Offering 20 to 25 hours of splendid gameplay, RE4 is undeniably the greatest survival horror title on the market, and my new favorite game of all time.

The best part of Zelda games is having an entire world to explore however and whenever you want to. The latest incarnation completely delivers in this area!

Put all doubts about how the control scheme fits with the Wii-mote aside, and just embrace the greatness of what this "realistic" Zelda.

Super Mario World was a historic move for the Mario franchise that deserves recognition. You certainly won't regret picking this one up.

Other than playing on a harder difficulty, or during an attempt to recieve 100% completion (if that was missed out on the first time through), there isn't much of a replay value to the game.

It starts a bit on the slow side, but I still stand firm in my belief that Resident Evil is one of the strongest video games on the market.

Luckily, the sound more than makes up for any graphical shortcomings.

One of the few remakes out there that capture the original experience without ruining it.

Circle is a surprisingly deep game and certainly sets the bar for its descendant games.

If you have the ability to use the WFC and own a DS, I can’t stop recommending purchasing MKDS.

I’m still amazed at how full that tiny little DS card is full of information. I still haven’t even explained the extra modes.

The gameplay is next to perfect and truly fun to learn, and eventually, master. The graphics are still some of the best to this day and the sound lives up the expectations for a Star Wars game.

Graphically, the game manages to trump even Metroid Fusion, which itself outdoes Super Metroid.

Dawn of Sorrow is easily the killer app of the system’s short existence. If you own a DS, you must go out and buy this game. It’s more than worth your money.

While some may argue that it’s too short or lacks difficulty, I definitely have to disagree. I had my fair share of deaths and the replay value is heightened significantly if you collect the myriad of coins disseminated throughout the game.

Why play complicated b-ball when games like V3 utilize the basics so magnificently well?

When it’s all said and done, Meteos is by far the best puzzle game for the Nintendo DS platform.

The graphics in those cut scenes are better than what we had really seen in a tactical RPG up to that point.

Konami really put too much effort into "improving" the graphics engine (and ruined it in the process) while ignoring the other, possibly more important aspects of the game.

If you enjoy the genre like me, or if you like handheld games with 'a lot of tapping', you simply can't go wrong with the quirky troupe that is the Elite Beat Agents.

If you want a game you can play for an hour or so a day for the rest of your days, then this is the game for you.

While I found just about everything likable, I never really felt "into" the game. This is probably due to my general distaste for sports titles.

While the story is nothing to pay attention to, the gameplay is what really shines here.

But don't let the linearity fool you--Partners in Time is an excellent game no matter what platform it's running on.

Old-school gamers rejoice-VJ2 is somewhat of a second coming.

It’s just as good as Dawn of Sorrow, and has the online modes to help promote the longevity.

It takes a lot of time and effort to have the best experience. If you are like me and eat this stuff up like breakfast, Sacred Stones will last you 70 hours at a bare minimum.

Whether you're a fan of Final Fantasy or RPG's, you owe it to yourself to pick this game up, especially if you haven't played it before in the other two versions.

Control worries aside, I found tons to enjoy from the many mini games available to even the weak multiplayer mode.

Astounding.

The game can be fairly tedious sometimes, but it has enough good moments and great multi-player to be a fun game.

The campaign mode generally lasts anywhere from 25 to 40 hours.

I suppose the best part of this game is the fact that it’s the first Tetris game in years that doesn’t suck, which unfortunately, is actually an accomplishment.

Everything fans of the series would want after the disappointment from "Warrior Within."

Repetition presides, but the amount of things you can do keep you coming back. The controls are very simple and they only encourage you to play more because it is so easy to handle.

Of course, it could very much be sleeper hit of the year or the most underrated game of all time.

It's mostly been done before and done well. 07 is really no different. You'll undoubtedly have a good time, and the game will entertain for a good while, but déjà vu will slowly permeate the whole experience. That's not necessarily a terrible thing though.

I guarantee that anyone who enjoyed "X-Men Legends" will love Rise of Apocalypse.

Any Sonic fan, or fans of sidescrollers in general, would be a fool to pass this game up. Sonic Rush is truly a blast to play and a fine example of what Sonic games should be all about.

A larger variety of weapons than that in "Timesplitters 2," as well as more levels, characters, and challenges make this game very impressive and a welcomed addition to the series.

Quite the interesting game, especially for one that is just a clone of a game from a few years past.

As soon as you can get the hang of grabbing guards and completing the objectives, the game will fly by in a whirl of fun.

While you may find some of the game’s extras a bit gimmicky (as I did), they still offer a great deal of creativity.

While Toadstool Tour manages to be good, it certainly isn't great, and you'd have more fun with "Tiger Woods."

