God of War was the best game of the previous generation and now it’s available on the PC with little enhancements, but none of them is needed. This is a good PC port with no issues and a wide variety of graphical choices. With the inclusion of Nvidia DLSS, you will not be sacrificing visual fidelity for the framerate and vice versa. God of War is a game that will always have my recommendation on any gaming device it’s available on.

If there is one title that feels like it beckons the start of the next-gen era, it is undoubtedly this game. Its flawless presentation and beautiful graphics may be polluted by a glitch or two along the way, but nonetheless, it is an amazing experience that just can't be recommended enough.

A game that will define all future games. If this masterpiece is running on a PS4, imagine what we could do on a PC.

Factorio: Space Age might be an expansion for one of the best games of all time, but it looks more like a fully fledged sequel worth hundreds of hours of your time. It captivates you, making you explore multiple planets, increasing the complexity and creativity possibilities almost tenfold, while maintaining the high level of quality and satisfaction with each factory built. A masterpiece.

It’s buggy and flawed on many technical (but very fixable) levels, but Cyberpunk 2077 is a unique and beautiful experience on almost all other levels. All in all – a masterpiece.

Split Fiction is an explosion of creativity that does not compromise fun for anything. The story amazingly compliments the various gameplay styles and approaches that never go stale. If It Takes Two was revolutionary, Split Fiction is an amazing step up in the genre and a showcase of amazing gameplay ideas. It’s proof that when creativity is allowed to flourish, exceptional games follow.

Do not let the screenshots turn you away. Pony Island is a genuinely smart game which manages to surprise you all the way through its short running time. "One trick pony" this is not.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is nothing short of a masterpiece. Words can’t fully capture just how remarkable this game truly is. Play it ASAP and let the experience speak for itself.

There are no words to describe just how divine Breath of the Wild is. It’s easy to pinpoint its mortal weaknesses, but impossible to number all the strengths, this game represents a new definition of perfection. A simple, outstanding reminder of how simple ideas can overcome modern desires through the power of sheer effort and love.

Returnal is a must-play and a first perfect true next-gen experience that utilizes all that Sony has marketed for its new console. A sci-fi third-person shooter that uses its roguelite attribute in combination with its time loop story that surprises with its originality and surpasses the expectations by far.

If spooky, cartoony, fun and charming action, full of puzzles and mystery is your cup of tea - drink no further! If you loved the first and second one, jump right in. If you didn't play those, go and play them, then jump right in. This is a perfectly balanced treat for any fan of the cutesy horror, that perhaps only Nintendo can deliver. An absolute joy of a game, you should not dare miss.

Slice & Dice is a roguelike gem that brilliantly combines strategy and RNG that’s actually fair! With a huge variety of heroes, items, game modes and other content, every run feels fresh and challenging. The retro pixel art style is charming, and the well-balanced difficulty keeps you coming back for more.

Despite a few serious flaws that would be a huge drawback in most other scenarios, Tears of the Kingdom manages to throw so much at you that you can't help but grab the one thing you love the most. Whether you are into experimenting or defying ancient evil with little to no odds, this is a game that overshadows its predecessor so much that we'll hardly ever look back. Yet, hope for the future must come in the shape of something different since the potential of what we have here seems like it has reached the end of the cloud.

Larian Studios' magnum opus. A pinnacle of RPG design that merges depth, uniqueness and writing of the best cRPGs with production quality and audio-visual presentation of AAA games. It is a new high for the video game industry.

Shadow of the Erdtree is probably the best DLC for any video game ever made. It is hindered by the lackluster optimization of its PC port, but it offers such an enormous amount of content and probably the best world design we have seen so far, not only from From Software but gaming in general. It provides nerve-wracking bosses and stellar enemy and gameplay mechanics.

