Ford Street Racing has something others do not: one-player team championships. With three cars in one team the competitions can get quite interesting. Unfortunately the gameplay is too sedated and the action too sterile. There are better arcade racers out there. [April 2006]

Sword of the Stars 2 had one of the worst launches ever. At present condition (January) the code is quite playable, game is sometimes even fun. Kerberos will upgrade the game and it seems to be getting better and better. [Feb 2012]

Star Trek isn't as bad as they say, although the game has more than it's share of problems. The story is nice, but the game itself is filled with stupidities. For a duo of trekkies this game offers ADHD thrill ride for a weekend. If Star Trek doesn't get your juices flowing, you better steer clear. [June 2013[

The 3D elements do not gel well, and controlling Sonic feels awkward and hasty. Sudden deaths are far too common for a modern game. Old school (un)playability does not work this time. [Feb 2007]

Makes mockery of a great TV-series. Nothing works and everything makes you angry. This is one offer that is easy to refuse. [Feb 2007]

A sub-par group-beat 'em up. Mindless button-bashing and dull surroundings are the biggest of its many problems. [Apr 2006]

Quite possibly the worst commercial MMORPG ever. Every aspect of gameplay has been done better in other games and it would take a dreadful amount of tedious grinding to see the few innovative features Archlord has. [Jan 2007]

Takes adventure games to a new level. With new, I mean "my God, I have never seen anything this bad" and with level, I mean a crappy bottomless pit. [May 05]

A poor excuse for a racing game. The only good thing is the wheel that comes with the game. Using it is actually quite fun. [Jan 2007]

You come at the king, you best not miss. Comparing Alekhine’s Gun to an AAA title like Hitman may seem unfair, but Maximum Games made the mistake of trying to defeat the ruler of the genre with its own weapons and they take a beating on every front. [May 2016]

When a game that is situated at a prison feels like a punishment, one could think, that the game reaches its goal. Games should be fun, but this prison adventure drop's the soap as soon as the game starts. [May 2010]

A B-movie version of current music games. The setlist is mediocre and all of the performances are covers. The gameplay itself is too punishing on the timing and the way notes scroll directly from top to bottom of the screen is just hard to follow. [June 2009]

The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor is a suprisingly good looking actionadventure. Too bad the controls are odd and clunky - a PS2 is not a Wii. It's also over too quickly. [Sept 2008]

Rambo sucks major ass, but the game is actually so bad, that in some crooked way it's good. It's an interactive turd, but the transition from bad action movies to bad action games is as smooth as possible. [Apr 2014]

This game tries to ride with the same horse as Telltale. Although the names are identical, the games themselves are just the opposite of one another. This is utter garbage in every single meter. Steer away. [May 2013]

A piece of crap. Even for hard-boiled Stalin fans this game is a huge waste of time. After this you really learn to appreciate a decent piece of gaming and your sanity. This probably is the worst RTS-game ever published, and you actually have to pay for this.

A visually stunning spacefaring game that is still radically different from mainstream fantasy games. Even after Exodus it is still a bit lacking content-wise, but getting steadily closer to being a massively multiplayer Elite. Definitely an acquired taste, though. [July 05]

Dropteam gets better and better with every patch. The game offers a strong, realistic vision of war in the future, but has one minor problem. It is mainly geared for multiplayer action with only a few players in the USA. Dropteam needs a strong single player campaign to escape Planet Niche. Do not waste a game this good only to multiplayer! [Sept 2006]

A dream-come-true for anyone interested in modern Combined Arms warfare. Its weak link is that it offers only separate scenarios made by various people. Some good, some in German, some too much to digest. Well worth the $125, anyway.
