The best game in the series, and a masterpiece in the RPG/Tactics genre. A must-have game for Switch owners and a fabulous game outright.

It's a good port for a fantastic game - people who have played it might not be tempted to double dip in the Switch version, but first-timers with only the Nintendo Switch at their disposal will find this port highly enjoyable.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Is a love letter to every single person who loved the first game. It dives deep into this unique and stunning world with all its weirdness, with an amazing story, meaningful gameplay changes and lovable characters.

A Fantastic port, that continues the line of incredible PlayStation games coming over to the PC. This is one of Nixxes' finest works, with an incredible set of features and graphical options, as well as being the prettiest version of the prettiest game on PS5.

Resident Evil Requiem is truly a fantastic game with amazing gameplay and a fun story, though it is using a lot of nostalgia to appeal to the old time fans and sometimes it feels like the series has some trouble really moving forward and I hope it manages to produce something newer the next time around.

Dreams by Media Molecule is a part game, part social media platform, part game design engine. The world of Dreams is infinite. The mini-games, built by ordinary people like you and me, can go from a fun indie experience to an almost full length game with a solid synopsis, creative gameplay and relatable characters. But the create mode of Dreams, where you're supposed to be building your own game and let your creativity shine, is not as intuitive as expected. Tutorials feel endless and tiring and the user interface isn't friendly and takes a lot of time to master, or be mildly controlled. Dreams lets you build your game - but doesn't promise you a fun experience while doing it.

Remember when games used to be all about fun? No weird and unnecessary story mode, no silly and over the top voice acting and dialog - just plain fun. Well, this is what Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 tried to accomplish. And wouldn't you know it - it succeeded marvelously.

By looking at this game alone, you would've never imagined Guerilla Games' previous works were on FPS games. Horizon: Zero Dawn reaches perfection in almost all of its aspects and it does so with relative ease. Aloy is an amazing character, a true bad-ass with a great story behind her, and the world she lives in is vast and full of interesting and unique characters and secrets. The combat, while a tad lacking, is extremely fun and addictive and the graphics are some of the best seen on the system with breath-taking vistas. If you happen to own a PS4, you should buy this game. If you don't, then you might want a PS4 for this one. Guerilla Games went and set the bar high for future open world games with this one.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II stands as one of, if not the, best RPG ever released. It can suck the player for hours with an engaging narrative, an amazing world full with intricate details, and choices that have actually matters with meaningful consequences. The game give the players to ability to shape the course of their adventure.

I'm sorry - I'm not joining the whole "70 USD" debate and instead focusing on the remake itself which is still the same game from 2013, but probably the best way you can play it. The new graphics and animations are simply superb and the game does provide some incentive to play it again, which is always welcomed. In short, The Last of Us Part I is simply a great game - though if you had enough of The Last of Us, it's really not a must-buy title.

XCOM 2: War of the Chosen doesn’t feel like DLC. It has tons of new and great content ranging from new soldiers and races, to the new research labs and missions and not to mention the great new enemies - The Chosen. If you feel like you’re done with everything XCOM 2 has to offer and Mario + Rabbids just can’t satisfy your need for tactical gameplay you should definitely pick this one up.

Monster Hunter Wilds is probably the biggest game in the series so far, the world is bigger and always populated with monsters and the hunting system is refreshing and fun to learn, while being a good entry point to the series for new gamers.

When this game came out in 2018, I missed it entirely. Don't an ignorant fool like I was, and don't miss the opportunity to play Dusk. It a fantastic retro horror shooter that will delight you long after Halloween is over. The Switch port is amazing as well.

Yoko Taro is known to be over the top and a bit crazy. This time this madness, combined with the great minds at Platinum Games, gave birth to an excellent video game I just have to recommend. The story, while a bit convoluted, is moving and beautiful, the gameplay is great and allows freedom of choice in how to tackle battles, the characters are great and the world itself is wonderfully bleak and dark. The game's hard and very hard mode can be a bit too difficult for its own good, and the side quests do tend to be a bit boring and tedious, but the overall experience is amazing.

Dishonored 2 is a great game for those who never played the first game and for returning gamers who enjoyed Dishonored. Its challenging gameplay, collectibles and the ability to experience the game’s story from two different points of view are more than enough to keep you interested.

Even without the PS5 features shining through, the wonderful graphics, and the non-existent load times, what we're left with is a superb game, one that I encourage everyone to play on their PS5. Calling this "a must-have" would sell short how fun, replayable and addictive this game is. A well deserved perfect score.

Don't look away, don't blink and don't miss that click. This can be said to both players who'll enjoy the fast-paced and excellent gameplay of Rogue Legacy 2, and players who'll might miss one of the best video games of 2022.

NetherRealm Studios are making a great job by keeping Injustice 2 alive and maintained. The addition of new characters and the multiverse are doing its job for keeping me playing the game for hours, all by myself. In addition, it makes a great party game and bust-a-friend game for a pizza night. I think they should get rid of the gear system, but considering that you can disable gear effect by playing competitive mode, it can be eschewed.

This PC port caps off what was undoubtedly a monumental year for PlayStation and Sony. This just the last of excellent ports that brought the PC gaming community into the PlayStation family and the quality and care Nixxes has put into those ports is displayed here as well.

For 15 years I have been waiting for this game, and to see it out and also be as good as I hoped it would be is simply incredible. The gameplay is sublime, the map design is great, the bosses are fun and the E.M.M.I are threatening. All these come together to create what possible is: The Nintendo Switch's 2021 game of the year.

Not only did the Nintendo Switch finally get the Monster Hunter game it deserved - it might just got one of the best ones in the entire series. Great additions to the formula in a compact package. An outstanding work by the people at Capcom.

This game was special and colorful 20 years ago and it is so now - Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is a renewed candy that will easily draw you into a unique and exciting adventure that includes a very good plot, great graphics and soundtrack and a fun and rewarding battle system. Honestly, it's a little distressing to remember the fact that Nintendo is asking for a full price tag for this game, even though it's a remaster of an existing and quite old game (it's even more strange when the Metroid remake is priced at only $40), but with the amount of investment and nice additions that came to this version, the pill feels easier to swallow.