When it comes to games, you’ll rarely find yourself saying: ‘’Let your expectations run wild, for they will surely be met with excellence’’. Rebirth feels more like a spectacular conclusion than a midway point of a trilogy. Bursting with content, rare are the moments where you won’t feel the utmost joy. It is easily one of the best Final Fantasy games ever conceived and one of the greatest titles this genre has to offer. A true masterpiece that makes us excited for what the series will have to offer next.

Satisfactory is one of the greatest automatization games ever made. It is a remarkably fun and complex experience that gives the sense of a scale that no other game from the genre managed to reproduce. It is brimming with content, looks beautiful and is incredibly addictive.

With Geralt's final adventure coming to an end, CD Projekt Red did a masterful job. Action, intrigue, love and Gwent - it's all there and it's better than ever. Truly a finale worthy of the legendary Witcher.

Stygian is a masterful, and pretentious cRPG that bravely immerses you into the world of HP Lovecraft in the eeriest and non-linear level. It presents great storytelling influenced by writer’s diabolical cosmic horrors and at the same time, it is a fully-fledged fun turn-based RPG that lives up to the names of much more famous and expensive games in the genre.

One of the best Spider-man games in history and a victory for the future of the singleplayer AAA games.

Was the wait worth it? Absolutely. This is Hollow Knight — and then some. Playing as Hornet feels like an entirely new experience, offering a level of speed and finesse the Knight never had. Add in the wealth of new skills, tools, and traversal options, and the gameplay reaches incredible new heights. And once again, the world is as breathtakingly beautiful as it is haunting.

Even with its very short campaign, the game offers tremendous replay value with various challenges and modifiers. The "time moves when you move" mechanic is polished to perfection resulting in some of the most spectacular scenes in FPS games.

Steamworld Dig 2 is bigger and better than its predecessor in every way possible, except for one - it's still a game that has to end. There is no multiplayer, endless or random generating modes you could enjoy after the credits roll. But for the length of the campaign, it is an experience only a masterful metroidvania can deliver.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate escalates everything the series was known for, and delivers it flawlessly. Biggest fighter rooster ever, more dynamic gameplay, loads and loads of gameplay modes, stages, weapons, music, stuff! If there is a smash that deserves your cash, this is the one!

It is a game that reminds you how some titles earned their legendary status in the history of video games, and teaches you how it can be possible to implement that epic old school essence into the modern age of gaming. A truly superb and rewarding gem you should not let slip unnoticed.

Still the best thing for any true Football lover out there, it will take weeks and months of your life.

Crash once again shows why it is one of the best platformers and a cult classic, now for PC, Xbox and Switch users to enjoy in it.

Gameplay still holds up, graphics are beyond gorgeous and nostalgia hits you hard, yet it feels like a first time experience. Unlike some old-school odysseys that promise warm nostalgia, reignited trilogy delivers burning hot blast from the past - for the future!

Obsidian is a true master of its craft, and they provide us one of the best and unique classic rpg experience out there. Immersive and rich world, interesting setting with tons of things to do and regions to explore, with colorful characters and complicated politics.

Infinite Wealth is RGG Studio’s magnum opus. With a vast environment to explore and a few whole games embedded into its core, it’s definitely the best title in the series. It’s fun, silly and beautiful while still being an emotional send-off to Kiryu and his unforgettable adventure.

Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector is a fantastic sequel that expands upon its core concepts and gameplay mechanics while delivering an even more emotional and thrilling story. A true masterpiece and yet another GOTY contender from the talented team at Jump Over The Age.

Larian managed to deliver one of the best RPGs of this decade.

F1 2020 provides one of the best racing modes where every aspect of your own F1 team is highly manageable and customizable. It is well balanced, providing great experience to new players, as much as seasoned sim racers, and it is a true showing of one of the greatest racing games of this generation.

Paradox brings you an upgraded and improved version of one of the most famous strategy games ever made. Crusader Kings III is a game that allows you to alter history in your own way by creating the greatest dynasty the middle-ages have ever seen. While the game lets you do anything you want, it still creates a tough challenge, making it even more enjoyable.

