    I would like this game a 8/10 but there are 2 many bugs in the game... some are game breaking and know by the devs from the start and still not fixed it in the last update...

    I mean what can say is that i bought it day 1 and it was little rough, but playable for sure. Now it's in way better state and even tho it needs more patching, early game (and by that i mean at least first 50 hours) is all good. What needs more work is endgame, but overall it's very well made, maps are huge and there's so much to do and explore.

    World of gaming truly is full of extremely toxic (yes i hate that word too but it works in this context) people. Amount of salt, anger and just whining is beyond pathetic. AC Valhalla is well crafter Assassin's Creed game that (obviously) could use some patches and these patches are coming Mid-December by the way, but overall very good!

They make games that are from decent to good, they often have rough launces, but they ALWAYS fix the problems in few months. And what happens?     Haters can just f..ck off honestly. I'm so done with this "i had this one bug, 0/10 reeeeee", like grow up or something. Nothing is perfect, Ubisoft usually always fixes bugs and this launch has been actually pretty okay, so far i like this game a lot.

    Very good Assassin's Creed as expected, trailers didn't mislead and there's actually way more interesting content than i could have ever expected. So far i have seen three maps, Norway, England and Vinland (North-America). There's this "dream-world" where you meet all the gods, that's also really cool. Hyped for Ireland and Paris DLC's.

    As i have played pretty much every Ubisoft AAA game i would almost say that AC Valhalla might be their best map's they have ever designed. Also, one of the best Assassin's Creed games ever. I don't even care what next AC will be or if it fails or whatever else, because i already know i'm going to play Valhalla for years to come.

    Extremely hyped for Cyberpunk 2077, but until December 10th i'm gonna play AC Valhalla, after 30 hours i can say it's million times better than Odyssey and as AC Fan since 2013 i appreciate older elements, like more parkour/climbing, hidden blade, Hood and all that good stuff.     Good game, i really like it. Might be one of my favorites from 2020 and honestly runs well on my RTX 2060. Yes it wont run that well on 1060, but like come on, it's 2020, time to upgrade and 1060 was never high end anyway. It was mid-tier and that was in 2016.

    Atmosphere, graphics on both Norway and England, very cool combat, better story than last two games, one of the best voice actors for main character, it's just well done game.

    Absolutely no bug will justify giving 0/10. That just shows that you never even cared about this game. I wanna see how people start giving "Cyberpunk 2077" - 0/10 scores, because it's obviously going to have bugs.

    I have played over 29 hours and after patch 1.0.4 i have hardly met any bugs and none were game-breaking. People should download their patches and stop lying. Game is very good!

    Verything is like promised, you can raid, you can go in stealth, you can wear hood, you have hidden blade, story is solid, big and open world i'm enjoying it.
    I will support and play this game for years to come with all my heart.

    AC Valhalla does alot of things decently well, but nothing great. The combat, quests, map, and story are all decent. After 25 hours of gameplay, I feel like there's nothing more to see. Looking at others' reviews, I might need another 30 hours to complete the game which is far too long.
    There's no urgency or requirement to upgrade your gear; I've been using the same gear from level 1 to    AC Valhalla does alot of things decently well, but nothing great.     There isn't enough assassination, AC Odyssey had a better combat and assassination system.
    Graphics are good, but it doesn't run too well on a 1060 6gb.

    It even brilliantly connects to the older titles and leaves with many misteries for us to uncover in the DLCs and the next planned title.

    Power level 100 right now and i can't stop playing, it's way too addictive. Haven't felt like that in very long time, seriously. Ubisoft is complete mystery to me, they can make absolute trash in 2019 and then one of their best games ever in 2020. Hopefully Far Cry 6 will be good as well, looking forward to that.

    Norway and England look both incredible. Contrast between them makes both of them special in their own way. I love architecture in England, old bridges, towers, etc. Graphically stunning. Power level goes up really fast, if you actually loot chests and stuff. No grind or bs like that. Well done Ubisoft.

