Absolutely AMAZING . Pay no attention to the low user score created by people butthurt that they had to wait for an hour on launch day to log in. Everything I expected it to be and more.

Nothing new in this game, its very very easy, simple point and click and that's about it. You will spend most of your time actually trying to get logged into the game even for single player!
Most disappointed I've ever been with a game, played it for 3 days now and I'm tired of it.

No, the game isn't as horrible as people make it out to be, but it's still the most disappointing Blizzard title to date. I recommend it to people who are head over heels in love with the Diablo series but nobody else.

The game has plenty of great details, such as the fantastic-looking environments and animations despite the outdated graphics engine. The gameplay is fun, but it gets tedious very quickly -- Normal / Nightmare difficulties are way too easy, and Hell / Inferno are nothing more than inflated difficulty (insanely high HP/Damage) that require you to grind for better gear. The only new enemies you fight are ones that have gimmick abilities you must dodge (like of like a mario party minigame) and aren't actually any more difficult AI-wise. Really, they could have done a lot more in the 6+ years of development.

My issues with the game seem to be endless at times. The always-online DRM, the constant server problems and lag, frame-drops (my computer can handle most games at maxed GFX, but I still get frame-drops in Diablo 3), no PvP on launch, and I digress. One of my biggest complaints is that the auction house is a miserable excuse for a way to exchange items between players; with clunky searching options, maximum of 10 auctions at a time, and you cannot take items down once you've put them up -- so they are stuck there for 2 days unless they sell. So all in all, not the worst purchase I've ever made, but it's definitely one of the biggest let-downs.

They make us wait 10 years!? only to produce this hollow sover-simplified piece of crap, it doesn't compare to the 2nd game and they brought it out in only a few years. All they had to do was take the Diablo 2 engine update the graphics a little, write the finish for the story and it would have been Game of the year 2005. Always-online DRM is not an option for me, with my horrible isp.

The curious case of Diablo 3. Often it doesn't even works. When it works, it's not that great. Other games, they say "more of the same". Diablo, the say "Hey it's Diablo". No. It's less of the same.

This game is definitely what I had expected a Diablo sequel should be. I love the character abilities (playing mostly monk atm) and I love just how the overall game plays. I for one am happy for the removal of stamina, skill trees, and shared loot. It has made the game a much more enjoyable experience with out the grief or hassle of those systems.

The only reason why I rate this a 9 out

The only reason why I rate this a 9 out of 10 is because I encountered a couple server hiccups that caused me to not play for a few hours. Although this will become less and less in the future, it is the only thing hindering this near perfect launch.

The game itself is a mess. Writing is beyond terrible, plot is predictable, no immersion, itemization is poor and created to force you to use the auction house. Game is incredibly easy and scripted bosses have absolutely no change in their AI or move sets in the higher difficulties. Game is also very short. Did I mention the always online-DRM?

There's pretty much no redeeming quality to this game.

Personally, I have no problem w/ it, Blizzard has every right to ensure they get paid for the product they created, and I would MUCH rather have this system than deal w/ all the cheaters that were in D2. As far as the game itself, I'm really enjoying it. They took the things that made Diablo 2 the great game that it was, removed all the erroneous bits that wasted peoples time and caused serious aggravation, and the resulting product is a game that is VERY fun to play that I look forward to playing for many, many hours. The graphics, while not breath-taking, are decent enough while still ensuring people w/ older and lower-end PC's can still play it. The gameplay is virtually the same that we all loved in D2, the ONLY difference is they took out the parts that weren't needed, and that I agree with (although a lot of people don't seem to). What they did, and what a lot of people aren't happy about, is they removed the stat allocation, which lets be honest, was pointless anyway b/c everyone knew what the best stats were, and ONLY put them there. The new stat system gives you the most points where your class needs them, and a few in the rest, it works well. The same w/ the talent-trees, they weren't really necessary b/c every class only had two viable builds anyway, which meant only a handful of available talents got used. The talent-trees were replaced w/ a Rune system, where each class has a bunch of skills to choose from, and then each skill has "runes" which are used to customize, and change how the skill works, and what it does. It's really not as "dumbed down" as people say, and honestly the only people that say that seem to be ones that haven't played the game, or played it without really giving it a chance.

TLDR/To sum it all up, the game is A LOT of FUN. If you even remotely enjoyed Diablo 2, Titan Quest, Torchlight, or any of the other ARPG's, do yourself a big favor and don't buy into all the hate out there and try the game out for yourself.