Devil May Cry 5 is an epic return to a true form of this franchise and the one that fans have been waiting for. Varied gameplay from all three characters will keep you on the edge of your seat and your controller in your palms. Linearity and the somewhat underwhelming OST aren't issues for the overall greatness of this game.

God of War is the fourth "main" game in the franchise, but in so many aspects is also a first and by far a better game than the rest of them. Good story, great gameplay and fantastic voice acting make GoW something really special.

Experience the epic conclusion of the Mishima clan and unravel the reasons behind each step of their ceaseless fight. Powered by Unreal Engine 4, Tekken 7 features story-driven cinematic battles and intense duels that can be enjoyed with friends and rivals alike through innovative fight mechanics.

Sekiro redevelops genre on the well known basis, creating something similar but entirely different. This time, it calls for courage instead of fear. It calls for reconfiguring the muscle memory of the "soulsborne" veterans, and some really good and quality gaming time! A great starting point for newcomers, but a new beginning for old players as well, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is a game you should not miss - if you want quality yet fear no challenge.

Monster Hunter Wilds might be the first game in the series to truly hook you. It feels genuinely alive, thanks to its dynamic ecosystems and stunning environments that offer an organic and immersive experience - one we highly recommend.

Civilization VI in its fullest ultimate form debuts on consoles strongly, transferring all of the parts of a beloved strategy franchise onto controller and TV screens. With its expansions and rich content, really well balanced learning curve and heavenly presentation, it is a must play for any strategy lover.

Year after year, Sports Interactive again managed to give us another great Football Manager game. Using the same structure as before, with many little improvements, FM20 is so far probably the best football simulation we ever got.

"Switcher" may sound like a pun, but it's real as a Succubi breast! One of the most renowned RPG titles of all time now goes portable. Lower rendering and texture resolution and weaker performance are a small price to pay for such an experience on the go. Make sure to get this, and get it physical, as its whopping 29 gigabytes of required free space can truly be too much for some of the Switch owners out there.

Respawn has shown us, and EA, that single player games are well enough alive and kicking and has set a bright future for the Star Wars franchise of videogames if they keep this up.

Link's Awakening does not expand the old formula, yet introduce the original into the modern era. It's a charming and simple Zelda experience we all need sometimes. You will not find anything new here, but if you are in a search for that old, nostalgic feeling of simple and sheer gaming joy - look no further. This is a Zelda title you need to play.

What a time to be alive, and a Final Fantasy VII fan at the same time, as the promises and pleads have been fulfilled. And in what way! This remake does almost everything right, and where it fails - it is just the dust in the wind. Gorgeous looking, beautifully told through well-written characters and their interactions, amazing combat, wonderful music - this game has it all. Minor flaws are just a sign that perfection is what you strive for, and not what you reach. Yet it promises even better sequel(s), which is something we can believe in with ease, after a grand piece of work such as this. Do not miss it.

Resident Evil 2 is an old school game with modernized gameplay and graphics. Changes work wonders and it really feels like a fresh new game. With its terrific atmosphere and interesting story, RE2 is a big step forward for the franchise. This is a must buy, but not only for the fans. Everyone should play it.

If you're a fan of action adventures, you owe it to yourself to at least borrow a copy of Uncharted 4 and experience it first-hand. An epic journey like none other, fueled by an atmosphere from action movies of olden times, cheesy at moments, but with more than enough charisma to stay with you long after you complete it.

Esoteric Ebb is a remarkably confident CRPG that wears its Disco Elysium inspiration on its sleeve while delivering exceptional writing and meaningful player choice. Though not entirely original, its execution is polished, thoughtful, and often brilliant. One of the strongest narrative-driven RPGs in recent years.

Death Stranding 2 takes everything the original did and does it better. More polished, more focused, more ambitious and far easier to follow. It revitalizes the genre it helped pioneer in truly spectacular fashion. Its greatest and arguably only flaw is that it still isn’t for everyone, but this time, it broadens its appeal significantly. And if it resonates with you, there’s a good chance you won’t just like it - you’ll fall in love with it.

