Valve selects the best features of VR action games and takes them to another level. Half-Life: Alyx is not innovative in choosing what is needed for the perfect virtual reality experience – between interactivity of the environment, gestural use of firearms or environmental puzzles – but it is in putting together everything in the style of Half-Life. The kind of first person game that made the series famous, and forever changed the action adventure into a "before and after Gordon Freeman", returns to linear origins without genres contamination, becoming an immersive sim only for what falls within our view, or what we can physically accomplish in a crazy City 17. Masterful.- The Games Machine

Polished DLC at a Remedy-like quality standard – and that's a huge compliment. The ability to modify the environment doesn't leave a mark, but the narrative, the new floor and the gunplay more than compensate for that minor drawback. Waiting for the Alan Wake DLC, The Foundation is an excellent reason to visit the Oldest House again.- The Games Machine

Saints Row IV Re-Elected comes to the Nintendo Switch many years after the launch of the original version, but it certainly is a valid option for anyone looking for an excessively exaggerated and over the top open world action game. Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a gaming experience at its most mediocre, packed with all the worst practices that the videogame industry can offer and completely decimated by an embarrassing level of polish. This looter shooter seems to want to squander its large budget, failing to develop its premise in a way that is at least remotely meaningful.- The Games Machine

Shadowkeep is an extremely lazy expansion that offers nothing more than the bare minimum of content. Some new sets of armor, a few additional weapons, several exotic and a pleasant additional endgame activity are of little use when everything else is in fact recycled from the past incarnations of the franchise. Let’s hope Bungie will somehow counterbalance the scarcity of present contents in the next season.- The Games Machine

Concrete Genie is small but ambitious work. A beautiful story of courage, friendship with excellent feelings. The gameplay blends perfectly with all the artistic aspects, cured to the details.- The Games Machine

Grid is back to establish itself as one of the most exciting racing games in recent years. Missing a bit of courage, but the amount of cars and disciplines manages to keep high the desire to play. There are some technical limits and only 30 frames per second, but also wonderful weather and lighting management.- The Games Machine

Indivisible is a delightful work, a mix of genres, inspirations, characters, shapes, colors and sensations that on paper should rarely work but instead here becomes a stylistic and playful figure. Despite small and sometimes annoying defects, the title Lab Zero is a precious jewel of playability and narrative.- The Games Machine

Trine returns as bright as it once was, with its puzzles, platforms, enemies, and heroes ready to do anything to bring home the lost Prince. Despite some problems, this fourth chapter manages to deliver a good experience in co-op without too much difficulty, or a more interesting challenge for solitary players.- The Games Machine
