Trauma Team is definitely the most accessible game in Trauma Center's history. With an overwhelming amount of variety, an awesome presentation, and solid gameplay, Trauma Team isn't just the best game in the series; it's also one of the best games on Wii.

BIT.TRIP RUNNER is a feast for the eyes and ears, and its gameplay is very inspired. However, the lack of checkpoints makes things more frustrating than they should be, but if you loved the earlier BIT.TRIP games, then RUNNER shouldn't be missed.

A great game, and the best entry in the franchise. The storyline never fails to impress: it dives very deep into the darkest pits of the human mind while still having a sense of humor about it.

The game is still a first-rate effort, despite its middling problems. Anyone who enjoyed Southpeak's previous effort, Moon, will also dig this game. Just follow those PROTIPS that I've scattered throughout the review, and your first playthrough will be as enjoyable as my second one.

Although it may lack a few of the frills of its predecessor, Picross 3D feels like the more polished game.

A fantastic game. It has some very solid writing, a great set of characters, interesting (if easy) battles, and great replayability. Strange artifacts from the porting process dog the game, but not so much as to greatly affect my feelings towards it.

The unreliability of the button detection and the repetitive shaking of the Wii Remote will have most players fed up sooner rather than later.

As a standalone game, Wario Ware D.I.Y Showcase is a fun WiiWare title that is somewhat shallow.

Everything you could ever need to create the best microgame on the planet is in Wario Ware D.I.Y. Even if the learning curve is steep, you will be amazed at how much freedom the game offers when it comes to creativity.

The DS game feels much better than the Wii game, as the lower production values and pick-up-and-play gameplay is much better suited to the handheld platform.

With a subtle progression of moves, an excellent sense of empowerment when you defeat a tough area, and a solid learning curve, Red Steel 2 manages to keep up the pace throughout its 10-hour adventure.

A middling effort from Activision.

I suppose my question is this: why buy How to Train Your Dragon when you can buy Pokemon games on the DS instead?

This is probably the best game I've played so far this year, and I'm betting you will love it, too.

Infinite Space is a complicated game. It's long (40+ hours), it's difficult, and playing is a constant learning process. It's a hell of a ride if you can stomach all of its quirks, but I'm just not sure how many people will be willing, or able, to.

It delivers its story well, features great design and technical prowess, and fills a niche not currently met on Wii. However, the uninspired combat, control irritations, and vestiges of survival horror games of days past bring the experience down.

Rage of the Gladiator tries to be a Punch-Out!!-esque game, but it doesn't quite live up to the promise. Still, it's an entertaining game with solid production values that manages to wind its way down the road of quality despite some superfluous controls, rigid skill trees, and extra-long battles.

To me, these games are without a doubt the strongest in the series, as they are refined, familiar, and awesome. It will rekindle nostalgia for Gold and Silver in longtime players, while drawing in new or lapsed players just as easily. It's more than just a remake; it is the best Pokémon game to date.

In the end, Spectral Force Genesis ends up being a rather disappointing title on all fronts.

Ultimately, Calling falls flat. Its redeeming qualities, such as the interesting story and atmosphere, are neutered by its meandering gameplay.

Racquet Sports is a great idea, as it takes the great Tennis and Ping Pong parts of the Wii Sports games and gives them the main focus. However, this idea is executed terribly, since the games are malformed versions of their Wii Sports counterparts with a heavy emphasis on mindless gestures, and less emphasis on solid gameplay.

With dodgy controls and horrendous graphics, it's an experience that only the bravest baseball fans should attempt to endure.

With the control issues that some of these games have, you'll probably have to play Deca Sports DS quite a few times just to decide if you like any of them at all.

If you have a DSi and you find yourself playing it around friends a lot, then Globulos Party might be worth the plunge. However, if you’re a solo gamer, there are much better single-player experience on DS and DSiWare.

Ace Attorney Investigations is a fantastic game for fans of the series. It expands the mythos, features a novel take on familiar gameplay, and stars a fan-favorite character.

While Spotto is a simple game at heart, the amount of enjoyment one can have playing the game is unbelievable.

Mystery Dungeon games aren't for everyone; in fact, I'd go so far as to say they're not for most people. They're frustrating, time consuming, and not particularly straightforward. However, if it is a genre that you have come to love, Shiren will deliver it for you with a bit of style, and a lot of substance.

Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll is a fun and enjoyable successor to decent Banana Blitz, despite its issues with the Wii Balance Board. Some games sound like a perfect fit for the Wii Balance Board and Step & Roll was one of them, but the game lacks the polish and precision its Wii Balance Board control scheme needs.

Hubert the Teddy Bear: Winter Games is not a worthwhile investment. The game feels very rushed and repetitive, and it would’ve been nice to see Teyon spice up the game a little.

Link 'n' Launch may not be the most innovative new title from Intelligent Systems, but it's still a blast to play.

While it is far from the best match-three game on the market, this game definitely is enjoyable, and holds up for the few hours it takes to play through the story.

Those that loved No More Heroes will really enjoy Desperate Struggle. The winning gameplay has been retained and polished for an even more enjoyable experience, and the changes made to the overall gameplay makes things a lot more accessible, quicker, and more fun overall.

