The 3DS version of Origins has the soul of an outstanding platformer, but the body's been lost in translation. If the Wii version of Modern Warfare 3 is your only available option, what you get here is a bombastic, if braindead, accomplished shooter with online multiplayer options that stand above those of most other Wii titles.