Resident Evil Requiem blends the best elements of survival horror and action. With stunningly detailed environments, realistic lighting and a gripping story, the game makes for one of the most immersive entries the series has to offer. Some traditional features are absent, but it remains a standout entry.

The Stanley Parable is still an excellent, provocative and unique experience that any fan of narrative adventures and out-of-the-box game design must play. With great new content that adapts to modern gaming culture and industry, it is certainly a cult classic expanded and built upon in the greatest manner possible.

Donkey Kong Bananza delivers a wildly inventive 3D platforming adventure full of chaos, creativity, and charm. Mining mechanics, massive levels, and transformative Bananza powers make exploration exciting, while gorgeous visuals and strong pacing keep the journey engaging. Performance dips, underused abilities, and a forced Donkey–Pauline dynamic hold it back from perfection, but its sense of discovery and explosive fun shine through. An instant classic that proves sometimes too much fun can still be just right.

It’s been so long since I’ve played the original, but I still can’t believe it was this good way back then. An amazing atmosphere, extremely fun combat, locations brimming with charm and the very essence of the survival horror genre make this one of the best Resident Evils ever created. Regardless of the direction the franchise took with this sequel, there’s really plenty to enjoy here.

Not everyone is going to enjoy the motives of The Last of Us Part II. But if you try and manage to accept the subliminal and not so subtle messages as a fact that the world has gone awry and that people have the need to have somewhere or someone to belong to as their own way out, then... You will witness the boundaries of gaming expand. You will witness a true masterpiece.

Street Fighter 6 is one of the best fighting games of all time, period. It flourishes with its creative visual design, a pretty good graphics upgrade and a selection of multiplayer and single-player game modes that will see you explore the game with your custom avatar, all while its drive meter and innovative changes to combat redefining the whole experience creatively.

Nine Sols is truly the revolutionary Metroidvania we were waiting for. Even though it doesn't do anything groundbreakingly new, it is a truly masterful creation. From its elaborate taopunk world, gorgeous art and design, challenging Sekiro-like combat, and remarkable enemy diversity and originality, it is a game that any fan of the genre must experience.

Blue Prince is a unique fusion of puzzle adventure and roguelike mechanics. With deep replayability, layered mysteries, and a progression system that rewards patience and methodical thinking, Blue Prince is a deeply original experience that blends cerebral challenge with roguelike persistence. It’s not for everyone—but those who dive in will find one of the most rewarding puzzle games in years.

Octopath Traveler 0 holds on to the elements that made the originals great but isn’t afraid to experiment further. It freshens up the formula in ways that finally let its potential shine. Though pacing and some repetitive elements hold it back, it still carries the legacy of the series and shines as bright as ever.

Vengeance upgrades the original in almost every aspect. Although some of the storyline choices won’t scratch the itch of the old fans, more variety when it comes to characters, locations and combat, vastly refreshes the original. Not to mention the superb and gorgeous visual upgrade that is highly appreciated.

Fun combat, spectacular action sequences, an atmospheric world, glorious visuals, an intriguing story and loads of interesting model choices are all the vitamins a developing gamer needs. A truly stellar experience.

Even if you're not the fan of the 18 wheelers, do yourself a favor and try this game. Nothing can replicate that peculiar feeling of driving across the States at 4AM while your radio is tuned to "Road to hell".

Apex Legends Is simply one of the best Battle Royale games ever made. What makes this game so great is ping system for easy communications, and Titanfall-esque gameplay with charismatic characters.

Stellar Blade is one of the best PC ports currently available. The new AI technologies such as DLSS and FSR are not necessary on better rigs and are used for what they were initially created for – to help weaker rigs. The game ran like butter throughout my playthrough, and it even ran amazingly on Steam Deck. On top of that, Stellar Blade itself is an amazing game that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Fire Emblem Engage combines some of the renowned elements of older titles and pushes them through a more modern presentation. It looks great, plays even better, and a few additional modes are a nice bonus. While the essence of the series remains to be improved in the future, especially when it comes to a fair way to level up characters or navigate through somewhat clunky menus, Fire Emblem Engage has to be one of the best instalments the series has to offer.