The server management (even expected though) is a joke... i had issues every single day since release. Also entire game elements don't really work properly. The auction house must have been developed by a genius - its bugged, has incredible stupid layout and most annoying - can't be accessed while ingame.

Worst of all is the itemisation. 99% of your loot is crap. You are forced to buy items on the auction house. Without them you simple stand no chance on inferno mode. I suppose thats how Blizzard wants to rob the customers money in near future instead of letting them pay monthly fees. (Yes you pay incredible high taxes on auctions which go directly into their purse)
Leveling the artisans seems to be also a waste of gold. Prices are ridiculously high and the results of your effort is simply not worth it - better buy on the a.h.

I have to admit the gameplay is relatively good. Playing with friends still is fun - but simply not fun enough. Game difficulty is defined by random enemy attributes which can vary from freeloot to impossible. That factor has a high potential of frustration because from a certain point on your progress dos not depend on your skill anymore - its simply luck and gear. That would be okay - has been with D2 too but not if all (yes ALL) items are randomly created by the game. So you might imagine how frustrating it will be when you find a barbarian set item with stats like intelligence and dexterity. I mean how stupid can it be?

At the begining i loved to play this game (so far as i was able to because of server restrictions) but with every day i beginn to dislike it more and more. I miss so many elements of Diablo 2 i just can't understand how Blizzard failed so greatly. The game is simply not finished after a ridiculously long development time. I don't even mind the outdated graphics (which are really **** outdated).

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I have been playing Blizzard games since Warcraft 1 and was absolutely fascinated by Diablo when it was first released all those years ago. My Warrior and Sorcerer were unstoppable in the pits of Hell. I looked forward to the weekends when I could play until my eyes practically bled (10 - 15 hours a day). Diablo 2 came out and for the most part was a great successor in the mighty Diablo franchise. With the addition of multiplayer, new graphics, more choices, etc the game made it worth your time to sink hours and hours into it. I will say that Diablo 2 will never be as good as Diablo 1 as far as ingenuity and fun factor, however Diablo 2 did take a lot of what made the first one so great and either keep it or attempt to expand on it.
Now, on to Diablo 3.. this game takes everything that the original had, laughs at it, spits on it, and runs away as fast as it can. The first big cripple to this once mighty franchise is the lack of customization of skill points. While I can appreciate the need to simplify a game or make it more approachable, it doesn't need to be THAT simple. Customization should be a key thing in an RPG and not being able to select where my skill points goes is a major negative. Let's look at the abilities side of things. While I appreciate the simplistic approach I again have to disagree with it's execution. Basically, (literally basic) you level up, you get a new ability every few levels (like an RPG should do), but the new method of "customizing" is based on runes that open at different levels. No more finding scolls or tomes to make that Fireball cooler or having a rare skill set hidden somewhere in the depths of the Inferno of Act 4 rewarding only the most stalwart of players. Nope, we just get to pansy along and at each level we're rewarded. Fine. I'm still in, just because I want to see Diablo die to my blade. BUT, I ASK YOU THIS ONE QUESTION. WHAT'S THE POINT OF CONTINUING ON INTO NIGHTMARE, HELL, OR INFERNO MODE if you basically get to see all the skills by level 35? Yes, I agree that there is some variation, but there's no real "omg I need to move forward into these harder modes to get more spells or abilities" motivation. I liked leveling up my fireball or my ice orb and making it more rock star as I got farther in. I liked being able to put points into things to customize my character. Ever have a Firewall sorceress in Diablo 2 with max amount of plus damage fire runes? Yeah, good times. So much less customization in this game.
The graphics are another thing that I wish they would've retooled just a little bit! I do have to say I am not against the artsy direction they went, but for me it's not what I wanted to see. We have 1080p LED screens and HDMI outputs putting out some of the best quality that's ever been seen, and yet Diablo 3 utilizes none of this. I understand the need to appeal to the masses they may not be able to afford the latest and greatest, but at the very least I would think you'd have built in an option for those of us who can. My 4 year old notebook can play this game at almost max resolution. Meh. I personally feel that Blizzard took so long to make this game that they were to far entrenched into what they're were producing that when the new technologies started to come out (within the past 2 years) they were unable to reverse tracks an adapt it in. Just very poor timing on starting and finishing the game.
Then there is this unfortunate thing called DRM. Why does someone playing a once acceptable solo game have to be online? I do enjoy the multiplayer aspect of the game, please don't get me wrong, however I could easily have clicked a button that said "This character is being made offline and will never be available for Battle.net play. Do you accept?" YES! Now, I want to play online? Cool, me and my friends will start new characters and progress together. Seriously, how many people only have one character? Just saying... even more so the point is when the servers are down for maintenance, wouldn't Blizzard rather have us dinking around on our offline accounts rather than playing something else? In fact, that is exactly what happened. While I was waiting for the servers to fix themselves during launch (which was a nightmare, but I'm not using that to base my overall score.), I had been invited into the TL2 beta. I spent several hours checking out that game. Honestly, it wouldn't of even happened if I had been too busy hacking and slashing my away across solo play ON MY COMPUTER. Not on your damn servers.
The music is great, but so what? Yay! I can listen to sweet background music and great voice overs while I sit here and muddle through the same campaign/storyline 4 times. Whoop de freaking do. The only huge plus to this game is that it is Diablo and I will always love the universe and fighting the demons of Hell. The game has some amazing cut scenes and is still worth buying

