Skating in 2.5D is a real pleasure with OlliOll World. The gameplay is almost perfect and thanks to the creative levels with plenty to do, the game has a high replayability. This is accompanied by a fine learning curve, an excellent soundtrack, many customization options and so on. That the story is not that interesting you have to accept, because the rest is excellent! Must have.

A rock solid game and a lot of extra content - including a VR expansion! - make this the ultimate edition of Rise of the Tom Raider. A must have for every fan of the franchise.

FromSoftware is back with Elden Ring and although we had to wait a long time, it was worth it. The new approach with an open world works particularly well and that is partly due to the strong gameplay and beautiful environments that excel especially in style. In addition, the many bosses are incredibly cool and the soundtrack is fantastic. A must have, but know that the PS5 version has to contend with frame rate issues.

    Fez
Fez was already a great game when it appeared on Xbox Live two years ago and this hasn't changed on PlayStation. It's still a challenging puzzle game with varied gameplay and a unique look. If you haven't played this before, you should definitely check it out.

Hi-Fi Rush was an instant hit on the Xbox and PC last year, and rightfully so; it is an excellent game. This PS5 version doesn't change that. The highly entertaining combat, good humor, cool atmosphere and fine performance make it an outright winner. Game not played yet? Then we can immediately recommend Hi-Fi Rush.

A deep, dark, extremely challenging and downright wonderful game that will keep you enthralled for weeks or months to come. New enemy placement justifies a purchase for even the most hardcore veterans of the last-gen edition.

Super Mario Party Jamboree is packed with fun content, additional modes and the overall presentation is excellent. The multiplayer is incredibly entertaining and all in all, this is the most fun installment in the series to date. That the motion control minigames are a little less fun we gladly take for granted, as the rest of the game overshadows in sheer quality. Must have.

Hogwarts Legacy is a game that is right on target. A stunning environment that is atmospherically designed gives you the freedom to walk around freely, play with magic and, of course, fly around with the broom. The gameplay is varied enough to keep you busy for a long time and it doesn't get boring easily either. As a fan of Wizarding World, this is an absolute must have. The game does have some small technical flaws here and there, but it won't keep you from getting entertained for a long time.

An intriguing and at times exceptionally funny tale coupled with excellent gameplay makes for a great gaming experience. Thus it's not at all difficult to overlook the fact that Danganronpa V3 never really looks or feels like a current gen game.

It's not very innovating, but then again it doesn't need to be. Without reinventing the wheel, Dark Souls III manages to one-up its predecessor and crown itself the best game in a remarkable franchise.

Technically, this game isn't superb. Luckily, every other aspect of The Walking Dead Episode 2: Starved for Help is. Bloody action, though choices and a great story with well-developed characters make this well worth your while.

Blizzard finally makes its reappearance on the console and they do this successfully. Diablo III plays brilliantly and the added co-operative feature is impressive. Even if you have already played this game on PC, we'd still recommend you to try this one out.

Always wanted to know what it's like to be Indiana Jones? Then this game is the way to find out. The story captivates you from beginning to end, the characters are very cool and the gameplay manages to offer enough variety that you will never get bored. With dozens of hours of gameplay, beautiful environments, excellent voice-acting and, above all, lots of fun, this is a game I highly recommend. The game has some minor technical issues, but they will not hinder the experience.

It took a long time, but Croteam has finally brought us a sequel to The Talos Principle. Expect a hefty amount of fun puzzles, interesting philosophical discussions and beautiful environments to enjoy. Everything you knew from the original is in this game, but better. It is unfortunate that the frame rate is not stable and the game has pop-in, but that is fairly negligible against the experience in the end, because as an overall package it is fantastic.

Capcom has finally done it. It put Resident Evil back on the map as a survival horror force to be reckoned with. At times unbelievably scary, Resident Evil VII is a relentless first person roller coaster ride that brings the goosebumps and washes the bad taste left by previous entries in the series out of your mouth.

Part 2 trumps the original in every way. Production values are high, the multiplayer is fun, gameplay is very intense and we could go on about its qualities. Everything you'd expect from a sequel is here and we heartily recommend you pick this up. Especially if you played and loved part 1.

Firewall Zero Hour raises the bar for all VR shooters that follow. You'll need the Aim controller to get the most out of it, but it's more than worth it. The thrill of 4-on-4 with live players is sure to fill your friends list and there really is nothing quite like this. Let's hope the online lobbies remain filled for quite some time because if there ever was a game that deserved it on PlayStation VR, this is it. Buy this now.

Dynasty Warriors: Origins breaks through that stagnation with a cracker of a game. By deviating from the old concept as a spin-off, the series is firmly back on track: the story is presented in a fun way, the gameplay is unparalleled, the technical quality is good and the game offers a lot of content. For fans of the PS2 parts, there is even a bit of nostalgia to be recognized. Koei Tecmo shows with this that Dynasty Warriors is far from finished and they also dare to innovate with the concept.

Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO does and offers exactly what you expect from the game. A huge roster of playable characters, accessible gameplay, fine combat, stunning presentation and we could go on and on. As a fan of the franchise, you will be able to have fun with this again for a long time and if we have to be critical, the lack of certain tracks in the game is a bit of a shame and there could have been more “what if” scenarios in the game. But that's nitpicking, because as a total package this stands as a house!