    From modern ones easy top 4 - Black Flag, Valhalla, Unity, Origins. Good stuff. But i would like to mention Syndicate because it's so underrated, it's not best, but it's still fun enough and has some really nice graphics at times.

    Seems to be one of those games i will never stop playing, just like i still play gta 5 single-player from time to time or AC Black Flag. AC Valhalla is very likely new addition to these games that i never stop playing. It has so much content, most of it is interesting, it's fun, combat is sick, i can tell they really worked on this one. Good job Ubisoft and thank you for not disappointing.

    AC Valhalla world is way bigger, deeper and it's part of long series. Either way Valhalla is without a question better game, Finally video game that isn't over in 9-10 hours, thank god! And it's not some endless filler, but it's most of them time actually interesting and world is really interesting to explore, specially with those amazing graphics. Very nice AC V !

    It's weird paradox that Assassin's Creed has millions of fans all over the world, but for some reason they never really come to metacritic. Maybe it's because AC fans are more mature and don't give a f_ck about some random scores on some random pages, that would make sense actually.
    And it sold over 1.8 million anyway, so basically who cares about metacritic user score at this point.

    One of the best of 2020 and i'm saying it dead seriously. No game has so much content from this year (so far of course), resident evil 3 and avengers are absolute jokes compared to this. Making 5 hours long game that's sold for 60 should stop. AC Valhalla is easy 150 hours cool content with beautiful graphics.

    Great game, keep going Ubisoft! More stuff like this in Far Cry 6 please and not whatever Far Cry 5 was. Make it more serious, make it mean something, go deeper with stuff. You have done it in past with Far Cry 3, AC Black Flag and AC Unity. You can do it again.

    I bought both PS5 and PS4 versions (PC digital as well), but PS5 and PS4 as discs, just to have all possible versions i cared about. Am i fan? I think so lol.

    OMG i love this game so much, basically nothing from 2020 compares, okay doom eternal is great and final fantasy 7 remake as well, but these are so different from this. They are all great in their own way. But AC Valhalla is just epic.

    I never really cared for Odyssey, yeah it was fun in 2018, but overall story sucked and it missed so many AC elements. Valhalla fixes it all. Only thing i would complain about Valhalla is that i run out of arrows all the time. Why can't i craft arrows? Come on Ubisoft.

    Ghost of Tsushima shouldn't be even compared to AC Valhalla. Yes they share similar elements, but overall they are completely different games.     Okay if you havent bought this game and you love rpgs with exploration and lots of customisation then Id advise you to wait a while before purchasing this game.

    If you love sneaky assassin games then maybe wait a while too or reconsider.. If you love hack and slash linear Viking games with little to no rewards for boss fights, exploration etc then this is the game for you.     Story is ok..first game in years I just couldn't finish, due to boring, dark and depressing story and a serious lack of incentive..

    No armour and weapon drops?
    No armour /weapon rewards for big kills?
    Feck all armour designs especially light leather armours for sneaky builds.
    No dismantling No arrow crafting No transmogrification NPC's actually have better gear No reward in exploring.
    No replay value World events incredibly lame Bugs crashes and more bugs
    No decent music playing Disappointing customisation options-hair styles are all butch, too many tattoos not enough feminine hairstyles
    Skill Tree-awful awful awful
    Raiding-repetitive...well vikings..I'm so over that, they were a nasty bloodthirsty bunch of criminals really Chasing things on rooftops Mini map compass location Poor bird has been downgraded
    Killing bosses for no reward (other than to make the world a better place)
    No darts-where are my assassin tools? I miss them so much.
    Awful finishers happening ALL THE TIME..hate that..no quiet 'Im just walking thru town minding my own business assassinations', no double assassinations..big pause when assassinating, quick time events on assassinating.. No decent light armour in cash shop either

    Thats it- its an ok game with some terrible systems dragging it down. It's better to play it in a linear fashion and forget about exploring and hunting down bad guys, its not worth the time and effort.    … Expand

    Pretty fun game, all the grind from Odyssey is completely gone, now you get +2 skill points and a lot xp from each quest.