There are some problems with the graphics, and the controles, and the plot, but hese are all minor and should not ruin your playing experience.

No, the "Big Problem" and the reason for why I give this game a score of 4 is that is simply does not work. Even now, days after launch, it is still unplayable. And this is all after both a closed BETA and a public demo that also served as a stress test, so Blizzard could, and should have been better prepared to hold up their end of the deal. Another problem with that fact that there is no true single player is that if you try to play the game by yourself and their servers are lagging, then you suffer from lag in a SINGLE PLAYER GAME. Holy crap that's annoying. The game is self is alright, but it has MAJOR flaws in my opinion. The defined skill tree is SO boring and leaves no room for customizable classes. You wont run into anyone out there with a better layout for their class, only better weapons/armor (which can be purchased for the PTW effect). I also don't like that as a wizard, I can't even attack with the weapons i have equipped. I can only shoot out magic missiles and spectral blades etc....So who cares if I get an awesome sword, staff, dagger, whatever, because I can't actually use it unless im out of arcane energy (which lasts all of half of second at the most when burning through it). Not being able to play the game several times during launch week is a fail. The fact that the game is pretty much a carbon copy of Diablo2 is also a fail. Bugs with the achievement system abound. Inability to find relevant level aligned items is also problematic.

On the plus side the game has 5 classes which all look interesting in their own way and offer vastly different play styles.

For people who say that users shouldn't down-vote a game just after launch, I say they should not release a game with obvious problems. Post launch should be for adding features and polish, not fixing things which should never have made it into the launch build.

There is little to no character customization. Plot is cookie-cutter boring, if not stupid, and is the same regardless of the class chosen (thus making replay or even experimenting with different classes) less of a draw for me. Voice acting is staid. The RPG elements, as others have pointed out, esp. the skill trees, are watered down, restrictive and mostly uninteresting. Character and plot progression are narrow and over-directed. Dungeons and environments are used and re-used ad nauseum (did they not learn from DA2?). Despite all these shortcomings I continue to play it; continue to click, click, click away, going on 16 hours now. The combat, power animations and baddie destruction is slick and fully satisfying, despite it all coming down to mindless button mashing. I'm compelled by some powerful Pavlovian impulse that Blizzard has tapped into (and that I was somehow immune to with WoW and Starcraft). So I've resigned myself to finishing the story and then perhaps playing some co-op, although I suspect the screen will be a complete mess of explode-y, obscuring animations when I do. Okay, this should've been a Single Player Game. This is no MMO. You should've given us the choice to choose between off-/online. Now I have a game, which is no MMO, and I can't play it, because you MMO experts (WoW) can't handle your servers. This makes me regret the purchase so much. Truly sad.

