    Rayman Origins perfectly embodies what made many of us fall in love with gaming in the first place. It's a nigh-on flawlessly executed romp through intricately designed levels that boast the most gorgeously detailed and vibrant visuals you'll see this generation. Tight controls, a perfectly judged difficulty curve, fantastically surreal boss fights and tons of replayability go that extra mile.

    If videogames were in a museum, Rayman Origins would be probably one of the stars of the platforming room. This game is an incredible piece of art, recommended for every gamer with no exception.

    Rayman Origins is a rare beast, both as a side-scroller and a clever game with a ton of heart. This is a game with a sense of humor and a sense of joy. Fans of the genre would be fools to miss it, as would anyone who appreciates artistic and eccentric game design, or who wants a non-traditional but extremely solid multiplayer title.

    Still, this is a solid title that must be experienced. If you don't mind a few disembodied handfuls of rage-inducing difficulty or the constant, sanity-warping slapstick, you'll have a blast, especially if you invite some friends to slap around.

    I tested the game the first time on Xbox 360. As the game is very close to the Xbox 360 version, I put the same score.

    It is a great game, however I still have to deduce one 1 point in order to make    Reviewing this game at a much later date than its release.

    It is a great game, however I still have to deduce one 1 point in order to make space for the greatness of the follow up, the Rayman Legends.

    Criticism goes to the fact that some levels produced small quantities of frustration, having to play them multiple times in order to get the medals.
    In the Wii version there were some game freezes too.

    Other than that design-wise in mechanics and artistically it is a great end result of a game.    … Expand

The series has done great in 3D and thats how fans enjoyed it. Good thing rayman 3 is coming in HD later march 2012. This game is a total fail. Im a LONG TIME fan, and it SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS.