The diverse characters and humorous outbursts that occur in the courtroom are enough to make Phoenix Wright an enjoyable experience and what helps keep the player interested into it.

This game is unbelievably fun, despite certain longevity issues along with recycled boss levels.

Everything looks great, from the character models to the environments. The game also has an amazing sense of speed.

From the side scrolling gameplay to the unique level design to superb audio I really enjoyed Donkey Kong Country 2 as I never had the opportunity to play the original on the SNES, I'm glad I did now.

Besides the game play extras and combat changes, both games thrive visually and the music sounds fantastic.

There's very little wrong with it (although that lack of a save feature is irritating) and a lot to love. If you like pinball games, this is the one to grab.

A good game, but it has it faults. Graphics aren't nearly as good as the series is known for and the slowdown really gets to you in some parts of the game.

If you want replay value, then you probably want to count the 15 times you have replayed a level before beating it.

Through and through, Donkey Kong Country 3 is a port of the SNES original title. While a fun title to play every once in a while, the short, linear levels can get a bit boring at times.

Not even a masochist would venture through Konquest Mode more than once, and the Puzzle Kombat and Chess Kombat will only take you so far.

After completing the main story, another 50 levels in the main dungeon are unlocked. Not to mention the dialogue changes from playing with different characters and summons.

I wasn't sure what to expect from Gun, but I came out having a blast. While it's a short ride, beginning to end is an amazing experience.

Perhaps the greatest asset of Brain Age is the addition of Sudoku, a famous number puzzle that is gaining popularity quickly. It contains a wide range of difficulty, meaning it can be fairly simple or very difficult.

I love the controls, but the lack of intelligence in your friendly and foe A.I. is annoying, and the GCN version really has no replay unless you love the missions.

With virtually every facet of DJ featuring a sizeable amount of quality gameplay, it is no understatement to say that Activision’s latest offering is an undeniable success.

Tales of Phantasia will last you at least 20 hours, probably closer to 30 hours, though. There are a lot of side quests to fulfill, but the older game design shows through and you'll probably be quite confused on where to go and what to do if you haven't played this game before.

This would have been a great RPG had it not used all the "uniqueness" that makes it annoying rather that a classic.

While not without flaws, SFC most definitely brings the franchise backs to its former glory.

Unfortunately, Battalion Wars fails horribly in the replay value department. While it is a fun game to play, it isn't exactly enough to make you play the campaign over again.

A decent arcade soccer game with too little Mario. The developers could have put considerably more Mario-elements into the game other than the characters and the title.

Who needs the outside world when you can get some decent exercise in your very living room or bedroom? It may not be anything rigorous, but it'll get your body moving in ways that it normally may not.

I feel as though $50 in an overcharge for what you're getting. The game itself is under ten hours long (just including the story missions).

If you've heartily devoured Ruby and Sapphire, however, you're probably better off waiting until the next full-fledged new adventure to check out the latest improvements.

If you've got the patience and the drive, Mega Man X Collection is a fun title that challenges your gaming skills and gives you a good history lesson in the process.

Even if its plot isn't original, its concept most definitely is. It's got a few major gameplay problems (namely boredom), but there's not too many flaws in its presentation.

If you've played Virtua Fighter so many times that you can win a fight with your eyes closed, then I recommend buying Guilty Gear XX, but if you are a die hard 3D fighter fan, then you may as well try this one, if only as a rent.

A really good game. However, it is definitely not for everyone, as the general lack of difficulty and slow start would put off many people, if the image hasn't already.

The main game is fun, depite being easy and short, and the added content from unlocking items adds a good amount to the title’s lifespan.

The quick pick-up-and-play gameplay technicality will immediately pull you in. The cutesy graphics and sound set the game’s atmosphere nicely.

A Pokemon fan will definitely get a kick out of it, especially if they like the collect-a-thon side quest.

If you enjoy Naruto or fighters in general, you can't go wrong with one of the final GameCube releases before Revolution day is upon us.

A great launch title for the Wii. It demonstrates the Wii’s controls perfectly, even though it goes a bit over the top in the mini-games.

Laced between the confusing story, unique gameplay, and interesting sounds is SUDA 51's dream of a game that breaks all boundaries and really tries something new and innovative.

But what is most important about the obvious simplicity of everything this game has to offer is that it really is just an enjoyable experience, flat out. You’ll find yourself trying to improve your old scores for the sheer joy and self-satisfaction. That is all you need to know to realize that this game is a fun one.

A mediocre story just doesn't cut it anymore, and this one is especially mediocre because they are presenting a story everyone knows and do nothing to spice it up to keep us interested.

XIII just happens to be another unfortunate instance of a game that's great but no one bought.
