What we have here is a Final Fantasy: plot is good, gameplay is good, soundtrack is good and everything else is. The problem is once again in Square Enix's hands: they think it's [financially] interesting to launch a GBA game on Wii with prices of full DS titles.

Different from the American distributor, Taito knows how to raise the value of its WiiWae titles: knowing the original NES version may be bought by 500 Nintendo Points, they have launches Plus! with double stages, multiplayer, new items, enemies and songs, besides the better graphs, chart of points and a collectible catalogue for only 100 additional points.

Fans should download it. The one who doesn't know the genre, it up to you. If you don't fit either profile, leave it, because there are more and better platform games on the Virtual Console for a lower price.

Boom Blox Bash Party isn't an ambitious game or that want to be a blockbuster. However, the fertility of new options managed to give new life to the original ideas, which themselves were already very rich. A concept that didn't get old with one year. Bash Party is a example of how to do a sequel: improving and expanding the original proposals, but never, in any moment, to do the brightness of the original game fade.

Overall, Crystal Defenders R2 is better than R1, although it maintains the technical issues. It may keep you busier due to the greater variety of unities and the higher difficulty, but nothing changes the fact they should be launched as one, like in Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

While Europe and Japan have launched Wii Chess, which has better graphics and a bigger variety of game options, the American Wii has as the best (and only option) chess game Silver Star Chess.

There's no reason for buying Crystal Defenders R1. Doing so would be inappropriate because it incentivizes Square Enix to keep launching these "games" on download services of the consoles. It only makes any sense of you don't have Flash in you computer and want to experiment with the genre at any cost.

Although it has little problems that don't make it perfect, Rhythm Heaven is an excellent game which has to be, at least, played by every DS owner who has a bit of rhythmic sense. Those who don't even know how to get sound from a soda can will face problems while playing difficult levels.

A game with little of marketing which shows itself as a surprise from EA: one of the best games released this year for the DS, intending to show that DS owners not only live with "stylus."

No DS owner should be without a copy. And if some moron comes complaining about violence, I'll give violence to him myself! The remaining point is an incentive for Rockstar to keep doing their excellent job, because many other perfect games are sure to come.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is the hardest and one of the best soccer games ever, only surpassed by the excellent Winning Eleven 10. Is a must-buy for all Wii owners who like soccer and if they're not used to the new control scheme, a Classic Controller is a great option.

MadWorld is a great game. It has failures in technical and practical points, but none can ruin the fun. No More heroes players must buy the game immediately, and other gamers must reflect if it's better to buy a horrible 40-hour length or an remarkable 10-hour length game.

The most important thing is: Pikmin is worth playing. It's simply indispensable in any fan collection and a sample of the different way Nintendo makes its games. On the other hand, if you've already played it fully on GameCube, maybe the new version is dispensable

Ignore the "New Play Control!" stamp: prefer the "Only for GameCube" one from 2004. Felt a bit more enthusiatic for more tennis on your Wii? Go for the original version, or wait for a real Mario Tennis for Wii.

Summarizing, the game has a beautiful scenario and a great soundtrack, but when you control it, you'll miss the lack of precision and will see how weak the story is, with its short duration showing it's mediocre and a step back comparing to Unleashed.

Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon doesn't miss the target anywhere, but it doesn't exceed the expectations in many aspects, too. A good game and well recommended, but not a must-have if you're not a fan of the series.

The House of the Dead: Overkill is a peculiar game. Although it has exorbitant errors, they point out the game's style. However, they're there and there's a difference between "poetic license" and laziness. One thing for sure: Overkill is one of the best games for the Wii lately because it exudes the feel it wishes to express.

The biggest problem in High Voltage Hot Rod Show is its durability, which is not new on WiiWare titles. However, the interesting concept, the good graphics and the world rank will make you play it again in short sessions.

Moon is not a perfect game. However, even with failures in some technical points, its qualities show it can be considered one of the best DS games recently launched and that it is healthy to find other sources for genres usually stepped aside. Never before a publisher was so categorical at this point, but, definitely, this game must not be forgotten.

Sonic Unleashed is incomplete for a game that would be "Sonic's return to the great shape". Of course, even with failures, it can be enjoyed by the most patient people, and by the ones who don't care about the Werehog. But they should have changed the game's name from "Sonic Unleashed" to "Sonic Unfinished".

Harvest Moon fans who never played the first Rune Factory are obliged to play this one. Natsume promised: Rune Factory is a new franchise, which will follow a different path from Harvest Moon. Until now, the tracked path hasn't disappointed.

As a game for Wii, it's a good title for those tired of casual games or who feel a lack of Action-Adventure games. As a port of a title for other platforms graphically more powerful than the Wii, it's not perfect, but it plays its role well.

The fact is that Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World evolves in some aspects, while stops or even goes back in others. Even so, it doesn't mean it isn't a good game, although it's not as "epic" as the first one. The ones who played the original Tales of Symphonia will see that Dawn of the New World is a new and beautiful adventure, but not as good as the other. And the ones who didn't play it will enjoy the charming characters and the excellent battle system.

It's the best game of the series since "Symphony of the Night" and those who buy it won't be sorry. This "100" is justified by the enormous quality and the care of how it was made, which is unusual to see on Nintendo DS.

Although Wii Music seems stupid, it really goes beyond a game. It's not perfect, naturally, as there are failures in the game's production, such as the lack of more Nintendo songs. But with Wii Music, what Miyamoto said about "musical teachings" really comes to mind.

World of Goo is a major opus. It's a charming and intelligent game, but, more than that, a mark to the genre (like Tetris decades ago), incorporating features which could not be thought before, like social critics and an atmosphere capable of leading emotion to the player, who not only plays, but observes.

Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood is a must for any of the hedgehog's fans. And to all other players, it's worth a try. Bioware did a great job which deserves to be seen by everyone.
