Mario vs. Donkey Kong has surprised me with the loads of content that the game offers, in addition to the complexity of some puzzles - despite some stages being quite alike across the worlds. Either way, the fun factor here is granted, especially if you have someone to tag along with.

NARUTO X BORUTO Ultimate Ninja STORM CONNECTIONS is the newest entry in the Storm series. Still, I really started missing the old-school times of Naruto in which we'd have more innovative ideas in the franchise, such as a world to explore in the best Yakuza-style from SEGA.

Two amazing CING games comeback in an interesting reimagining with astonishing art direction and graphics, the amazing and full of plot twists story from Rika Suzuki with new direction and, although not innovative as the DS/Wii were, still fun and intuitive gameplay. Already played the DS/Wii version? No worries, the new puzzles and direction makes for a new and interesting experience.

Exploring the Scottish Highlands can be more tiring than one could imagine. In A Highland Song, a new perspective awaits you. Between beautiful and deadly mountains, Moira's journey towards his uncle's lighthouse becomes an adventure to not forget, due to good and (a few) bad reasons.

Borderlands 3 is a fun experience on the Switch, even with its blurry graphics and floaty framerate. However, removing the split-screen mode and the online multiplayer being limited to 2 players only is a letdown.

Fans of the franchise will find Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown to be worth the 13-year wait. Whether you are a Metroidvania or Prince of Persia fan or this is your first game in the genre, it's the perfect experience.

While Fashion Dreamer may not be a game for everyone, it is exactly what it promises to be: a game where fashion fans can spend dozens of hours trying to find the perfect look.

WarioWare: Move it! is a mix of feelings. It's simultaneously corny, extremely fun, and bizarre, and too short, and crazy, and sick.

Star Ocean The Second Story R reinvigorates the already acclaimed JRPG genre and brings the best you'd expect in a revisited work with great graphics, a brilliant soundtrack and an impeccable story - a true homage to its original release.

The wonderful story and complex characters in Detective Pikachu Returns are hampered by the game's repetitive and simplistic gameplay. Although the story, its cast of characters, and endearing Pokémon make the game worthwhile to play, it is by no means as great as the detective in the title.

Samba de Amigo: Party Central is an excellent and competent rhythm-based game, but its licensed song nature is probably something to consider.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged innovates in some aspects in regards to its gameplay and the ability to download community tracks, but the game stays essentially the same as the previous one with no substantial addition - besides the flawed community tracks that don't allow play against bots.

NASCAR Arcade Rush is one of the worst racing games I've ever had the chance to play in my life. Its lack of content and superficiality is absurd - in addition to the removal of features on the Switch version - is definitely a shame for the NASCAR franchise.

Silent Hope is not a game for everyone, but if you're looking for a comfortable Action RPG with an intriguing plot and a satisfying challenge, I recommend you download the demo and give it a shot.

Horizon Chase 2 is much better than its predecessor, both in graphics and QoL features - in addition to unlockable body kits. However, the iOS port to the Switch platform falls short. Also, crashes are frequent and drive you crazy.

Maybe not what players hoped to find as a debut of the legendary Tomb Raider games on the console, The Lara Croft Collection sure takes what Switch does best: It's local multiplayer. The Guardian of Light and The Temple of Osiris comes packed with the DLCs for an accessible price, giving the players a different take, but not less interesting on the action, puzzles and platform that the series are known for.

Labyrinth of Zangetsu is fun and simple, giving easy accessibility for newcomers and veterans of dungeon crawling RPG. It’s a pity that its great enemy and character artwork can’t save the repetitive stages and confusing menu/inventory management that spoils what could be a great game.

The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story expands the League of Legends universe and whets your appetite for a story that is still being told. It lacks a bit of optimization, but it's pretty fun even though it's so linear.

Just like six years ago, Tears of the Kingdom presents new grounds in the gaming industry. It is no longer enough to be open: it is necessary to create everything. The player must have his limit expanded beyond the maximum. Every salty penny to be paid in TotK will sooner or later reveal its worth. We are simply looking at one of the best games of the decade, perhaps in history.

ATONE: Heart of the Elder Tree is everything I expect from a game and maybe more: It's both modern and retro at the same time, there are several different ways to have fun, the characters are deep and remarkable, the decisions sound meaningful and the technical quality is high. Everyone should know this game.

Kirby Return to Dreamland is a very competent port of a great Nintendo Wii title that marks the transition from the 2D style to the 2.5D pink dot. A great game, full of content for fans of the franchise and an excellent gateway for those who are just getting to know the little pink ball.

Perseverance - Complete Edition has an interesting and complex family drama, but falls short when it comes to the horror segments that, mixed with an uninteresting art, make this game only advised for the die hard fans of mystery visual novels with nothing better to play.

Octopath Traveler II is one of the most complete JRPGs with different combined endings that I've ever come across. Besides its agile and easy-to-understand combat system, the world exploration and different abilities of the 8 available characters are the peaks of this sequence, which doesn't require that you've played its predecessor.

Trails To Azure, alongside Trails from Zero, are two of the best turn based RPGs that I ever played and thanks to its great narrative and characters, both titles create an adventure that it’s truly unforgettable. Both titles are a slow burn, carefully constructing its narrative and the payoff makes it truly worthwhile.

OddBallers has all the elements needed for an amazing party game, both to play with your friends and family at home and to play online for hours. What blocks it from doing it is the high price, which chases away many people who would love to play it.

Paranormasight has more pros than cons in many aspects. It brings an innovative gameplay and flowchart that, sadly, it's not used in an efficient way, sometimes presenting the interesting part of the gameplay just to throw it away to never return. But still, the game has beautiful artwork and music, an incredible story with memorable characters and, if it wasn't for the mentioned flaws, it could be easily the best mystery visual novel out there.

Grim Guardians Demon Purge manages to stand out from other Metroidvania games thanks to its meticulously balanced difficulty and length, the number of secrets, epic boss battles, and a somewhat funny story that is followed by beautiful graphics and an outstanding soundtrack. This is not a random game in the market but is a must-buy for any 2D action lovers and gamers in general.

Metroid Prime Remastered is definitely a beautiful indication as an introduction to the 3D Metroid franchise, brings several improvements far beyond what is expected for a remastered version, and has a great purchase value taking into account its contents. Essential for fans and very suitable for those curious about Metroid in general.

Front Mission was already an amazing game that is fun to play even nowadays, and that got better over time, but the remake managed to correct almost all the flaws from the previous ones: brought a faster and intuitive gameplay, more accessible in terms of difficulty, amazing graphics that don't take away the atmosphere which the old ones got right and much more. If you want a game like DioField Chronicles or Tactics Ogre Reborn, but with a modern setting, or just want to play an incredible TRPG, this game is for you.
