Meet Your Maker has an amazing idea. Mixing elements from Mario Maker and Doom, the new game from Dead by Daylight developers is fun and addictive... until the content starts lacking. Is a live service game, so the future will tell if it could be a success.

Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory is a fun game that works as a nostalgic revision of a saga with almost 20 years. Its plot is almost non-existent but raises many questions about the future of the saga.

No More Heroes 3 is made in Suda51's unique style, which can be summed up as a hyperviolent and crude hack-and-slash action game but brimming with originality and artistry, full of pop culture and anime references to mostly non-special franchises. The aesthetic is dissonant, but unique. You're not going to find anything like what No More Heroes 3 offers in any other game, for better or worse. And that's what makes this game, despite the crassness of its B-series style, fascinating and out of the ordinary. The worst thing about the game is its "open world" city, empty and ugly. And the best thing is the aesthetics and style of the bosses and the battles against them. And of course, the evil E.T. story.

The Last Oricru is a game with some brilliant elements and some rather sketchy ones. The game offers combat that works, a good co-op system and an engaging story. Its best achievement is in the branching narrative system that unfolds through the player's decisions. The local and online co-op mode is satisfying and helps you have a good time with your friends, plus it's well thought out and works very well. While in the story and its decision system works, and the graphics, sound and combat deliver, the Souls elements feel alien to the game's identity, and at times take you out of the experience. The overall experience with The Last Oricru is positive and is definitely an option for those who like RPGs.

The Callisto Protocol plays it safe. It sustains its playable base on the pillars that made Dead Space an icon of space terror and that is fantastic news for fans of Visceral Games' work. Perhaps some imagination, innovation or narrative unpredictability is missing, but the new work from Glen Schofield is exactly what Dead Space fans could expect. Its raw and violent gameplay is addictive and the beauty of its settings is astonishing. Unfortunately, the title is weighed down by a very poor technical section that fails in performance, in sound and even in such a basic aspect as the correct placement of checkpoints. Despite everything, space terror fans and especially Dead Space fans will find exactly what they came looking for. And that's okay.

Flatout 4: Total Insanity is a different driving game, where skill doesn’t count as much as brute strength. It’s a proposal full of races and game modes that will amuse those seeking for something diverse on this genre. Races, destruction and speed on exaggerated doses for a plain and straight experience.

Portal Knights is an interesting proposal that combines crafting, exploring and good RPG combats in a large sandbox. When RPG meets Minecraft you could find Portal Knights, to give a funny experience alone or in cooperative multiplayer.

Star Ocean The Divine Force is a pure action JRPG experience that takes the original formula of the saga and updates many of the sections to provide the user with a fairly decent role-playing game. However, it is not safe from technical failures, since on many occasions, the action in combat does not work as expected.

Oxide: Room 104 can be tiring to many in its clunky, basic animations, and complicated combat. Also, it can be frustrating in many ways, because of the amount of deaths you will suffer, or how demanding it is in terms of the order you must follow to finish it. However, for fans of the horror genre, Oxide: Room 104 is an easy recommendation as long as you don't approach the game with bigger budget games in mind. What this title has to offer is an original, fun, and well thought out experience in terms of gameplay, level design, and puzzle design.

While I do not consider it to be the best in the saga, it is not at all short in terms of what it offers, and is that Raiden III x Mikado Maniax will always be a good challenge for all lovers of the Shmups, its aesthetics and unique playstyle is what has always attracted the attention of the fans. Since the arcade in the 90s, its resurrection in the 2000s and its arrival on consoles in recent years, the Raiden franchise was, is and will be synonymous with quality in the genre.

The Falconeer is a game with great ideas, but also with a mission system that ends up being repetitive and boring too soon. However, it is not a bad game. It offers a great quality in flight physique, and great visuals. In addition, it was made by a single person, which is undoubtedly a merit difficult to match, especially for the quality of many of its options. It is not a game for everyone, but for those who enjoy air combat games.

GTA V on Xbox Series X gives very little reason for Xbox One players to upgrade (for a fee). A version that easily could have been free is left behind a paywall to justify technical improvements that fall short of the mark.

Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections arrived with the promise of being the definitive Naruto game. However, Cyberconnect2's work is not only too continuist, but also cuts inexplicable content that was present in previous installments of the series. It is true that its gameplay is still fun, and that in terms of content it is really impressive, but it does not mean that we expected much more from a game of this type.

Darksiders III is a bittersweet episode in the series of the Horsemen that proposes a new and more demanding approach in combat, but remains halfway to a notable game for the lack of rhythm and the loss of elements such as exploration and puzzles. It is a bit far from the game that the Darksiders franchise needs to continue to be alive in the near future.

Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince is a beautiful game, with beautiful designs that have many more possibilities and variety than their previous games, something to be thankful for, but it is still a puzzle-centered platform game, and that's where it works best. The moments of action and the bosses have their grace, they help to disconnect, but the real challenge is mental.

There are many elements that compose How to Survive 2. And that’s maybe its greatest virtue but its worst flaw. It’s a competent game in every aspect it proposes: action, role, survival, exploration… But it doesn’t achieve to be profound enough in anything to consider it a remarkable experience.

You have at your disposal 4 eligible characters, each with their own abilities, 4 scenarios and a limited variety of cosmetics that you can earn. Although it has power, this game offers a much less solid experience than similar games, due to its shortcomings. Among those, the biggest complaint is the imbalance in matchmaking, among other problems with servers, and gameplay in general.
