Conquer Warring States Japan under one banner!

Players are supported by faithful retainers who act on their own judgement. The "Dominion" system will allow you to obtain and grant territory to retainers. In return, retainers who are given the land will dedicate themselves to the development of the clan. Divvy up and parcel out the beautifully detailed Warring States Japan as you like, and make it prosper!
Over 2,200 officers will be included, the greatest number in the series. Come together with highly individualistic retainers and move history!

The game will also include various features that befit the 40th anniversary of the series, including scenarios, events, policies, and more, as well as elements from the previous titles such as an editing function that will allow them to change officer status, background music and scenarios, or create new clans.

Awakening changes a lot and not always for the better. If you can handle a very management-heavy game and want something to really sink your teeth into, Nobunaga’s got you covered.

Nobunaga's Ambition: Awakening on PS5 looks and runs great and even plays very well, but it could've used a better tutorial for newcomers to the genre on console. In its current state, it was a good decision from Koei Tecmo to bring this game to the West with all updates and the expansion included from the start because we finally have a Nobunaga's Ambition game that is worth playing day one for the first time in many years.

Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening is an interesting take on the strategy genre, choosing to focus more on the administration aspects of running a successful war campaign rather than focusing on the battles themselves.

Even though it demands a lot from the player right from the start and it doesn't have the nicest interface, especially for console players, Nobunaga's Ambition: Awakening is a legitimate representative of the genre. The title appropriates everything that has done best in the past decades, rewarding the dedicated and studious with fascinating stories, complex management systems and great options for achieving glory.

Nobunaga's Ambition: Awakening streamlines the many complex systems and mechanics that have built up over the series' 40-year history, refining the strategic experience that is more approachable and all the better for it. While UI elements and precise control issues can frustrate at times, Awakening is a wonderful sandbox for samurai enthusiasts to play in.

There’s a lot to like about Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening. It’s an overall solid strategy game where all your tactical decisions really feel like they have an impact, good or bad. The systems feel smooth and the connections between them feel natural. It really makes you feel like you have to stretch your brain, especially in the early stages. But there’s almost too much going on, which can get very confusing, especially when more urgent matters come up. And with so much to do, a controller is a suboptimal input device. Fortunately, there’s no real punishment for taking some time to get to the menu you want to be in, but figuring out how to get there can be frustrating.

Offering a more simplistic approach to traditional RTS systems, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening is an accessible entry that impresses with its sieges and immersive qualities. Its approach to story and presentation are poor, but the Warriors games have never been renowned for these qualities. Instead, you’ll be making your own story as you betray alliances, pull off subterfuge and conquer those who stand against you.

    Good-
Unique gameplay; Simple but strategic battles; In-depth economic and political management.
Bad- Really bad at teaching new players

    Bad-
Really bad at teaching new players how to play.

    Thoughts-
Ultimately, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening is an interesting take on the strategy genre, choosing to focus more on the administration aspects of running a successful war campaign rather than focusing on the battles themselves. And while learning the game might be quite a bit of a challenge in the beginning, there’s a lot of fun to be had, as well as quite a bit of history to be learned.

É um bom jogo, porém para novos jogadores será um desafio para aprender. É onde o jogo peca por n tem um bom tutorial e um n ser tão intuitivo.
