GrimGrimoire OnceMore is an excellent remaster of a hidden gem from the PS2 era that finally gets the chance to receive the attention it deserves. Its 2D RTS system works exceptionally well and its story is as good as its gameplay.- PSX Brasil

From story to combat, exploration and setting, every little detail stands out and combines to deliver one of the best games of the year. Ghostwire: Tokyo is a true love letter to Tokyo and Japan, with all its peculiarities and mythology treated with well-deserved deserved respect, delivering a unique experience that can only be created by a studio truly in love with a project.- PSX Brasil

More of the same, River City Girls 2 offers an expansion for the price of a sequel. More time was needed in the oven, either to offer more novelty or to break the mold and bring something completely new.- PSX Brasil

Tainted Grail: Fall of Avalon follows its inspirations to deliver a unique and excellently structured work for an open-world action RPG inspired by Skyrim and Oblivion, with a strong focus on freedom and an excellent dark fantasy presentation. Even so, several technical issues on the consoles will diminish the overall experience in its current state.- PSX Brasil

Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg is an exciting re-release of the first game of a RPG series that demonstrates that shows for both new and old fans that many of the elements that captivated them were present from the very beginning. Despite being limited by all its simplicity, the title is a lot of fun during its relatively short length.- PSX Brasil

Even though it demands a lot from the player right from the start and it doesn't have the nicest interface, especially for console players, Nobunaga's Ambition: Awakening is a legitimate representative of the genre. The title appropriates everything that has done best in the past decades, rewarding the dedicated and studious with fascinating stories, complex management systems and great options for achieving glory.- PSX Brasil

Trinity Fusion brings a good mix of the roguelite and metroidvania genres. However, some limitations in its build creation system and the constant feeling of repetition of scenarios and enemies prevent it from reaching a more prominent place among the many options in the genre.- PSX Brasil

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a game that should be enjoyed in the right "vibe". It brings back a sense of nostalgia for the 90s, while also having a plot that manages to hook us in. The character development is solid and creates bonds with the player. There are some technical issues that patches could fix, as well as some slow moments in the narrative. But, in other words, if you liked the other DON'T NOD narrative games, it's hard not to like this one. [Review based on TAPE 1: BLOOM]- PSX Brasil

Layers of Fear is a psychological horror game that is really scary, but as time goes by you start to miss something. That doesn't make it bad, mainly because it contains extra stories to entertain the player. However, a little more action here wouldn't hurt anyone.- PSX Brasil

The gameplay, visuals, and quality of life improvements elevate the game and make it even more of a must-have for fans of the genre.- PSX Brasil

Saviorless is one of those games whose simplicity of the gameplay and quality of art direction work together to create something unique. Even though the campaign is short, following the characters' steps and unraveling the mysteries of the narrative make it worth the time.- PSX Brasil

Although there are problems with making most of its content available and also an excessive randomness for combat and progress, Pirates Outlaws is one of the best current roguelikes, with a lot of personality and a considerable challenge.- PSX Brasil

Godbreakers doesn't try to redefine the roguelite genre, but it brings satisfactory combat mechanics in an otherwise linear and repetitive journey. It's a more enjoyable experience when played in co-op with one or more friends.- PSX Brasil

Here we enter a particularly difficult case to judge: is it worth playing Chrono Cross these days? Absolutely. Is this faulty port worth buying at its launch price? It depends. It's a shame the remaster turned out this way, but Chrono Cross is still a gem even after all these years.- PSX Brasil

Heading Out is an interesting proposition that stands out for its themes, its uncompromising arcade racing style, and its visual aesthetic. It lacks much of the randomness that should be emphasized in a roguelike, which sometimes makes the experience unpleasant.- PSX Brasil

ChromaGun 2: Dye Hard uses simple magnetic color mechanics to create puzzles that, while not impressive, at least maintain interest. The same goes for its satirical story about labor relations, in which we play as a tester trapped in a leonine contract of dangerous experiments and are guided by the very well-voiced sadistic bosses. For those who have trouble visualizing the colors, there is an accessibility option that uses symbols on the puzzle objects.- PSX Brasil

Fun and refreshing, [REDACTED] is a good bet on the roguelite formula and delivers a game recommended for those looking for something like that. It may not be so refined or with too much content to last for a long time, but it's a good bet on the genre.- PSX Brasil

9 Years of Shadows is one of those indies that manages to leave a lasting impression. The armor mechanics are well thought out and bring fluidity to exploration, especially during boss fights. Even with its mediocre story and minor technical issues, the title makes up for it with creativity, charming pixel art, and an excellent soundtrack, a well-designed atmosphere, and well-functioning gameplay. For those who enjoy metroidvanias and are looking for something new within the genre, it's worth giving it a try.- PSX Brasil

There is no doubt that Monster Energy Supercross - The Official Videogame 5 is one of the best current titles in its segment, and even with some points for improvement, it offers an incredibly deep system of control and simulation of the sport. Correct in both content and visual style, it proves to be receptive to dedicated fans, but uninviting to new adepts.- PSX Brasil

Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties is a remake that retains only a small essence of the original work. Despite being quite faithful to the story, some script decisions leave something to be desired, and the secondary content, with the exception of Daddy Rank, goes from something new to just "more of the same." Dark Ties is an interesting addition, but it could also have a better-developed story. On the other hand, the gameplay of both titles remains fluid and with fun new combat styles to master. The final experience is somewhat bittersweet, being a remake well below the original, but one that provides many hours of fun.- PSX Brasil

Forgotten at the bottom of the trunk, Cannon Dancer Osman is a piece of history brought back to new platforms for the first time. The visuals will please pixel art connoisseurs and the intense gameplay is simple and fun as an arcade title should be. The many quality of life improvement options are welcome and even allow you to configure slightly different ways to play, but this help can end up making the enjoyment even shorter than it actually is. In the end, it's a game recommended for the nostalgic, the curious and those who intend to play a very brief campaign over and over again, improving their technique with each quick attempt to reach the end.- PSX Brasil

Atelier Resleriana: The Red Alchemist & The White Guardian is a fun and rewarding celebration of the series, delivering a lighthearted adventure that compiles many of the elements that have made it so beloved by its fans. While less accessible to newcomers and with some issues, such as the overly simplified synthesis system, if you've been a fan of Gust's work with the franchise for roughly a decade, this game will warm your heart.- PSX Brasil

The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is a great production derived from the franchise full of good hits. As an action RPG, it's dynamic, fast and has a lot of style, even if it suffers from a not always inspired story and a certain aesthetic pollution. The combat diversity guarantee high fun from beginning to end of the campaign.- PSX Brasil