An experiment extraordinaire, Death Stranding is a game like no other. Full of repetition and lengthy chores, yet ingenious and philosophical in its own accord. It is a sight to behold, and something you have to dedicate your whole month if you want to witness its true potential.

Prey is an action exploration game that sends a love letter to games such as System Shock 2 and Bioshock. It takes the best from them and combines it with some of its own fresh ideas and innovative gameplay, to create an amazing journey. Set on the Talos I space station that has been compromised by an alien race, you assume the role of Morgan, a scientist who will have to explore, survive and discover the world of Prey.

One of the best carting games in history is back in its full glory, more beautiful than ever, and a lot of new maps and (FREE) cosmetics to customise your characters and vehicles.

Battlefield 6 feels like a return to form for the series, blending chaotic, fast-paced battles with moments of real tactical depth. The maps are fun but often smaller than expected, pushing a faster, more aggressive style of play. Vehicles feel satisfying, each class has a clear role, and the new tactical hammer adds creative ways to interact with the environment. Portal mode is a joy, letting you remix old favorites and craft your own mayhem. Despite some balance quirks, it’s an energetic, highly enjoyable shooter — and I can’t wait to see how the game evolves in the future.

Primal Planet may be small, but it sure is a standout gem of the genre. It is a simple, yet highly enjoyable prehistoric metroidvania. What shines through the most, are its atmosphere, exploration and satisfying gameplay. With a few limitations in its design, it still constantly delivers a memorable experience.

Blizzard has done it again. Legion not only delivered the trademark Blizzard style, but it's bringing back the veteran WoW players with hundreds of new quests and the most brilliant and complex story so far. And for an MMO that's going on for over a decade - that is an achievement worthy of every recommendation.

We are yet to witness a bad Image & Form game, as the latest SteamWorld instalment is amazing as usual! Great turn-based combat, likeable characters, story, and graphics, are just a fragment of a magic formula, that can obviously summon an awesome and entertaining title with ease. Do not miss it.

A gorgeous puzzle solving game with occasional battles. A rare gem in which both kids and grownups can fully immerse themselves with completely different views on the story.

The Bazaar is an interesting and very addictive blend of auto-battler and deck-building mechanics, wrapped in a unique PvE/PvP hybrid format. With hundreds of unique cards and a satisfying progression system, each match feels like a fresh challenge. After a rocky early access phase, the game has turned into a true gem and one of the most compelling strategy experiences of the year.

Supergiant Games has done it again. They have managed to perfectly mix amazing storytelling and great action to create another compelling title. Even if you are not a fan of roguelikes you should definitely try Hades out - it’s a challenge, it has a great story, and it’s a hell of a ride.

If you are looking for a gorgeous game, with gameplay balanced for both casual and competitive play, look no further than Overwatch. Blizzard has succeeded with its foray into the FPS genre, creating another gem we'll play for many years to come.

An excellent port of a great game, that still requires a controller to enjoy it to the fullest. It has 8 great stories, 8 interesting characters, a bunch of mechanics to use and most of all - a tone of hours to pour into it and finish it all.

Ghost of Yotei is a gorgeous, polished samurai adventure that builds on Ghost of Tsushima’s formula with satisfying combat, organic exploration, and a personal, albeit average revenge-driven story. While it refines the open-world experience beautifully, it doesn’t take bold risks, making it feel more like a reimagined chapter than a true leap forward. Still, its atmosphere, design, and narrative make it a must-play for PS5 owners.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a controversial game, and it is truly not for everyone. On the other hand, it is so revolutionary compared to its predecessor, especially in this day and age, that it would be an easy GOTY contender if CAPCOM just showed a bit more leniency and knowledge of its audience. Unnecessary microtransactions and despicable optimization followed by few weird design choices hinders this release, that below all of the fuzz and stupidity hides a masterfully crafted world, with a fine narrative and remarkable combat that is unique and interesting with every step of its long journey.

SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance doesn’t aim to reinvent the genre — instead, it focuses on perfecting what’s already there. And in that, it’s successful. The combat is sharp and stylish, the platforming offers a satisfying challenge, and the ability to revisit sections of a level adds great replay value while giving players a chance to collect anything they may have missed. Art of Vengeance is also a great nod to the old-school Shinobi titles and the franchise as a whole, which is a nice plus for longtime fans.

Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition is a fantastic PC port. The optimization is great, and it works well on a variety of PC configurations. With multiple graphical enhancements and AI upscaling, this game plays best on PC. DualSense is also fully integrated and will use all the features the PS5 has to offer, just a bit better. Oh, yeah, and the game is amazing as well!

Circuit Superstars is a great top-down racing game. A title that knows exactly what to bring to modern gaming where racing games are striving for realism and advanced graphics. Super fun racing with online modes and different types of challenges for every player.

As the best possible compromise between shooters of old and the new trends in the genre, DOOM is just the game for anyone craving that sweet hyperactive and ultraviolent action and is a game that has absolutely earned the right to have its title written in full-caps.

Death Stranding on PC is the best way to experience this journey. Game is much more than a walking Sim, it mixes and matches a ton of brilliant new ideas and game mechanics. It is bursting with atmosphere, and the overall quality of the production and presentation is fantastic. Other than minor issues and some non-consistent storytelling, Death Stranding shows us that boundaries can be moved in the today gaming world.

Fall Guys is a hilarious game everyone needs in 2020. If someone does not know that, tell them! Jokes aside, this is a complete Battle Royale experience based on popular Japanese TV shows with a plethora of wisely designed mini-games and gummy characters.

Severed is not without its share of flaws, but they're overwhelmed by the amazing atmosphere that creates tension and even fear while you're slicing you way through this Dia de los Muertos-inspired adventure.

Ghost of Tsushima is a flawed game. But, at the same time, it is as much as innovative, remarkable and one of the best atmospheric games of all time. It has its problems with camera and repetitive activities, but its beautiful open-world, innovative interaction with it and overall great story and one of the tightest combat systems are the sendoff for PS4 anyone would ask for.

Othercide is a fantastic rogue-like-Xcom-like turn based strategy game with an awesome Noire-Gothic design. The initiative feature is a fresh twist to this genre and the soul-crushing sacrificing of the Daughters are the morbid features that make this game shine. This game will keep you stuck to the screen until you win.

Impressively interesting title which takes you golfing in a dystopian wasteland called Earth. While golfing your way through abandoned cities and listening to a Martian radio station, you will discover what had really happened to our once great society. Golf Club Wasteland is using nonlinear storytelling to a great extent and it is a truly amazing experience.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. I’ve had zero expectations for this game since the preview trailers were so boring and bland, but the game itself is a whole different story. The amazing script was brought to life with excellent voice acting and all stuffed into some incredible and fun gameplay with captivating characters, quips, jokes and set pieces. Gardeners of the Galaxy is now a contender on my GOTY list.

There’s little to complain about when it comes to Metroid’s glorious comeback. The game could be longer and introduce a few more innovations, but in every other aspect, it is a long-awaited return to the roots of the beloved franchise. And we love it!

Clutchtime is a true hidden gem. It is a masterfully crafted roguelike deckbuilder, intertwining the tactical elements of basketball with that sweet addictive roguelike gameplay loop. It flourishes with remarkable card diversity and some great design, that will surely get all fans of deckbuilders, not only basketball, definitely hooked.

Gran Turismo 7 establishes itself as a racing masterpiece, with a great driving model, astonishing graphics and excellent sound design. It is truly a marvel that is drawn back by its microtransactions and some weird design choices.
