The game runs flawlessly and is extremely fast-paced. It may not be "Quake," but for PS2 to be able to handle speeds of this caliber is just amazing.- Worth Playing

The game has many hours of enjoyment for someone looking for a little different twist in turn based action or even standard rts games. It has a quick learning curve and you can get into the action very quickly.- Worth Playing

The addition of spells is just what the franchise ordered. It's a fitting tribute to the simulated reality that The Sims has become famous for -- and a great way for the original game to bow out.- Worth Playing

If you spend most of your time doing RvR, there are no significant upgrades to the RvR system here and it's still unknown how much of an advantage the higher Master Levels bring to RvR.- Worth Playing

Taking a classic game that was built on the meticulous design of a single area, and trying to expand it into something much more than what it needs to be is a crime upon the integrity of the original.- Worth Playing

The core game play didn't really strike me as anything too special. Running and jumping, endlessly swinging my dagger in levels that could use some better design, eventually got on my nerves.- Worth Playing

Blends strategy and action in a gladiatorial arena to stimulate both your mind and your thirst for violence.- Worth Playing

All of the characters are highly detailed and look exactly like their human counterparts. The facial hair on Pete Sampras looks just you could reach out and tug on it.- Worth Playing

While the battle system is intuitive and deep at the same time (which I feel is the best formula for a Strategy RPG), the rest of the game suffers. The story is long-winded and uninteresting, the world map segments are bad both graphically and control-wise, and the load times are too frequent and too long, to the point of being almost intolerable.- Worth Playing

Very solid and drastically improved over its predecessors. Even though the improvements are very slight, the game is extremely enjoyable.- Worth Playing

While I wished the Core Combat expansion was in use by more of the player-base, I'm confident the devs will perform the necessary tweaks to draw more players in, because the idea of the subterranean combat is exciting and Core Combat provides a great foundation.- Worth Playing

The gameplay is disappointing, though, and isn't even much fun in a mindless, repetitive sort-of way. The level design drags the whole event down even more, and the lack of a real save system makes playing the game that much more frustrating.- Worth Playing

I'm a big believer in the theory a great game always has that "just one more game" feeling, and Railroad Tycoon 3 delivers that in spades.- Worth Playing

The only downside is the fact that the game is easily beatable in eight hours or less, but I'm sure Castlevania fans will invest a lot more time than that.- Worth Playing

A solid game with some good personality built into it compared to Stainless Steel's first offering, "Empire Earth."- Worth Playing

Strong level design, good graphics, excellent action and tactical controls and considerable depth all add up to something worth buying. Even subtracting the wonky first-person shooter controls, grade A bugs and iffy AI still isn’t enough to knock the shine off this diamond in the rough.- Worth Playing

The lack of a foot pedal or a gun with recoil is probably the only things that make the arcade version better than the home version, since the rest of the game as a whole seems to have made the transition 100% intact.- Worth Playing

It lacks the character of the previous versions. Its stripped down war engine and laser-like focus on battles ends up preventing it from being a classic.- Worth Playing

It's more so bland than bad, with most of the game play revolving around finding keys and such. This coupled with the fact that there is really no reason to replay the game once you've beaten it makes the game average at best.- Worth Playing

The battle graphics are plain vanilla and could have been much better without too much effort. PH also lacks the depth to call it a great game. Everything from trading to battles is straight-forward and streamlined. However, there are enough simple elements gathered together into the game that you can get hours of enjoyment out of it.- Worth Playing

If you only have a PS2 and thus cannot get Zelda, TPJ will fill the gap adequately; however I don't imagine big brothers and big sisters will find it as magical and likeable as their annoying and bratty counterparts.- Worth Playing

I must point out that it is not meant to be played for long periods of time; it's obviously been crafted from the ground up with the handheld format in mind. If you frequently find yourself with just a little bit of extra time on your hands, this is the game to play.- Worth Playing

In terms of sound, NBA Live 2004 does a great job of presenting an authentic aural presentation with ripped-from-the-court sound effects of player's shoes squeaking on the wood floor, the undeniable swish of the ball slapping into pure net, and dynamic crowd reactions.- Worth Playing

A surprisingly fun little game that challenges you with some cool puzzles and sends you through a nicely lit, often-interesting mansion. Despite some problems with control and a little bit of an awkward camera, I was quite entertained most of the time.- Worth Playing
