. The entire aspect system is awful. I love the idea of an upgraded codex system that doesn't steal inventory space. I have 7 mules just to hold gear on 2 characters. Most of the aspects have like 1% difference in their stats, so pointless and frustrating.    … Expand

    I've played every Diablo title extensively. The failure of this game tops even Diablo 3, because of the incredible company-wide amnesia led them to make all the exact same mistakes. Boring, lonely, restrictive. It'll be worth looking at again in 5 years when they desperately try to save face a la D3.

I hate that gaming has come to **** I will not be buying any more games from Blizzard. The most recent patch nerfed XP so they could sell you XP boost for season 1. Pay to win at its finest.

    Game is either an unfinished and bland RPG or a really bad ARPG missing most of the mechanics and features that at this point should just be standard (skill customization, loot filter, solid itemization etc).

Im playng since they released it Offizial, and its like there is no Items to play arround with just the first drops where Good and now no Good Items in Days, Weeks.     The most un-fun ARPG in existance.Low mob density because their awful servers can handle more, and even then continue to lag out constantly. Some classes speed clearing endgame while others can barely handle enemies of the same level. Awful and restricitive class balance and design. Everyone should had known better after they canceled OW2. Blizzard is long gone.

    blizzard is nerfing everything you do, so you take longer to reach lower peaks of character build potential. your damage    preordered the game, and i've been playing since day 1 of early release... leveled up one character to 90+ in 3 weeks. so i can confidently say i am not a casual player of this game, Latest patch notes have been slaps to the face as a player expecting the new season.

    blizzard is nerfing everything you do, so you take longer to reach lower peaks of character build potential. your damage gets gutted, your durability gets gutted, items with drops rate so rare you're literally more likely to win the lottery get added. your leveling gets slower, powerleveling gets outright deleted.

    the good of the first season? nothing... they even doubled the time it takes for you to recall back to base. just so you stare at the loading bar while you contemplate why even bother with this game.

    is the game good? yeah, kinda.
    is the game fun to play? yeah, kinda
    are the systems of the game good and user friendly? HELL F'ING NOT...

    if blizzard does not pull back the patch, and heavily tune numbers, they are not seeing my dollaroos on the battlepass, or my account online for that matter.    … Expand

On top of that at level 100 I’m still wearing lvl 60 item above many (all except 1 below 100, most sub 90) because the stats just rolled well with decent item power. Can you bind ilvl and stats to nightmare dung level ? Currently there is no point of pushing nightmare dungs at all. You just try to farm items wherever, in fact just yesterday I got an upgrade from a normal dung when boosting a friend, I was farming nd+ 50-90 for quite a while got 1 upgrade post 100. There is literally no point other than do whatever you like and try to beat nd+ 100 for the achievement. Don’t sweat with too hight nd+ it doesn’t benefit you at all.

    storage space is a joke - making mules is great becasue additional storage boxes have to be added in a season or be payed for right ? How much kb’s such a storage may take to limit it to 3… come on. On top of that you added new kind of gem and more aspects that we don’t have the space for anyway

    Every build on every class just feels like a worse d3 version. I want to make an uber killer that will wreck everything if you grind long enough in the meantime regardless of class it just doesn’t feel like that ever. Barb ww or hota is nothing like barb in d3 rogue is so much worse than dh, necro is… who even knows what necro is, druid is a tanky mage and mage is just a scholar… and you keep nerfin any fun build and make it non viable

    Talent respec - you literally discourage respecs, it costs A LOT to respec, and getting gear/rerolling for main spec takes ages and then we want to check other options… Can we get the drawer option back alrdy ? It can cost w/e just bring it back

    Aspects are just done wrong, another RNG put on top of an RNG, enough said

    Alts/twinks - seriously after speending like 150-200 hours to farm to 100, I have to level AGAIN from 0 to 50 and then keep running after someone to have this 1/10 of a d3 taxi experience ? OK taxi in d3 was way to powerfull but if I have friends that are willing to lvl my alt what’s the big deal to not let us do that, that brings us to another point… and you then nerf exp gained. Have you even checked how many people got to 100 because I haven’t seen that many ?