Blizzard decided to make the game more streamlined. You may like it more or less, but it's fine.
I found unacceptable the fact that this is a single-player game that forces you to have a constant internet connection ALL THE TIME. Some games require you an online authentication only you start them at the beginning of you gaming session. D3 requires a connection every single minute you are playing. Diablo 3 is NOT an MMO. It's a single player game (as much as D1 and D2) that also gives you the option to run a dungeon next to 3 other players. It's not a persistent world either.
However, in order to play not only you need to log-in, the game will also constantly send information back and forth with Blizzard server. The same way as an MMO, except that this happens in your single-player game. I have a very good gaming hardware and a good cable internet connection. However, I experienced connectivity lag in my single-player game many times. The character would start moving in slow motion while the latency increased.
I played many MMOs and I have always accepted the drawbacks that came with them. On the other hand, I enjoy the freedom that single-player games have. You can pause the game, play it wherever you want regardless of internet, go at your own pace, etc.
One very annoying thing is that the game will kick you out if you pause it for too long even in single player. This happened with my game many times. One time I was playing the game and my phone rang. I paused my single-player game and talked for 30 min or so. I afterwards made myself a coffee and came back around 45-55 mins later. Blizzard server kicked me out of my game and I had to explore all the area again. It turns out that just like an MMO I had to start thinking were to pause my single-player game if I suspected I was going to be away for more than 30 mins. This is unacceptable in a single-player game.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This game is not a Diablo game, I have played to diablo 1 & 2 and this one is not one of them ! First big deception (when i logged on...) no customisation ! I cannot spend my ability point or chose my spell. My barb will be like all the other barb, and when i hear the fan-boy saying «the customisation is in your game play !» i only want to downvote it more because they remember me that if you dont have a internet connection you cant play. Diablo was based on two pillar: customisation of your character (d1&d2) and grim, dark and unholy atmosphere, which i dont see here. And the weapons, ... the weapons... 3/4 of them are unique to a class and you cant take them (and a special comment about the ones you can take, like an axe, with the witchdoctor or the mage its USELESS, you have your 2 'mouse spell' and thats it) .And one last things, the potion, when i want to use a potion its NOW, not in 30 sec. .Of course, overall, its not an awful game, the graphics are decent (even if they are childish and colorfull) and they put more effort on the story through dialogue and background then d1 & d2. Its playable but its not a Diablo-like game, Blizzard dilute it too much to reach the new gamers, its a idiot-proof game, no chance that you could make a mistake and learn or try somethings new, in one word, have fun. If Blizzard had call it 'Not-diablo title' i could gave them a 6 or a 7. Expand

The story is simple and short, though it does contain quite a few treats for Diablo fans in form of dialogue references and diaries hidden here and there. Playing Diablo III together with my wife is fun, but I doubt I would like to play it solo - I think it would be far too boring. I don't get it why the critics give the game such a high score.

Combat is silky smooth (just like any Blizzard game), clear and has a nice variety of reaction time and tactics and hack&slash. Skill variation may seemed a bit dull at start but provides a great sense of depth later on. You'll be thinking about what skill/rune/passive to use on a certain bossfight and in combination with party members and followers. This doesn't really count for normal and the start of nightmare mode, since those are easy.

Server issues were horrible in the EU and US during the the games first week, however everything seems to be okay for the moment.

It's ridiculous. Who in their right mind thought this was a great idea? Had I known it'd be like this, I would never have even entertained the idea of buying Diablo 3. But here I am, with a game just sitting on my desktop to serve no purpose other than to decorate it. As for the actual game itself, it feels so restrictive. in Diablo 2, if I happened to like 2 different skills, then I'd put points in both and that'd be the end of it. But in Diablo 3, if 2 skills are from the same branch, you can only pick one of them. Not only that, but that skill might not actually be as useful as another until you reach the level necessary to unlock the rune to boost up your skill. That to me is ridiculous, and really restricts the way I want to play my character. The classes aren't all that interesting, it feels like I've played those already. I really liked the classes of Diablo 2 they felt really different and had different purposes, but in Diablo 3 it seems like they just mixed a few elements of each classes, and the way you play D3's classes to me just feels all too similar with one another. The story itself isn't bad, nor is it the best. They did put some efforts into adding more to the world, but that's about it. Overall, I decided to give the game a 0. Why? Because I can't even play it. This is the first and last (Single-Player) game that I purchase with an always-on DRM. I bought a game to have fun, and I'm not. Expand

At first I thought the way they've changed the skill system was a bit odd, but it does make sense, still tonnes of options and it encourages experimentation over forethought- in d2 you would have to level a new alt to try out a different build, which you might end up finding its a fail, or just not fun to play. I've seen people complaining that the game is too short after killing Diablo on normal, but this is missing the whole point of the game- the constant character improvement and gearing that continues into nightmare mode and beyond. Liked the storyline, it's nothing mind blowing and it is very predictable, but it does the job. Visuals are brilliant- they may not be the highest quality compared to other AAA games, but the art direction is superb and it fits the game just fine. Character models seem a little bland close up, but it's not a major concern to me tbh.

