Asura's Wrath is an experiment, undoubtedly a successful one, to bring a new point of view to the videogame market. Mangas and shonen lovers will find in this game a majestic example of style. Sadly the gameplay isn't at the same level.

Lords of the Fallen is a small miracle when you consider the size of the studios that have worked on the project and the quality of the art direction and combat system, but unfortunately it does not completely shine.

Quite a pleasant surprise in this autumn filled with “big” games. It has a classic and functional structure, but it doesn’t lack originality and can be tactical and fun, even with some shortcomings here and there.

Multiplayer support limited to only six players ruins all the good things that this Need for Speed Rivals brings to the genre.

Death of the Reprobate is a whirlwind of madness, showcasing a parade of characters with no logic and questionable morality. The humor is, let’s say, quite unique, but it perfectly complements the distinctive graphic style typical of all Joe Richardson’s works. Perhaps the author is a bit too imaginative in designing his puzzles, but we’re happy to overlook that if it means getting one of the most entertaining and original titles of the year.

Wulverblade is a good take on the classic brawler genre, telling a compelling story about bretons against roman army of the 9th Legion.

More a Dead Island 1.5 than a true sequel, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but not an amazing thing either.

An original experiment that matches turn based strategy with football, with a deep managerial side and a great players editor. Still, the gameplay shows some flaws, and sometimes the experience can be frustrating.

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice demonstrates that videogames can be the perfect medium to tell a story about complex themes. The depiction of a disease like psychosis is believable and deep. The story works out very well, but the puzzles and the combat system are the game elements that push back the the overall quality of this very interesting project.

Even though it's not the best JRPG out there in the vast 3DS library, The Alliance Alive comes in the twilight of the portable system, and it offers 40-plus solid hours of adventuring for the ones who were left wanting more from The Legend of Legacy.

"The Enigma" is a strong episode 1 for this new series, in which Telltale tried to add something new to its formula, with different kinds of QTEs and interesting bounds between the main characters. Now, we just need to see how much of this will actually make the difference in the next episodes.

Black Mirror 2 is a good sequel for the fans and a pretty good graphic adventure game for all the other gamers. The title will give more than a few simple hours of entertainment due to its more than 15 hours of gameplay leaving all the buyers satisfied.

Fractured Mask is a well-written and engaging episode that restored our trust in Batman: The Enemy Within series. For the first time in a long while for a Telltale's game, we are very interested in the possible outcome that awaits Bruce and the other main characters in the next episode.

Demon Gaze II is very similar to its predecessor, improving in some areas (such as the combat system and the customization level) and making a step back in others (difficulty level, fan service). All in all, a solid entry in the DRPG sub-genre, but nothing to write home about.

Platformines is a valid cross line between 2D platform and 2D shooter with a retro 16 bit look and sound and with all the advantages and limitations that it entails. The gameplay is fun, the difficulty level is on the high standards and longevity is remarkable, but as hours pass the repetition grows too.

Crow is a nice surprise for those who love action-adventure in a dark-fantasy world. Touch controls are well implemented and visually the game offers a great mix of magic landscapes and solid rapresentation. On the other side Crow doesn't have a great longevity and the plot is not great.

Carbon Warfare is a real-time strategy that goes beyond the sole moral issue. If you leave out the fact that the aim of the game is to exterminate mankind, you'll find below are mechanical solid, complex to the environment in which they live and full of replay value based on the difficulty selected. Sure you can find competitors that give something similar at a lower price, perhaps with advertising or consumables; but if you are looking for an experience that does not lose focus on the gameplay in favor of the monetization, the Vituos game could do for you.

Through various levels, the game will be able to entertain us and make us think even for several minutes, leaving a certain degree of freedom of action. The great graphics are part of the experience and portray a world full of pitfalls, although the audio does not deserve the same praise.
