Transposes the turn-based shooter into a futuristic setting competently, but ultimately is far from essential. For genre completists only. [Issue#174, p.93]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

At 5.45, this is still a big ask for a mobile title retailing for 1.99 over on Apple's side of the gaming fence. [Feb 2014, p.94]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

There's no denying that the technology has serious potential, it's just a shame that the first game to use it ends up being a busted flush. [Dec 2007, p.100]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

What's here, while less fully formed in some areas than others, is still an impressive show from a developer working more or less alone. [Issue#152, p.79]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

Given its focus on just one thing, Overpass doesn’t feel particularly realistic or weighty, and you can certainly get more excitement from conquering GTA V’s Mount Chiliad. Still, it does what it does without fuss, faffing, or frills, so take it or leave it. We’d probably leave it. [Issue#174, p.86]- Playstation Official Magazine UK

This JRPG needs a few more lessons before it'll be concert ready. Lacking the tightness it needs, it's not quite the rising star it hopes to be, but it's still endearing. [Issue#152, p.91]- Playstation Official Magazine UK
