With so many ways to virtually kill zombies, playing Zombie Driver in this day and age offers little more than shallow albeit satisfying fun.

I enjoyed playing The Prisoning: Fletcher's Quest and had some laughs but its basic gameplay and small scope certainly make it feel limited.

There are better arcade-style games out there but Cash Cow DX remains an entertaining platformer that'll definitely test your skills.

It may seem like just another walking sim at first but Unknown Fate contains plenty of memorable moments set in a haunting world.

I had fun with I Got Isekai'd into a Shmup and it supports up to 4 players which is great but there are better shoot 'em ups out there.

Tiny Garden provides a relaxing formula where you strategically plant crops and decorate your little clamshell however you wish. So cute!

It surely offers quirky and fun gameplay but Spuds Unearthed is held back by its simple structure that doesn't really go the extra mile.

If you can get over the hurdle of its clunky interface then Darkest Hunters provides a unique and fun strategic RPG puzzler.

Although it isn't as flashy as its inspirations, Peglin provides an enjoyable roguelike formula that makes fighting monsters entertaining.

Although the variety of hazards and layouts mix things up well, playing Marble Abduction! Patti Hattu can feel tedious after a while.

Although its atmosphere is spot-on and its gameplay is rewarding, Separation doesn't quite reach the highs of similar VR experiences.

Making the perfect meal for a feline fellow may be a tricky endeavour but it's one that's impressively rewarding. Meow.

It may be a simple and repetitive game but Kingdom Two Crowns is oddly compelling and the new Dead Lands update offers even more content to sink your teeth into. In the end, it's a solid game to wind down with whenever you want to escape.

Indie strategy games don't get much more unconventional than Make War yet its gameplay becomes a bit too tedious at times.

Even though Ice Age: Scrat's Nutty Adventure contains some ridiculous glitches and flat combat, it's still a fun 3D platformer that acts as a decent throwback to the PS2 era. So, if you love Scrat or have nostalgia for the genre then it might be worth checking out.

I wanted to enjoy NeoGeo Pocket Color Selection Vol.2 a lot more than I did because I love retro game compilations. However, with a line-up that's sure to perplex and bore as opposed to entertain; it's tough to recommend this collection.

Toby: The Secret Mine is a short and frequently frustrating adventure. You may occasionally get immersed in its simple controls and phenomenal audio but you'll quickly snap out of it whenever something unexpectedly ends your life.

When it comes to Bomberman clones, Brawl is an okay take on the classic formula. If you're desperate for a new local multiplayer game on your Switch and can stomach the unappealing horror-themed world then it's probably worth checking out.

Aaero has a solid premise with promising gameplay but the fact that it doesn't evolve much from the start makes it a rather repetitive experience. Then again, if you love bass music then it may be worth downloading for the soundtrack alone.

Missile Command: Recharged is a cool little survival-based adaptation of the classic arcade game. Long-time fans such as myself may be disappointed by the lack of stages and strategic scoring but what's here still offers some simple fun.

Stunt Kite Masters VR is a surprisingly challenging high score chaser with two very different modes. Although it has an innovative premise, the fun unfortunately doesn't last much longer than flying a kite in real life.

Guns are stupid and so is this game. The American Dream may be clever from time to time and provide some laughs in the process but as a game, it's too full of bugs and lacks the substance that would have made it a must-have VR title.

Chocobo GP made me realise how great of a game Chocobo Racing is. The new graphics and online component are indeed cool but 1999's racer is simply more fun with its challenging gameplay, unique tracks, and tighter controls. In fact, I think I'll boot it up now.

Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD is one of the most disappointing video game remasters ever. Although the core game is still a ton of fun, the amount of frustrating elements and missing content is simply unacceptable.

Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp is a welcome game for those who'd like to see how characters from the franchise would get along if they were trapped together on a tropical island. However, the gameplay is a bit too simplistic so unless you're really into grinding and collecting, you probably won't play it for long before wanting to play something more substantial from the main series.

Final Fantasy XV is definitely a memorable tale told with impressive production values. However, it's plagued by gameplay that basically plays itself, insufferable wait times, and a story that fails to establish itself before thrusting you into its world.