    Really surprised with this AC, visuals and combat are better and the rpg elements suts this game better than the last AC. Big world game map im having fun COOL

    Finally video game that isn't over in 5-6 hours, thank god! And it's not some endless filler, but it's most of them time actually interesting and world is really interesting to explore, specially with those amazing graphics.

    Seriously surprise, but a welcome one! Odyssey was extremely meh, but this on feels like....actually assassin's creed, how about that.

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla promises long hours for fans of the series with its open world and successful Viking theme.
    Nothing is perfect and that's okay, but overall it's very good ac game!

    I feel bad for these people who leave 0/10 scores. I would hate to be so empty and sad that i need to give 0/10 scores to games that i don't even play. Must suck to be one of these people.
    Thank you Ubisoft for this amazing game tho!

    Basically now i have something to play during January-May 2021 period whenever i get bored. Because not much happens before summer. Thanks Ubisoft.

    So far my favorite AC location was Paris from Unity, but Norway-England might be my new favorite. So well created. Good job Ubisoft, i mean it.

    Been hardcore Assassin's Creed fan since 2013 and i'm very impressed with Valhalla. Without a question it's one of the best in the series taking elements from Origins and Black Flag, while also adding something completely new. I personally found "Ghost of Tsushima" pretty boring compared to Valhalla, but these games shouldn't be compared anyway, because they are very different.     Played all the assassins creed games up to this one was a big fan of the series but this is by far the worst in the series for me, the god awful combat in this game and janky graphic glitches that happen like hanging from thin air to getting stuck in the ground while crouching, never mind the CTD's that happen.

    Assassin's Creed is one of the greatest things that has happened to gaming after Grand theft auto series. Ability to go back in time 100s of years and visit these old cities and locations is simply amazing. No other game series offer something like that. Uneducated losers of course will never understand that.     Truly standout graphics compared to other 2020 games, i would say one of the best graphics even. Story is 85% fun, there's some filler, but that's expected from huge games like this. But even then all missions are at least decent, but most are actually good. All this nonsense from Odyssey is gone. Also, basically all classic AC elements are back, ,like hidden blade.     I'm so happy that this game turned out to be as awesome as it is. One of the best games of 2020 without a question. Reading these hate comments makes it very clear that none of these losers who gave it 0/10 or 1/10 have never played it. Can't wait for Far Cry 6, because Ubisoft is back!

    Seems like most haters went quiet after it was revealed that this game was massive success lol. Some losers still remain (who very likely never played it), but nobody cares about them. Great game, more of this Ubisoft!

    Good side - Graphics,Music,Story.
    Meh side - where's unity and black flag legacy outfits? i'm so tired of Altair's outfit in every game, come on, unity and black flag please!!!!!!
    Bad side - most bugs got fixed with 1.0.4 patch, but there's tons of things they could still patch because it's insanely big game.

All they are trying to do is to get rid of Assassin's Creed, so Sony could replace it with something similar.     Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a great-looking open-world game with impressive landscapes and cinematography. However, the checklist collectible open-world still needs some work to feel truly engaging, and combat is too tedious and too frequent to be compelling. As a lapsed fan of Assassin's Creed trying to see if I can click with the series once again, Valhalla didn't quite hook me as I was hoping it would.

    Assassins Creed Valhalla is a lot of fun and easy to sink dozens of hours into. It is the best entry in the more recent trilogy and genuinely elevates the gameplay mechanics. Content could be considered somewhat bloated still, but it is diverse enough and the setting and story is solid most of the way through.

    Sneaking is fun, fighting is fun, walking through the great outdoors is so much fun. Sightseeing too! Valhalla is free minded and could be innovative, but lacks skills to persuade its players about that. [Issue#308]
