The already third installment in the Voice of Cards series is another excellent title. The story is even more dark and along with a good atmosphere you get totally immersed in it. The advanced levels and combat make it a joy to play, but the fact is that the menus are still not conveniently laid out and the random encounters can be a bit annoying at times. No reason for ignoring the game though, considering that as a total package it is a must have especially for players of the previous two parts.

Serial Cleaner sports a neat concept, a lot of challenge and a unique visual style. If you can handle sluggish controls and the lack of a proper story, Serial Cleaner will keep you busy for a while.

Driveclub VR is almost an entirely new game, that plays wonderfully in VR. Unfortunately, this racing experience falls flat in the graphics department.

MLB looks good, has lots of content and plays extremely well... which goes a long way towards making it one of the better baseball games out there. It's not much of an improvement over its predecessor, however... and that's always a shame.

The Medium tells an interesting paranormal story and allows you to explore an environment that’s as creepy as it is fascinating. On top of that, it looks and sounds great. However, you’ll have to endure the sometimes clunky camera angles.

There's a lot more depth to WRC 8's career mode when compared to its predecessors and that's a major plus. The game's graphics have received an update as well. The learning curve is a bit steep, but don't let that stop you from giving this one a go.

More of the same, with a classic touch to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of its sport, WRC 10 does what it needs to do. It’s a good game, that will keep fans playing for a long time to come.

As a shooter, Spec Ops: The Line disappoints. The coversystem is a constant source of frustration and the hit detection is way off. On top of that, the multiplayer is generally uninteresting. However, as a story-drive singleplayer experience, the game shines like few have before it.

Simple, but fun. As you regulate virtual traffic with a pair of PlayStation Move controllers, you’ll soon realize that this isn’t nearly as boring as it sounds. In fact, it makes for a truly enjoyable experience.

A great tactical RPG that more or less mixes the turn-based combat of the early Final Fantasy games with the strategic joy that was Vandal Hearts. It's not the best game ever – among others, the story is lacking – but we definitely recommend it to fans of the genre.

The same thing as last year, with a couple of expected improvements. Nothing special, but enough tweaks to keep the series interesting.

As Dusk Falls keeps you glued to the screen from the first minute thanks to the developments in the story, which you can influence by the choices you make. The multiplayer gives it an extra dimension and it pays to play the game several times, thanks to the splits in the story. However, the input registration can irritate, because it does not always do what it should, but beyond that a must play.

This game takes us back to the early days of the mafia, set in Sicily. You can expect a nice adventure full of action and excitement, but at the same time, it's all rather predictable. The large number of knife fights that serve as the standard climax to a boss battle also feel rather trite. It is a technically excellent game with good and engaging gameplay, but at the same time, it is not groundbreaking in any way. Hangar 13 plays it very safe, so if you are familiar with the franchise (especially the first part), you know what to expect.

Graphically excellent and superb in the gameplay department, Konami once more manages to give FIFA a run for its money on many fronts. There are some nitpicks though, of which the annoying referees and disappointing AI are the most unwelcome.

Suda51 does what Suda51 does best with a wonderfully absurd adventure that plays well, looks and sounds great. The technical performance on the Nintendo Switch leaves something to be desired, though.

The frame-rate isn't great and apparently the camera wants to kill you, but otherwise this is a great send-off for the Assassin's Creed franchise on the last-gen consoles. The environments are varied and your role as a templar is interesting. Definitely recommended.

Underwhelming AI and questionable future prospects aside, The Division remains above all a classy RPG-shooter, set in a rich environment and taking co-op gameplay to a whole new level. It's a decent enough start for a new IP, even if we're left wondering about its lifespan.

Microtransactions remain a scourge that should be exterminated, but if you can ignore them, there's a lot to love about the new FIFA. Chief among which the new Volta mode, which takes the franchise to the streets like never before. Subtle improvements round out an overall impressive package.

It's taken a while, but we've finally got a decent Civilization game for consoles. The controls are fine, the gameplay's deep and challenging, and while the graphics aren't exactly top of the bill, they won't hurt the experience either. Good job.

When you're able to play this title in co-op with a couple of friends, the resulting experience is almost elemental. When you're going in solo, however, Ghost Recon: Wildlands is less memorable as the cracks in the framework inelegantly show and the extremely repetitive nature of the gameplay slowly reveals itself.

A new racer in the well-known franchise that doesn't really excel at anything, but certainly doesn't do anything wrong either. It is entertaining, varied and has enough content to keep you interested for a long time. It also looks and plays nice. It is notable that it is on the easy side and that there are some flaws here and there. Fan of arcade racers? Then this is a good choice.

Code Vein mixes the popular Soulsborne formula with an anime look and mostly delivers on the lofty expectations its hype machine created. The AI's a bit wonky though, and co-op could use some improvement.
