Don’t be put off by the graphics. JANITOR BLEEDS is a survival horror that is very much capable of sweeping you off your feet.- TheXboxHub

Garten of Banban 4 is where the series starts to find its stride. The story is the most cohesive, the challenges are less about jumping through hoops to avoid jumpscares and instead feel like they belong in this bizarre world. But it is still some way from being the pinnacle of this mascot horror movement- TheXboxHub

Slots & Daggers is clearly a niche title already: you have to be okay with handing your character over to the gods of RNG, and the A button is mostly there to stop reels from spinning. And while it burns ever-so-brightly for a few hours, it becomes a slog for the remainder.- TheXboxHub

Battle Brothers is rewarding - at least if you stick at it. But making a save before every battle is very much the way to go. There’s no doubt that there’s a lot to get involved in and there’s a ton of content to enjoy, but the difficulty sits in the mix like a wasp nest at a picnic - sooner or later something is going to sting, and it won’t be pleasant when it does.- TheXboxHub

It’s a shame that the online world is dead, but if you crave an old-school fighting game with old-school difficulty, Rage of the Dragons NEO delivers.- TheXboxHub

LumbearJack is easy to write off as a game simply for kids. However, give it a chance and you may just learn something as well as having a smashing time in the process.- TheXboxHub

The puzzles may just have enough of a pull to make you consider purchasing Like No Other: The Legend Of The Twin Books, but you might need to use your imagination to conjure up an interesting tale to go along with it.- TheXboxHub

Crash Drive 3 is a fun little game. There’s not a huge amount of longevity here, especially not once you’ve unlocked all the worlds, yet it’s all good as a quick pick up and play affair, before forgetting about it again. Playing with friends is always better than strangers, but even if no one you know is online, with cross-play support it’s easy to get into quite intense contests.- TheXboxHub

Match Village has an interesting match-3 concept, but doesn’t quite build upon that sufficiently. The lack of a tutorial gets things off to a bad start but as fresh tiles enter the fray and new mechanics come into play, the fun factor increases.- TheXboxHub

I think Demetrios – The BIG Cynical Adventure stands out from the crowd for its crudeness and toilet humour, but mainly the fact that it’s just a big silly adventure not to be taken too seriously.- TheXboxHub

With enough RPG elements to help give players something else to focus on, and a vast selection of tracks included, this is one game that rhythm fans should possibly be getting involved in - it isn’t quite the most enjoyable game in the genre, but it certainly holds its own.- TheXboxHub

There’s no doubting that we’ll be returning to The Legend of Bum-bo. We love its cast of Bum-bos, with their cheeky, meta-bending takes on match-four puzzling. But we’ll still be cursing the designers as they gleefully take toys away from us, denying us progress, and offering only measly opportunities to build better Bum-bos.- TheXboxHub

There’s an original, fantastic deckbuilder here, surrounded by an even more original, and just as engaging text adventure. But Black Book doesn’t stop there, and adds more and more layers until you’re left with a huge, unwieldy onion. If you can stomach its design quirks and scattershot understanding of what is fun or isn’t, Black Book has some of the best moments in modern card games. Only you will know if you’ve got the patience to get there.- TheXboxHub

In a way, Garden Life: A Cozy Simulator feels like a small flower that’s been given the best soil, the biggest pot and plenty of love, but it’s too tiny and too dainty to make use of that space. It’s a bedding plant that needs more around it to really flourish. As it stands, it feels lonely.- TheXboxHub

If you really want to reap the full enjoyment from this game, you should get stuck into the mystery as soon as possible. It will take a serious investment of time, which will discourage some, and the game has some shortcomings like its poorly-thought out mining mechanics, but if you stick with it, you’ll be rewarded with an engaging tale of darkness and despair.- TheXboxHub

Batbarian: Testament of the Primordials goes a long way towards scratching a bit of a Metroidvania itch. It’s big, it’s sprawling and there’s a lot to see. With a little more attention to the combat and the jumping, this could well have been a bit of a genre-leading contender. As it is though, Barbarian is a good game, but not a great one.- TheXboxHub

Order of Battle: World War II is a rich, detailed and authentic experience suitable for historic strategy fans, with enough DLC to keep them busy for weeks. There’s nothing here to tempt newcomers to the genre however - this is a game solely aimed at its target audience.- TheXboxHub

It's good that there is another train sim game on the market, giving players options away from Train Sim World. It’s also nice that the development team here have tried something different with Train Life: A Railway Simulator. This forgoes the realism to instead provide a decent job of mixing simpler train movement with a great management system; the addictive career mode gives this train sim its heart.- TheXboxHub

If you have loved the previous two games in the Active Neurons series then you can’t put a foot wrong With Active Neurons 3 - Wonders Of The World on Xbox. It may feel a bit like a piece of DLC rather than a new imagining of the series, but that's fine for the cheap price and offer of a host of extra levels.- TheXboxHub

You could almost call DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing plain. But it’s also not mired in monetisation, nor is it overly fiddly, demanding understanding of pit crew or upgrades. It slots in nicely, then: more challenging and deep than PAW Patrol Grand Prix, but without the unnecessary bells and whistles of the free-to-play kart games. Plus you can’t go wrong with a character roster that includes Shrek and Donkey.- TheXboxHub

It’s fair to say that The Journey Down: Chapter Three kicks on and raises the stakes massively to try and offer a finale to remember. There’s no doubt it delivers clever puzzles aplenty, requiring a logical thought process and, sadly, a lot of back-tracking to solve.- TheXboxHub

Tropico 6 on Xbox One is a tasteful satire on the inner workings of politics. But it’s also a satisfying simulator of building and organising your very own nation. It’s a fun and challenging process of gradually erecting a complex infrastructure and then seeing everything function like clockwork. And of course, it’s also all about the contents of that Swiss bank account.- TheXboxHub