All in all, Diablo 3 is superb- true the fact you are reliant on the battle.net servers even in single player is a major pain in the butt, but to be honest the only day I had any problems was on launch, and I've only had 1 disconnect since then. Well worth the £28 I paid for it.

Story has not much to offer, it can be summarised by "kill everything that moves and collect all the gold in the process", voice acting is mediocre, especially what comes to hero. At least the cutscenes look nice, but the in game graphics, although being watchable, offer nothing even remotely impressive. After one play through I must say I am bored. I beat the game in few days on normal difficulty, and started on Nightmare difficulty but it does not offer much more. If you can get excited just by collecting new gear and it is enough to keep you going through the same dungeons and deserts, then perhaps you can enjoy the game more than I did. But frankly put, the game is boring and repetitive. However, what makes my blood boil and what really makes me regret I ever bought this game is that I can't seem to access it. First it was the legendary error 37 right after the lauch. For a few days the game worked somewhat nice, if you exclude the timeouts for being AFK, which I find quite annoying, since I was playing single player. Now I am encountering another error (33) because of "server maintenance" and cannot access the game again. Better leave this game on the shelf until Blizzard finally fixes all the problems. How I see it, server maintenance cannot be a reason for not being able to play a single player game. Expand

A typical Blizzard game. This game was hyped so much that it was obvious it would be disappointing in many points. Skills, Story, Graphics, all acceptable nut not nearly as epic as you might think when you look at press' ratings. Have you really not noticed that pretty much EVERY sequel on meta gets a 50-30 user score, but every new game, even if its **** gets a 80+? Not to even mention the ridiculous unbalance between user and critic score. This fan boy retardation of the gaming community needs to stop. This is the equivalent of banging a supermodel and only after having sex for hours saying " meh, you were better the first time. 0 out of 10" Now to my actual review.
    * Story: F%#king amazing. I was blown away with how epic and heroic they make you feel, unlike diablo 2 where it seemed like you were just kinda involved in the conflict. The cut scenes are the most beautiful 3d rendering i have ever seen, better than final fantasy. *Graphics: FPS fanboys along with others will be disappointed by the lack of reflection and lens flare burning images into their cornea, but the graphics are GOOD do not be fooled by RAGERS. All of the landscape in this game is absolutely breathtaking, and guess what? its RANDOMLY GENERATED. Every other game i have ever played with randomly generated terrain, to be honest, was ugly. The epic views you get while up on a cliff or on a castle battlement were so breathtaking I had to stop slaying demons just to stare. The spell effects are super sexy, along with the physics engine that sends demons flying in your wake.

*Game play: Instead of a big skill tree with good skills scattered in between **** ones that you have to get first, diablo 3 opens itself to complete customization. You have 6 spells and 3 passives at any given time, but the amount of total spells and passives is around 50+. And on top of that, you can augment your skills to make them behave completely different, raising the number of skills to around 200 per class. And the best part? You are not stuck with ANYTHING. Remember how in diablo 2 if you but 1 point into int on a barb, that character was considered ruined? None of that here. Respec WHENEVER you want at NO cost, means that instead of living and getting just an ice mage, you get an ice fire and arcane mage. its a brilliant setup.

The only reason that this game looses 1 point in my mind is because you can pay 2 win, but the fact that your paying another player instead of some black market item seller lessens this blow.

Let's go to the part where it hurts. Because, yes, it does hurt.
First of all, Diablo is not a RPG, it never was, Blizzard never made any RPG, so I really don't understand why they insist on branding the game as a RPG. Furthermore, any residue RPG aspect was removed from the game: basically, you no longer have stat points to assign freely, and any skill you can use is simply unlocked though leveling: you can change it whenever you want, and try any combination you ever think of. While this may seem to give unprecedented freedom of choice (for a Diablo game), it reduces all character to basically being the same character.
What puzzles me more, is that Blizzard insists on refraining from customization: you can choose either male or female model for your class, and you can acquire some randomly-spawned "dyes" to partially change your armor's color during the game, and that's it. Seriously, you don't get to choose anything about your character, not even the appearance of the armor worn, which is modelled automatically after the class's flavor.
For a 2012 game, lack of customization is a serious issue.
And then there is the main issue: you can play the game if, and only if, you are online on the battle.net servers. This causes a ton of problems, but mainly, if the server has an issue (and it does, often), the game will become unplayable from lag, swap, fps drop... If the servers are down you can't play at all.
For 60 dollars, I'd have expected more from Blizzard. Unfortunately, this firm seems to be no longer the old glory we all knew before merging with infamous Activision. So far, Blizzard delivered: 3 disappointing WoW expansions, a VERY disappointing Starcraft 2 (or 1/3 of it, the next 2/3 are yet to come) and this frankly below-expectations Diablo 3. Shame on Blizzard. I think my buying their games stops here.