Despite its relative obscurity, this game feels almost tailor-made for anyone eager to reconnect with the kind of fighting experience that's been in short supply on Nintendo consoles since the end of the 16-bit era. The outrageously fun but equally well-conceived fighting won't disappoint, and if you have friends you've just been longing to beat up with a giant transforming golden cigarette lighter robot, then Tatsunoko vs. Capcom carries the highest of recommendations. A great package. The unique control scheme is unique and effective, providing a sense of connection with your aircraft that mere button-pressing cannot. The story, told both with fantastic movies and via in-flight dialogue, is great; while confusing at times, it has requisite twist and turns just like the film.

The value of ShadowPlay boils down to its controls and concept. Manipulating objects in 3D space feels perfect here.

After Starship Defense and Art Style: Digidrive, it was certainly nice to see Q-Games take a different approach with their latest game. While the repetitive nature of the game may discourage some players, those who stick to their guns are bound to find an enjoyable experience.

Definitely one of the best WiiWare titles yet, Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth is well worth your time and money.

Overall, if you are the type of gamer that enjoys tough puzzle games then The Magic Obelisk will impress with its unique concept and wonderful presentation. For everyone else, the difficulty and control issues may be too much.

The Oregon Trail is a great premium-priced title on the DSiWare Store and stands out as one of the best titles on the service. Not only is the gameplay engaging and fun, but it's also educational. In short, The Oregon Trail is one game you're not going to want to miss, whether you like educational games or not.

If you're looking for an entertaining ride through the Crystal Chronicles world this is the game for you, but if you're looking for an RPG, look elsewhere.

I suppose the final verdict is that Stunt Cars is fun if you have a room full of people who want to play a racing game that’s not called Mario Kart. Its single-player flaws are crippling and ensure that Stunt Cars remains a strictly multiplayer experience.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories fills a gap in the Wii's horror lineup, and it does so with finesse and substance. It is a game that can be appreciated by anyone craving a good psychological thriller that makes good use of motion controls and in doing so, appeals directly to the Wii's core audience.

A superb game and one of the best DS games this year. The dungeons are top-tier, entertaining affairs, and the train is fun to ride around in as you journey through the interesting game world.

Avatar's control issues and mediocre utilization of the Wii's unique features lessen the enjoyment it provides a great deal. It looks good, but it doesn't have the gameplay to match its visuals. In the end, Avatar is a long on style but short on substance.

It retains about the series' penchant for easy and accessible gameplay wrapped in a retro package. Its simplicity and lack of additional modes could harm long-term enjoyment, but BIT.TRIP VOID is brimming with creative ingenuity that shouldn't be missed.

As both a platformer and a party game, for both casual and enthusiast gamers, Nintendo's latest Mario game delivers in spades.

The campaign is tired and played out for returning players, but for those who love Wii controls, the multiplayer is just as addicting.

One of the most compelling features of Excitebike: World Rally is the ability to head online and engage in multiplayer races with both friends and random players.

It is fun, uses real recipes, and has decent controls, but it only has 12 different recipes to prepare, which equates to about three hours of gameplay.

Those willing to look past its cuteness will find one of the most inventive uses for the Wii Remote yet, along with great rhythmic challenge, bonus content and additional game modes. Music gaming just doesn't get better than this.

The core problem with C.O.P. is that it is unfinished. The “dramatic” story is comical: there is a large cast of characters that I don't know anything about nor do I care to, and the plot is confounding and hard to follow. The gameplay is unpolished: driving isn't fun and gunplay is defective. The sound is just not good.

Band Hero for DS is a fun portable music game, but contains enough head-scratching design elements to be frustrating.

Overly simplistic and surprisingly light on soccer itself, the game never manages to capture my attention or motivate me to keep playing.

I've certainly played better shooters, and the mere addition of dinosaurs doesn't amount to much when the vast majority of your opponents are raptors.

Overall, the game can be quite fun, but it doesn't offer much in the way of gameplay variety, and the presentation is on par with online Flash games.

Need for Speed: Nitro is, for the most part, a fantastic racing game for the Wii. The art style looks fantastic on the system, the varied control options are great, and the gameplay is fast-paced and entertaining. Sadly, it awkwardly straddles the line between zany arcade racing game and super-serious simulation game, wasting a lot of potential in the process with conservative items and unused 'boss' characters.

Need For Speed: Nitro is a perfectly average racing game on DS. You probably won't be blown away by it, but if you're looking for specific type of game to fill a gap in your DS library, you could pick a worse title than this.

If you look at Carnival King as a title that is meant to be a throwback to both classic carnival games and arcade titles, there is a lot to like about it. Just realize that it won't last you very long, unless you are the kind that needs to convince the world that you are the best at this kind of game.

If you love the Rabbids or just want a great game for your Wii, don't hesitate and take the Rabbids home.

Fans of the Ben 10 television show will probably get the most out of this game, but those seeking more in-depth platforming action should probably look elsewhere. While certainly enjoyable, Vilgax Attacks provides a shallow, though well-done, experience.

The Secret Saturdays: Beasts of the 5th Sun is a light-hearted side-scrolling game with some entertaining gameplay. There's not much for those unfamiliar with the series to care about, but it is a fantastic game for any video game fan that also enjoys The Secret Saturdays.

Beast of the 5th Sun is unfortunately yet another mediocre licensed game. It has some good ideas and tries valiantly to present the cartoon universe in video gameform, but only fans of the series will be able to fully enjoy this title.