    Party and exp range - do we literally have to keep running after each other holding hands like we’re in some cult ? The moment someone wonders to another branch buff breaks. What is the point of that ? And you further discourage playing with someone by adding more HP to monster while in a party !

    No filter on items - do I have to keep an excel sheet for my stash and later on twinks to know where is what aspect ? You had it figured out in d3 pretty much and we go back now to no filters what the hell ?

    Elemental res - this one is just a filler and waste of space, please just make it all res + or get rid of it at all, no one is doing any res gear, especially with this randomized rolls

    World bosses and most events just doesn’t have any sense. You walk in clear, or gather ashes just to get some resources because good drops are not an option for sure

    Rerolling aspects - can we get the roll table back, or at least have it randomized not to have the same 2-3 affixes being rolled back and forth that is in the end preveneting in getting anything good ?

    Unique - thank god they at least have more value so I can get more gold out of it for my respecs… because 98/100 uniques are just not for me or any meta build that I want to push dungs with, and the new uniques bring little to nothing to the table

    Shared stash - what is the point of sharing items if they are lvl bound so I can’t actually give any of those to other chars unless I level them to 60/80 ?

    End game - that one is just horrible. I got all of my glyph for any builds I want to test to max level even before 100. There is no progression after hitting max level excluding item progression that is bad as I mentioned earlier.    … Expand

    I feel robbed. The artwork makes you think you are about to play a Diablo game. You are not. This is a boring slogfest, plagued with lag issues and terrible design choices. I can't think of a game company that has fallen more than Blizzard. I wish I could have my money back.

My druid which was once a powerhouse that could beat monsters 12 lvls above itself now lays on the ground dieing every 2 seconds all other classes have been broken and every build is a glass Cannon by now Blizzard just wants players to grind their game longer but nerfing everything to oblivion is not the best way to achieve that quite the opposite actually. Blizzard once again proofs they are out of touch with the people buying their games. You're forced to run tedious activities that have only gotten worse with each patch. Character progression in the end game is tied to generic gear drops where there's a bunch of different pieces of Armour in each slot but they all receive the same attributes and stat ranges. No variance in the gear leads to both rare and legendary items being the exact same. There's about 1 good unique for each class and the rest are uniquely useless out side of the uber uniques. Uber uniques are the mythical items that the community are told exist, but you would have to play for thousands of hours just to find someone wearing one that they got legitimately. Blizzard for the other 99.99% of players, uber uniques only exist in screenshots. I'll never understand why half of the usable uniques were cut out of the game.

    One huge reason for diablo's success has been its loot systems that were based around Magic find. Unfortunately in DIablo 4 the gear has only gotten worse since the game's release. A big reason loot is terrible is because blizzard decided to move stats off of gear and put it into the paragon system. This has resulted in loot becoming substantially worse in Diablo 4, so much so that if you turn off damage number and swap gear you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Moving stats from gear to paragon has effectively turn MFing into garbage picking. You spend more time looking through the trash you picked up doing doing a NMD than it takes to do the dungeon.

    tl;dr The game's loot system may just be the worst loot I've seen in an ARPG. It has become tedious to even look at loot in the game because it's so bad. Gear upgrades become small fast around level 70 and after that each paragon point begins to give more of a bonus than you would expect on a gear slot upgrade. Considering you get a paragon point ever 25% of a level, it makes looting feel worthless. Paragon points are not exciting. 70-100 takes a LONG time solo, which has only been made worse by experience and damage nerfs. You're going to receive 80+% of loot you in between 70-100. Having to look through 10-20 loot pulls to find a slot upgrade at level 70 is a nightmare when you know the upgrade is less than a paragon point. SMFH    … Expand

    While the future of the game is anyone’s guess, at present Diablo IV is a solid, but strangely unambitious take that fails to bring much new to the table. By the end of my travels, I was more than willing to put it down and take a break — somewhere amongst all the grinding, Diablo IV had unfortunately ground me down as well.