Most of us are acting on emotion while reviewing Diablo 3. We need to take in consideration that DRM is a bit like Politics. We hate it sometimes, but it's there for a reason. We hate it sometimes, but it's there for a reason. I play games off-line, I play single player. Sure, I spent quite a lot of time online as well, but I do not like being forced to play online. It's a matter of personal preference. So, let me put it out of the way, Blizzard made a huge mistake with their online-only stance, but with their pedigree, I'm sure they will iron out the problems in due time. Now, on to the review of the actual game (error 37 not included).

Diablo 3 brings something new to the table for ARPGs. A complete reworking of the RPG part in your ARPG. When your character level up, the stats are applied automatically, and you unlock new abilities or runes which change how these abilities work. And since you can only use 1 ability of each tree (varies according to your class), you have usually 6 abilities at your disposal and a huge amount of combination that can change the type of character you are. For example, the Demon Hunter can be a beast when fighting swarm of enemies with one combination or a boss killer with another combination.

Graphics and Sounds are below average in my honest opinion. The music is not memorable, the combat sound is great, the graphics well it's decent but could have been better, and the combat animation just fail horribly. Animation varies according to your ability rather than which weapon is equipped. So don't be surprised to see a wizard wield a 2h sword like a golf club when casting spell. Also, it doesn't make any sense for a lot of characters to be able to use some weapons, when they don't even have the ability or animation to use them like the Monk.

Gameplay is amazing thanks to the revamped RPG system. Dungeons are grim (Act 1 had some of the best dungeons in the game), the world is beautifully designed though a bit small compared to the likes of Sacred 2 or Titan Quest. The boss fights are amazing; Act 2's end boss is just a runner up for one of the best boss battle in an ARPG. Loot are plentiful to find, and with a little bit of help from equipment with X% of finding magical items, you bet your gold coins you will pick up some wonderful things on a regular basis.

Now the story. First, let me say this. I don't like Leah. She looks like a little girl from an japanese cartoon or anime. Are you telling me that's the best character design blizzard could come up with for the woman that grew up with Deckard "Stay a while and Listen" Cain? Also, why is she not a be more, you know, badass having to live with that old man since her childhood? Tyrael is awesome, Adria is one milf, the side kicks are fun to have around except for that sorceress who suffers from innocent-flower-syndrome, and Lyndon is just too awesome for his mustache. Overall, the story doesn't let you down provided you pay attention to all the details so that you don't end up asking silly questions like "is Diablo a lady?".

To conclude, it's a good game. It has awful DRM. And probably deserves the 0 it's receiving, but it's unfair towards the people who designed this game to just rate down the game based on strong emotions. It's justified. We paid for a product, we expect to be able to use said product. But that said, think of the developers. They are not our enemies; corporate greed is.

It's unacceptable playing a singleplayer game online. There's no need to make every gamer suffer lag or anything. This game is singleplayer game (i know there are many people says that this is multiplayer. F*** you! Check Portal 2 co-op mode for the most efficient way of playing multiplayer.)

I don't need achievements. I don't need Auction House. I want to play a game which has beautiful story & gameplay. I want to play again and again... But i can't because many of game actions handled by servers. Which means 10 years later (when Diabloe 4 is out, probably) we cannot play D3 any longer.

This is a real bad decision for customer satisfaction. Now gamers suffer these. Soon game companies gonna suffer i wish.

If i pay a lot of money I DEMAND to use what I have bought. Thanks for punishing ME a paying customer for other people who pirate games. This is unacceptable. You are lucky that the game itself is good or my score would be a 0!

My one major complaint is that the game never feels very difficult, especially on Normal. There are frustrating moments, hordes of baddies, and increasing difficulty levels, but the same feeling of utter defeat never really happens as it did in the past.

For all the game's missteps, though, you certainly can't accuse Blizzard of phoning it in - if anything, the game suffers from the tendency to try a little to hard at times to evolve the design. [Aug 2012, p.61]

When it works, Diablo III is the best of the Diablo games. When it doesn't, all it does is make you mad. [July 2012, p.54]
