Once more, NetherRealm hits it out of the park. Injustice 2 feels like a natural successor to its predecessor - bigger, better and bolder, with an in-depth RPG-like customization system to boot. Get this, if you haven't already.

The Super Mario RPG was an excellent game at the time and nothing has changed. Even now it is a delightful title to play and even more enjoyable thanks to the audiovisual improvements. In terms of remake, when it comes to new features, the title plays a bit on the safe side, but in return is a wonderful adventure that won't bore you for a second.

A truly engaging story told in a unique visual style... there's really not much wrong with Valiant Hearts, even if its replay value isn't all that valiant.

A wonderful traditional fighting game with fantastic (online) gameplay and stunning visuals, that disappoints only a bit in its small roster of characters.

Sonic Generations returns in the form of a remaster as well as a new game starring Shadow. A somewhat unusual combination, but it works out extremely well. The levels are fantastic, the technical improvements are excellent and the performance is top notch. Moreover, the purchase price is very reasonable considering what you get in return in terms of content. Lover of the original game or just a fan of Sonic in general? Then this is definitely recommended.

Transistor puts a unique spin on the turn-based RPG concept everyone loves and, surprisingly, pulls it off. The game has a steep learning curve, but strong visuals and an interesting story will keep you playing.

Advance Wars' tactical gameplay proves timeless. Twenty years after the release of the second game, playing both games is still enjoyable. What's more, you get a lot of content, allowing you dozens of hours ahead, and all of that is complimented by a delightful soundtrack and fantastic gameplay. Visually, the new 3D concept does not come across completely perfect and the challenge can be a bit trial and error, but these are points you can certainly live with thanks to the extremely potent overall package that every fan of the franchise should have. Newcomer and up for strategic titles? Even then it's a no brainer.

Housemarque's first triple A game does just about everything right, with an intriguing story and wonderful world that's begging to be explored. Add some truly memorable boss encounters to the mix and you won't be surprised to realize that Returnal may just be the PlayStation 5's first genuine must have.

A lot of the pieces in this elaborately crafted game of chess are finally starting to move towards what can only end up being quite spectacular climaxes. Oh, and it feels damn good to finally fight back.

Based on the hilariously over-the-top action movies from the eighties, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon knocks it out of the park. It's a great futuristic shooter resembling Far Cry 3 in gameplay and adding a huge amount of cheesy oneliners, dumb action and cheap entertainment. Blood Dragon is a lot of fun and an experience you won't forget anytime soon.

A fantastic collection that is an unmissable purchase to everybody who holds the Street Fighter franchise close to their heart. The best four titles are fully playable online and provide an unlimited amount of replayability. The extra features are an absolute treat as well and make this the best Street Fighter Collection available by far. Get ready to face some stiff competition though because some people have never stopped playing these titles.

To the naysayers: Call of Duty is back in a big way, paradoxically delving back into the past to present a fresher narrative and gameplay experience than we've not seen in years.

It's a bit short and it doesn't look as good as its console counterpart, but other than that this is a great portable LBP game. You'll be making levels from the palm of your hand now... and you'll be surprised at how well it works.

If not for some repetitive environments, NioH 2 would basically be the perfect sequel, improving upon the original in almost every conceivable way. Highlights: the superb graphics, the added emphasis on exploration and the incredibly fun boss fights. Sincerely recommended.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is Sandfall Interactive's debut game, and what a debut! The engaging emotional story grabs you right away, the combat is delightful and the unique play styles for each character make it continuously interesting. Add to that a wonderful soundtrack and brilliant experience and it could hardly get any better. That there are some minor flaws we'll take for granted, because this game is definitely worth it.

The battles in co-op are fun and the soundtrack is cool. That is the only thing we can say in a positive sense about Babylon's Fall. Otherwise, the game falls short on all fronts. The story is not very interesting, the graphics are horrible and the combat system is very standard so you get little pleasure from it. A game that in concept certainly sounded interesting, but is in practice very disappointing.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 continues on the foundation of the previous two games, augmented by new environments, features and combat. This provides more variety and the web slinging is even more refined thanks to new features. Still, the game is more of the same at some parts, and at a technical level there are some issues. That being said, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is a delightful game that every PlayStation gamer should definitely play.

After the hilarious and hectic insanity that was part 1, its sequel is even grander, more complete and provides even more entertainment. Gameplay remains as chaotic as ever but the additional amount of content makes sure it stays fresh for quite a while. Playing with some friends online is definitely the preferred way of playing Overcooked 2 but even when you're playing solo this game is still a blast.

Hell is Us isn't a one-size-fits-all game, and that's precisely what makes it so powerful. Rogue Factor clearly poured a lot of love into its production. The game relies on you to take the time to explore, solve puzzles, and find your way, sometimes leading you to get lost in the beautiful environments, each with its own unique story. The combination of mystery and unknowing, the unique environments, an interesting combat system, and the immersive audiovisual experience give the game its unique character. While a bit more variety in weapons and enemies wouldn't have hurt, these elements more than compensate. Combined with a relatively reasonable price tag, Hell is Us delivers an unforgettable experience that's both challenging and memorable, provided the game's premise appeals to you. A clear recommendation.

A fantastic little gem from a little Dutch developing studio... It's only got one level, true, but it's replay value is uncanny, and gameplay and level design form a superb tag team.
