A solid racing game with amazing variety. The new Pro career keeps even the best racers busy for a while. The game feels a bit too familiar, but it is still a great sequel to a classic game. [Feb 2006]- Pelit (Finland)

Dominions 4 is a turn-based strategy game set in a non-traditional fantasy world filled with various nations inspired by mythology and religion. As a player you first pick a nation and then customize your god. Then you just need to wipe out all the other factions and their false gods. Isn't that simple? The game really shines in multiplayer mode because fighting against real humans feels much better than dealing with AI factions that can't even use diplomacy. The best thing about Dominions 4 is the fact that it has tons of depth and replayability but it's a shame that the graphics and user interface are outdated. Well, I guess you can't have everything. Chrono Trigger is a timeless classic. The game's first European release was long overdue but it isn't too late even after 14 years. Of course the game can't deliver the same impact as it did back in the day but there's still a lot to love. [Mar 2009]- Pelit (Finland)

The soul still burns! Yes, it's very familiar and the changes that were made like the critical finnish aren't 100% successful, but the game still puts up a great fight both for novice and advanced players. Beautiful HD graphics, internet play and a versatile character editor add value to the update. [Sept 2008]- Pelit (Finland)

The third Saints Row is solid proof that GTA ins't the only sandbox game out there. Dirty jokes, nice storyline and full-packed city ensures that you won't get bored at Steelport City. Haters gonna hate, but that's their loss. [Dec 2011]- Pelit (Finland)

Warhawk is simple and tight net combat game. There is only five maps, which sounds bad, but the levels are huge. Everything works just fine and flying with awesome planes is sooooo fun. [Nov 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

Puppeteer is proof that the current console generation is going out with a bang. This dark and murky fairy tale adventure is a true pearl amongst platformers. [Oct 2013]- Pelit (Finland)

Has the Battlefield-series jumped ship to Activision? Actually Quake Wars is even better, thanks to its mission-based gameplay. Now fighting really needs team effort, not only flag capturing guerrillas. [Oct 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

An excellent game, but should have been far more ambitious. Now it is like update for SWAT 3. How about at least a decent wounding modelling? [Apr. 05]- Pelit (Finland)

A visual treat and pure arcade shooting fun. The missions are full of action and while you always end up saving the day, it certainly feels like there’s a war going around you. It’s a pity that the cutscenes are so full of phony melodrama and corny dialogue. [Nov 2007]- Pelit (Finland)

If urban infantry combat with very limited access to vehicles is your thing, you can't go wrong with the Dragon's Teeth map pack. The four new maps are all solid with the superb "Propaganda" having all the trappings of a new fan-favourite. [Sept 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

A refreshing new take on traditional turn based war games. Instead of micromanagement, Red Storm focuses on high level decision making. [June 2015]- Pelit (Finland)

With freedom comes great responsibility. With a lush world for free-roaming and with freedom to execute your objectives Far Cry 3 delivers. The story missions and characters are not of the same standard but are also not a big annoyance. [Dec 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

Giana Sisters may seem to be an ordinary brightly coloured platformer, but behind the beautiful surroundings there is a devilishly difficult old-school game, that takes nothing for granted. [Dec 2012]- Pelit (Finland)

A true video-game equivalent of a Jerry Bruckheimer/Michael Bay action movie. The singleplayer is engaging while it lasts, but the game's true value lies in the multiplayer. The online matches are fast, fun and highly addictive. [Nov 2010]- Pelit (Finland)

Comes surprisingly close to being perfect. When the game flows, the action is really sweet. The stealthy parts are much less enjoyable. [Dec 2005]- Pelit (Finland)

A minimalistic tale of the world ending is executed beautifully in The Final Station. It's an atmospheric, yet demanding action-adventure, a little big game in the true meaning of the definition. [Oct 2016]- Pelit (Finland)

Fract OSC is an oddity. It's a game about electronic music that is first and foremost a glorious organic whole, with all the elements and puzzles of its beautiful world intricately connecting to each other. And it's really good. [May 2014]- Pelit (Finland)

One year later Destiny is slowly turning the page from quite good to excellent. While it’s easy to criticize The Taken King for being too expensive for an expansion, it definitely manages to breath some fresh air into the game. Had the original Destiny had the storytelling chops of The Taken King, the game’s reception would’ve probably been much better. [Oct 2015]- Pelit (Finland)
